Ranka leaned down and kisses his daughter's cheek.
"I'm so proud of you baby." He stayed for another two minutes, talking happily with Haruhi before he looked at both of us. "I will go out there and let them know that everything is good." He patted my shoulder. "Congratulations son." My eyes widened like Frisbees, but I bowed.
"Thank you dad." I had began to get used to calling Ranka dad and my father, father. As Ranka walked out, I looked back at Haruhi and kissed her cheek. "You did an amazing job my princess. I'm so proud." She smiled and I leaned down once more, pressIng my lips to hers.

I walked out of the delivery room with a large smile on my face. It was a five minutes slow walk to the waiting room, but I was using this time to think. I was now a grandfather. Haruhi had done such a magnificent job and her idiot fiance was very good with her in there. Maybe he wasn't such an idiot after all.
When I finally got in near everyone, Tamaki's father was the first to spot me. When he stood up, everyone looked at me curiously. "How did everything go?" His mother asked.
"The twins we're born safely. A boy and a girl." The looks on all of their faces were of pure excitement as I sat in the waiting to after removing my surgery gear. We talked heatedly and I felt so happy about all of this.

In the hospital room, Haruhi asked me to go and see the twins and tell her what they looked like. With a smile, I got up and saw the babies and my heart was filled with so much warmth that it made me start to tear up. "They are so beautiful Haruhi. Absolutely gorgeous." Leaning down, I gently touched their soft skin where the doctors weren't attending to them. Their skin felt like the finest silk and their skin tone what Haruhi and I's peachy ivory tone. "Hello, I'm your daddy. I'm so happy to meet you." I said to them, smiling. They looked up at my curiously as they were placed in their blankets. On of them had my blue eyes while the other had hazel. a mixture of Haruhi eye color and mine.
The doctors then asked me if it was alright to move them to the nursery and after I placed a gentle kiss on their foreheads and quietly said goodnight to them, I moved back over to Haruhi and smiled down at her. Haruhi smiled at me tiredly. "Are... are they beautiful?" She asked. I smiled even wider and nodded.
"The most beautiful of angels." I said, taking my hand and softly caressing her cheek as I leaned down to press my lips to her forehead. I heard her sigh happily.
"So... one boy and one girl huh?" She said and I could feel my heart warming up immediately. I had a son and a daughter now. I could see her beginning to fall asleep now and doctor told me she would need rest. So, as Ranka came in, I looked towards him and smiled kindly.
"Ranka, would you mind telling everyone that Haruhi needs to rest? The doctor said that she needs to rest for the night and will be rested enough to visit with everyone tomorrow morning?" Ranka nodded and looked towards one of the nurses.
"Ms. Fujioka did very well and there wasn't any unneeded incisions made, so she should heal fairly quickly. Now, if they waiting guests don't mind, they could wait and sleep in one of our rooms were we have many beds set up." Ranka nodded.
"Would it be okay if both Tamaki, his parents, and I stay in my daughter's room?" With a smiling nod from the nurse, Ranka turned to me and did the unexpected thing, hugged me. I tensed up for a moment and I could hear his chuckle. "Even if I was angry about this before. I am very proud of both you and Haruhi. I will be back shortly. He walked over to Haruhi who was already asleep, as the doctor was fixing her abdomen behind a curtain, and placed a kiss on her forehead. "You did an amazing job sweetheart. I can't wait to meet them in the morning." He squealed quietly and left the room, heading towards the waiting room while Haruhi and I were finally moved to her hospital room. Pulling up a chair next to her, I sat down and took her hand gently in mine as I laid my head down on the bed next to her.
"Good Night my princess. See you in the morning."
Ranka's POV
As I walked out of the room, I thought about how different Tamaki looked. His expression reminded me of the way I felt when Haruhi had been born. To think that now my baby has had babies of her own brings a couple tears to my eyes. As I walked out, I saw everyone standing, waiting for me to arrive. "So, are they ready for us to see them?" One of the Hitachiin brothers asked. I shook my head.
