Okay guys let me start with something serious. I know a lot of you are giving in requests and I love you all for that. The problem sometimes is, is finding inspiration or even getting an idea for those requests is sometimes hard. There are still some requests from a while ago that still haven't been done and I apologize for that. I've gone through my list again and noticed there were some old ones due. What I'm trying to say is, even though it's been a while that you made your request doesn't mean it's not being worked on. I have at least... eight chapters I'm working on for this one and it's sometimes hard to stick with it.

So just hang in there, you're request will come. Some are being put first because I have a great idea for it while others I'm still thinking. But that doesn't mean yours is not being done.

Sorry if this is long and boring, but I just want to put it out there. I haven't forgotten about your other requests. I have an entire list where I write down your requests and who asked for it.

Now to this chapter, it's been requested a while and I'm not sure if the people that requested it are still reading this. But if you guys are still reading this, well then SnowPrincess20 and WestSpring, I'm sorry it took so long and I hope you guys still enjoy it.

On with the story!

Oh and Happy New Year! Hope 2016 will be good for all of you!

harajukudarkangel: Sorry but I didn't have the time to do one for New Year's

mr mystery: If I can change it a little bit I have an idea for your request. It's written down and will be worked on!

ian12091995: That's a neat idea, I'll definitely write it down.

Team Dragons

"Listen up brats!" Makarov shouted as he jumped up on the stage. The entire guild went quiet and immediately stopped what they were doing. The Master looked around the hall and noticed that everyone was paying attention to him, just like he wanted it.

Clearing his throat he started to begin. "These past years we have done several celebrations and events that are known throughout Fiore and it is time for a new event to be held!" He shouted.

Gray furrowed his brow. "Uh… new event? Master… there's nothing going on."

"Shut up Gray!" Makarov snapped at him before turning back to the entire crowd. The old man noticed a lot of confused faces and decided it was time to explain what he was saying. "Gray is right, there is no event from Fairy Tail that will be happening soon, but there is a new event that was created by all the guilds together!"

Immediately the entire guild burst into murmuring and whispering. Makarov sighed, they couldn't even let him finish. And to prove his point Natsu had stood up raising his hand. "What kind of an even are we talking about? Oh is it another parade!?"

Kera groaned slightly. "Please don't let it be another parade…" She hated them and the Fantasia Parade was the only thing she tolerated. Everything else was crap…

Makarov shook his head. "No it will not be a parade. It will be something completely different, something completely new that no one has ever thought about this. It will be big, it will be fun, it will be…"

"Just get to the point geezer!" Gajeel shouted from the back of the guild.

The Master gritted his teeth slightly but then let it slide. Taking a deep breath he stood up straighter. "We're holding an all guild Team Battle Royal!"

The entire guild went silent as they heard this. Did they hear him correctly? A Team Battle Royal!? It took them a few seconds but they burst out cheering. They were all enjoying this idea but they haven't heard the rules yet and it seemed Kera was the only one who noticed.

She climbed on a table and stood up. "Whoa hold up!" She shouted calming the guild down. "All guild? Does that mean every guild in this country is participating!? And what are the rules?" She screeched as she ducked a barrel that was headed straight for her.

"Just calm down! I'll explain!" Makarov snapped at her. Kera grumbled something before sitting down on the table.

"Ahem, as I was saying…" Makarov raised a finger. "No not every guild in this country will be participating. Just a few guilds mainly Fairy Tail, Lamia Scale, Mermaid Heel and Sabertooth."

"Wait what!?" Natsu jumped up. "So we get to fight them again!? What's the difference? It's just like the Grand Magic Games!"

Makarov grinned as he heard this. "No my boy, it will be different than the Grand Magic Games because the teams aren't defined by the guilds they are in!"

All of their eyes went wide. Lucy stepped up. "So you're saying that we might be working with other wizards from the other guilds?"

"Exactly!" Makarov stated with a proud smile. "This way we can strengthen the bond between our guilds even further!"

"So I might be working with Lyon?" Kera asked while shuddering. She hated that thought. Beside her Juvia shuddered too knowing that possibility could happen to her too! But she wanted to work with her beloved Gray!

Wendy raised her hand. "How will the teams be settled?"

Makarov nodded. "That is a good question Wendy. Tomorrow all four guilds will meet up and the teams will be arranged by a random numerator ball. So… today everyone is still friends, but watch out, the person next to you might be your enemy tomorrow. Now everyone get back to what you were doing!"

Everyone dispersed and done what they were doing before. All of them were talking about this new event, even our group of heroes.

Natsu grinned as he was already jumping up and down. "Sweet! This is going to be awesome! We're going to have another brawl! And this time with other guilds!"

"God I just hope I'm not stuck with idiots…" Kera muttered. In truth she didn't mind teaming up with someone from Saberooth or Mermaid Heel… just not Lamia Scale…

Erza on the other hand smiled. "I think this is a great idea. It's a way to test each others' strength, get to hang out with the other guild members and like the Master said strengthen our bonds."

Wendy wasn't so sure about this entire event. She wasn't really strong in fighting and it always annoyed her. "Anyone who gets me would probably be at a disadvantage…"

"That's nonsense." Kera immediately told her. "The team that gets you will have a huge advantage because they have a sweet little girl on their team to raise their hopes! And of course your healing and defense spells."

Wendy chuckled softly hearing this. Kera was right, she wasn't useless and she can fight! No matter who she is teamed up with she will do her best!

"Just think." Lucy said as she glanced at the table. "Tomorrow we might be fighting each other. Who knows who will be on which team."

The others all nodded. That was true. Maybe they were all going to fight each other. They might be on different teams tomorrow. Natsu on the other hand grinned. "That doesn't matter!" He shouted standing up. "Let's promise each other that, even if we aren't on the same team we will give everything we got! No one's going easy! Alright?"

The others stood up and firmly nodded their heads. Kera put her hand in the middle. "Natsu's right, this way we can get stronger as well. Tomorrow, we're going to give it our all!"

Everyone piled in and put their hand on Kera's. "May the best team win!" Kera shouted and they all raised their hands into the air.

Tomorrow was going to be a very interesting day.

New friends will be made as well as bonds will be forged

But new enemies will emerge as well…

The next day every member of Fairy Tail, Lamia Scale, Mermaid Heel and Sabertooth were standing in the guild hall ready to hear who was on which team. Hell, they didn't even know how many teams will be made. It seems today everything will be answered.

"Man I couldn't sleep last night. I was way too excited for this!" Natsu stated as he jumped up and sent some punches. He was ready to fight, that was clear.

Kera sighed. "Cross my fingers that I won't get stuck with losers."

Erza hit her against the head which made her flinch. "Hey! That was uncalled for!" The red head simply glared at her to tell her to shut up. Kera simply turned back around and stayed silent. She didn't want to anger the red head before the event even started.

Makarov stepped onto the stage with the masters of the other guilds, except for Sabertooth, behind him. "Alright! Listen up! Today is the day we will start our new event! I hope you are all ready because it's going to be one hell of a day!"

Everyone in the guild cheered, even the other guild members. Makarov smirked. He stepped aside and showed them all a Lacrima ball that was standing in the middle of the stage. "Now we will decide who will be on what team! We will start with the first team!"

The Lacrima ball started to go through several pictures of members really fast. It seemed to be complete random. The Lacrima ball seemed to slow down and the first person to be chosen was…

Makarov nodded. "Erza Scarlet!"

