Descendant of Rage
I don't think I need to say it….. Sakura was able to build up a massive amount of attacking power using Ezel in combination with Gancelot, however all that power may as well have been nonexistent as Dalette was able to render it as such even defeating Sakura the following turn. This in turn rendered the entire stadium crowd even those who came to cheer for our heroes in a state of near absolute silence. Did the silence start because Sakura chose not to guard that last attack? Or was it the fact of the 6th damage not being a heal trigger. It doesn't really matter as a defeat is still a defeat, but what does matter is where things go from here. Still I suppose to answer that detail I must start at the beginning of the end.
"Twin drive check…. Second check…. Power to Chaos and my vanguard is going critical!" Dalette revealed.
"Damage check….." Sakura said as the 6th damage was unfortunately for her not a heal trigger.
"The…. the fight is over. Winner Dalette Grayson of Destiny Breaker." The judge announced as one of the most unexpected results had just occurred.
"To those of you that claimed that I have no right to the face of your champion. I just crushed her completely, proved my strength to be superior to hers, so from this point on don't make the distinction that we're the same person ever again." Dalette tells the crowd.
Meanwhile inside Team Destiny Breaker's dugout as Dalette's little speech is going on.
"I've never seen big sis get like this." Sade points out.
"Yeah there must be something more to this than just look-a-like angst." Virgil followed.
"No kidding. Say Kiba you've known Dalette the longest out of all of us. Do you have any idea what the reason might be?" Raphugio inquired.
"Heh sorry, but…. I don't have a clue either." Kiba said as his mind was still wrapping around how this fight ended.
"Oh okay the…. wait I know that face. You're totally lying right now and you do know why she's acting like this, don't you?" Virgil suddenly asked.
All Kiba said to this was "Just as there are secrets you can trust with people because they are your friends, there are secrets you can't trust with people because they are your friends."
And now time for the conclusion of Dalette's short little rant picking up right where we left off from earlier.
"I hope your team does make it to the finals so I can defeat you again, but for now I truly don't care if my team wins this match. I really don't." Dalette said before returning to her own dugout as Sakura did the same.
"Truthfully I find it off-putting for the captain of a team to say they're uninterested in winning a match, but this time I can put it aside." Sara announced.
"Still Sakura's defeat was shocking none the less, but I wonder how this unexpected defeat for Team Strike Shadow will affect their performance in these next two fights. Still there's only one way fOr us to know the answer to that Vanguard fans." Dr. O announced.
Dalette claimed she had little interest of the fate of her team's fight, of which is a statement that is about to prove the saying "You get what you asked for" true as the fight between Virgil VS Preston is coming to a close.

"After two turns of break rides by both competitors, Virgil has gained the upper hand in this fight." Sara announced.
"With Only 2 cards in hand, this turn may be Preston's last chance to win the fight." Dr. O followed.
"This fight will decide whether or not we have a legitimate underdog upset right now." Sara followed.
"Upset? Please everything's been going according to plan." Preston tells Virgil as they listen to the press commentary.
"What plan? Last I checked I have you on the ropes." Virgil retorts.
"Yeah well not for long. Slice through the unstoppable wheels of fate! Break ride Last Card, Revonn [Power: 11000]!" Preston declared.
"What?" Virgil said with a surprised look on his face.
"My vanguard gets +10000 power for this turn, and Revonn's counterblast twice over to give him +4000 more. Next up Lazarus attacks Blueblood [Total Power: 10000]!" Preston declared.
"Of all times for Revonn to come up." Virgil thought as he placed Blueblood in the drop zone.
"Boosted by Accelerated Command, Benedict attacks Davy Jones [Total Power: 16000]!" Preston declared again.
"I guard with Rough Seas Banshee [Total Shield: 10000]!" Virgil countered.
"Revonn's Limit Break! Since my front row is at rest he gains +3000 power and +1crit by paying a counterblast cost of 1. So now boosted by Theo, Revonn attacks your vanguard [Total Power: 36000 2crit]!" Preston declared yet again.
"I guard with…." Virgil was saying before being interrupted by Preston.
