I am so so so sorry for not updating. Life happened my brain happened….

"Why should I help you?" Adam asked the merman that was in the pool. "Why would a prince want a sorcerer like me to help them?"

When Adam had gone down to the cellar, he didn't expect that a merman would swim in from the sea and ask him for his help. Adam thought the merman was handsome but Adam had his own lover.

The merman looked down embarrassed.

"I want to be human." He said. "I hate being like this. I can't explore other lands. All I know is the sea."

"Oh, I don't think that is the real reason." Adam laughed.

The merman shed a few tears. "Fine. I love him but he is a human. I want to be with him. He promised me that when I become human that he would love me and….and marry me. I know that he must be my true love. I've never felt like this about anyone else. I would do anything to be with him."

Adam bent down to the merman's eye-level. He titled his head.

"Anything, you say?" Adam questioned.

The merman instantly nodded.

"How about I make you human for a year and if you and your man get married before time runs out, then you will be granted the ability to change from human to merman, but if he doesn't then you will walk the Earth as a human?" Adam said. He looked at the merman. He really wanted to keep this beauty. "But after five years, if you haven't found your true love then you belong to me."

The merman nodded. "I agree."

The merman didn't care.

"Well merman, in order to do the curse I need your name."

"Hunter" the merman said. "My name is Hunter."

"Why are you even here?" Hunter snapped while trying to get his hand loose. "If all you're here to do is taunt me-"

"No, I just am here to tell you that your time is up." Adam said, calmly.

"I still have a year."

Adam chuckled. "Really? Well I guess I didn't tell you that the year you were on land counted. After your supposed true love left you and I kept you a human, you only had four years left. At midnight tomorrow night, you will become a merman again and belong to me. "

Hunter went to punch Adam in the face but Adam disappeared in a cloud of black smoke.

"One…Two…three…breathe…one…two…three…bre-"

"Blaine!" Kurt said "I know how to have a baby!"

"I know you do!" Blaine exclaimed. "I'm teaching Devon."

Blaine was on the bed with Kurt, who was in a lot of pain. He was already five centimeters dilated. Blaine got upset since Hunter wasn't back so he went and got the doctor for them. Devon was content sitting in the chair next to the bed. Devon looked down at his growing stomach.

He looked up and then watched Kurt inhaled sharply, he felt uneasy. He knew the birth would hurt but he also knew that he was carrying Adam's baby. He knew that it would probably be a lot worse than normal. Hunter walked in and sighed. Devon held out his hand. Hunter took it and kissed it.

Their relationship was starting to get closer. Hunter knew that he had to protect Devon especially knowing that Adam was the father. Devon felt a serious pull toward him.

"Devon, would you like to go out into the gardens with me? That's if you're up to it."

Devon nodded and got up. With Dr. Adam's medicine, he was feeling better a lot faster.

"Let me know if anything happens." Devon told Blaine and Kurt.

He patted Kurt's hand before leaving with Hunter. They walked down the hall and then went out into the gardens. The sun as getting ready to set. Hunter wrapped a protective arm around Devon. He looked around. He felt now was the perfect time to tell Devon. He wanted to before the relationship got any deeper.

Devon was too distracted. He looked and saw a white rabbit near a bush. Devon adored bunnies.

"Devon, I want to tell you something." Hunter said in a very serious tone. "It's really strange but hopefully you'll understand."

"Hunter, look!" Devon squealed with glee. "It's a bunny. I wonder if I could try and pick it up."

Devon slowly made his way over to the rabbit. Hunter sighed and then followed. Devon got close and then the bunny ran away.

"Oh no!"

"Okay, now that the bunny is gone-"

Devon started chasing after it. Hunter ran after it. He didn't understand what had gotten into Devon. He was shocked that Devon could even run. They ran through the woods till they came to a giant oak tree.

Devon stopped and looked down a hole that he swore the bunny went down. The hole had moss all around it. It was giant. Someone could probably fit.

"Come on," Hunter said. "We need to talk about something."

Devon was too fixated on the rabbit hole. He looked into the darkness.

"Hunter," Devon said. "I know but can you at least have some fun. I haven't been out of the castle in forever it seems. I just want to go on an adventu-AH"

Just then part of the side crumbled and Devon went tumbling down the hole.

So as you can tell, Devon is going to get an adventure! What do you think about Hunter? I know Klaine wasn't in as much but Blaine will come more in the next chapters and so will Kurt.

I am again sorry for not updating. If you read My Precious One. You know my rant. So here is mine for the Hurt Locker Part one. I am glad someone wants to get Klaine back. Did anyone think that the bear was just too cute? I thought Kurt was very funny but I think Sue's character is completely lost. I used to like her but now I don't as much. I want to see more of her daughter. Did RIB forget? I am really ready for the elevator scenes with Klaine.
