Fenrir and Bella both understood how their relationship worked. Neither of them were passive personalities. Some might think they would butt heads more because of it as neither of them liked to back down.
If anything though, their shared stubbornness made them work in a way that no one could understand. There was no uncertainty about what they were getting out of the deal.
It was sex. Plain and simple. Rough and brutal sex. It was all about getting off with no love between them. Fenrir knew he could get as rough as he wanted unlike with other bitches. The more pain he caused Bellatrix, the more she screamed her rapture. Bellatrix knew the same thing. Neither had to be gentle with their partners and both of them reveled in it.
When they finished their coupling, scratches and bites littered their bodies, but they didn't hide the marks. They got something from each other that they couldn't get anywhere else, and they were proud of it.