The red head smirked. "It seems I'll be starting this off." Kera simply rolled her eyes at her comment.

The Lacrima ball ran again for a few seconds before slowing down. The next person on the first team would be…

"Kagura Mikazuchi!" The warrior from Mermaid Heel simply nodded her head, satisfied with the partnership with Erza.

The next person was…

"Minerva Orlando!" The woman from Sabertooth smiled softly. After the incident at the Grand Magic Games and Tartaros she wanted a way to repay her sins, maybe this was a start.

"Mirajane Strauss!"

Lucy kept on listening. How big were the teams going to be?

Makarov smirked. "And finally! Juvia Lockser! With that the first team has been decided on!"

"You have to be kidding me!" Kera shouted as she jumped up. "That team is so overpowered! Like seriously!? That is just unfair!"

"SIT DOWN!" Makarov shouted and Erza quickly pulled the brunette back down. Kera seemed to go quiet as the Master yelled at her and her sister sent her a death glare.

The Master cleared his throat. "These teams are selected randomly! Nothing has been decided beforehand and the teams will stay! Now onward to the second team!"

Kera muttered something about this thing being already over since Team 1 was already going to pulverize everyone.

"Team 2 will consist out of Gray Fullbuster!" Makarov shouted.

"Lyon Vastia!"

"Rufus Lore!"

"Evergreen!"

"And Bixslow!"

"Team 3 will be Lucy Heartfilia!"

"Yukino!"

"Freed Justine!"

"Elfman Strauss!"

"And finally Chelia!"

Team 2 and 3 were now decided and Kera noticed that she wasn't in any of them. Was she going to be in one? The good news was that she wasn't going to be with Lyon any time soon. Thank god…

Makarov cleared his throat. "And now for Team 4!" He smirked as the Lacrima ball started to go for another round.

"Team 4 will be containing Kera!"

"Natsu Dragneel!"

"Wendy Marvel!"

"Sting Eucliffe!"

"Gajeel Redfox!

"And Rogue Cheney!"

That was it. The teams were decided and some people weren't all too happy about the decision. Natsu was furious about the decision the same way Kera was. He stood up with a frown. "Come on Master! This is so unfair! They're going to crush everyone!"

Kera jumped up again. "Yea! I mean seriously!? You got all the dangerous and powerful wizards in one team! That's so unfair!"

Gray snorted. "You're just upset because you're not on their team."

Kera gritted her teeth. "What did you say? Maybe you're the jealous one!" She growled.

Erza pushed the two apart getting in the middle of them. "Just stop it! The teams have been decided and that's that!" She snapped at them. "Now you guys better get along or do I have to go to extra measures to make sure you behave?" She asked.

Both Gray and Kera muttered a no before crossing their arms.

Makarov cleared his throat catching everyone's attention again. "You don't have to worry about that Kera. This event isn't just about fighting. You will also have to solve puzzles and riddles as a team as well as crossing difficult paths with your team… and of course the final battle at the end."

"Well at least some good news." Kera muttered.

Makarov smirked. "The rules will be simple. You will all have to go through some trials so it wouldn't be a complete Battle Royal. You will all be transported to the giant forest out of Magnolia. There each team will have to collect seven flags that have been placed all over. But remember that there are only enough amount of flags for three teams to reach the next place. After receiving your seven flags you will have to head through a specific cave that you will have to figure out yourselves. And from there on out you all will have to figure out the rest yourselves."

Lucy frowned slightly. "This sounds a lot like the S-Class Trials."

Wendy nodded agreeing with the blonde. "Just with more members from other guilds."

The blonde smiled at the little girl. "No matter, even if we are on different teams I still wish you good luck Wendy."

The little girl smirked. "I'm going to give my all! I wish you luck too Lucy!"

Makarov clapped his hands. "Now, let this event begin!"

The four teams were dropped off at random places in the forest. Kera screeched slightly as she fell from the air hitting something soft underneath her. A groan underneath her caught her attention.

All of a sudden someone grabbed her by the collar and pulled her up. "Get off me you runt!"

She sighed knowing this was already going to be a painful day. She squirmed out of Gajeel's grip and got back to her feet.

All around her she could see the others were getting on their feet as well. They were all there. Natsu, Gajeel, Wendy, Sting and Rogue…

What did she get herself into?

"Ugh…" Natsu groaned as he rubbed his head. "Man that was a rough landing…" He arched his back a few cracking sounds being heard. Looking around the pink haired man noticed that they were in the middle of a forest. "Huh… anyone have an idea where we are?"

Gajeel snorted. "Do you think we know? Idiot…"

"What did you call me!?" Natsu shouted getting into the Iron Dragon's face. The two of them started bickering in no time.

Sting walked over to Kera and smiled. "You okay?" He asked looking a little worried.

Kera waved her hand. "I'm fine… nothing my butt can't handle. I've been hitting the floor way too many times… guess that's what you get when you have to train with a monster like Erza."

The White Dragon Slayer chuckled softly. "You know maybe we should train sometimes.

Immediately the brunette blushed a deep red color. "Uh… y-yea! T-That'd be great!"

"I hate to interject but we have a situation here you know." Rogue said walking passed them. Quickly the knowledge of them being in a huge event pulled them back together. They had to win this! Well… if they even stand a chance against that team of… monsters. Thinking of them already sent shivers down her body…

It seemed both Rogue and Sting knew what Kera was thinking about and smirked. Sting gave her a smirk. "Ah don't worry about those girls. We'll find a way to beat them."

Kera nodded. "Alright, let's look who we even have on our team." She turned around and looked at what she saw… well, it was just Natsu and Gajeel arguing while Wendy stood to the side not really sure what to do.

But that's when it hit her.

An evil grin appeared on her face. "We might not have deadly women on our team but we got something better."

They all looked at her confused. Kera turned around and raised a hand into the air a smirk plastered on her face. "Our team is full of Dragon Slayers! There's no way we can lose!"

She turned around and pointed at the forest in front of her. "Now let's go team! Let us win this!"

"Hey! You're not calling the shots here runt!" Gajeel shouted pushing Natsu aside. He walked right up to her and poked her in the chest. "You ain't the leader here and the hell I'm listening to you."

"Oh yea?" Kera asked getting into his face. "And who made you the leader? Hm?"

Sting pushed the two aside before anything bad could happen. "Come on guys, snap out of it. We're a team now and we have to work together. We did it before."

"The last time we worked together was to shut down this crazy bitch here!" Gajeel said pointing towards Kera. The brunette growled and jumped up. "That was not my fault! And I can work with Wendy, Natsu, Sting and Rogue no problem! You're just the one who's at fault."

"Okay that's it!" Gajeel shouted. He pounced on the brunette and smashed her to the ground. Kera started pulling at his hair so he would get off of her. "Damn you're childish!" She shouted at him.

Quickly Sting, Rogue and Natsu pulled the two Dragon Slayers apart. Not even starting this event and they were already fighting each other. Sting stood in between the two so they wouldn't lunge at each other again. "Come on guys stop it!" He shouted at them. "We shouldn't be fighting at a time like this! We need to get our heads together and be serious for once. Do you guys really want to lose to these other guys? Kera do you want to lose to Lyon? Or even Erza? Gajeel do you want to lose against a girl like Lucy? Or even an all girl team?"

Both started grumbling something before muttering a fine.

