LAST TIME:
I just looked down at my cloak/wing covered body as I raised my hand to find it still in its dragon claw form. But now my fingernails were longer and shaper as they formed actual claws now, but the most had to be my face. My skin around my cheeks and skin had seemed to disappear allowing me to open my mouth even wider as I let out a breath of black fog. My muscles even seeming to become perfectly transparent and replaced with black mist that made a thin skin that moved.
Still it let a peak of my white skull be revealed through small gaps as the mist flowed on my face. But then I noticed a thin and small white fog coming from around my eyes the seemed to clear away the black fog so I could see. In this form I could call myself a demon that had no right to live or have any home. But for some reason I didn't care as I clenched my fist as I grinned at the three panicking greater gods in front of me.
"You might want to start running now." I said as the darkness exploded from me in a wave of death.
NOW:
THIRDPERSON POV:
The Other Worlder gods didn't have time to avoid the cloud that quickly consumed them, it was a thick as the deepest fog and black as the darkest night. It was like seeing the darkness you normally see when your eyes are close but when you have them open. But as the wave of night hit them there braced for the most painful thing they could imagine, but it never came. Instead the wave seemed to avoid them entirely.
Like a stone in a river it parted around them at least a foot on all sides like a bubble, they didn't know whether to be glad or sad. But one still in their bubble free of the darkness there was a small light that lit the walls of the darkness around them. It was like looking at a sea of moving water died black. But the scary thing was the silence, not one sound was made by the blackness of the gods.
"Clark!" Lilly shouted as she tried to walk in the darkness to find herself bumping into debris. But her call never reached his ears as she tripped and fell on the ground. Her energy nearly depleted as her body began to go into energy relapse, her arms shook under her weight as her breath grew quicker.
"Clark…please answer me." She sobbed as a wave of despair washed over her, the silence didn't help either as nothing made any noise.
"He won't hear you." Said a voice as she looked up to see the smoke part more around her as a figure walked towards her. There stood the man they were assigned to capture and kill, but it had turned the other way around. In the glory of death itself there he stood his black hoodless cloak with the high collar. His smoky black skin and hair still blew in the invisible wind as he gently walked closer to Lilly.
The terror in her face just grew as she tried to escape but for some reason her body didn't move. It was simply too afraid to move, all of her fears were coming true right now as he stopped a few feet in front of her. The mist still coming off of him just rolled down his body like rain and drained into the massive stream of it around them. But the thing that scarred her the most was the emotionless white eyes that filled his black mist skull.
"What have you done to him?" She managed to get out in complete fear as a smirk was show on his face. He didn't answer though as he pulled his arm out of his jacket and tossed a head in front of her. The decapitated head just rolled over showing the lifeless face of Clark as Lilly let out a cry of sorrow.
"Come on your really didn't think I would let him live did you, but I will give you a deal." He said as he bend down and picked up the head so it was sitting on the stub as the face looked right at Lilly.
"Call all your little minor god or major god friends you have outside this barrier, if you do that I might let you live." He said in a voice that made her shake violently. He simply just reached in his pocket and pulled out a radio covered in blood, it was the same one that Brutus had on him. Carefully he reached out and grabbed her shaking hand and set the still warm bloody radio.
"Call them and you live." He said in a low tone that had a small growl. It was like the devil himself was tempting her as she started to breathe faster and faster as she looked at the blood radio.
"Come on all it takes is two words." He said as the darkness around her started closing in as she just looked up at his emotionless mask.
"O-Okay." She said as she gently turned it on and spoke the two words.
"S-Save us." She said bellow a whisper as she began to cry as Percy reached out an arm and patted her head. It felt like chunk of solid chunk of dry ice was on her head as a ghostly smile spread across Percy's face.
"We are on our way Lilly." Said the voice as she turned off the radio as he stood up.
"I will give you a 30 second head start." He said as he starred at the stunned women.
"But you said…" She tried as he smiled.
"I said I might let you live, I didn't say I would let you live. But look on the bright side, you have a 30 second head start." He said as he disappeared in an instant as the darkness consumed him as her little ball of clarity from the darkness remained. At this her will broke as she just laid on her back and starred up at the black ceiling. Tears streamed down her face as she squeezed the radio in her hand.
"All of my hard work to become a high god for nothing." She said as she sat up a she felt something warm splash up against her cheek. She just flinched a little as she slowly reached up to find warm blood on her cheek as suddenly something limp fell by her side. She just turned to see an arm that looked like it had been cut off laying by her. The color if possible even trained more from her face as she began to run.