"I'm not done explaining yet. Trans-core's break ride skill dictates that unless you want to deal with an extra critical you have to pitch a card from your hand to the drop zone." Preston explained.
"I won't guard then." Virgil responds as he discards a random card from his hand.
"Twin drive check [Tear Knight, Theo – No Trigger]. Second check [Tear Knight, Lazarus – No Trigger]." Preston revealed.
Flying through the sky as effortlessly as he would swim through the ocean, Revonn is able to make the undead pirate king dead again.
"Damage check [Ice Prison Necromancer, Cocytus – No Trigger] And now you decide to show up." Virgil revealed.
"The fight's over. The winner is Preston Crawford." The judge declared.
Raphugio would fight adamantly trying to secure this match's victory for his team, but he would fair little better against Teresa.

"One again a member of Team Strike Shadow has been pushed to the edge." Sara announced.
"Oh yes, but the question one must as here is can Raphugio actually hold out until his next turn to win this fight? Or will we have another case of a comeback win?" Dr. O followed.
"It certainly has been a while since I've had a challenge from a card fighter outside the team, so I suppose I have to give you props there." Teresa tells Raphugio.
"Then I guess I'll say I'll say thanks." Raphugio responds.
"It's only a shame that this fight won't last another turn. I break ride Chief Nurse, Shamsiel [Power: 10000]! My vanguard gets +10000 power, the grade 2 Nociel is added from the damage zone to my hand, and the top card of my deck is sent to the damage zone to replace it" Teresa informed.
"Oh this is going to sting." Raphugio thought as he steeled himself for defense.
"My center and left-hand columns gain +4000 power through their skills. I call Love Machine Gun, Nociel [Power: 8000], switch a card in my hand for the Bethnael, once again give my 2 columns +4000 power, and I call Bethnael [Power: 8000]." Teresa explained.
"I'd like to say this is a very impressive performance vanguard fans for Teresa to bring about this much attacking power in her hour of need." Sara announced.
"Nociel attacks Fifth Element [Total Power: 16000]!" Teresa declared.
"I'll guard with Cursed Doctor [Total Shield: 10000]." Raphugio said.
"Shamsiel's Limit Break! When she attacks I'm allowed to trade cards with the damage zone again, and my 2 columns gain an additional +4000 power. Boosted by Thousand Ray, Shamsiel attacks your vanguard [Total Power: 39000]!" Teresa declared.
"March Rabbit will nullify that [Perfect Shield]." Raphugio countered.
"Twin Drive check [Love Machine Gun, Nociel – No Trigger]." Teresa revealed.
"Don't get a stand or a crit. Don't get a stand or a crit. Don't get a stand or a crit." Raphugio constantly repeated in his mind.
"And second check [Rocket Dash Unicorn – Critical Trigger] I give all effects to Million Ray Pegasus, and since my vanguard's attack failed he will attack instead with a boost [Total Power: 33000 2crit]!" Teresa declared yet again.
"Damage check [King of Masks, Dantarian – No Trigger]. Please don't let me down now heal trigger. Second check [Dark Soul Conductor – No Trigger]." Raphugio revealed.
"Fight over winner Teresa Weaver, and winning team of this fight is Team Strike Shadow!" the judge announced.
"There you have it fOlks. Raphugio and Virgil both gave a good fight, but they just lacked the strength to land the finishing blow against Preston and Teresa's superior skills." Dr. O announced.
"Regardless of who ended up winning this fight, I have to admit like Team Destiny Breaker's captain said I hope these two teams end up fighting each other again." Sara followed.
Unfortunately for our heroes their first fight at the US national tournament ended with their defeat, but all is not lost as there are still fights to come and they were able to make quite an impression. Still from this point on in the chapter they won't be the focus of attention, however Team Strike Shadow will be. Anyways these two teams clear out so the next two teams can do battle, and Team Strike Shadow thanks to their massive financial backing adjourned to a specially set up break room.
"Dammit am I still not strong enough? I thought if I trained to the point of where my body gives out, if I used the same resources she gave up, and fought the people she wouldn't I thought I would finally be able to defeat her but still she's stronger than me. Just how did she get this strong by turning away from so much?" Sakura thought as she was clearly taking her loss rather hard.
