"My iron-man suit…"

"Check…I got that for you already." Veronica replied crossing it off the birthday gift list.

"I have my Barbie and Elsa…but I also want Anna." Whined little Myra.

"Wants Anna check." Veronica once again crossed on the gift wish list.

"Now I want Optimus Prime!" This time it was her little prince demanding.

"What is this Optimus Prime?" Veronica asked confused. "Never have I heard of this thing."

"Don't call it a thing Momma, he is a transformer." Ugen spoke in a desperate voice in order to explain his mother.

"And you don't insult a transformer." Myra sided with her twin leaving Veronica dumbfounded.

"Okay…Okay I am sorry my dad!" Veronica sighed in defeat. After all these children were growing up to be smarter than her every day and why would they not? Both were product of two extremely intelligent people…but sadly being raised by the dumb one.

Suddenly Veronica's phone rang, and the name it displayed was AKIHO SHOUTO. The night class president, who in-fact tries to hit on her every chance he gets. Veronica does not like it. In fact his advances irritates her. Veronica may not be clever bit she is no fool either, she knows that guys intention towards her very well. After all she did hear few disturbing gossips about him with his fellow class mates. The worse one is that he made a C graded vampire pregnant and denied leaving her with no choice but to go for an abortion. Therefore his intention towards Veronica is very much clear to her. Not only that in many parties he openly tried to flirt with Veronica and her husband played blind, Veronica doubts that Kaname even knows anything. A part of her wanted to let Kaname know everything but then another part of her reminded her that she will only be bothering him since he may simply ask her to find a solution for it herself.

Veronica silenced the phone and chose not to answer the call and instructed Ugen-Myra to go to the dinner table but little did Veronica knew that he would be someone to give up. He called again and again and when Veronica ignored his calls for the third time he desperately called the landline.

Akiho Shouto usually would not dare to call the Kuran residence land line but through sources he knew Kaname Kuran was out of town therefore who can stop him.

"Hello Kuran residence Ugen speaking."

Akiho was indded lucky that it was Ugen that answered the phone not any servants because then they would simply tell him that Veronica was busy. Apparently that is what she instructed them to do so.

"Ugen, this is Akiho."

"President? How are you?"

"I am good Ugen how are you?"

"Good."

"I am good too. Did you have dinner my little one?"

"I am having my, then I will go to sleep." He passed a little more information than needed. After all he was an innocent child making him a fool was no big of a deal for Akiho.

"Good. Now Ugen, can you please pass the pone to your Momma. I need to speak to her, its an emergency about your homework."

"Okay one moment please."

Keeping him on hold the boy went to look for his mother and soon came back.

"Akiho-sama, Mamma is busy now she cannot talk now she is busy."

Akiho knew Veronica was not busy, she simply will not speak to him. It angered him greatly. Till now he had all the females at his fingertips that he wanted but this Veronica was making things harder for him. What has he not done send romantic text, call, send flower, chocolates, and gifts secretly but she returned it all and that was the main reason why his obsession towards her grew to that extent.

The head of senate Asoto Ichijo came to know about this and warned him as well but Akiho does not care because who said anything will be permanent between them. He and Veronica can simply be friends with benefits. And the way Kaname Kuran ignored her he would not even be least bothered if he found out.

"Ugen, it is an emergency situation Can I come to your home?"

"Yes you can."

"Is your papa home?"

"No."

"Good. I will see you in a bit."

"Okay." The boy replied innocently before hanging up the phone.

Meanwhile Kaname Kuran also hung up the phone to in his chamber. A dark chuckle escaped him. He heard everything. The most ironic part was that his son unintentionally gave out very wrong information that he was outside. No he was home, in fact for the last three days was he was but only locked in his personal suite. Therefore neither Veronica nor the children knew where he was or whether he was home at all.

Kaname has heard whispers about Akiho's growing intentions and his desperate measures to get close to Veronica but what he did not know that it has dangerously grown that obsessive about her. AN d now he knows it time for time for him to interfere.

"Seiran…"

"My lord."

"Take Veronica and the kids to her room. If they refuse to listen put them all to sleep."

"Any thing else my lord?"

"Yes prepare the living room; I have an incoming guest…a very special guest indeed." Another dark smirk curled up his lips.

Akiho impatiently rang the doorbell to Kuran estate. Soon was opened by a young maid who gestured for him to come inside.

"I am here to meet your lady Veronica."

"I shall inform her right away Akiho-sama." The maid bowed with that.

"Thank you." Akiho responded. "Shall I wait here?"

"Yes, please do have a seat."

"Thank you."

With another polite bow the maid disappeared while Ahiko seated himself on the sofa with an attitude of as if he himself was the vampire king.

"It's a pleasure to have you Akiho Shouto." Came a very cold voice making the whole air in the room drop to chilling cold.

The young male stood up abruptly. He was shocked beyond measure, this was not supposed to happen…how was it even possible? For a moment he decided to believe that he was just imagining but his imagination indeed turned reality once turned around to see Kaname Kuran leaning against the wall with both his arms crossed over his chest.

"Now tell me Akiho what business do you have with my wife at this improper hour?"

Akiho felt a chill going down his spine at his dangerously low tone.