"Actually, due to having a c-section, Haruhi was so worn out that she just fell asleep. She has had a rough day." I said lightly.
"Oh poor Haru-chan. Well I guess we can just see her tomorrow." Mitsukuni said. I smiled and nodded.
"Actually, the hospital suggested that we all could use one of their guest overnight rooms that had multiple beds for us to use." I said and they all nodded.
"Sure. That sounds great. Because then we will be here for them." Tamaki's mom said, but I shook my head to her.
"Actually, they said that only Haruhi, Tamaki, and their parents could stay in the actual room, so they all will have to stay in the guest room." With a nod, everyone said good night to each other and we went to the room while the club went to the guest room. As we walked away, I could hear Mitsukuni talking tiredly.
"I'm excited to meet the twins. I bet they are going to be the cutest." He said and Mori grunted in agreeance.
"Yeah." Smiling, us parents made our way into the room. As soon as we entered, Tamaki's father began to talk, as if he were speaking to Tamaki, but then we were fully in the room, we saw the adorable scene before us. Haruhi was sleeping on her back with her hospital gown on and Tamaki was sitting in one of the uncomfortable chairs while holding her hand as his head rested on her lower thigh. Smiling, I walked over to the linen closet and grabbed a blanket, draping it over his shoulders to keep him warm. I also placed a kiss on his cheek.
"Thank you Tamaki. You were so calm and brave when being with her. I've really really come to like you." I whispered and moved to the hospital couch next to Tamaki's father who was looking at Tamaki and his mother, who was standing beside Tamaki as she very softly ruffled his hair as he lightly snored and also placed a kiss upon his cheek. Walking back over to us, she sat on the other side of Tamaki's father. "He was very mature and grownup today. I was surprised, but happy to see it." His father nodded.
"Yes. He has grown up a lot since he has met and fallen in love with your daughter Ranka. Especially when he came to tell me of her pregnancy, he was very mature and told me flat out what happened. I am glad to seem that change within him. Though it is hard to me to take in, knowing that my baby has now had babies of his own." I nodded and chuckled.
"I thought the same about Haruhi. I thought that for her, this wouldn't happen until later, but in all reality, I know that no matter when this would have happened, it would have all ended the same way, everyone being happy. Plus, I think Tamaki is going to be one amazing and idiotic father." I chuckled as well as his parents. It was then that I started to fall asleep when Tamaki's mother spoke.
"You know, when I had finally come here, I had then found out that my baby was going to be a father and I was shocked to see the amount of time I had lost with him and shocked that he would becoming a parent so soon. I am happy though, because I realized that I had come back just in the nick of time." Nodding, the room became very silent, us three fell asleep. It wasn't long until we were woken up but a nurse gently shaking us awake.
"Hi. I'm Ms. Fujioka's Nurse. I'm sorry to wake you so suddenly. Do you mind if I check her bandage? You don't have to leave because she will be covered." With a nod, the nurse walked over and I got up after she covered my daughter, wanting to see what she would be doing. "Oh, since you're here, could I ask for your help for a moment?" I nodded and the nurse gave me a pair of gloves as she removed the bandage and cleaned the area gently where my daughter's stitches were. The woman asked if I could throw the bandage out and after, I looked and saw that it was bruised, but it didn't look bad at all. "She is looking very good." The nurse then proceeded to put on a new large bandage that she would wrap around my daughter's abdomen and she very carefully did it without waking Haruhi. (I don't know how they do things, I'm just going by imagination here, so I apologize for any mistakes)
When the nurse finished she walked out, but asked us to get her when Haruhi woke up. Stretching, I looked towards Tamaki's parents and smiled as we still sat Tamaki gently holding her hand as he slept. I had been surprised that when the nurse was here that it hadn't woken him, but he as well as Haruhi had a very rough and tiring day yesterday. Almost just as I said that, I could see Tamaki stirring and heard a very quiet groan as he looked up tiredly.