"You won't be able to win the rest of your fights if you're brooding so much." Isaac bluntly said.
"This is none of your… Sorry I didn't mean to snap like that. It's just that for my own reasons I wanted to win that fight very badly." Sakura explained as she just starts to regain her composure.
"If you really wanted to win so badly, then just win the next time you fight." Teresa said as she once again took up her role as the big sister of the team.
"You guys already know part of my reasons for being here is so I can defeat Cloud. In terms of just pure talent he's way better than me, but I have to train 3 hours for every one of his to finally beat him I'll do it. You have your own reasons for wanting to beat this Dalette chick right? Well I won't ask what they are, but if you weren't strong enough now keep practicing so you'll be strong enough later. If you ever give up all the work you've done in the first place will have instantly been rendered a waste of time." Preston surprisingly preached to Sakura.
The other three members of Team Strike Shadow suddenly became silent as Preston finished his short speech.
"What is there something on my face?" Preston asked as he was surprised by the silence.
"It's just that…." Teresa started saying.
"Managed to give…" Sakura continued saying.
"actually good advice." Isaac finished saying.
"Is it really that surprising?" Preston asked again.
"Yes." The other three members said in unison.
"Oh you guys suck." Preston said in an annoyed disbelief.
That last comment is able to cause laughter among the members of Team Destiny Breaker, of which is seems to have been much appreciated as it alleviates some of the tension caused by their recent fight.
"Ha ha jokes aside. Isaac what do you think of Dalette? It seems she's the only fighter on that team asides from Kiba that interests you." Teresa asked.
"She's chosen a stalwart resolute destiny for herself. One that's similar to yours Preston and one she may even be willing to put her life on the line for." Isaac answered.
"So um what should we do now?" Sakura asked.
"Kick back until our next fight starts." Preston and Teresa answered in unison.
And so kick back until their next fight starts at 4pm they do indeed. It seems that each member has their own way of relaxing in what off hours they get. Preston is completely focused on some sort of hand held RPG game, Isaac is helping with Teresa's singing career in one form or another, and Sakura not wishing to embarrass herself should she have to fight again is working on her deck. Once the time finally came for Team Strike Shadow to meet its next set of opponents in battle they worked their way back to Sun Life Stadium's field, and whether by choice or by chance they happen to be waiting in the same dugout as they did before.
"Welcome back Vanguard fans, and I must say we've seen a lot of exciting fights these past few hours both on the stadium field and the other locations we've set up for fights here." Dr. O announced to this still buzzed with excitement crowd.
And this still buzzed with excitement crowd responded with yet another round of applause.
"The services of my colleague Sara have been requested at another of the tournament sites throughout the city, sO I'll be flying solo for this one." Dr. O explained.
"Quit your yammering and just get tell us who we'll be fighting already!" is what Preston came close to yelling if it were not for the fact Teresa is still here.
"We have another underdog showdown for you here this afternoon, sO without further ado…. Fresh off their close victory against Team Destiny Breaker, the favored pick to make it to the top Team Strike Shadow! Their opponents who won their last fight 2-0, the near absolute unknown under dog group Team Resurgence!" Dr. O announced.
Like with Team Strike Shadow's last fight, both teams are shown in their dugouts lives on several TVs throughout the country.
"I know they said unknown, but have any of you ever heard of these guys?" Preston asked.
"The captain of the team works as a maid at one of the houses my father owns to be specific the one I'm staying in at the moment." Sakura answered.
"Really? How would gauge her ability as a fighter?" Isaac asked.
"Let's put it this way. I haven't lost an official match in years save for what happened not too long ago, but unofficially there's only three fighters that have been able to beat me starting with you Isaac, I lost to the second a few hours ago, and the third one would be her." Sakura explained.
Before anyone could say anything else, Dr. O announced "Now to get things underway Team Resurgence's captain Abygail Ingrid will fight Team Strike Shadow's vice-captain Teresa Weaver." Dr. O announced.
"Wish me luck guys." Teresa tells her Teammates.
Unfortunately luck wasn't enough as….. well it will just be easier to show you.
