Rain: And I am back with a brand new chapter! I've been sick for quite sometime but I am all better and ready to write. I went back and cleaned up my previous chapters as well as made some changes to them so if you can, check them out.

I also took the chance to see Saban's Power Rangers movie and I liked it and funny enough, it kind of touched upon something I'm going to explore more during my Green Ranger arc.

But until then, this chapter will deal with the Pirate Force Rangers history along with their universe (Which is the canon timeline) as well as some information of the main focus of the next arc. So sit back, relax and enjoy!

Kori could feel the cold air of the medical bay hit her the minute her tank opened. Kori opened her eyes and saw Alpha in front of her and she instantly realized where she was in.

She had heard stories from the original rangers up to the Turbo Rangers about the command center but she had never seen it before so being in this place was nothing short of amazing for her.

And what was even more amazing was that she was staring at the original Alpha. "Wow," Kori said with a raspy voice as she watched Alpha remove some of the hookups that were attached to her body.

"You're Alpha…" She rasped out as Alpha looked up at her and tilted his head curiously.

"Yes, I am Alpha. And you are Pirate Force Ranger, Princess Kori Anders from KO-35," The small robot responded with a cheerful tone. "When Zordon realized who you were, He was very puzzled."

"How did you know?" Kori asked, surprised about how he knew of her official title.

"Zordon and I found out from your DNA. Whenever someone that are not the rangers enters our Command Center, their DNA is instantly scanned life form in the universe. We found yours through your parents. The only thing we are confused about is how the princess of KO-35 is here when there is no princess yet."

Kori smiled as Alpha helped her to the medical bed and explained with "I am not of this Universe…It is a frightfully long story and I'll happily explain to Zordon when I see him."

Alpha nodded and said "Zordon awaits you and your team when they awaken."

"Thank you Alpha," Kori said softly. Alpha nodded and walked away and when he left, Kori found herself staring at her team, which was still unconscious on the other beds around her.

But without warning, her leader rose his head off of the medical bed and said "About time he left, I don't think I could have stayed still for much longer."

Kori felt her heart stop at the sight of her Captain looking at her.

The last time she had saw him was during his battle with Hiramechimedes when he ordered her to leave him.

"C-Captain…" She breathed out as tears fell down her face. Without warning, she quickly rushed to him and hugged him with all of her might, openly sobbing against his chest.

She knew that the life of a ranger was not an easy one and death faced them every day but the reality that she could have been without her friends and the Captain that she loved, hadn't hit her until she sat in her Captain's embrace.

And it only made her cry harder.

Kori instantly felt his arms wrap around her just as tightly as he whispered "I'm sorry I worried you."

"You should be…" she said against his chest. "It was not easy leaving you behind, not knowing if that was the last time I would be able to see you," Kori responded, her body and her voice trembling against his body as more tears fell from her eyes.

"I'm sorry I gave that order to you Kori but It would have killed me to have you stay there and possibly die alongside me," Her Captain responded but his response instantly caused her to move away from him, anger in her eyes.

"I'd rather die by your side than live without you!" Kori exclaimed, which shocked her Captain to the core.

"Kori…" He whispered but she shook her head immediately and lowered her head.

Kori then felt her head being lifted up and that was when her emerald green eyes stared into his crystal blue eyes.

She felt her Captain wipe the tears from her cheeks and she nuzzled her face into his hand and without warning, she saw him move his head forward and then she felt his lips collide into hers in a soft kiss.

She stiffened up in surprise for a split second before she closed her eyes and returned the kiss just as softly, her arms wrapping around his neck to pull him close while his grip tightened around her.

The two separated slowly and panted softly, a small blush on both of their faces and it was then that they heard a voice say "So? It took all of this for you two to finally kiss?"

"It's about time really. I was so tired of them skirting around it for ages. I'm so proud of 'em!" another voice stated, clearly pleased by the turn of events.

The two broke apart to see Victor Stone, the Pirate Force Blue Ranger and Wally West, Pirate Force Silver Ranger, grinning from ear to ear.

Kori could feel her face heat up as she lowered her gaze to her lap, while her Captain glowered at the two and said "You two are so running drills when we return."

"Aww, how come Rich?" Victor questioned with a grin. "Was it because we interrupted?"

"Because if so, we can go back to sleep and you two can continue to show much you guys missed one another…" Wally added with smug grin.

Kori could see her Captain's face take on a deep shade of red before he mumbled "Shut up you idiots."

"We will…As soon as you stop hogging Kori and let us get some of our teammate," Wally said with a pout on his face.

Victor motioned to Wally and said "What he said. When we found out that you were steering the ship while Rich, Wally and I were in battle, we all grew scared that they would overrun you."

"Yeah…And when we saw the Galleon explode from their ship, we thought we lost you in it when we realized that you weren't on that damn ship with the rest of us. Man, we were upset…But the Captain was pissed and we were planning to avenge you before the collars came on…" Wally added on with a frown.

"In short, we missed you and I don't think any of us could live in a world without ya Kori," Victor finished.