Still the silence remained besides the sounds of her own footsteps, but she had a feeling that there was carnage going on around her. Countless times she felt blood hit her, she didn't even scream anymore. Tears running down her face as she ran, she simply found the yellow lines for a road and followed them. Suddenly though something nocked her off her feet as she tripped and landed in something wet.
She just groaned in pain as she pulled herself out of the warm liquid to find a pool of golden blood draining into the sewers bellow. But that isn't what made her even more frightened, it was the skin of the minor god stripped from his very body that frightened her. It was like looking at an empty toothpaste tube as she tried to get away from it as fast as possible. But as she did she bumped into something warm and wet.
She didn't even bother to look at it as she began to cry and crawl away from the scene, then another body dropped in front of her. The person was breathing hard as they clutched the nub of an arm as they held in a cry of pain.
"Lizzy!" Lilly said as the person turned her head to look at her.
"Lilly you must e-escape and tell Eternal he is-." But she was cut off but a humanoid creature that crawled on all fours. The thing had not eyes but a massive mouth of the sharpest teeth she had ever seen. But in a quick second the beast lunged from the shadows and consumed Lizzy's head in one bite. With a scream of pain the female was quickly silence as the beast began to shake its head like a dog with a chew toy.
With a sickening crack her neck broke as the beast began to drag her out of Lilly's vision. Lilly couldn't even speak as she quickly stood up and ran as fast as she could. Her godly speed faltering as her body weakened, it was like the darkness was absorbing her very energy.
"You're going to have to go faster if you want to escape." Percy said as he face visibly entered her little bubble of vision. But it was so fast that it was a quick as a blink, she just continued to run faster. Her legs burning as her energy seeped out of her like her sweat, she didn't care anymore about anything else besides her very own escape.
But suddenly she began to hear again sounds again, it was a sound of a panting animal and the sound of nails clicking on a chalk board. She didn't even have to look behind her to know what it was that was chasing her. But again like the fates wanted her to die she tripped again, as she hit the ground she rolled a few yards as she came to rest on her side. Her energy of her physical body and godly energy was all gone.
She didn't know it but she had ran over 5 miles straight without any godly energy, and with a weak godly body she was done for. All she had the energy move her arms, her legs long given out and forced to run beyond their limit. But as she awaited death it never came, slowly she opened her eyes to find a light see through blue barrier about an inch from her face. The monster that was chasing her clawing at the barrier but it gave no yield.
A wave of joy overcame her as she tried to move but her body stayed still as she just laid there as she watched more of the monsters gathered around the one. But Lilly just laid there as she cried in happiness, she managed to roll on her back and look up at the sky to see it was about 5 o'clock but since it was on winter time the sun was already setting.
"Looks like I am late." Said a voice behind her as she turned to see the man she had tried to kill standing right by her looking over at the sun set. In his hand was the very scythe she saw him fight with but now it seemed darker. The blade though changed the most as it seemed like a mirror to another world. The mirror was a simple one but it seemed to show her the inner darkness that ate at her. All of the things she tried too hard to hide out in the open for all to see.
But as she looked behind him she saw a triangle cut out of the barrier, she knew that his weapon did that with ease. He was simply too powerful for anyone to handle, but as she looked at his face she saw emotion. It was one of longing and love, as this happened his features seemed to return to him. But it was only for a second as the dark smoke around his returned as he looked down at her
"H-How are you alive? That was nearly 40 minor gods and 35 major gods." She managed as he looked at her but as he did he stumbled a little, then she saw the small amount of blood coming from out of the bottom of his cloak. Just a small amount but from what Lilly could tell is that his body could not keep up like this for much longer. But as he looked down at her he didn't answer as he brought up his scythe and placed the loop around her head. It didn't transport it like Clarks arm as she looked up at him.
"This is the beginning of the end for the Other Worlder gods, I will tear down your empire brick by brick." He said as she asked a questions that just burst from her lips.
"Why are you doing this?" She asked as he just starred at her. But she never got an answer as he activated the portal effectively transporting a small section of her neck to Tartarus but in doing so cut her head off her body. Her body just convulsed for a second as I stopped and then turned into dust that flowed into his cloak.