"Thanks to the power from Toypugal's boost, Majesty Lord Blaster attacks Ramiel!" Abygail declared.
"Winner Abygail Ingrid of Team Resurgence." The judge declared.
"Fighting in round two of this match-up we have Team Resurgence's vice-captain Tsubasa dueling Preston." Dr.O informed.
Tsubasa gave a worthy follow up performance as is in the entertainment half of the nature of Pale Moons, but this time around the performance wasn't quite enough to put it over the top or Preston 6 feet under as is in the other half of Pale Moon's nature.
"Now Revonn attacks! Now do you choose to keep your hand and loose? Or do you want to discard a card and loose?" Preston asked.
"The fight is over. The winner is Preston Crawford of Team Strike Shadow!" the judge declared.
"My O my, these were some rather close fights. To the point where a trigger decided the win or the loss for both teams. But will the last fight be the same as the rest? The last fight of this match will be between Will Kanbara wielder of the legendary Shadow Paladin clan versus the captain of Team Strike Shadow Isaac Barrett." Dr. O announced.
Once again the crowd roared with excitement at the thought of another exiting fight about to begin. We're about to find out just which of these two are the stronger fighter.
"It's an honor to fight against the captain of such a reputable team." Will tells Isaac as he looks through his deck for his starting vanguard.
"I suppose I should be flatt…. Hmm." Isaac said stopping mid-sentence as he found something strange about the deck in his hand.
"Changing decks literally right before a fight? That's a bit unusual." Will pointed out as Isaac put the deck in hand back in a deck box and took out another.
"It's nothing too serious. It just seems that a certain someone accidently absconded with my other deck." Isaac explained as he placed down the starting vanguard of his other deck.
"In that case I'll do the same to make it fair." Will said as he well….. did the same.
Meanwhile back inside Team Resurgence's dugout.
"Will's changing decks? Then doesn't that mean…." Nikki was saying.
"Yeah he's using his true Shadow Paladin deck." Abygail said finishing Nikki's sentence.
"Are the two of you ready?" the judge asked.
"Yeah." The two fighters answer.
"Then let the last fight of this match begin!" the judge declared.
"Stand up, Vanguard!" Will yelled.
"Stand up the Vanguard!" Isaac yelled.
Like in the last chapter, this field of battle remains as a football stadium, but with the added additions of a bright red light and faded purple of these two fighters starting vanguards.
"Front Line Revenger, Claudas [Power: 5000]." Will revealed.
As the faded purple light surrounding Will's starting vanguard disappeared he was revealed to be a warrior wielding a black purple tipped spear, a red cape tied around his neck, and the traditional black Shadow Paladin armor with glowing dark blue lines spread across it.
"Eradicator, Strike-dagger Dragon [Power: 5000]!" Isaac revealed.
Now as the bright red light disappeared Isaac's starting vanguard is shown to be an equally bright red dragon, with a yellow chest plate embedded with a green gem, a small dagger glowing with red lightning, and several wings floating around its back in the shape of lightning bolts.
"Dragonic Descendent then?" Will asked.
"Yes. There are few dragons out there whose power rivals Vermillion, and through that is worthy of my respect. I could give all the dragons on that list, but we don't have time for that." Isaac explained.
"Then I'll just go first to save us time. I ride Transient Revenger, Masquerade [Power: 7000], Claudas moves, and I call Dorint [Power: 7000] to end my turn." Will said.
With a classical burst of a purple light this knight clad in armor is transformed into a man with a black suit, with a black tie, white hair, and for some apparent reason chains wrapped around both of his arms. Then behind this finely dressed killing machine is Claudas's twin brother wielding a blue tipped spear.
"I ride Eradicator, Demolition Dragon [Power: 7000], then I'll move Strike-dagger Dragon behind him, and call another Demolition Dragon [Power: 7000]." Isaac explained.
Now the small bright red dragon is steadily turns into a 4-legged bright yellow one, with a dark grey face/underside to its neck, and several lightning bolt shaped horns and scales coming out of several points on his body. It should still be noted that the bright red dragon hasn't abandoned the fight and a more orange Demolition Dragon has joined it.