Kori gave a caring smile to both of them before she removed herself from her Captain's arms and launched herself to both Victor and Wally, who instantly caught her and engaged in a three-way hug.

"I don't think I could live in a world without you two goofballs either," Kori said with a laugh as Wally and Victor tightened their hold on her before the three disengaged from the hug.

"Nah, you could. It would just be boring," Victor replied before he realized something important and exclaimed "Oh man, Gar's gonna freak when he finds out!"

Victor turned to the sleeping Garfield Mark Logan, the Pirate Force Green Ranger, and nudged him with his foot as he said "Gar! Wake up! You missed it!"

Garfield waved his arm and murmured "I don't wanna train today Cap…Let me sleep…" as he turned his body to lay on his right side.

Victor nudged him again and shouted "The Captain and Kori just kissed!" Garfield suddenly leaned up from the bed and said "What?! And I missed it?! Ah damn."

"We tried waking you up beforehand man," Wally said with a laugh.

Garfield grinned as he looked towards Kori and said "At least I'll get more chances to see them, thanks to you, you crazy woman!" before he launched himself off his medical bed and gave her a tight hug, which Kori returned after a squeal of happiness as he spun her around in the air.

"The next time you run off shouting "I need to steer the ship", I'm going to hog tie ya!" Garfield shouted as he pulled away with a grin and added "Nearly gave me a heart attack when the ship exploded! I thought you were still on it!"

Kori laughed and replied with "I am sorry for worrying you so…But had I not, the ship would have plummeted into the sun during our battle and we all would have died."

"That I agree with," A female voice stated calmly, which caused Kori to turn her head to see the Pirate Force Yellow Ranger, Rachel Roth, staring at her with a proud look on her face. "If not for her, none of us would be here to have this reunion."

"Rachel…" Kori said softly as Garfield sat her down on the ground. Rachel was the more aloof members of their ranger team and didn't often give praise but when she did, she meant it and hearing it from Rachel made Kori feel wonderful inside.

Rachel nodded at Wally, Victor and Grayson and said "Glad you guys are still with us," before she turned to Garfield, who was staring at her with a warm smile, and said "Garfield…I am glad to see you unharmed. I thought that after you took that attack for me that you might have died."

Garfield smacked his chest and said "Can't keep a good ranger down. You should know this by now Rae."

"It's Rachel," Rachel responded instantly before she continued "But regardless, you shouldn't take such dangerous risks. You may not get as lucky as you did on the ship."

"I know but anytime you're in danger, I'll do anything to protect you. You should also know that by now…" Garfield said with a wink.

Rachel rolled her eyes and muttered "Idiot" as she turned away but Kori could notice a very faint blush on Rachel's face, which made Kori grin inwardly.

She'll file that away for later.

"Meanwhile, it's good to see all of you are alive and well. It seems Pirate Force is together again," Captain Richard said, which caused everyone to smile in agreement, on the exception of Rachel, who nodded in approval.

"But now that we are all awake…We need to know where we are," Captain Richard added on before he turned to Kori and said "Anders, I need a report of what had occurred after our separation."

Kori saw the serious look on her Captain's face and grew serious as well and relayed everything that had occurred, from the moment she landed to before she fell unconscious again at the destroyed warehouse and once she was done, the entire team had a look of shock on their faces.

"So…We fought the OG Rangers after fighting Katherine?" Wally asked, as if he couldn't believe what Kori had told him.

"Yes. From what I saw, you all fought them to a standstill. The battles were quite amazing from what I could remember," Kori told Wally, who looked at his hands in wonder.

No one needed to comment on it but every ranger from the Ninja Storm crew to their own admired the rangers that came before them but the original Mighty Morphin team was the team of legends.

And the fact that they had fought them to a standstill was something amazing to all of them.

"And not only that, Katherine was able to withstand the energy of using our Pirate Mobiles?" Victor added on, which made Kori nod.

"Yes, she was able to morph and managed to fight all of you off until you took her down, Victor," Kori told him.

"But how can that be? They don't meet Katherine until long after Jason, Trini and Zack are at the Peace Conference and close to the time that Kimberly leaves for her Olympic training," Captain Grayson said, his arms crossed with a stern look on his face.

"It seems this universe has a lot of differences than our own…But I wonder how many it really has," Rachel stated.

Just then, they heard and felt a large amount of energy exploding from outside of the medical bay.

"What the hell was that?!" Garfield shouted in alarm.

"No clue but let's find out!" Captain Richard exclaimed and together, the six of them quickly got off of their butts and headed towards the exit of the medical bay.

When the six Pirate Force Rangers ran out of the medical bay, the six was greeted by the sight of Kimberly standing in front of a brand new ranger none of them had seen before.

"What in the world?" Captain Richard said out loud as he turned to Victor and then to Kori, who both wore looks of confusion on their faces as well.

"This is new…" Wally stated. "I don't think I've ever seen this ranger before…"

"Neither have I. How strange…I wonder who is behind the helmet," Garfield said as he crossed his arms in thought.