Wendy walked up to them her hands at her chest. "But we still need to figure out a plan."

Kera sighed as she stood back up, dusting the dirt off of her clothes. "Well… I had thought of something. But someone thinks I'm incompetent." She said shooting Gajeel a death glare.

Natsu scoffed. "Forget about him Kera. He's just a stinking loser."

"Hey!"

"Now that plan of yours?" He asked with a smirk.

Kera nodded. "It's nothing special but I was thinking since Rogue can travel through the shadows he can scout out and see if there are any flags in the area or even enemies. That way we can quickly get the flags we need to move on."

"Are we going to stay in a group or go separately?" Wendy asked.

Kera smirked. "Rogue will mostly get the flags since he's quick with his shadow, but we will be out there too finding those flags. Technically everyone can go on their own but I would want Wendy with at least someone just in case." Wendy nodded.

Gajeel crossed his arms. "I'm still not fine with this."

"Well suck it up because we're doing it." Natsu stated pushing him forward.

Kera took a deep breath. "This way I think we can pass the first trial with ease."

Natsu smirked as he put his hand in the middle. "Let's go! Team Dragons!" He shouted.

The others smirked hearing this. That was actually a great name for them. Kera put her hand on Natsu's. "Team Dragons!"

"Team Dragons!"

An hour into the event and Kera was running through the forest, jumping under branches and over roots that would have tripped her. She was on high alert, her nose trying to catch anyone around her.

They had split up so they could find the flags as quickly as possible. She had hoped that this plan would work.

Running around a corner she stopped when she saw something flying in the air but was still attached to a branch.

A flag.

She smirked. Luck must be at her side today. She walked towards it and was about to grab it, but something sharp hit the back of her neck.

"I warn you to not take a step forward."

Kera sighed… of course. "Kagura." She said simply her eyes still at the front.

The swordswoman was behind her and held her archenemy at the back of her neck. How the hell didn't she sense her? Maybe it was because of her magic or something… she had no idea. "So what are you doing out here in the woods sis?" She asked but Kagura pushed her blade deeper into her neck. Okay she wasn't in the mood for any jokes.

Kagura glared at her and Kera could literally feel it. "Leave and I will let you go unharmed."

"Sure I'll leave with the flag."

"Without the flag of course." Kagura added with a frown.

Kera saw something move in the bushes beside her and smirked. "Yea, that doesn't go really with my plan." All of a sudden she jumped forward.

Kagura was about to strike her with her sword but a bright flash beside her caught her off guard. She had to jump back missing a blast that surely would have injured her. Turning her head she saw Sting jumping out of some bushes.

Meanwhile Kera went to grab the flag and smirked. "Got it!"

"Let's go!" Sting shouted and the two dashed off.

Kagura growled slightly as she watched them disappear. How could she let them get away like that? How careless of her. Gritting her teeth she held her sword in front of her. "Tch… how foolish of me." She muttered. "Either way, with two flags in my possession I believe we can still win this." Shaking her head the young woman turned around and headed off again.

Lyon cried out in pain as he was blasted back through a couple of trees. Gajeel smirked as he stood up straight. "That's right ice boy, you're no match for me."

"We'll see about that!" A voice shouted.

Gajeel turned around and saw Gray descending down on him with two ice blades. The Iron Dragon Slayer smirked as he raised his arm, turning it into iron. The ice blades hit his arm and broke immediately.

Gray's eyes went wide and before he knew it Gajeel kicked him in the stomach throwing him away as well.

The Ice Mage gritted his teeth as he got back to his feet. Behind him a figure emerged out of the shadow, eyes glowing red. Gray felt a chill run down his back and quickly turned around. Rogue suddenly appeared in front of him and threw a Dragon attack right at him.

Grunting the mage hit the ground blacking out immediately. Both Gajeel and Rogue stood above him before the Shadow Dragon Slayer went into Gray's pocket and grabbed a flag. "That makes two." He said looking up at Gajeel.

He simply nodded. "Probably more than the others have."

"Who says that?"

Turning around both Gajeel and Rogue saw Kera and Sting leaning against a tree. Gajeel snorted while a smirk plastered on his face. "Of course you two lovers are working together."

Kera blushed but immediately gritted her teeth. "What's that supposed to mean!?" She growled while walking over to the Dragon Slayer.

Gajeel grinned. "Well after hearing about your pathetic love life I knew you would cling to the first guy who even liked you."

The brunette growled ready to pounce on him but Sting pulled him back. "Remember Kera we're supposed to work as a team, not fight each other."

"Tell that to this jerk." She muttered taking a step back from Gajeel. The black haired Dragon Slayer simply smirked. "Well runt, how many flags did you get? We got two bet you didn't even get one! Ha!"

He heard a whistle and his eyes went wide. Sting was holding up three flags for Gajeel to see. Kera smirked as she crossed her arms over her chest. "We actually have three. So how's that you big ass jerk!" She stuck her tongue out at him causing the Dragon Slayer to growl.

"We still need two more and we don't know where Natsu and Wendy are." Rogue interjected before the two could fight each other.

A snort was heard behind them. Sting turned around and saw Natsu and Wendy walking up to them, while waving two flags. "We got the rest!"

"Wow that was quicker than I expected." Kera commented surprised that they already had the needed amount of flags.

"So now what?" Wendy asked glancing at the brunette who she saw as a big sister but also a role model.

Kera tried to remember Makarov's words. "Hm… collect seven flags and then look for a cave. But the thing is we don't know where that cave is."

"And how the hell are we supposed to know where it is?" Gajeel asked raising an eyebrow.

The others simply shrugged. Kera on the other hand started to think real hard. Natsu sighed as he scratched his head. "I guess we'll just have to search every cave in this forest."

"That'll take forever!" Sting shouted.

"What are you scared to get dirty pretty boy?" Gajeel sneered.

Rogue rolled his eyes. "That's not what Sting is trying to say. We can't just aimlessly search every cavern. Unless we're lucky with our first guess we'd be taking forever."

"So what? We just run around?"

"No."

Everyone turned around to glance at Kera. She looked like she was thinking real hard. Natsu chuckled. "Don't wear out that brain of yours!"

"Shut up Natsu." Kera muttered. Her eyes were set on the ground as she remembered something. "The Master wouldn't just let us search the forest for a cave. There has to be some kind of clue somewhere. I mean… it was the same as the S-Class Trials. Everyone was to search for the grave of Master Mavis but as he said it there was a clue in his words. So there should be a clue here as well."

"And where would that be?" Gajeel asked already annoyed.

Kera frowned. Something wasn't right here. There had to be some sort of clue. The problem was that they were scattered though the forest so they had no idea where they were. Their main goal was to try and collect the seven flags so…

Wait!

The flags!

Quickly she turned around and snatched all seven flags from her friends and looked at them. All the other Dragon Slayers gave her a confused look. The flags looked normal to Kera as she glanced at them. Red flags with the sign of Fairy Tail on them. But why were they supposed to collect seven flags? Was there a reason behind it?

She noticed something about the flags that probably nobody else noticed. They were giving off a small amount of magic. These flags were enchanted or something like that.

So that meant.

Turning around one of the flags she saw a light coming from the back. Lines appeared on them and spread out. She smirked. "So that's why."

The others simply looked even more confused. "Did you figure it out?" Wendy asked.

Kera grinned and nodded. "Yup! These flags hold the secret! They're imbued with magic so when all seven flags are together a map appears on the back. See!" She said holding it out for the others.