"Now my vanguard Demolition Dragon attacks first [Total Power: 7000]!" Isaac declared.
"No guard." Will responds.
"Drive trigger check [Sword Dance Eradicator, Hisen – No Trigger]." Isaac revealed.
Using its lighting rod of a horn, Demolition dragon directs a surge of lightning towards the Transient Revenger.
"And the card from this damage check is [Revenger of Malice, Dilan – No Trigger] not a trigger." Will revealed with some slight disappointment.
"Boosted by Strike-dagger Dragon, my rearguard Demolition Dragon attacks and gains +3000 power through his skill [Total Power: 15000]!" Isaac declared again.
"Damage check [Freezing Revenger – Draw Trigger] Sigh why couldn't this have come the other way around? But…. at least I still get to draw." Will revealed.
"My turn is done." Isaac said.

"Serve the light through the dark my avatar! I ride Blaster Dark Revenger [Power: 9000]!" Will yelled.
A strong wind picks the dust of the ground and surrounds the Transient Revenger. This wall of dust and air gives way to a man wearing the Shadow Paladin Version of Blaster Blade Liberator's armor, those icy blue lines were still spread about his armor, and he now has a black/red cape to boot.
"Blaster Dark Revenger's especial counterblast! Through the power of his gamma burst I retire your rearguard Demolition Dragon." Will informed.
Like his rival, Blaster Dark Revenger sticks his sword in the ground only for a somewhat dark purple energy to be released from his blade and race towards Demolition Dragon only to render him particles of light shortly thereafter.
"Dorint's skill: Once Blaster Dark Revenger appears in front of him I can select a face down card in my damage zone and turn it back up. Call Nullity Revenger, Masquerade [Power: 9000]." Will explained.
"This is what makes the Dorint Blaster Dark combination very scary people. If timed carefully enough one's formation could be put it shambles 4 times over in a single fight." Dr. O announced.
"Since I have a vanguard with 'Revenger' in its card name, Masquerade gains +3000 power from his skill and the boost for this battle [Total Power: 17000]!" Will declared.
"Damage check [Supreme Army Eradicator, Zuitan – No Trigger]." Isaac revealed.
"Thanks to the power from Dorint's boost, Blaster Dark Revenger attacks [Total Power: 16000]!" Will declared.
"I'm not guarding." Isaac said.
"Drive trigger check [Illusionary Revenger, Mordred Phantom – No Trigger]." Will revealed.
Suddenly it was as if Blaster Dark Revenger became darkness itself as he moved to Demolition Dragon's blind spot before impaling his sword part way in the dragon's neck.
"Check [Eradicator Wyvern Guard, Guld – No Trigger]." Isaac revealed.
"That ends my turn for now." Will said.

"I ride Eradicator, Thunderboom Dragon [Power: 10000] and call Eradicator, Spark Rain Dragon [Power: 9000] in addition to Hisen [Power: 6000]." Isaac said.
Now the 4-legged transforms into a humanoid orange red dragon, with a yellow trim, and his attack of choice being a boomerang made of lightning. Still he's not left alone as another 4-legged vermillion colored dragon joins him.
"This turn of attacks will start off with Spark Rain [Total Power: 17000]!" Isaac declared.
"Grim Revenger will guard against that attack [Total Shield: 10000]!" Will countered.
"Thunderboom Dragon will attack Masquerade [Total Power: 16000]!" Isaac declared again.
"How unusual….. Isaac has chosen to attack the rearguard with his vanguard. I wonder just what is he planning right now people?" Dr. O announced.
"Drive check [Eradicator, Dragon Mage – Draw Trigger] I give the power to my vanguard and draw 1." Isaac decided.
In terms of power Blaster Dark Revenger was more than strong enough to stop Thunderboom's thunder power, but unfortunately thanks to the advantage in rotational force a part of this thunder boomerang is able to land a heavy blow on this Revenger's shoulder.

"It's your turn again Will." Isaac said as he was indicating the end of his own.

"I have to admit I didn't think I'd fight such a strong opponent so soon after regionals." Will happily admitted contrary to what his choice of words implied.
