It was the following week and it was Eryn's 16th birthday. Eryn woke up and looked up at the ceiling. It didn't really feel like her birthday as she was too busy worrying about everything else. She didn't feel like anyone was there for her. The only people that knew about her pregnancy were Jamie and Tamzin. She hadn't seen Tamzin much since telling her and Jamie had just completely ignored her. She felt like he didn't want her to have this baby but Eryn was not giving this baby up. No matter what anyone said, she didn't care if she had to do this alone she would not give up on this baby.

The next second Eryn heard a knock at the door. She turned around and noticed her mum at the door.

"Happy birthday Erz" Zoe said as she came walking in with pancakes.

"Thank you mum" Eryn said and Zoe nodded.

"It's no problem" Zoe said kissing Eryn on the head. Soon Lucy came running through.

"Happy Birthday, Eryn" Lucy said.

"Thanks, Luc" Eryn said. Zoe then handed Eryn a present. Eryn opened them and was so happy with her GHD hairdryer that her mum had got her.

"Thank you mum" Eryn said giving Zoe a massive hug. She then opened her present from her sister. She pulled out a new bag.

"Ah, thank you Luc" Eryn said.

"Is it okay? I got it from accersorize and if you don't like it we can go and get another one" Lucy said.

"Oh Luc, its lovely thank you" Eryn said laughing slightly at her sister's worries. She gave her a hug before eating her breakfast. Eryn then got ready and put on leggings and a baggy top. That was literally all she had been wearing recently.

Eryn then went down the stairs.

"Mum, as I'm having a party with Gabby next week at her house I was wondering if a couple of girls could come round today" Eryn asked and Zoe nodded.

"Thanks mum, they just want to give me my present and that" Eryn said and Zoe nodded.

"Of course, that's fine" Zoe said. They watched TV for a bit before Eryn's friends arrived. Zoe decided to stay in the room while Eryn opened her presents.

"Eryn, I don't know if your mum should be here when you open it" One of the girls whispered to Eryn.

"It's fine" Eryn said. She opened the present and was shocked when 5 condoms came out.

"Oh my god, guys" Eryn said and Zoe stood slightly awkwardly.

"Well, you are legal now" Gabby said and Eryn rolled her eyes.

"Bit too late for them now" Another said and Eryn acted shocked and hit her on the leg jokingly. None of her friends knew that she and Jamie had sex but many of them just assumed that they had.

"Girls, girls, girls you are far too young to be thinking about that" Zoe said as she collected the rubbish.

"Well, you didn't wait long to do it with Max" Eryn said.

"Oi, that's different I'm an adult" Zoe said.

"An immature one" Eryn said and Zoe turned around and jokingly hit Eryn.

"Eryn, you can't talk about your mother's sex life. I hope my parents are none existent" Gabby said.

"Gabby, I doubt that" Zoe said.

"Arg, I don't want to think about that" Gabby said making a face and Zoe walked out. The girls talked for a bit longer before the girls left, well all except Gabby.

"Gabs, come here" Eryn said guiding Gabby into her bedroom.

"You can't tell anyone this" Eryn said as they sat down on the bed.

"What's wrong?" Gabby asked.

"I'm pregnant" Eryn said and Gabby sighed.

"You have to be kidding me" Gabby said but Eryn shook her head before bursting into tears. Gabby instantly felt bad and flung her arms around Eryn. Once Eryn had calmed down Gabby pulled away.

"How far are you gone?" Gabby asked.

"Just under 12 weeks" Eryn said.

"Oh Eryn, have you told your mum?" Gabby asked and Eryn shook her head.

"You need to tell her" Gabby said.

"I know, but I'm scared" Eryn said.

"She will probably be really angry at first but will probably calm down and then be really supportive. I love your mum" Gabby said and Eryn laughed.

"She isn't like that all the time" Eryn said. They talked for a bit longer before Gabby left. Then Rita and Sam arrived and had presents for Eryn. They got her a top and some makeup. Eryn thanked them and then they talked for a while before they left. Just as they were walking out the door Nick, Yvonne and Sophie arrived.

Nick gave Eryn some money for her birthday and then they ordered a Chinese as they were all complaining about being hungry. After eating they talked for a bit longer before Nick and Yvonne left. Eryn went into her bedroom for a bit debating about talking to her mum. The more she thought about it the more upset she got. Soon she was crying she had panicked herself so much. She wiped her tears and walked into the living room.

Zoe noticed her straight away and got up noticing her tearstained face.

"Eryn, what's wrong?" Zoe said getting worried.

"I'm sorry" Eryn said.

"Eryn, please tell me" Zoe begged holding her daughter's hand. Eryn burst into tears. Zoe pulled her daughter into her arms.

"Eryn, please I need to know what is going on" Zoe said.

"I, I I'm pregnant" Eryn said. Zoe went into shock. She slapped Eryn across the face.

"Mum, please I'm sorry" Eryn begged.

"Get out" Zoe screamed pushing Eryn out the door. "Get out, get out"

Eryn was crying but her mum kept pushing her out the door.

"Please mum, please don't" Eryn begged but once she was out the door her mum slammed it shut. Eryn sobbed and slipped down the door. She cried for a while before calming down.

She didn't know where to go. She walked about for a while before ending up at Sam's flat.

"What's wrong?" Sam asked when she answered the door.

"Mum's kicked me out" Eryn cried.

"What" Sam said guiding the upset teenager into the living room.

"Why" Sam asked.

"Because I'm pregnant" Eryn said.

"Oh Eryn really" Sam asked and Eryn nodded starting to cry again. Sam pulled the girl into her chest.

"How far along are you?" Sam asked.

"Just under 12 weeks" Eryn said.

"Oh really" Sam said. "Why didn't you say earlier?"

"I was too scared" Eryn said.

"Oh baby, listen your mum is going to be mad but she will soon calm down and talk to you" Sam said and Eryn nodded. They talked for a bit longer before Eryn went into bed. Sam got her phone out and phoned Zoe.

After calming Zoe down, they decided that Eryn should stay the night at Sam's and then Zoe would come and talk to her in the morning.

"Zoe, please be gently with her. She is absolute bits at the moment" Sam said and Zoe nodded agreeing.

Once Sam was finished with Zoe on the phone, she went to see Eryn. She opened the door to see the girl crying. Sam climbed into the bed with her and held the little girl until she had fallen asleep. Sam was too tired to get out the bed and ended up sleeping with Eryn.

Please tell me your ideas :) btw sorry for anyone who things this is to soap like. This is honestly how I think that Zoe would react if this actually happened in casualty (even though she has no children so it obviously couldn't but you get what I mean haha)