"It can't be Tommy…It would be too early for him to become a ranger," Rachel commented with narrowed eyes.

Kori merely smiled and said "I think I know who it is." The five rangers turned and looked at Kori but she only motioned her head to the new ranger, and it was then that they watched Kimberly remove the helmet to reveal Katherine as the new ranger.

"Whoa, what did we miss?" Garfield said loudly, which caused the original Power Rangers to turn around sharply to face them while they all had smiles on their faces.

"From the looks of it, It seems a brand new ranger was crowned and we got the chance to see it," Kori responded before she ran up to Katherine and gave her a tight huge, which Katherine returned happily.

"I'm so glad you're safe and sound," Katherine said as she broke the hold to stare into Kori's eyes.

"And I'm glad you are still alive," Kori countered with a large smile on her face. "I mean, they didn't pull any punches with you at all."

"That is certainly true," Zack said as he rubbed his chest with a grin on his face before he eyed Garfield, who looked rather sheepish. "You're damn good with your weapon. I wasn't expecting such hard battle."

"Well," Garfield said with a grin but as he opened his mouth to speak, Rachel's hand collide with the back of his head, which caused him to look back and asked "What was that for Rae?!"

"It's Rachel," Rachel replied instantly before she then added "And that was to stop any dumb comments from leaving your lips before you could think about it."

Garfield rolled his eyes while Victor laughed and walked up to Billy then held out his right hand and said "From what Kori told me, you were a hellish challenge for me. We'll need to spar sometime."

"Anytime. You were a great challenge. Not since Adonis did I feel like I was in grave danger," Billy smiled gratefully and shook his hand.

Kimberly then went up to Wally and said "You were pretty darn good at keeping pace with me."

Wally blushed a bit and rubbed the back of his neck and said "You were really good too from what Kori told me. I was really surprised to find out that I went against you. I'm surprised I'm still standing."

Kimberly laughed a bit at this and blushed as well and replied "Well I do try."

Meanwhile, Rachel and Trini eyed each other down for a moment before Trini said "You kept pace with me. Your martial arts is quite impressive."

"Thank you. I do my teacher for my skills," Rachel replied as she crossed her arms.

Trini tilted her head and asked "And who taught you?"

Rachel merely chuckled and gave a small bow to Trini, who blinked in surprise at the implication before she smiled and bowed in response.

Jason and Richard shook each other's right hands for a moment before Jason said "You are very skilled. Not only with your martial arts but with your team as well. Even when controlled, they followed your lead without question."

"Well, In order to be the best leader I can be, I had to look to the past Red Rangers to see how they led their teams," Richard replied before he looked at Jason in the eyes and said "The way you led/leaded the rangers is admirable."

Jason shook his head and said "I'm no leader…We are all equal in this team."

Richard nodded and said "You can be a leader without feeling above your team, Jason. That was the very first lesson you taught me while I was learning how to be a leader."

Jason looked at Richard for a moment before he nodded and said "I'll have to remember that." Jason then moved his hand back and said "Now, I think we need to have a talk. You mention "past Red Rangers" but I'm the sole Red Ranger…Until you came. What do you mean by that?"

The other rangers stopped talking and all focused in on Jason and Richard, the latter of which crossed his arms and leaned on a console. "It's a bit hard to explain but I will definitely try my best to explain it."

"Has he awakened yet Healtress?" Rita asked softly as she looked towards her latest monster.

The monster had silver-white skin and glowing blue eyes beneath the blank white mask she wore and her body was similar to a Victorian era dress but it had red crosses circling at the bottom of the dress and she had her glove covered hands above Goldar's bare chest, her hands glowing a soft golden light.

"He has not awakened yet, Lady Rita," Healtress replied, her voice as soft as the golden light around her hands. "But he did suffer a lot of damage due to that venomous knight's actions."

Rita nodded at this.

How could she have not seen it coming?

Knasty Knight was her most trusted monster, created and trained to defeat the Black Ranger and yet it was that same purpose that caused him to not only betray them, but caused the deaths of many of her putties along with Squatt and Baboo, her most trusted henchmen.

Sure, she could make more putties but there was nothing left of Squatt and Baboo to bring back…They would never return. And while that hurt, all she could do was focus on Goldar.

He…He was her best friend and now he was fighting for his life because of this betrayal.

Rita shut her eyes and took a shaky breath.

It was as if her heart was breaking in two.

No, she couldn't show weakness!

She had to continue on with her conquest, with or without Goldar!

But…As she looked at the her knight, she couldn't stop a single tear from falling down her right cheek. She may have to do this without him but…She'd rather be with him when they conquered the planet Earth and rid the universe of Zordon once and for all.

And for that…She needed her trump card.

It was time to find Tommy Oliver and start her ultimate plan.

Rain: And that is where I will end it for now. This chapter was mainly about the Pirate Force Rangers but the next chapter will wrap up the crossover and will dive right into the "Green Ranger" Arc so until then…