Tamaki's POV
I started to hear whispers and I could feel the light coming in through the windows as I began to woke. I could hear a nurse as she left. I wanted to sleep a little more, but I wanted to be awake when Haruhi waked, so I slowly sat up, seeing Ranka near the bed and I saw my parents waking up on the couch. Smiling at them I nodded to them as I turned my head to Haruhi and smiled lovingly. Out of instinct, I softly pressed my lips to the back of her hand. "Good morning Mother, Father, Ranka." I said, yawning.
"Good Morning Tamaki." Ranka said.
"Yes, good morning son." My father said as everyone in the room grabbed chairs and quietly came closer.
"Did you sleep well?" My mom asked. I nodded to her and yawned once more.
"Sorry, I am still sleepy. I just wanted to be awake before she is up." I looked towards them. "How long have you three been awake?" I asked. Smiling they shrugged.
"Just a little bit before you woke kiddo." My father said and I smiled. Getting up, I went to the restroom to relieve myself and I came back out after washing my hands to see Haruhi starting to wake up. My parents and Ranka weren't in the room so I assumed that they went to get either coffee or tea. I ran over to the chair and sat down before she opened her eyes. When her brown eyes opened, I smiled and stood up to lean down and kiss her. I went to pull away, but her arms weakly moved up and wrapped around my neck to hold me there, assuming she wanted to kiss me a little more, I stayed put and kissed her happily. Pulling away from her, I could see her eyes glistening.
"Good Morning daddy." She said, softly holding my hand. My eyes widened and I felt my heart heat up as I smiled at her.
"Yes. Good Morning my princess mother." She giggled a little and looked towards the door once we heard her father say it was he and my parents coming in. When they waked in, they saw Haruhi awake and Ranka waked over quickly.
"Good Morning sweetheart." He said, leaning down and hugging her carefully. "How are you feeling this morning?" Haruhi shrugged.
"A little sore, but that isn't a big problem." Ranka nodded.
"Yes, that is to be expected. You did just have a c-section and two babies." Haruhi blushed and looked at me.
"So, dad, would you get my doctor for me?" Haruhi asked and Ranka nodded immediately, running out of the room, when he returned, the doctor smiled widely at Haruhi.
"Good Morning Ms. Fujioka. Did you sleep well?" Haruhi nodded. "That's good." She said. "We actually had a nurse come in earlier and change your bandage, so the new bandages are clean. Your father said you are feeling a little sore in your abdomen? Would you like some pain relievers?" Haruhi shook her head.
"No, they make me drowsy." The doctor chuckled.
"Don't worry. We have non-drowsy pain killers if you would like them?" Haruhi nodded and the doctor smiled as she looked over one of the machines. "Is there anything else I can do for you before I leave?"
"Yes, please. When can we see our babies?" She asked, a happy smile on her face. "I would like to finally see them." The doctor nodded.
"I can bring them in just after you eat." Nodding, Haruhi laid back some as a nurse came in with some food. Haruhi attempted to sit up but she cringed.
"Ow." She said, moving a hand over her lower abdomen.
"Haruhi!" I scolded quietly. "Don't move without telling me. Don't hurt yourself." She looked at me and sighed. "I know, you like doing things yourself, but for now I am going to help you. Okay?" I said, looking at her and she nodded. Moving closer to her, I helped to move her to a sitting up position as she ate the hospital food that was brought to her. As she ate, she smiled at me.
"Have you eaten today?" I shook my head.
"But that's okay. I wait until later." She shook her head and put some food on her spoon and held it out to me. I tried to tell her to just eat it, but she insisted that she was full, so I took a bite of some of her food. Also insisting, she began to feed me the rest of the food.
"You two are so cute!" My mother said and I smiled at her.
"Thank you for the food Haruhi." Nodding, she smiled and put the container on the waiting tray and she looked at me happily.
"Is it sad that I don't remember anything from after the surgery?" She giggled and Ranka shook his head chuckling.