Sting smiled. "So we just have to puzzle it together and we got the map and where we need to go!"

Natsu smirked. "Man I wouldn't have thought about looking at the flags closer. I just thought we had to collect them."

"Master Makarov doesn't do anything without a reason." Kera told him with a smirk.

They laid the flags down on the ground and tried to puzzle them together. Pushing piece and piece together they finally were able to figure something out. The flags showed a map of the forest they were in. An x marked the spot of what seemed to be a cave.

Sting pointed towards it. "That's where we have to go."

"Any idea where we actually are?" Gajeel asked glaring at the White Dragon Slayer.

Kera and Natsu both looked at the map. "I think we're here." Kera said pointing to an area south from the marked spot. Natsu nodded agreeing with her. "Yup! That's it!"

Gajeel gave them a confused look. "How the hell do the two of you know where we are!?"

Both of them shrugged simply. "We used to train here." They both answered at the same time.

"Of course…" Gajeel muttered rolling his eyes.

"Well! Let's go!" Kera shouted jumping up.

"Congratulations you made it to the cave." Makarov said with a smile on his face. Team Dragons, as Kera has dubbed them, were standing in the cave they had found alone with the Master in front of him.

"Are we the first ones here?" Wendy asked looking around.

Makarov rubbed the side of his head. "Uh… actually you guys are the last team, the other two teams are already ahead."

"WHAT!?"

"Oh come on!"

"You were slacking Salamander!"

"Shut it Gajeel!"

"Up yours runt."

The team was arguing yet again… well mostly Natsu, Kera and Gajeel. The three Dragon Slayers were bickering while Sting, Rogue and Wendy simply stood to the side.

Makarov sighed shaking his head. "If you keep on bickering you will never win this tournament."

"It's not even a real tournament!" Gajeel shouted at the Master. "It's just something you made up!"

Kera rolled her eyes as she crossed her arms over her chest. "That's just like you, whine about everything instead of actually doing something or even helping us."

Gajeel narrowed his eyes at her. "You little runt…"

Makarov raised his hand stopping both Dragon Slayers from going any further. "Why don't we stop right there and continue with the tournament."

Sting nodded. "Yea that would actually be a good idea."

Everyone turned their attention to the short man in front of them, waiting for him to explain the next part.

Makarov motioned behind him to a way deeper into the cave. "Now, the next part will test your teamwork. You should have it easy since you're only from two guilds and all Dragon Slayers. You need to work together to get out of the cave and so you know, it's a maze."

"So we just walk around until we find the exit? That's nothing really challenging." Natsu muttered.

"Of course, but you haven't heard yet that there will be minimal light source and there are also beasts in the cave trying to kill you."

Kera paled. "Seriously!? How the hell are we supposed to fight something we can't see!?"

"Teamwork." Makarov simply said. "Now off you go!" He said waving them off.

They all muttered something as they walked deeper into the cave. Immediately they noticed that it was getting darker. Kera simply raised her hand and used fire so they could see at least where they were walking.

Natsu and Sting quickly followed Kera's thinking and used their magic as well. "It won't give us much light, but enough to not trip." Sting stated looking around.

It was almost pitch black in the cave. If it weren't for their magic they would be walking into the pitch blackness.

"I wonder how the others are dealing with this problem." Wendy spoke thinking about the others.

Now that she said Kera tried to think about who was on Erza's team again. She smirked slightly. "Heh, she doesn't have anyone on her team who can use any sort of light magic. Hah! If I know her she's going to be so lost in here!"

"Who are you talking about?" Natsu asked.

"Erza and her team."

"Aachoo!"

"Bless you." Mira called. "Looks like someone is talking about you."

Erza rubbed her nose slightly. "I doubt that." She looked around the cave and sighed. Raising her sword, which was encased in fire so she could see a little, she noticed there was a fork in the road. "Well... which way do we take?"

Juvia touched the side of the wall and closed her eyes. "I can feel the water running through this cave. There's a lake in here somewhere."

"A lake?" Minerva asked frowning slightly. Now why would there be a lake in a cave? It wasn't unheard of but she didn't think that this cave would have one.

"Let's just make sure we don't encounter any of those beasts Master Makarov told us about." Kagura said walking up to the red headed Requip Mage.

Mira nodded. "Especially since our light source is dim… only having Erza's sword."

"But it's better than nothing." Erza commented. "Who's for right?" She asked. The others simply shrugged and followed the red head down the right road.

"Can anyone sniff the exit?" Kera asked looking around. The cave was cold and there were a lot of smells fighting against each other. She didn't like this at all.

Natsu rubbed his nose. "Nope, no chance. There's something else that's messing with my nose."

"Same here." Sting called and Rogue nodded the same.

Wendy shook her head. "I can't smell anything worthwhile."

Gajeel snorted. "Don't you think that if you can't smell anything, none of us can?" He asked the brunette.

"Why's that?" Kera asked giving him a puzzled look.

"Because you're the one with the better senses!" Gajeel snapped at her. "If you can't smell anything then we can't either!"

"Geez don't yell at me!" Kera shot back. "It's not my fault!"

"Oh just shut it you runt."

"Why don't you shut it Iron Face!"

"Ooh nice come back, where did you learn that? Your mother?"

"Why don't I come and kick your sorry ass face!"

"Come on and give it your best shot!"

"Will the two of you stop fighting!" Sting snapped at them. Both Kera and Gajeel glanced at the blonde Dragon Slayer. "We need to work together and figure this out, got it? You can fight all you want after this is done but for now suck it up."

"He started it." Kera muttered crossing her arms following Sting who had taken the lead.

The group kept on walking through the deep cave, slowly getting agitated. They've been in the cave for a while now and couldn't find the damn exit. It was getting on all of their nerves.

Kera and Sting were at the front using their magic as light sources so they could see. Both of them stopped when they noticed a fork in the road. Both of them looked at each other, which way where they supposed to go?

"Left or right?" Kera asked as she turned around to the others. The others shrugged not knowing really.

Wendy closed her eyes and waited for a moment. A frown settled on her face as she couldn't feel anything. "There's no wind so I can't tell which one leads to the exit."

Rogue glanced around and noticed that the walls were cold and looked a little wet. "Guys… I think there's a lake in this cave."

"So one of these might lead to that lake?" Natsu asked and Rogue shrugged. "Don't know, but it's possible."

"So?" Kera asked again. "Right or left?"

"I say right." Natsu stated.

"So we go left." Gajeel stated as he and the others started to go down the left tunnel. The pink haired Dragon Slayer looked a little offended. "Seriously!? Just because I say so!?"

"Yup!" Gajeel shouted from down the way.

Natsu gritted his teeth ready to kill Gajeel. Kera put a hand on his shoulder. "Just wait while we're alone with him, we can kill him later together."

"Deal."

"God damn it, I can't see anything!" Gajeel muttered as he, at least he thought, kicked a rock. It scattered down the dark hall into the unknown.

By now only Natsu and Kera were using their magic to light up as much as possible, because they needed to preserve their magic. So sometimes one of the two Dragon Slayers would step out, saving their magic.

And that caused for minimal lighting.

Kera was at the front, her hand covered in flames giving them as much light as she could. Of course the complaining of Gajeel didn't help… at all.

"Will you just stop complaining and just shut up…" Kera groaned. She couldn't take it anymore. She was ready to rip his throat.

