Summary

Brittany Pierce and Santana Lopez were finally a couple and not afraid to be open at McKinley High. Everybody knew they had something going on with them and didn't care because they knew that Santana would kick their asses for messing with her girlfriend.

But what happens when Brittany's old childhood best friend/first ever girlfriend, Rachel Berry moves back to Lima after being in California for so long, shows up Brittany's and her Senior year all grown up and not the same girl she was when she was younger,sparking up feelings that Brittany struggled to long forget while also putting a strain on her relationship with Santana Lopez?

Season 4 Rachel Berry clothes and hair style in this story. Minor Brittana relationship but Brittberry romance in the end and Quinn and Raevyn romance on the side. I'm making Dani part of this story. She'll be a Senior like the rest of them and apart of the cheerios.

Rachel slowly opens her eyes looking around wondering what happened.

"Guys she's awake." Hiram tells the others. Brittany rushed over to her girlfriend so glad she's awake.

"Rachel sweetie can you hear me?" Hiram asked her slowly. She nodded her head slowly.

"Where am I?" She whispered.

"Your on the couch in our living room. Can you remeber what happened sweetheart?" She slowly sat up looking around and her eyes landed on the woman who was standing next to another woman who was whispering in her ear.

"I just stopped breathing after I saw her." Hiram turned around staring at the woman next to his husband then looked back at his daughter.

"Sweetheart I'm sorry you freaked out about her being here but it's time that she be in your life." Brittany, Raevyn and Quinn stared at each other then glanced back at Rachel wondering how she's going to react.

"Who is she Daddy?" The woman walked over to her slowly.

"Hi Rachel I know you don't know me but I'm your birth mother Shelby Corcoran." Rachel stayed quiet then glanced at the other woman that was standing next to her Dad.

Shelby noticed Rachel staring at Naomi and smiled before glancing back at her daughter waving Naomi over.

"Rachel this is my best friend since forever Naomi Stewart. She wanted to be here for this for support." Naomi waved giving her a light smile.

"Hello Rachel. You look just like your mother, I can totally see it. I bet you have her singing voice." Rachel looked at her then back at Shelby.

"Can I go to my room. I'm tired, it's probably from falling." The adults nodded saying sure. Brittany helped her up and they go upstairs with Raevyn and Quinn following them.

With The Adults.

Shelby stared at Hiram and Leroy glaring at them.

"Let me guess you both didn't tell her I was coming? No wonder she freaked out and fainted. We had a deal Hiram and Leroy. I could see for the Holidays and summers. You are so damn lucky I got a lawyer to track you two. You weren't supposed to keep her from me." Leroy shook his head with his arms crossed.

"We had a contract remeber Shelby?" She scuffed.

"No you had the stupid contract made up and I fought both you on it. I never signed anything to keep her away from my life. I took both you to court and I won. She was supposed to be with me on the Holidays and summers since the day she was born. I sent her gifts and what did you two do with them?" They stayed quiet.

"Throw them away? Your lucky she's 18 now because I have taken you both to court and got custody over her. You can't keep her away from her own mother."

"Shelby we thought it was best that she didn't see you. You weren't in the right place at the time." Naomi kept her calm.

"Who do you two think you are? I was perfectly stable, I had a job, a career and I have a place for both of us. You two were just being selfish and kept her for yourself. We had a contract that I would get her for the holidays and the summers. Has she seen me yet until today?"

"No but-"

"No is right. You two are selfish bastards. Your so lucky I'm not putting your asses in jail right now." Leroy yelled.

"That's not going to help Shelby. We know what we did was wrong but cut us some slack. We've raised her right."

"Did you two ever stop to think that she could have needed her mom?" Naomi asked them.

"Nobody is speaking to you Naomi. Leave this conversation for the parents only. Not somebody who is trying to be a step mom to my daughter." Hiram spoke.

"Excuse me? Rachel Barbra Berry is not only yours and Leroy's daughters. She's Shelby's too or did you two forget that? Yes I happen to be married to Shelby so what?"

He starts to speak but Naomi puts her hand up.

"Don't even start with me Hiram. You've been on my case since I've been with her. Do you think I'm trying to steal Rachel from you?" He yes yes.

"Oh yeah Hiram I'm trying to take Rachel from you. That's been my plan all this time." She said sarcastically.

"You see Leroy? I knew it." Naomi rolls her eyes shaking her head.

"Honey she was being sarcastic. I don't know how you couldn't figure that out." He just huffed feeling like he was getting his point acrossed.

"So how are we going to figure this out. It's clear that we fight for her since she's a Senior in high school but Shelby has the right to bond with Rachel before she goes off the college. We're here because we want Rachel to spend spend Christmas and New Years break with us in New Haven." Naomi tells them now calm.

"I thought you two lived in New York?" Leroy asked.

"Oh we do but we're spending Christmas with my parents. It would be a great way for Rachel to get to know my side of the family. They are kind of like her grandparents."

All the girls sat on the steps listening to them talk. Brittany grabbed Rachel's hand. She glanced back at her then looked back to her dads and her mom and Naomi.

"Are you okay Rach?" She shook her head. All this time she could have been in her mom's life and her Dads kept her away from her and her step mom Naomi.

"Come baby let's leave them to talk." She nodded standing up and they all go to Rachel's room. Quinn looked at Raevyn feeling bad for Rachel.

Rachel sat on her bed not believing she her dads kept her from her mom. She loved her dads but she's always wanted a mother in her life. How could they do that to her? She has every right to see her mom. Naomi seems nice and she was her moms wife.

There was a Knock on her bedroom door.

"Girls can we speak to Rachel alone?" They say sure and leave the room.

"Rachel sweetheart-" She cuts her dads off.

"Why?" She yelled.

"Rache we-" She yelled again.

"How could you keep my own mother out of my life?" They sighed unsure where to start.
