"Shinobu are you sure you don't want this?"

"Who would want that ugly thing?"

"Hidori?"

"Sorry Misaki, that thing is not cute at all." Damn, am I going to get rid of this thing? My brother had a business trip to Hokkaido and sent us lots of fish and three wooden statues of a bear with three fish. It was a cool statue but three? Really? I was able to give one away to Aikawa and I had hoped someone at school would take the second one but no one wanted it.

"Just throw it away."

"My brother sent this! I cannot just throw it away."

"I would."

"Maybe Kusama will want it. Ask him tonight."

"I cannot believe you are having dinner with that witch." Shinobu shook her head.

I shrugged, "Usagi-san has been wanting to do this for quite some time and he finally finished a deadline."

"Who would ever want to be around that witch." The 'witch' she was referring to was Kamijou-sensei. Usagi told me he invited her and her fiance to dinner awhile back and thought tonight would be good. We were excited to hear they made up but I know Usagi is still worried after we found out about her medical condition. He told me this was the first time he had ever seen her cry in the time they have known each other. Nowaki accepted it though; he really is an amazing guy.

"But I..." I stopped, feeling my lunch coming back up. I rushed to the bathroom, throwing up in the toilet.

"I thought you would be done with morning sickness." Shinobu commented as Hidori held my hair up. I wanted to reply but I ended up throwing up again.

"She still is in her first trimester."

"Being pregnant sucks." After this child I am not going through this again for awhile. I knew from movies that it was not the prettiest of things to go through but damn did I not prepare for this.

"Thank you." I grabbed the water from Shinobu and washed my mouth out.

"Should we call Usami-sensei to pick us up?"

I shook my head. "I am not dying. I can survive the train ride."

We got in line for the tickets, behind some tall man. "So you will be going to Tokyo University?" I asked Shinobu.

She shook her head. "In the fall."

"She will be studying law! Like me!" Hidori jumped up and down. I know she wished someone would study with her, even tried to push me, but I would be a horrible lawyer and Hiromi wanted to pursue her dreams in the arts. "Shin-chan wants to be just like me!"

"I NEVER SAID THAT!"

"Stop shouting!" I looked around at the few looks we were getting from strangers. I cannot take these girls anywhere in public.

"Haven't we been in line for a while?"

I did look, the same man in front of us. We really were not moving like the lines next to us. I looked in front to see the businessman staring up at the chart. You could tell he was older by the lines around his cheeks and forehead but he also looked well groomed. His hair was jet black and slicked back. I thought he looked familiar but could not remember where I would meet such a man. "Excuse me sir, do you need help reading the sign?"

He looked down at me. "It's not that. I am just not sure which train to get on."

"Where are you going?" Hidori asked.

"I need to get off at Tokyo station." Oh, just like us.

"Well that will be 260 yen."

"Thank you." He reached his hand out but stopped in front of the machine. Has this man never been on a train?

"Thank you ladies." He laughed as he sat down in the only available spot. When the woman next to him got up Hidori pushed me to sit down. I would have argued but I did not want her to say something about my pregnancy. "My son took the train earlier this year so I thought I would try it out myself."

"So you're rich."

"Shin-chan that's rude!" Hidori kicked her shin.

"Ow, I was just pointing out the obvious." She kicked her back. I sighed as they got into a small fight, kicking each other. People started moving away from them.

"Should we stop them?"

I shook my head. "They are always like this." I looked at the bag in his hand, noticing the rubber ducks. "That's a lot of ducks."

He pulled out one. "They are a gift to my son." Who gives rubber ducks as a gift? "When he was younger we would take baths together with rubber ducks. We grew apart now but I wanted to be able to spend time with each other again."

Aw, that's amazing. "How old is he?"

"31." 31?! He plans to take a bath with a 31 year old man!? That's insane!

"Taking a bath with a 31 year old? Why can't you just invite him out for dinner and talk to him." Hidori suggested. I guess their fight was over.

"My parents always sit me and my sister down every Sunday to discuss what is on our mind." Shinobu added. She always said she hated those dinners. She had to stop her sister lots of times for spilling the beans about her relationship.

"I would like to that but I know my sons would never go for that. We are not the closest of families."

"I think it is great you are trying though. Families should always stick together. Even if you are disconnected now, I still think you can make up. You just have to show how much you love them."

"Only you would say something so sweet Misaki."

"Shut up Shinobu."

"But that is what makes her cute" Not helping Hidori.