"For reasons you wouldn't understand." He said quietly as the barrier began to collapse as the darkness inside dissipated quickly as the shades he brought out shadow traveled away. As it all dissipated all that was left were golden blood stained streets and buildings with no bodies to accompany them. But as it disappeared sirens could be heard in the distance as he stood in silence. All he could do was reached under his hoodless cloak and feel a wet spot on his chest as he pulled out his hand to see a small amount of blood on it
"Thalia is so going to have my hide for this." He said as he teleported in a black flash leaving the scene. This day would become known as the one were the streets were painted gold by the artist of death. Unknown to them that in those streets people actually died, the name only came because in an alleyway there was an outline of the Grim Reaper made by the golden liquid.
LINEBREAK:
PERCY POV:
As I appeared outside the barrier to our home I just stopped and looked at the barrier. To all it simply looked like a piece of land thick with trees and bushes. Many could even walk through it as the barrier simply transported them on the other side of the barrier. It was a mystical thing that was beautiful in many ways but as I starred at it all I could do was gulp.
"Fates I beg you please let me survive her wrath." I begged as I heard three old women chuckle in the wind. I just glared at the sky as I steeled myself and began limping forward. I wasn't in the best condition I had to give myself that, my energy was close to empty and my healing wasn't doing so great. Weather I like to admit it or not those Other Worlder gods are quicker than I thought and some of them managed to hurt me.
"Honey I'm home." I whispered to myself as I limped into our yard. The time was about 3 here that meant I was a good 2 hours late. I broke my promise to Hannah and that was just as bad as breaking mine with Thalia. I just used Silent Doom as a staff to walk as I lightly limped to the house, but halfway there I heard a voice.
"Mommy when is daddy coming?" Asked a child's voice as I turned to see Thalia with Hannah and Sally sitting under a cherry blossom tree as I stopped. Thalia and Sally had their backs turned to me but Hannah sat in Thalia's lap.
"I don't know honey." She said with a sigh as I began to walk forward, suddenly I tripped though as I landed roughly on my knees. As I did I felt the sword wound to my left calf burn in pain, all I could do was hiss in pain.
"Daddy!" I heard a excited voice as I looked up to see Hannah hop out of Thalia's lap as she rushed towards me, Thalia and sally just turned to see me as their faces lit up in fear.
"Hannah don't!" Thalia said the child didn't listen as she ran towards me, I was confused at first but then I remembered the form that I was in. But soon a small smiling child stood in front of me as I stared down at her. Thalia and Sally looked ready to attack as I saw sparks of electricity dance on her hands and hair. Sally looked ready even as she had her hand dangerously close to a pendent that was magically a bow that was very dangerous.
"Hannah get back." Thalia said as the child frowned as she looked back at Thalia.
"But mommy it is daddy." She said as she turned back to me as she reached up and touched my cheek. As she did the darkness covering my face suddenly began to retreat slowly away from her hand. I was simply too tired to wonder what was happening as I felt my true form revert to my normal form. As it did the darkness retreated from my face revealing my now shaggy hair that retained its windblown look.
My eye reverted back to their cool color of purple and sea green as Hannah's smile widened. But something new was added to my features well make that two. My old hair that was died grey due to hold the sky was back but now it was pure white. My second thing was my hoodless cloak that turned into its normal black fabric that my normal cloak was made out of, but now it remained hoodless and still had the high collar to it.
"P-Percy?" Thalia said surprised as Silent Doom reverted back to its normal ring form. But now instead of a skull it was a plain band that had an inside that was black and a clear mirror as the outside.
"Sorry I am late my little princess." I said as Hannah smiled, but as she did she looked curiously at me.
"Daddy looks different." She said running her small hand through my white patch.
"Don't you worry I am still the same me." I said as I patted her head as Thalia and Sally ran over to me.
"Percy you're bleeding." Sally said as she looked at my leg to see a trickle of blood on it. At this I saw Thalia's eyes dangerously dance with electricity as I placed a hand on her shoulder as she looked at me.
"I just need some rest and ambrosia okay." I said as she nodded and rant to the house as I turned and laid down on my back as Hannah sat by my head so I could look at her.
"Your hair is longer to." She said running her small hand through it as I chuckled as Sally looked me over some more.
"Don't you worry, mommy will cut it to make it short again." I said as suddenly I felt my cloak shift under my form. What I didn't expect was form my hoodless cloak to shift to my wings like a picture fuzzing into another picture. But they didn't last long as they were sucked into my back, Sally just looked surprised but didn't question it as Thalia ran back outside with a small baggy of ambrosia and a water bottle of nectar.
