A/N Look guys, a lot of people have come and gone from this story. Its been almost a year since i last updated. But a lot of stuff has happened and this story received ALOT of hate. More than most stories i've ever seen on here. But thats ok, because for the few of you who still like this story ill update for you. Ill update for my friend who had to give up this website. If nothing else I will certainly do it for her. Alot has changed. I wont promise weekly updates but i promise ill try.

As for that one reviewer named C I want you to know i miss you, and there hasn't been a day since it happened. That you left my mind. You know you still mean the world to me :). As a matter of fact i wish you'd come back.

OK and so let it begin.

The air troopers were the first ones to arrive on the scene.

"Scout the situation but avoid contact unless ordered otherwise, or fired upon." A GDI commander said to the pilots.

"You got it." Said one of the pilots.

The Orcas proceeded cautiously.

"No signs of life… Not even any signs of life being here…" One of the pilots said as he scanned the ground in disbelief.

"Same here"

"Same"

"Well thats just unbelievable, describe what you see." The commander said,

"I see mountains on all sides no traces of a battle, even exploration."

Back at the base camp the commander was there with Jacob and other soldiers.

The commander turned to one of the soldiers.

"Are you hearing this?" he said.

"I am, it has to be there, we saw it with our own eyes." Jacob said.

"hmmm" pondered the commander as he looked towards the mountains.

As he looked at them it slowly began to dawn on him.

"I want you to fly over the mountains. Check on the other side." The commander said into his microphone.

"Will do." said the pilot of the head orca.

"Somethings not right here…" said the commander as he paced impatiently waiting for a response.

After a few minutes the pilots replied.

"Sir! We've found what appears to be a war zone. We're seeing clashes in the streets. Cyborgs on Nod soldiers. Heavy fighti- AHHHHHHHHH-"

His report was interrupted by loud booming noises and what sounded like metal clanking.

"Soldier? Soldier? Can you hear me?" asked the commander.

All he heard back was static.

"DAMMIT!" He yelled out loud as he slammed his fists on a table.

The soldiers just sat there stunned staring at him.

"GET THOSE GODDAMN TROOPS MOVING FASTER!" he screamed.

The soldiers scrambled but Jacob just stood there unimpressed.

The commander just glared at him.

"I understand." Jacob said.

"What?"

"I understand" he repeated "I understand your frustration."

"What're you talking about?"

"This… This life that we've moved into. The wars. The pain of seeing your men die in combat. Everything." Jacob said.

The commander simply sighed and shook his head.

"Thats what happens when the responsibilities of the job outgrow the capabilities of the man." he said with a sadness in his voice.

"Its not your fault."

"Of course its not." Said the commander sarcastically.

"No im serious" Jacob said "Nobody is perfect. Youre trying to do whats best but your decisions seem to always have negative impacts and its very disheartening."

"How could you ever understand? You gamble with people's lives. Making horrible decisions. Youve never had to go through this. I hope you never will" said the commander.

"Oh but i have." Jacob said gaining a weird look from his commander "yup, i made horrible decisions. Id regret them if only it would change things."

"What did you do?" The commander asked with curiosity.

"I killed my family…" Jacob said blankly.

The commander just stared at him in amazement.

"I could never expect you to understand" Jacob said as he turned and walked away.

Back on the ground in the valley.

"OK ready… one… two… three…" I said as I moved into another alley with my squad.

There were two cyborgs. They were dispatched quickly.

"Split up" I said as all 4 of us parted ways.

I moved through the alleys quickly and silently, coming around the corners to be randomly greeted by cyborgs.

"All units the cyborgs are falling back, I repeat, the cyborgs are falling back." A soldier said over the comms.

"Easy now people, keep your heads in the game, continue fighting until there are non left!" I said.

Meanwhile at CABALs HQ.

"How is this possible?" Kane asked in astonishment after watching the battles unfold.

"a few hundred men stood off against all of our cyborgs."

"A miracle…" CABAL said.

"No its something else…" Kane said "its magical…"

"Because there was so much in our favor…" he continued.

"What are your new orders?" Asked CABAL.

"Bring them back, we need to regroup and figure out what happened here." Kane said calmly and he left the room.

As the wanderers army kept marching the wanderer kept thinking.

Is it really such a good idea? Can this army be used for something else?

He talked with Shen.

"I think this army can be used for something else…" The wanderer said calmly.

"Like?" Shen asked.

"Like anything you need it to do." said the wanderer.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. Wait what? What about 'US'" he asked emphasizing the 'US'.

"Ill still be around but i want you to take control of this army." The wanderer said.

"Well what first?" Asked shen.

"Build a fort, a base, something" said the wanderer.

"Where at?" Shen asked…

"Where ever you want, the choice is yours." said the wanderer.

"hmmmm… ok" Shen said.

A/N Alright so there you have it, hope you enjoyed and as always, Goodnight!

P.S. C come back to meeee. please!