Gajeel sneered. "You're just lucky we need you and your stupid light to guide us."

"I don't see you doing anything." Kera snorted.

Sting sighed rubbing his forehead. Slowly he was getting a small headache. "Guys, just calm down. There's no need to fight."

Rogue glanced around the dark cave. "I believe that the dark is causing us to get anxious."

Wendy hugged herself slightly. "I just hope we get out soon. I don't like this place at all."

"Neither do we…" Natsu sighed as he walked forward. He grunted when he suddenly bumped into Kera. She had stopped walking for some strange reason. "Uh Kera? Why did you stop?"

The others stopped walking as well seeing as the brunette didn't move. Sting got worried slightly. "Kera?"

"Natsu…" Kera started.

"Yea?"

"Please tell me you're playing a trick on me."

"Uh no why?"

Kera let out a nervous squeak. Looking down at her leg she felt something squirm. Using her magic she illuminated her leg. She saw something around her leg and that freaked her out. Before anything else could happen the brunette was pulled down and into a lake. She screamed slightly, the light extinguishing leaving everyone in the dark.

"Kera!" Sting and Natsu shouted.

The Dragon Slayers tried to help Kera but something hard hit both Rogue and Gajeel sending them against a wall.

Gajeel gritted his teeth as he looked around, trying to find his attacker. Unfortunately it was pitch black and he couldn't see squat. "Damn it we need light!"

Natsu gritted his teeth. "Not a problem." He took a deep breath and quickly let out a Dragon's Roar, illuminating the cave they were in. Everyone immediately saw the lake and the water moving around, but no sign of the monster.

"We need to get Kera! I think she's in the water!" Sting told the others as the light vanished again, leaving them all in the dark again.

"How are we supposed to do that if we can't see!?" Gajeel shouted.

Rogue quickly turned to the Fire Dragon Slayer. "Natsu! Create a ball of fire. It should be powerful enough to illuminate the entire cave. That'll at least give us some light!"

"Alright!" Natsu smashed both of his fists together creating a concentrated ball of fire. It was getting brighter and brighter as it illuminated the entire room.

Everyone could see the lake again and also the monster that was living in it. It was a Serpent creature that had a couple of tails that could ensnare a person. Sting glanced in the water and could actually see Kera fighting in the tails that were trying to choke her.

"I can see Kera! I'm going after her!" Sting shouted before diving into the water.

"God damn it!" Gajeel shouted, dodging another swipe from the Serpent. "We need help up here!"

Wendy casted some support spells to the others so they could finish the monster quicker.

The Serpent moved its head and glared at the pink haired Dragon Slayer who was concentrating on the ball of fire in his hands. Rogue noticed that the monster was redirecting its attention on Natsu. "Watch out!" He shouted.

Natsu reacted just in time as he jumped out of the way of the oncoming attack. The pink haired boy gritted his teeth as he kept on dodging the attacks. "Oh for the love of…" He took in a deep breath. "Fire Dragon: ROAR!"

A blast of fire soared right towards the Serpent but the creature simply dodge it before looking where the attack hit. Its eyes narrowed down on Natsu, now even more focused on him.

Rogue glanced between the Serpent and Natsu and noticed one small detail. It wasn't concentrated on Natsu at all… it was concentrated on the ball of fire he was holding! That means…

"Natsu drop the light now!"

"What!?"

"Do it!" Rogue shouted. "It's attracted to the light!"

Gritting his teeth Natsu let the ball of fire vanish. He didn't want to do it but there was no other way…

Kera squirmed as she tried to get the squirming snares off of her. She had felt something on her leg and immediately grew a little scared. She had hoped that it was Natsu playing a trick on her but it seemed not to be true.

Now she was underwater trying to fight this thing off so she could get back to the surface. She couldn't hold her breath forever. Unfortunately this damn beast was holding her tight and the fact that it was dark didn't help either.

All of a sudden light appeared above her, allowing her to see a little bit better. Not only that but someone had jumped into the water and was now swimming towards her. Her eyes went wide when she saw that it was Sting.

The White Dragon Slayer swam to her level and immediately used his magic to cut the tails that were holding Kera hostage. Sting then grabbed her and the two were about to swim back up to the surface, but all of a sudden the light vanished and the two were drowned in eternal darkness.

Sting tried to think of something, but something hard hit him in the chest sending him back. He gasped in pain but knew that was a bad idea, because water started to pour into his mouth. He tried closed his mouth as quickly as he could to save some of the oxygen. He looked around trying to find Kera as he had lost his grip on her when he was attacked.

He had a bad feeling about this.

Kera was running low on oxygen and she knew it. She had to get to the surface as soon as possible and when she saw Sting coming to save her, well she was glad about it and thrilled. But now they were attacked by another tail of this damn Serpent and it was dark again.

She had to get up to the surface but she couldn't leave Sting down here alone. Come on, think Kera, think!

An idea popped into her head.

They don't need to see the monster to defeat it.

Remembering the training she had with Natsu she turned around to what she thought was the ceiling. Her senses were dulled in the water but she could somewhat decipher where the top was.

She took a deep breath, as best as she could and opened her mouth. A blast of fire left her mouth and went straight up. Immediately where she was standing and the area around her was illuminated by the fire letting her and her teammates see a little bit but that wasn't what she was getting to.

Unfortunately there was a specific monster who had other ideas.

Seeing the light the Serpent turned its attention towards the Dragon Slayer in the water. Kera noticed this and cursed in her head. Guess this thing is attracted to the light. Before the monster could do anything Kera let out another breath attack straight above.

Sting could see the Serpent ready to attack Kera because of the light. He was going to help her but saw Kera already swimming out of the way. He thought she was running away from the Serpent but after hearing something hit the water he knew exactly what was going on.

Kera had aimed for the ceiling wanting to let the rocks and sharp stones, if not a cave in, to deal with the monster. But of course they had to get out of the water before getting killed themselves.

From the minimum light that was coming from the top both Dragon Slayers swam for the surface. The Serpent was being hit by several giant rocks and stones causing it to get aggravated.

It saw the Dragon Slayers trying to flee. In a last desperate attempt it slammed it's tails into the water hoping to at least get one of the two.

Kera and Sting had to dodge several tails as they tried to get out. Kera was about to break the surface but something sharp scraped her leg. She let out a pained cry, water immediately filling her mouth. Sting noticed her struggle and immediately helped her, pulling her out of the water.

Seconds later the two Dragon Slayer broke the surface gasping and coughing for air. Sting almost threw Kera out of the water as he got himself out. They could feel hands pull them back but couldn't see anything as the light started to vanish again.

A loud screech was heard before silence. Both Kera and Sting kept on coughing and gasping for air. A light appeared and Natsu's grinning face could be seen. "Hey guys!"

Sting sighed while Kera shook her head. "We had to go left… we had to go left…" Kera muttered still coughing slightly.

"Well… I wanted to go right but nobody listened to me." Natsu stated.

"We get it." Sting coughed, slowly getting back to his feet.

Kera was right behind him, but when she stepped on her left leg she let out a pained cry. She looked down at her leg and could see a cut through her boots and into her leg. Blood was dripping down and onto the ground. "Ah crap…" She muttered.