"Here." She said as she handed Sally a bottle of nectar with shaky hands. Before accepting the bottle Sally held Thalia's hands still as they stopped shaking. With a nod of gratitude Thalia gave her the bottle as she took out a piece of ambrosia and handed it to me.
"Mommy what is that?" Hannah asked as I chuckled as I broke off a small piece and gave it to her. She accepted it as I shoved the piece in my mouth as I watched her tentatively take a small bite of the godly food. She just seemed to melt from the taste as she put a hand to her cheek as she slowly chewed. It was just like when she ate Sally's cookies slowly.
"Tastes like grandma's cookies." She said with as she stuffed the rest in her mouth as I laughed as I felt my body healing already. But I could see the worry in Thalia's eyes as she pulled Hannah into her chest as the child looked confused.
"Mommy is something wrong?" She asked as the back of her head rested in Thalia's cleavage, one of my favorite pillows I might add.
"N-No…nothing is wrong." Thalia managed as Hannah being as young and naive she was bought it as Sally finished pouring the nectar on the wounds she could see.
"We need to take him in the house to get him properly healed." Sally said to Thalia as she nodded. Slowly they helped me up as I limped with them as they both had arm. It kind of looked funny seeing a 6 foot 6 man with two women at least 5 foot 11 under my arms.
"Hannah come now." Thalia said as the child nodded as she chased after us as we entered the house. As we did I was quickly led the one of the many impressive rooms in the house, this one was our own personal hospital room. Like I said before this house had everything, I don't even think I mentioned that invisible maids that clean the house daily.
"Set him down and take off his shirt." Sally said as they laid me down on a bed big enough for 2 people to lay on. As the laid me down they managed to both quickly take off my shirt, at first I thought it wasn't that bad but now I got the idea that I took the right choice to come here. Covering my chest was more than 15 deep sword cuts from the battle, Thalia just turned to emotionless machine as she began to pour heavy amounts of nectar on my chest and rub it around.
"Thalia that is enough." Sally said catching the trembling hand of Thalia. My mother just looked at Thalia to find a scarred face as my mother showed a face of sympathy.
"Hannah why don't you take your mommy and play a game okay, I will take care of daddy." She said as the child smiled and nodded not knowing what was exactly happening. But quickly she looped her hand with Thalia's as she dragged her out of the room. As they departed Sally simply sighed and began to gently wipe the excess nectar off my body as she pulled off my pants as well to fine more as she sighed.
"You are such a troubling child." She said as she gently applied a nectar ambrosia mix like paste to my wounds.
"What's wrong with Thalia, she seems shaky?" I asked my mother as she stopped for a second and applied more to a larger wound. Already I could see most of my wounds close up to scratches but the larger ones simply stopped at a long thin cut. I could tell that was as far as the paste could heal my wounds, the rest would have to heal over time. What many might not get is that ambrosia and nectar don't actually heal you.
They simply increase your regeneration rate as far as your body could be pushed for a minute. Right now my body had reached my max and was not getting off its regeneration high. You see if you go over the limit you basically combust because your body goes into overdrive and burns all the energy it can to heal the wounds but it kind of doesn't stop. But as I looked down at my larger cuts that still remained I saw my mother clean out the wounds and began to bandage them.
"She found out something this morning from Artemis." She said as I gulped. I really hope they weren't going to hunt me down because I defiled one of her hunters.
"Not it isn't about you and Thalia having sex." She said as I sighed as she laughed a little at my reaction as she finished patching up my leg as she gently sat me up and handed me some shorts.
"What was the news?" I asked her.
"…" She remained quiet as she handed me a new black shirt that magically appeared by her side.
"She will tell you tonight, that is what she told me. Now go and sit down in the play room, it is going to be about 2 days before you are in top condition." She said as I nodded as I got up only to trip a little. She helped me up with ease as suddenly Silent Doom glowed until I had a cane with a skull as the top as I nodded in approval as I used it to help me walk.
"Just be careful okay." She said as I nodded and began walking to the play room as I found Thalia silently playing with a giggling Hannah. They both just saw me and smiled as I walked over and sat down in a chair with a heavy grunt as the cut on my shoulder hurt.
"My mom says it is going to be two days before I am perfectly fine." I told her as her worried face seemed to lift.