"Then you fought a strong fighter during Regionals?" Isaac asked.
"Yes, but like your thing about the list of dragons I don't have time to go in detail about it." Will answered as he drew for the turn.
"Then go ahead and make your next turn." Isaac retorts like he was slightly amused by Will's comment.
"Oh gladly. Atone for the sins of the old shadows with your own darkness! I ride Illusionary Revenger, Mordred Phantom [Power: 11000]!" Will yelled.
Just as Blaster Dark is Blaster Blade's opposite in terms of appearance, so is Mordred Phantom to Liberator Gancelot. This Illusionary Revenger rides onto the battlefield on top of a dark winged horse, wearing black armor, and wields his own blade of darkness.
"I call Rugos [Power: 10000], and with a boost Mordred Phantom attacks your vanguard [Total Power: 20000]!" Will declared.
"No guard." Isaac said.
"Then I'll be checking the twin drive [Revenger of Malice, Dilan – No Trigger]. Second check [Revenger, Raging Form Dragon – No Trigger]. Still no triggers this time, however this is still a beautiful drive check." Will revealed.
"It will still take more than beauty within the art of war for you to defeat me." Isaac retorts.
"I figured as much, but don't forget about your damage check." Will said in turn.
"I haven't forgotten about that. Still….. check [Divine Spear Eradicator, Pollux – Critical Trigger]. I give all effects to my vanguard Thunderboom Dragon." Isaac decides.
"The trigger bonus may be helping your defense a bit, but that won't stop Rugos from attacking your vanguard [Total Power: 15000]!" Will declares again.
"I guard with Dragon Mage [Total Shield: 5000]." Isaac countered.
Just when Rugos thought he was going to land another blow on Isaac's vanguard with his two swords the old Dragon Mage sacrifices himself to protect the young Thunderboom Dragon.
"Once again my turn ends." Will said.

"Ride the vanguard! Hot-blooded, scarlet dragon… Eradicator, Vowing Sword Dragon [Total Power: 11000]!" Isaac yelled.
With his red wings shaped like lightning bolts, a sword with a serrated edge, and red scales this dragon lets out a proud roar signaling its desire for victory along with the mighty dragon's title as the first Eradicator.
"Spark Rain Dragon attack Mordred Phantom [Total Power: 17000]!" Will declared.
"I guard with another Grim Revenger [Total Shield: 10000]!" Isaac countered.

To enhance its destructive power, Vowing Sword Dragon channels some of his power into his blade covering it in a lightning aura before using Mordred's sword as a middle man once they come into contact.

"That would be one of the dragons on my list right next to Phantom Blaster Dragon and Phantom Blaster Overlord." Isaac said.
"I guess I should say thanks, but for now Mordred Phantom's Break Ride skill! I counterblast 1, my vanguard's strength goes up by +10000, and now stand up again my avatar. Superior call Blaster Dark Revenger [Power: 9000]. He gains +5000 power for the turn and through his skill I retire Spark Rain Dragon." Will explained.
This time around Blaster Dark moves with such speed that it's as if for a moment he becomes darkness itself as he quickly moves behind Spark Rain and impales him with his sword for the killing blow.
"Rugos attacks, and Claudas boosts [Total Power: 15000]!" Will declared.
"The other Eradicator, Dragon mage I have will guard against that attack [Total Shield: 5000]." Isaac responds.
"Now Raging Form Dragon attacks [Total Power: 28000]!" Will declared.
"No guard." Isaac said.
"Check [Transient Revenger, Masquerade – No Trigger]. Second check [Revenger, Air Raid Dragon – Critical Trigger] Critical to Raging Form and power to Blaster Dark [New Total Power: 31000 2crit]." Will revealed.
A grand whirlwind forms around Raging Form's crystalline sword and is fired at Vowing Sword Dragon with great fervor.
"Damage check [Eradicator, Thunderboom Dragon – No Trigger]. Second check [Eradicator, Dragonic Descendant – No Trigger]." Isaac revealed as he placed the two cards in the damage zone.