"That thing must have gotten you." Sting said looking a little worried. Wendy immediately got to work on her leg, but Kera stopped her after a few seconds. "Save your strength Wendy. We might need it later." She grabbed Natsu and ripped off a few cloths from his jacket before tying it around her leg. "That should do it." She got up with the help of Sting. "Now come on! We need to get out of this damn cave…"

"You sure about it?" Wendy asked and Kera nodded with a smile. "Yup! Now come on!"

"Oh thank god!" Natsu yelled as the group finally exited the cave and walked into the fresh open world. Not even a second later Kera hit the ground feeling the fresh grass. "Light… grass… air… freedom…" She muttered.

"You alright?" Wendy asked and the brunette simply nodded.

"Congratulations, you actually made it out of the cave."

Everyone looked ahead and saw Makarov standing there with a smile on his face. Beside him stood another group of wizards, in fact it was Erza's team.

All the girls on that team were smirking at them and it was already annoying the Dragon Slayers.

Kera noticed a familiar pair of boots in front of her and raised her head. Erza was standing in front of her offering her a hand while a smirk was plastered on her face. Kera rolled her eyes and grabbed her hand, Erza helping her back up on her feet.

Erza frowned. "Are you wet?"

Kera chuckled nervously. "Yea… long story."

Makarov clasped his hands together. "Well we have finally gotten to the two final teams!"

"Wait…" Sting started. "You are the only ones that got out? What about the other team!?"

"Well…" Makarov started. "Let's say they met some trouble."

"Monster?" Gajeel asked and Makarov nodded. "Yes, they're being pulled out of the cave at the moment."

Kagura let out a small humph. "We didn't encounter any monster."

"What way did you go?" Wendy asked raising an eyebrow. There weren't that many ways to go down till the fork in the road they encountered.

"There was a fork in the road so we decided to go right."

"You don't say…" Kera growled slightly while glaring at Gajeel. The Iron Dragon Slayer shot a glare back at her.

Makarov clapped his hands together. "Now before we get in a fight here, let's get on with the last portion of this little tournament."

"So we're almost done?" Natsu asked raising an eyebrow.

He raised a finger. "Only one more challenge."

"Great what is it?" Gajeel muttered sitting down.

Some of the girls gave him a small glare, but didn't say anything. Instead they just turned back to the Master who had grabbed something from his pouch.

He held up a flag. "Just grab this flag!" He stated with a smile.

Everyone looked confused. Kera blinked. "Wait… just… take it?"

"Yup!"

"From your hand?"

"Just take it!"

"You serious?"

"Whoever takes it wins."

"That can't be right." Erza stated, not believing this little trick either. There had to be something else. It couldn't be that easy.

Both Kera and Erza were standing in front of the Master, still not sure what to do. Both girls gave each other a glance before reaching for the flag.

The moment they were about to touch the flag, the piece of cloth disappeared. Both were shocked when the area around them changed slightly. It turned almost into a platform game as the trees changed to make room to climb up the branches to higher trees.

At the very top they suddenly saw the flag waving in the wind.

Makarov smirked. "The first one to get the flag wins the tournament. Everything is allowed. Good luck."

Both Erza and Kera were shocked seeing the change, but the red head was the first to react. She quickly smashed the brunette out of the way before heading for the flag. Kera screeched slightly as she hit a tree while the other team went for the flag.

Sting quickly pulled her up. "Come on Kera, we got to get that flag!"

She groaned while rubbing her head. "That was a cheap shot…" She muttered. She saw Erza and the other members of her team climbing up the trees while Mira actually flew up to it.

"Oh no you don't! Wendy!" Natsu shouted. The little girl nodded and quickly sent a breath attack towards Mira knocking her out of the air.

Rogue quickly moved into the shadows, climbing up the trees in only mere seconds.

Kera quickly turned to Gajeel. "Quick! Throw me towards the flag!"

"Don't tell me what to do!" he snapped giving the brunette a glare.

Kera was furious. "Oh for the love of… just throw me like you want to kill me!" she yelled at him.

Gajeel grinned, a smirk plastering on his face. "Gladly." He chuckled before grabbing her by the back of her shirt. "W-Wait! I-I d-didn't mean to… ow that's hard!"

"Get used to it." He sneered before throwing her in the air. With his breath attack he shot her up into the sky, right towards the flag.

Kera narrowed her eyes as she saw Erza ready to grab it. She smirked slightly before grabbing the red head shocking her. "Not going to happen!" She said smashing herself into her and sending her off of the branch.

The two wizards tumbled through several trees, hitting branches before landing on the ground in a heap of mess. Kera groaned slightly. Pain ran through her body for a short moment before she crawled into a sitting position.

When she did, it wasn't long before she was knocked to the ground again. "What the hell was that!?"

Oh yea… she wasn't alone.

Erza was standing above her with a furious look. "You could have gotten us killed!"

"At least you didn't get the flag." Kera said with a grin before Erza hit her again.

"Erza's down!" Minerva shouted seeing the red head pummel the brunette after that sudden and crazy incident. She didn't blame her at all. That was a stupid and reckless attack from the brunette that could have gotten them both killed.

But…

She had to respect her for going through with it. After all it's just a tournament.

Kagura snorted as she jumped to another tree, getting closer to the flag. "She'll occupy the Dragon. For now let's get that flag before the others catch up."

"You mean like this?" Kagura's eyes went wide when she saw a shadow come out of the tree she was standing on. Rogue appeared and quickly kicked the warrior off.

Kagura gritted her teeth as she caught herself on a different branch, saving herself from falling to the ground. She growled slightly seeing as she let herself be surprised like that. Next time she wouldn't fall so easily.

Minerva quickly tried to knock Rogue off, but Natsu appeared giving the Sabertooth mage a grin. "Hey there!" He said sending a flaming fist straight towards her. Minerva raised her arms just in time to block the attack. She was sent flying from the branch but caught herself on the next tree.

Sting jumped up from the trees and tried to reach for the flag but a blast of water sent him flying into the tree. He grunted and turned his head seeing Juvia jumping up. He had to give her credit. She was a powerful wizard herself. Of course he watched the Naval Battle fight and was impressed that Juvia had so much control in the water. If it weren't for Minerva she might have had a chance.

Well… besides Minerva and Kera. Those two were beasts…

For some reasons the women in the two guilds were beasts… he had to shudder at that thought.

Sting glanced down to the ground where both Kera and Erza were still fighting. Wendy was at the ground giving both Rogue and Gajeel support and also keeping Mira grounded so she wouldn't just fly up.

They needed a better plan or else they wouldn't get anywhere. A sound caught his ears and he saw Juvia sending another water blast at him. Quickly he moved out of the way by dropping down to the ground.

His feet landed firmly on the ground catching the attention of both girls. Kera took that moment and punched Erza straight in the jaw. The red head stumbled back but quickly regained her posture and charged towards the brunette with her sword.

Kera ducked the swing of the sword and slid behind her grabbing her shoulder. Quickly she turned the red head around kicking her in the back before Sting sent a blast of white magic at her sending her a few meters back.

Kera sighed in relief. "Thanks, now come on. That won't keep her down for long."

"What? I thought it'd keep her down for good!"

"Oh no, you just pissed her off more."

"Great…"

Mira shouted as she threw a ball of dark magic towards Gajeel. The Iron Dragon Slayer dodged the blast and shot his arm forward, turning into iron. Mira growled catching his arm in mid air. Gajeel swallowed hard before the She-Devil threw him away.

"Gajeel!" Wendy shouted. She casted a few support spells helping the Dragon Slayer back on his feet.