"No dear. You're medicine was kicking in so that they could stitch you back up and let you rest. It's okay." Nodding Haruhi smiled. As she leaned back and she was talking to her father, I began to think about a lot of things. Haruhi and I were parents now and soon we would be getting married when we felt that we were ready to have the ceremony. Also, I could only hope that my grandmother could be kind to the children that Haruhi and I have made. If not, that will be sad because I guess she will never get to see them again, that all I could say. I knew how happy and excited the group would be when they meet the twins. On top of that, I could just feel extreme joy running through my body as I thought about how happy I was to finally meet my children and be in their lives. I felt like I had waited so long for them to come and now that they are out, I want them to slowly age. I would never miss a minute with them. I couldn't and wouldn't. I also knew that I wouldn't ever let my daughter and any future daughters of mine to date for a while. Just then I heard a door opening and I heard my friends.
"Hi Tama-chan. Hi Haru-chan." Honey said, smiling as he walked over and carefully hugged Haruhi. "How are you feeling?" He asked, sitting next to her on the hospital bed while Kyoya began talking with me.
"So, when will the nurse bring in the twins?" He asked. I shrugged.
"The doctor said it would be after Haruhi was able to eat something." With a nod, the Hikaru and Kaoru smiled.
"We're excited to see another pair of twins. Even though Kyoya might not seem excited, we know he is. He was very insistent on getting here soon." Smiling, I looked at them. "How does it feel Haruhi? Tamaki?"
I was confused and looked at them. "How does what feel?" Kaoru chuckled.
"How does being parents feel?" Looking at them, I smiled even wider.
"It feels great. It feels like a whole new kind of world. I am definitely scared that I will mess up, but I know I am looking forward to seeing my, I mean, our twins today." While we were talking about it, just then we heard a knock on the door and then our doctor walked in and behind her was a nurse who was pushing in two carts and from within the carts we heard the sounds of gurgling. Everyone lit up as soon as that happened and the doctor smiled at Haruhi and I. As she got closer, I could see them and it made me happy. Looking at the doctor first for an approving nod, I picked up our son and gently placed him Haruhi's arms while I took our daughter and from her insisting, put her in her other arm. Ranka shrieked very quietly and smiled as he saw his daughter looking down at our children for the first time.
"Hi babies. I'm you mommy. And this wacko with the blonde hair is your daddy." I smiled and blushed as I could feel Hikaru and Kaoru smack their hands down on my shoulders. "We are so glad that you two are here now. Your daddy, grandfather, grandmother, uncles, and mother are very happy to meet you all. I know what I want to name our daughter Tamaki." She smiled at me. Cocking my head to the side, I prompted her to go on. "I would love to name our daughter Kotoko Suoh after my mother. If you would like that." Smiling I nodded.
"Of course. I could find no better way to honor your mother. Could I name our son?" She nodded. "Okay, I would like to name him Zakuro Suoh. I heard someone with that name and I just couldn't get it out of my head. I think it fits him." Nodding Haruhi smiled.
"Yes. it does. Okay Zakuro, Kotoko, go meet your family." She said, as she gestured for Ranka to take Zakuro and my mother took Kotoko. Haruhi and I sat back happily as we watched, now proud parents. As everyone passed them around, Haruhi took my hand in hers and squeezed it happily. Kyoya was the last one to receive Zakuro and he smiled happily as he gave him back to me after he introduced himself as Uncle Kyoya and he did the same thing with Kotoko. As we got our children back into our arms, our friends decided to go home to give us some time to ourselves. Even our parents left.
Once they were gone, we sat here and looked at our babies, full of pride. In the time that we were awake, Haruhi breastfed them and we learned how to change their diapers correctly. As the babies rested in their little nursery beds, covered in their light but warm baby blankets, Haruhi and I were looking at each other happily. "Tamaki, kiss me?" She asked, a happy tear in her eyes. I nodded.
"Of course." I said, leaning forward and pressing my lips to hers softly. As our lips moved together, I could feel my body getting hot, but I knew we couldn't. At least not for a while. Sad as it was, I wanted her to be the one who was ready first. Smiling, I realized that this would be a huge press fiasco when we returned home, but in a way, I was happy for the world to know that we were happy and proud parents.
