Jaz gasped at the full grown Tanaka.
"What in the name of Rama?!"
Rojar looked up at Tanaka and spat.
"...What the heck is in this fruit?!"
"I-I must be seeing things again."
Rojar looked at his apple and chucked it at Tanaka, but he swiftly caught it.
"Jazzy, th-this mini man just turned giant and worse...HE'S A NINJA."
Bardroy who was lying down and smoking a cigarette, blew a cloud of smoke.
"You know it's only been around for two years now."
"Huh? Only two years? That's surprising. It looked much older than that." Grell asked.
"Yes, as it should. It was designed intentionally to look that way. It mirrors the look and appeal the previous manor had before." Tanaka said.
Grell turned around and notices Tanaka was now a fully grown sized man. "Ah! Who the devil are you?!"
"Ooh! It's the real Tanaka!" Finny exclaimed.
"Man, we haven't seen him for months!" Bardroy said.
"Um,...the 'real' Tanaka?" Jaz asked.
"Mm-hmm! The real Tanaka doesn't really come out often." Mey-Rin said.
Jaz stood up next to Tanaka and started….touching him…
She poked at his sides, and tried touching his face, but he playfully twirled her around like a ballerina. She did a pirouette turn, which ended their short dance.
" So..there was a previous manor?" Grell asked.
Tanaka stroked his chin while looking towards the manor. "Yes. About three years ago, the Phantomhive manor was set ablaze, and later destroyed by the flames."
"Oh dear, that's terrible what happened. Tell me, did Young Ciel's parents..-
"Unfortunately, yes. They perished in the fire, but thankfully the Young Master and I were able to survive." Tanaka said.
Grell finally finished clipping the hedges. "It's a shame how much misfortune the Young Master has had; it's probably a heavy-
Suddenly, Tanaka had steam pushing out of his sides and he shrunk. His body appeared to have deflated and he returned to his miniaturized form.
"Ho, ho, ho!" Tanaka said.
"...Oh god no, what happened!" Grell yelled.
Finny pouts. "Aw, he ran out of steam~" He said.
"W-wha-what?!" Grell said.
"His energy levels and stamina are lower than a normal person. Being the real Tanaka exhausts him. He just needs to rest for awhile." Bardroy said.
"Uh,..that's interesting." Grell said.
Jaz stared pensively at Tanaka. "I wonder what science would say about this guy." She whispered to Rojar.
He grimaced. "Ew, what is wrong with you?"
AHHH!
Everyone turned toward the source of the scream, and saw that it was Mey-Rin. She and Finny were staring in shock at the shrubs in the garden. The shrubs Grell had been trimming were all...skulls.
Jaz marveled at the skulls. "Holy Donuts, this is a…-a dream of death~" Jaz said.
"Really? You really think so?" Grell asked.
"What?! Are you two lot completely daft?! This is deplorable! And why are they all skulls?!" Bardroy yelled.
"Eh? Oh no! I've done it again!" Grell cried. "I've disgraced myself!"
Grell ran to a tree and magically produced a stepping stool and rope. He quickly jumped onto the stairs, tied the rope around his neck, and was ready to jump.
"Wow, this is some great detail.." Jaz touched the eyes of the skull.
"He even made so much room for the eye sockets. I could practically jump right inside!"
Rojar shuddered. "Jazzy, you scare me sometimes. Anywho, I think the Three Stooges and Hamlet over there need our attention."
"Hm? Wait, I think I see something." Jaz said.
She looked closer into the eye of the skull and saw a pair of bright, green eyes. Suddenly, she was pounced on by the figure inside the skull. When Jaz regained her sight, she saw that her attacker was a cute, blonde girl with curly ringlets and an elegant, orange dress.
"Oh my, you are adorable!" The blonde girl pointed to Rojar. "-and she is such a cutey!"
"Ah! Who is this girl?"
Jaz and Rojar tried scooting away from the girl, but she grabbed them both. The girl dragged them to the Three Musketeers, Tanaka, and Grell. Just as Grell was about to jump off the stool, the girl snatched it. Grell started choking, but she grabbed him as well. Don't ask me how a girl can manage to effortlessly grab a grown man while also carrying a younger child and squeech- I'm just as bewildered as you all are!
"Come on everybody, it's makeover time!" The girl shouted.
...
"Whoa, there. Just who are you, and what are you doing here?" Jaz asked.
Everyone waited for an answer, but the girl seemed to not have been paying attention. She stared deeply at Jaz, and tackled her.
The girl caressed Jaz's cheeks. "Ah, you even sound like a princess too! Hehe, you'll definitely be the last for a makeover little one, but until then…"
Everyone screamed and ran all over the garden, but the girl came prepared with "supplies". She tackled Bardroy and forced him to wear a pair of bunny ears with a tail. She moved on over to Finny, taking out a light pink dress with white frills on it. The gardener treaded through the fresh cluster of flowers planted, and completely destroyed the garden! The girl, however, had the stamina of horse, and caught him without challenge. She forced the dress on him, and tied on a pink bonnet to his head.
Jaz, Mey-Rin and Grell, all ran away inside the manor.
