36: Hurt
Being able to take other's pain, Scott decided, was both a blessing and a curse. He loved that he was able to make a difference, make people hurt a little less, but sometimes it was torture just to know how much pain someone was really in.
Usually, that person was Stiles.
Stiles made a habit of hiding how much he was actually hurting, thinking that his pain would cause too much trouble for others. So if Scott's hand brushed against Stiles', as it often did, the werewolf would be taken aback at home much his best friend was really hurting.
