Lucy stirred from her nap, not even an hour after Natsu left her house, unbeknownst to her. She was happy she was just able to relax after school had ended. Once she got home, she immediately hopped into bed and drifted off to sleep.

Lucy shivered a bit and then looked at her window. She wondered why she didn't just unlock the door for Natsu, because the winter breeze was absolutely killing her. She closed her window, still keeping it unlocked in case Natsu decided to show up. She could really use his warmth right now.

There was suddenly a crash in the kitchen, and Lucy wondered if Natsu had already been here, but just didn't want to wake her. Knowing Natsu, he probably started a fight with Gray and broke something. Well, if she wants to keep up good house maintenance, she would have to stop those two from doing anything that would burn the house down.

Lucy walked down the hall into the living room, and a shocked expression overcame her features. On the floor, were Gray and Juvia's bodies. They still looked like they were breathing, but they were definitely knocked out.

Lucy immediately ran to them, trying to shake them from their unconscious state. "Gray! Juvia!" She knelt down and picked up both of them and held them in her arms. "Come on guys! Wake up!" Lucy screamed as tears started to prick her eyes. She felt Gray stir a little, and started to shake him more violently. "Gray! Hey, can you hear me?" Lucy asked. Gray looked up at her holding him to her chest with half lidded eyes. Those eyes widened by a fraction as they diverted their attention to something behind her.

"Lucy...run." He said hoarsely. Lucy just looked at him weirdly.

There was a sharp sting in her neck. Then everything went black.

Natsu hadn't regained his full strength yet, and he was starting to feel like some sort of rag doll. He was clenching on the hair that came from his skull. He could feel the grime and dirt in it, but he didn't have time to care about that.

He said that Lucy had something to do with this. And he didn't exactly know what this was! He lay his head back on the stone cold walls of the cell, just staring at the kerosene lamp that flickered across the hall. He looked at the cell Sting was in, and the thought that had been bugging him came back.

If Sting was working for Jiemma, why was he being held prisoner?

Natsu remembered what Sting said.

"He said it had to be done, so I did it. No questions asked."

Natsu ruffled his hair again in an annoyed manner. He was not used to this much thinking. He should really be focusing on getting out of here. For the sake of Lucy, his sanity, and his nose. It completely reeked down here.

He heard the rusted door creak open and there stood Jiemma.

"Time to go brat!" He said as he harshly grabbed Natsu by the neck with his big, meaty hands and dragged him out of the cell, almost completely suffocating him. After Jiemma opened another metal door, he threw Natsu against a wall, where his shoulder forcibly shared a chat with the wall, before he chained him to it, making sure that he could not escape.

Natsu could hear groaning to the side of him, but he was having a hard time making out who they were with the very dim light that was provided.

"Curious about who is next to you, eh? Well, let me help you out there." He heard Jiemma's voice say before lights turned on and he was forced to shut his eyes to block out the light. It took him a bit to readjust his vision, but when he did, he wish he hadn't. He almost let out a scream because of what he saw.

Next to him was his friends, in no better condition that him: chained and almost unconscious. They didn't really look that harmed, except for the face that Gray had a bruise under his was another man next to the two of them on the far side of the room. He had long white hair that reached mid-back, and by the looks of it, he had deep blue eyes, but Natsu couldn't tell because he was looking down.

Natsu's shock turned into pure rage as he looked at the bigger man. All lethargy that invaded his senses was gone at the moment. "What the hell did you do to them?!" He screamed, not even the slightest bit of calm in his tone.

Jiemma just smirked and decided to kick Natsu in the ribs, not hard enough to break them, but hard enough to knock the wind out of him and possibly give him a fracture. "These aren't even the honored guests. She's coming now, so do not be hasty. I'll just make sure that they are on the way safely. If you would please excuse me." The way he said that made bile rise to the very top of Natsu's throat. He swallowed it down, cringing at the awful taste before he looked back at his friends.

Gray started to stir first. "Gray!" Gray was fully awakened by his name being called. He looked over to the side to see that Natsu was chained up to a wall, and wanted to rush over to help him. However, before he got a chance, he realized that his own hands were chained up to the wall as well.

"Natsu!" He said as he struggled a bit more. "What the hell is going on?!" He screamed. Natsu could see the fear that was flashing through Gray's eyes. It wasn't like him, really. Gray was known amongst his friends to be the cool and laid-back one, always calm under pressure and never losing his cool. But seeing the situation, Natsu couldn't blame him. "Holy shit! My neck hurts!" Gray said when he tried to move his neck. "Natsu, what are we doing here?"