"I'm fine!" He shouted. "Save your magic!"

Wendy frowned slightly. Everyone was fighting everybody else and nobody would accept her help. They were telling her to save her magic and stay in the back as if she were a little child… well she was but that was a complete different matter.

She wanted to help.

Gajeel growled as he tried to attack again but Mira smirked as she dodged his attack with ease. She appeared behind his back and raised her Demon claw ready to finish him off.

She shouted out in pain as something hit her back. She turned around growling but her eyes went wide when she saw Kera smashing into her. The brunette grinned as she pushed her down to the ground. She landed beside Wendy and smiled. "I can see you guys are having fun."

Gajeel snorted glaring at the brunette. "Why don't you make yourself useful? I don't want to lose against a team of these lousy girls."

"I wouldn't say that too loud." Kera said rubbing the back of her head. She remembered how Sting shot Erza. She was going to be soo pissed. On second thought Erza would kill her too…

"Guys they're almost to the flag!" Wendy said pointing upwards. Everyone turned their attention and saw the entire team except for Erza and Mira up on the trees trying to reach the flag. Natsu and Rogue were trying to keep them busy but they couldn't stop them all.

"We need a plan and now." Kera said glancing at the others.

The others simply shrugged not knowing what to do. Kera groaned slamming a hand against her forehead. Well there goes everything.

"Let's just beat them to it!" Gajeel shouted.

Kera sighed. That seemed to be the only way. She turned her attention towards Wendy. "I need you to cast a speed spell on me and Sting."

"But I can help with fighting!" She argued looking up at the brunette with pleading eyes. Kera smiled and knelt down to her. "I know you can fight Wendy and I'm not doing this to protect you. We need you're support spells to stand a chance against them. But after that join in the fight, we'll need your assistance in the sky."

Wendy smiled and nodded her head. Quickly she held out her arms two seals appearing under both Kera and Sting. The brunette turned to Gajeel. "Get your ass up those trees or find a different way to get that flag. We're not losing."

With those words said Kera jumped up climbing the tree in top speed. Sting quickly followed her, jumping from tree to tree, gaining higher ground. Gajeel gritted his teeth as he watched her leave. "She isn't going to top me."

A groan behind him caught his attention. He turned around and saw Mira getting back to her feet. At that moment he could hear Kera shouting. "Keep her grounded!"

"That damn little runt." He growled as Mira noticed him and got in a battle stance.

Kera and Sting were climbing the trees at top speed. They were incredibly fast with the help of Wendy. The brunette grinned as she past Natsu, who was falling down. Kera landed on a branch before launching herself against Minerva.

The Sabertooth woman was too shocked to react in time. Kera had kicked her off of the branch with a smile on her face. "Heh, not so tough now are you?"

She heard quickening footsteps and quickly turned around raising a stoned arm, blocking the unsheathed sword from Kagura. The woman gave her a glare that she held for a few seconds before a smirk formed on her lips. "Let's finish what we started."

Kera smirked. "Looks like someone is cocky." She gasped as pain flared through her stomach. Kagura grinned as she kicked the brunette back and through a tree. Kagura moved her unsheathed sword in front of her, her eyes settled on the tree where the brunette crashed.

A flash appeared and the swordswoman moved. In slow motion Kagura watched Kera move past her, her combined elemental magic enveloping around her. The Mermaid Heel wizard knew she was fast, especially with the supported spells, but not fast enough.

She herself was quick and to prove it, she quickly moved slamming the end of her sword into Kera's stomach, sending her crashing yet again. Kagura moved. "Juvia get the flag now!"

The Water Mage nodded and climbed the trees again. The flag was all the way up and she still had a little way to go. Sting saw her move for the flag, but his eyes were settled on Kera who was being beat by Kagura at the moment.

He wanted to help her, but he couldn't let Juvia get the flag. Damn it. What should he do?

"Go help Kera! I got Juvia!" Rogue shouted as he appeared out from a shadow. Sting nodded and quickly jumped down towards Kagura.

Meanwhile Rogue slithered around the shadows of the trees catching up to Juvia. She was getting closer to the flag and they couldn't allow that. Rogue suddenly appeared beside her pulling her down the branch. The two fell down, farther away from the flag.

Kera groaned as she rubbed her head. "I just can't win today…" She muttered slightly. First all of the dangerous women in one team, then her stupid fight with Gajeel, then the stupid cave and the stupid serpent and this stupid thing, she's glad when this is all over.

They're never doing this stupid tournament again.

"You're definitely not going to win today." A voice spoke up from behind. She quickly turned around on the branch and saw Minerva standing right in front of her face with a smirk plastered on her lips. "Oh crap…" Kera muttered and the woman simply chuckled. "Oh crap indeed."

Minerva raised her hands and several orbs appeared. Kera's eyes went wide and quickly jumped off of the branch to another one. The orbs exploded and barely missed the brunette as she kept on moving. It was hard keeping her balance while not falling off the branches. Her eyes darted up to the flag and smirked.

She dodged another attack from Minerva and shot upwards to the flag. She kept on climbing until she jumped towards the flag. Her hand reached out ready to grab it… almost there…

Her hand reached for the flag only to grab air. "Huh!?" She shouted looking around before realizing that she was falling towards the ground. She moved her head and saw that Minerva had switched places with her. "Oh come on!"

Minerva just waved at her as she stood next to the flag. Kera gritted her teeth. She was not going to let her win. Taking a deep breath she aimed straight for her as she was about to grab the flag. "Dragon Queen: ROAR!" A powerful blast of magic shot out of her mouth.

The Sabertooth Mage was hit in the side knocking her away from the flag.

Kera cheered but suddenly hit the ground. She groaned not moving at all. "Ow…" She muttered.

Sting jumped back from the sword that was about to cut him in half. He had never fought Kagura himself so he had no idea what she could do. Of course he saw her fight against Yukino and Kera and others, but this was the first he was fighting her himself. And he had to say she was good.

The White Dragon Slayer ducked out of the way of the sword and quickly used his White Claw attack to hit Kagura in the side. The breath left the swordwoman's body as she was pushed back. She jumped back onto another branch to catch her breath. She glared at Sting slightly. "Lucy shot…" She muttered mostly to herself.

Due to his Dragon Slayer hearing, he heard her and simply smirked. Kagura raised her sword and was ready to strike but noticed that she couldn't. "What…" She muttered. Looking down at her side she saw a white symbol that was glowing.

Sting chuckled. "Stigma, you can't move." He moved his leg back and clasped both of his hands together. "Sorry to do this Kagura, but you're not the only ones who want to win. White Dragon: Holy Ray!" He shot his hands forward, a powerful blast of white magic hitting the Mermaid Heel wizard.

Kagura was shot back and hit the ground below. Sting just watched her for a few seconds noticing that she was not moving. Deciding that she was out he turned his attention towards Kera but noticed that she was gone. He looked around trying to find her. After a few second he found her lying on the ground looking beat. "You okay!?" He shouted down towards her.

Kera simply gave him a thumbs up signaling that she was somewhat fine. Sting sighed in relief seeing this. He was about to help her, but suddenly felt strange. His body felt lighter and he lost his footing on the branch. He was floating! "What the!?"

His eyes moved to the ground and fear hit him. Kagura was standing on her two feet again her sword held in front of her. Gravity change. It hit him like a brick. This was Kagura's true power and she was using it on him.