"If you think I only have 1 attack left you'd be wrong. Raging Form Dragon's Limit Break! Now Dorint, Claudas, and Rugos give your souls to this Abyss Dragon!" Will yelled.
These three units in their card form are covered in the same black aura that surrounded Will once he rode Raging Form. It's as if every aspect of their existence was turned into power for Raging Form to consume.
"Even when brought to the point of exhaustion against overwhelming power, your desire to protect everyone allows you to stand again. Superior persona ride with Revenger, Raging Form Dragon [Power: 11000]!" Will yelled.
To those watching this superior ride it was as if for a moment they saw this one dragon separate into two, and fuse back into one dragon again.
"Revenger, Raging Form Dragon gets +10000 power through his Limit Break skill, and he attacks again [Total Power: 21000]!" Will declared.
"Eradicator Wyvern Guard, Guld guards [Perfect Defense]." Isaac countered.
"Drive check [Nullity Revenger, Masquerade – No Trigger] and second check [Dark Cloak Revenger, Tartu – No Trigger]." Will revealed.
This time around Raging Form Dragon attacks by channeling his magical prowess in the form of a violet colored fireball, of which breaks apart and practically slides around Guld's enhanced defensive strength hitting everything but Isaac's units.
"Blaster Dark Revenger attack [Total Power: 19000]!" Will declares yet again.
"Seiobo guards [Total Shield: 10000]." Isaac said defensively as he kept up his defense.
"I end my turn." Will said content with how the fight was going, but obviously not letting down his guard.

"It seems with those words Isaac's confident about the close call victory thing. Let's see just how he means to pull that off." Dr. O announced again.
"With your overwhelming will and power stand up as many times as it takes for you to destroy the enemies of the empire! Break ride Eradicator, Dragonic Descendant [Total Power: 11000]! He gains +10000 power and I retire your Blaster Dark Revenger." Isaac declared.
There you have it people on of the game's most legendary standing vanguards is ready to end this fight with Isaac's victory.
"Asides from Vermillion, Dragonic Descendant is one of 3 units among the Narukamis on my list of dragons." Isaac tells Will.
"Then show me what this dragon can do is you truly believe you can win right now." Will retorted.
"I call another Vowing Sword [Total Power: 11000]! Descendant's especial counterblast twice over to give himself +10000 power, and in the meantime Vowing Sword attacks [Total Power: 16000]!" Isaac declared.
"And the damage trigger is [Illusionary Revenger, Mordred Phantom – No Trigger]." Will revealed.
"Eradicator, Dragonic Descendant attack[Total Power: 31000]!" Isaac declared again.
"Revenger of Darkness, Mac Lir will nullify that [Perfect Defense]." Will said.
"Twin drive check [Supreme Amy Eradicator, Zuitan – No Trigger] and second [Eradicator Wyvern Guard, Guld – No Trigger]." Isaac revealed.
"With three cards in hand you're all about to see what makes Descendant a dangerous card." Dr. O announced.
"Descendant's Limit Break! He gains +1 critical and the ability to attack again. With Hisen's boost, Descendant attacks [Total Power: 42000 2crit]!" Isaac declared for the final time.
"I'll bring about everything I have to stop that [Total Shield: 35000]!" Will countered.
"Twin drive check [Eradicator, Dragonic Descendant – No Trigger]. Second check [Eradicator, Yellow Gem Carbuncle – Critical Trigger] I give all effects to Descendant [New Total: 47000 3crit]!" Isaac decided.
As Descendant releases the massive amount of power he's stored over the years, the air around him turns as red as a roaring flame. With the Dragon Empire's own legendary sword he cuts through the wall of bodies in his way like they were all never there in the first place.

Before Team Strike Shadow celebrates another victory, I'll turn back the hands of time once more to right before Isaac suddenly changes decks. From another tournament site somewhere in sunny Miami Florida Kiba is watching that fight which is about to begin before his own fight on a large big screen that happens to be here as well.
"It's nothing too serious. It just seems that a certain someone accidently absconded with my deck." Isaac explained as he and Will were shown on the big screen.
"Of all people to have my deck it has to be him." Kiba thought.
"Are the two of you ready?" the judge here asked.