"Good to hear." She said as we both watched Hannah try to put together a simply 20 piece puzzle that had her stumped. We just laughed lightly as she tried to put a piece in the right place to find it wasn't the right one. Thalia just pointed to the right place as it popped in perfectly as she smiled and continued on with the puzzle.
"So I heard Artemis told you something." I said as she froze and looked up at me.
"Yeah something that will change our lives forever." She said which scarred me.
"Does-." But she stopped me with a look that said 'Later' as she turned back to Hannah.
"That piece goes her sweetie." She said as she pointed to another spot as the piece fit right in.
"Sorry I missed our picnic." I said as I got up and sat down on the ground as I crossed my legs and rested my hands on my knees as I watched the two complete the puzzle. As the time went on Hannah tired herself out as she was soon fast asleep in my arms as me and Thalia sat quietly on the ground.
"She is beautiful." Thalia said as I nodded.
"I am still trying to figure out how she knew it was you when you were all…different." Thalia said as I nodded.
"I think it is because of her dream." I said as Thalia seemed to take this into consideration.
"Maybe she saw you change?" She aside as I nodded as I looked down at my little gem of a daughter. But as I looked at Thalia a look of the same thought came across our faces.
"Do you think it is possible?" I asked her as she looked afraid and curious at the same time as we both looked down at the sleeping child.
"But only Apollo's children might have that gift." She said as I nodded.
"But she is a tri blood so it might be possible since she is almost god." I said in a worried tone as she nodded.
"We could ask Apollo to see if he can find out for us." She said as I nodded as suddenly I felt 3 flashes behind me. But I knew those old auras anywhere as I stayed put and sighed as Thalia jumped up and readied herself to fight. But I just looked up to see worry pass over her face as she quickly bowed to the people sitting behind me.
"Fates it is n-nice to see you." Thalia said with a little bit of fear.
"Thalia can you help me up?" I asked as I managed to put it so Hannah had her small arms wrapped around my neck as I stood up with the help of Thalia. As I turned I saw a slightly younger than normal fates, they looked to be in their 40's. But as usual they sat in their rocking chairs as they knitted countless threads and snipped them every second.
"It is nice to see you, I would bow but I don't want Hannah to fall." I said adjusting my arm so the child was more comfortable. They all just simply smiled which was weird because the one who normally hates me gave me a mild one, which was not normal by any standards.
"Do not fret we do not wish to disturb a child that has just fallen asleep." Said the middle one as I nodded.
"So what brings the fates to a place such as this?" I asked them as their smile faulted for a second.
"Fate has been unstable so we have come to tie up some loose ends that have been troubling us for a while." The one on the left said.
"What might those loose ends be?" I asked them as Thalia stayed vigilant as they smiled this time.
"A few of them involve Thalia over her but the big one involves the child in your arms." They said as I held Hannah a little tighter. At the same time Thalia stiffened as they waved a hand at us.
"Do not worry we would never plan on hurting you, but we also have something personal we need to tell both of you. But first the loose ends about Thalia." They said as one slowly stood up as Thalia backed up a little, I just took her hand as she calmed down and stood tall as one of the fates came forwards and touched her head. Not even a second later she removed it and simply nodded as we both looked confused.
"What was that about?" Asked Thalia as they smiled.
"In the future you will need power on your side Thalia so we simply unlocked your true form. It is like the form your father and mother walk around daily in, also it is like the form Percy arrived in. All we have done is given you access to your true form to later use, with that it seals the door to some of the fates were the universe ends. We don't want that do we?" They said as Thalia looked at me like they were crazy.
"The u-universe?" Thalia asked them as they laughed.
"Yes the universe but don't you worry, also Chaos was the one to make us do this one. She doesn't want her precious creation dying." They said as Thalia nodded confusion present on her face as I laughed a little.
"I guess having your death related to the ending of the universe is kind of serious huh." I said as Thalia nodded as the fates rolled their eyes.
"Now for the personal parts, Percy if you will step out of the room for a second so we can talk with Thalia." They said as I nodded and left the room and just waited. After a little I was called back in quietly so Hannah wouldn't wake up. As I walked in I saw Thalia much happier than before as she gave me a thousand watt smile.
"You seem happy, what did they tell you?" I asked her as she smiled again.
"It's a secret." She said as they all giggled together as I glanced around.