"I don't know man. I really don't know. But I do know that it is going to be something very bad." Natsu said, looking down.

"Yeah, no shit." Gray said sarcastically. He then heard a groan to his left and immediately turned his head to the source. Juvia was starting to wake as well. "Juvia!" Gray said as he struggled harder trying to get to her. "Ugh, I barely have any energy left in me." Gray said as he stopped trying to break free of the chains, knowing that it would be a futile attempt.

Juvia finally opened her eyes, and the first thing she did was look in the direction of Gray, as if she knew that he was there. "Gray-sama! Natsu-san!" She screamed as she started to panic. She finally noticed the chains on her, and she had about the same reaction that Gray did.

"It's okay, baby. We're going to get out of here, alright?" Gray tried to console her. Juvia could only nod to her boyfriend's words as tears fell down her face.

"Trying to break free of those is a fruitless attempt." A voice said to the far left of the room. It was the man that Natsu had seen before, the one who didn't lift his head. Natsu assumed correctly when he said that his eyes were a deep blue, and they looked almost familiar. His build was strong, but he looked pale and weak, as if he had been starved for weeks. "I've tried multiple times this past month, but alas, I do not have any strength anymore." The man said with a heavy sigh.

"Wait, who are you?" A confused Natsu asked. Juvia and Gray looked like they were about to ask the same thing.

"My name is Weisslogia Eucliffe. I have been trapped here for over a month." He introduced. The adults eyes went wide at the news. No wonder this guy's eyes looked familiar, they were just like Sting's.

"That bastard! He knocked me out and brought me here!" Natsu screamed at him. He really couldn't find it in himself to hate Weisslogia for that fact, but he felt that he should known what Sting has been doing.

"Do not have hard feelings towards the boy." The man heaved before he let out a wet cough. "You see, he is only doing those things because that fool of a man Jiemma had threatened him. He kidnapped me and made the poor boy do all of his dirty work." Weisslogia said with malice in his tone. "If you do not mind me asking, who are you?" He asked.

"Juvia." She answered first. She felt as if she could trust the man, knowing that he was not here on his own free will.

"Gray."

"Natsu." He saw the man perk up at his name.

"It can't be." He whispered to himself as he look a look at Natsu. "Natsu? Natsu Dragneel?"

Natsu looked at him with a wary expression. "Do I know you?" He asked.

"No, but I know your idiot of a father Igneel." He said as he chuckled. "That man wouldn't shut up about how great you were at the air force base. I didn't have the heart to tell the poor bastard to shut up."

"Wait, were you in the air force, too?" Gray asked.

"No, child. I am in the air force. I always have been. Jiemma was my commander at the time. And he kidnapped me a month ago and kept me prisoner here. He threatened to kill me if Sting didn't do his bidding." Natsu felt a little bad about accusing Sting without knowing this. However, he was not completely out of the woods yet.

"And what bidding is this?" Juvia asked.

"I'm sorry, but that, I don't know." Weisslogia said solemnly.

Suddenly, the door opened once again, and in came Jiemma. "This way gentlemen." He commanded as he held the door open for two men dressed in black to come in.

"I said let go!" Natsu, Juvia, and Gray snapped their head to the familiar voice, and Natsu could feel tears prick his eyes as a blonde was pushed through the door, handcuffs restraining her. The two men were holding her forearms tightly as she struggled to get free of them.

"No." Natsu croaked out. Then he started to struggled against his restraints again. "Lucy!" He yelled, catching the girl's attention.

"Natsu!" She yelled and she could feel the fear radiating off of her. She started to struggle even harder than before. "Let me go!" She screeched hysterically as she tried to reach her boyfriend. By this time, even Gray and Juvia were trying to break out of their restraints. However, the men just dragged her away, being almost twice her size. "No! Gray, Juvia! Natsu!" She screamed, but that made no difference as she was dragged off down another hallway. Jiemma followed after them, but not before he shot dirty smirk in Natsu's direction, making him glare at the big man.

"You f*cking bastard! If you touch her, I'll kill you!" He screamed his lungs off, having to take big gulps of air before he started to lose consciousness once again. He could faintly hear the screams of his friends to stay awak. However, he simply couldn't.

"Lu-cy." Were his last words.