Oh boy…

Kera slowly sat up, her body aching. Looking around she saw Gajeel and Wendy taking care of Mira while Rogue was fighting Juvia. Minerva was nowhere to be seen and so was Erza. The only one who was still up and fighting was Kagura and she seemed to be fighting with Sting.

But where the hell was Natsu?

Since everyone else was busy she decided to sneak up to the flag again. That is until a blur beside her caught her attention while she was climbing. Turning her head she saw Natsu jumping from branch to branch reaching for the flag.

Of course the idiot wasn't quiet either.

He was laughing like a maniac as he got closer. "We're the best!" Natsu shouted as he landed on the last tree close to the flag. He was about to grab it when all of a sudden the tree started to move.

"Huh!?" Natsu looked down at the tree and noticed that it was cut at the bottom and now falling to the ground. "Ah come on!" He whined as he fell down to the ground again.

Kera's eyes quickly went to the ground where the tree was cut knowing exactly what happened. She didn't see anything but that didn't mean anything.

She felt the wind shift beside her and quickly moved. A sword barely passed her, cutting a few strands of her hair off. She barely caught herself on another tree. She climbed back on her feet and glanced where she was standing a few seconds ago.

A familiar red head stood there in her known Flight Armor. Kera smirked. "Wanna race?"

Erza snorted, not looking that amused. "You know I'm going to beat you up after this."

"Yea, I know. That's why I have to get the flag!" Kera shouted jumping up to another branch.

The red head rolled her eyes. There was no chance that the Dragon Slayer would get there first. She was wearing her Flight Armor which gave her an immense speed boost. There was no one that could beat her armor.

The red head started jumping up to the flag using her Flight Armor to gain immense speed. The two leaders of the teams raced to the top. Kera kept on sending blasts towards the blurry red head, trying to knock her down to the ground. Unfortunately she was too fast to hit, but she could still slow her down.

Kera jumped up and used her air magic to push back the red head. If she couldn't hit her straight on, she'll use the air around them. She did succeed in knocking the red head back, but it was just only for a second.

Erza immediately got back up and charged for the flag. Kera gritted her teeth. She knew Erza was quicker than her. She needed to do something quick before she got the flag before her. Kera took a deep breath and closed her eyes for a second. When she reopened them they were flashing a golden color. Powerful magic surrounded her and she got ready to take off. Focus Kera. Concentrate on where you are putting your magic towards.

With a smirk she dashed off of the branch, breaking it as she left. She was soaring through the sky like a bullet and she was aiming right at the flag.

Erza jumped from the last branch towards the flag, her hand about to grab it, just like before. Victory already on her mind she just looked at the flag.

Out of nowhere a different hand grabbed the flag taking it from its stand. Erza turned her head and couldn't believe what she saw. Kera had passed her while light magic surrounded her body. Erza noticed that she was going way too fast to stop. "Kera slow down!" She shouted.

The brunette bounced off of a tree, but as she did the pain in her leg from when the Serpent cut her started acting up. She let out a cry of pain before slipping and tumbling… well more flying towards the ground. She hit a couple of branches and trees before finally crashing to the ground.

Everyone stopped fighting as they saw this. Erza quickly appeared on the ground and ran to the brunette who hasn't moved since she crashed. "Kera!" She shouted.

Sting and Natsu quickly followed worried that something happened to the brunette. The three of them arrived to where Kera crashed and looked worried. "Kera?" Sting asked dread filling his body.

There was a moment of silence. Everyone had surrounded the fallen wizard as well as the knocked off Minerva. They all looked a little worried.

A hand shot up from the ground holding the flag in the air.

Sting and Natsu smiled while Erza sighed in relief. Of course the red head wasn't happy that they lost but she was glad that her sister was alright.

Natsu high fived Sting. "We won!" He shouted while laughing.

Kera groaned as she slowly sat up. After falling to the ground because of Minerva and now crashing to the ground because she was too fast and couldn't control it her body was aching all over and it hurt like hell. "Ow… that hurts…" She muttered holding her shoulder.

Sting had helped her stand up while supporting her. Kera smiled at him thanking him for his help. Erza was now standing in front of the two, her hands crossed over her chest, a stern look on her face. "You do know that you were completely reckless and an idiot for doing that."

Kera raised her hand that was holding the flag. "At least I got the flag."

"And almost died doing it."

"It was just a fall."

"You crashed."

Mira and Wendy came to Kera's side. The little girl started healing her, making sure she wasn't in complete pain.

Gajeel snorted as he and Rogue walked up to them. "Man that was crazy from you runt."

Kera smirked at him. "You're just jealous because I was the one who got the flag."

"You wish." He stated, but then a smile formed on his lips. "But I got to say, you got some damn guts girl."

The brunette chuckled. "All in a day's work."

Clapping was heard from behind and they all turned around. Makarov was walking towards them. "Impressive Kera, you grabbed the flag just before Erza would and in a very unusual way. Though I have to say that I didn't expect for your team to win."

"Gee… thanks for the vote of confidence." Natsu muttered.

"But you still won." Makarov added with a smile. "And you should feel proud of yourselves. Not only have you proven your strength, you have proven that you work as a team and are capable to do more things than just fight."

"Enough of that crap old man." Gajeel pushed himself forward. "What's the prize!?"

Makarov smiled. "Ah yes, your prize."

The entire team of Dragon Slayers surrounded the Master of the Fairy Tail Guild. He smiled as he started speaking. "Your prize is… the honor to have beaten the very first Guild Tournament!"

"THAT'S IT!?" Everyone shouted in shock and surprise.

Kera clenched her fists. "Are you saying I almost got lost in a cave, fought a giant Serpent in the dark and almost died by crashing into the ground for… for nothing!?"

"Yea what the hell is with that!?" Natsu shouted angry as well.

Makarov raised his hand. "Be grateful for you have worked as a team, hasn't your bond grown with each other?"

The Dragon Team stopped and glanced at each other. For a moment there was silence… but then there was shouting again.

"We want a real prize!"

"We fought Serpents and Demons!"

"Don't give us your friendship speech bullcrap!"

As the entire team was arguing with the Master the other team simply stood there with a smile. Erza glanced at both Kagura and Minerva. "I hope you guys aren't too upset that we lost."

Kagura smirked. "It is nothing to be upset about. I had… I had fun." She admitted her cheeks turning a slight shade of red.

Erza smiled seeing this. Kagura was still trying to open up to the others and admitting something like this was already a big step forward.

Minerva sighed as she put a hand on her hip. "I have to say it is a little sad that we lost to them. I mean… they're uncoordinated, no tactics just plain… boldness and sometimes even a little stupidity."

Erza chuckled. "Yea… but they have heart. They don't give up even if the odds are against them."

"But still…" Minerva started glancing at the bickering team. She sighed while shaking her head. "I'm going to hear it from Sting for a while."

Erza patted her shoulder. "Give it a while and he'll settle down."

She snorted. "Yea… you don't know Sting that well."

The red head glanced at the bickering wizards and smiled. She was glad that they had won. She would have been happier if they had won but seeing her little sister smile after grabbing that flag was nice. She was growing up and can handle herself now.

"Come on! Give us something!"

"We fought for our lives!"

"We almost died!"

"How about free food for a week?"

"NO!"

"Hold up, let's think about that food."

"Natsu no!"

"Oh come on! Free food!"

"NO!"