"Whatever." I said as I handed Thalia Hannah as she left the room as I was left alone, as the door closed I could feel the air get tense as the fates looked at me.
"So what does fate have planned for me?" I asked them as they sighed at my terrible pun.
"Nothing good." They all said in unison.
"As in nothing good you mean like death of the universe not good or something worse?" I asked them.
"Something worse." They all said as I was surprised.
"What could be worse than the death of a universe?" I asked them.
"Percy your fate is no longer in our hands." They said as I was confused.
"What?" I asked them.
"Your string has become a road to so many possibilities it would take us the entire life of the universe to sort through them. Your life is something we can no longer control, your string is not for us to cut of weave any longer. Not even Chaos can do anything about it, I am sorry Percy but we can no longer help you in your future. You are no longer under our protection." The said as frowned.
"So I guess I was right about the whole Eros incident." I said as they nodded.
"You're lucky we let you live." One grumbled.
"But what does that have to do with anything?" I asked them.
"You don't realize this Percy but we had your future planned out already from your birth to the endless days of your immortal life. But when Zeus played his cards your string became brittle and fragile. When Chaos had to get involved in the future your string unwound and when it did different futures started to appear. So many that it is like you are the weaver of your own fate now." They said which stunned me.
"So you mean to say whatever you had planned for me is now gone and I cannot be protected from horrible fates." I said as they nodded.
"We are sorry but all we could do was prolong the effects of your unraveled fate for 2 weeks. We are sorry." They said as I nodded.
"But on the bright side your fate has always been unclear to us even when it was woven all together. It really isn't much of a change, all it does is prohibits us from protecting or helping you." They said. I was curious as to why the fates were protecting me but I let it go.
"Well that is good to know, so let me go get Thalia." I said as called in Thalia as she walked in.
"So what did they tell you?" She asked.
"It's a secret." I said with a grin as I got a small glare.
"Well now since that is settled let's get to the main topic at hand." They all said together which no matter how many times I hear they talk like that, it still gives me the chills.
"What might that be?" I asked them.
"Glad you asked." Said the one on the right.
"We have come to give Hannah I should say a gift." They said as Thalia looked a little nervous, but then again I couldn't blame her it was the fates.
"We have decided that little miss Hannah will become our heir to our powers." They said as I felt my heart stop, I was too stunned to talk as suddenly Thalia spoke.
"W-What?" She asked again.
"We have decided to give Hannah Jackson the rights to our powers when the time comes that we choose to fade. Do not worry that won't be for another thousand years so do not fret just yet. Also it will make her power over foresight clearer and better to understand." They said as my mouth was fully open.
"You're kidding right?" I asked as they shook their heads.
"Chaos believes that she is the best suited for the job as she personally created Hannah's life string. You may not know this but Hannah is one of the 3 people that Chaos has ever personally woven their life strings." They said.
"But why her?" I asked them as they smiled.
"For the same reason she wove your life string until you obtained immortality, and the same reason she wove Thalia's before she obtained immortality as well." They said looking at both of us as I just about got lost in thought as Thalia spoke.
"I approve, she will be safe and highly respected I want what is best for her and that will be the best thing that can happen to her." Thalia said as I just nodded agreeing with her.
"I approve as well." I said as they smiled.
"Looks like our heir is in place." They said with a smiled as they all stood up.
"Well we must leave, I suggest you both rest for the week you have been through a lot." They said as they disappeared. As they did however Hannah glowed a faint white color as she shuffled a little as it slowly dissipated from her aura.
"I say we lay down." I said as Thalia nodded as she brought Hannah to her room right by ours as I laid down and waited. After a little Thalia walked in and flopped down on the bed and looked over at me as I sighed.
"That is a lot to take in." I said as Thalia nodded.
"Who could have guessed that our daughter would become the very one that shapes fate." I said as Thalia nodded, but from the silence I could tell she was thinking about something.
"So you promised to tell me what Artemis told you." I said rolling so I could see her. Even with my wound I didn't care as Thalia glanced at me as a small smiled played on her lips.
"Percy can I tell you in the morning I am tired?" She said in a little kid tone.
"No you promised me tonight." I said in jut as equally playful voice as we both grinned for a second.
"Fine I will tell you." She said sitting up so her back leaned against the headboard.
"Percy Artemis told me that-."
Man you guys should have just seen that coming from a mile away. So review the shit out of this one okay. It is late and I have school tomorrow so piece!