The man started laughing. "I think she is cute as well." He pulled out a rubber duck. "Here, for you." He handed one to Hidori and Shinobu. "Maybe you can use it to become closer to your special ones. As I learned, it is important to put your feelings into words and actions. "

"Hidori will have no use for it."

"SHUT UP SHINOBU!"

"You two calm down." I set my bag down to grab Hidori's arm before she hit Shinobu. We were going to get kicked off the train if they kept this up. "Oh wow." I turned around to see the man looking down in the bag. "Is that a bear?"

"Yeah." Hold up, I might get lucky. I took out the statue. He gasped. "Three fish! I have not seen one with three fish!"

"Hey this is perfect. Misaki did not want it anyway."

"Now you can get rid of the ugly thing."

"Shinobu!"

I'm never traveling with these two again. "If you were getting rid of it, I would like to buy it off of you. How much do you want?"

"30000 yen."

"No! No, I don't need money. It was a gift from my brother but he gave me three of these. So it can be a gift to you."

He smiled, putting it back into the back. He reached in and grabbed another duck, handing it to me. "Well then, how about two ducks for a bear."

"Deal." Yahoo! I got rid of the statue!

We got to our stop. "Thank you ladies for helping an old man out."

"I hope your first time on the train was fun."

"How could it not being accompanied by a few pretty ladies." Hidori laughed while Shinobu rolled her eyes. He took his phone out, sighing. "Looks like I have been caught. You ladies mind helping me out of this place."

"Sure." We headed towards the exit.

"So are you some sort of CEO?"

"You can say that." We made it up the stairs to the outside.

"There you are president." I looked u...HOLY SHIT! My eyes went wide as I saw Usagi-ani standing next to a black car with the door open. He looked at me with a shocked expression. WHAT IS HE DOING HERE?

"Ah this was unnecessary, I had a couple of cute tour guides." The man laughed, unaware of the situation. I looked to Hidori who had the same expression. Shinobu looked at us with confusion.

'Why are you two together?" Usagi-ani asked in a cold tone.

The man pointed to us. "They helped me on the train." He then looked between us. "Do you two know each other?"

"Uh, hi Usami-sama." I bowed slightly.

"We met before." Oh, this is not a conversation I needed.

"Why are you here?" Hidori asked.

Usagi-ani gestured to the man. "This is my father."

What?

Father?

I turned to the man. THIS IS USAGI-CHICHI!

"Well, look at the time. It was nice to meet you Usami-sama."

"BYE!" Hidori and I bowed as we both grabbed one of Shinobu's arms and ran. "Holy crap! That is Usami-sensei's father! Did you know Misaki?"

"Obviously not!"

"Will you two morons let me go! You are hurting my arms!" Shinobu growled. We stopped a block away. We each had to catch our breath. "You should not be running Misaki!"

"I can't believe that was Usagi's father!" What if Usagi-ani tells him that I am Usagi's girlfriend. I figured I would have to meet Usagi's family one day because of our child but I did not prepare for this surprise attack.

"So that was the kidnapper?"

"Yeah, cute right? Even if he is sensei's brother they look nothing alike."

"Shut up Hidori."

"Ew, he looks old."

"You are one to talk about older lovers Shinobu."

"You want to fight?" Oh my god these two. "Hey, at least you met the grandfather to you kid."

"Usagi is going to be so mad."

"Don't tell him."

"I can't not tell him." Even if I tried to hide it he always finds out and then the punishment is much worse. I like to sleep at night!

"Just get Hidori to tell him. She's used to that."

"That's a low blow Shinobu!"

"Don't kick her Hidori!"

"Bring it on!" How are these two friends!?

"I'm home." So good to be home.

"Welcome home. Are you alright?" Usagi met me at the door.

"Just Shinobu and Hidori being themselves." I fell on the couch. He brought a cup of water to me.

"If they are going to stress you out then you should hang out with them less." He sat next to me, massaging my hand.

"I can't, they are my best friends."

"I don't want them causing stress to you and the baby."

"I am okay Usagi." Him and his worrying. It is great he is thinking about this child though. He came to my next doctor's appointment a few days ago and it was something to see him smiling at the ultrasound. I wanted to take a picture. Our next appointment we would find out the sex of the child. He admitted he wanted a girl; he did not know how he would treat a boy. He would definitely be the father who spoiled his girl rotten. "What time is sensei coming?"

He looked down at his watch. "They will be here in about two hours."

"What do you want to eat?"

"Whatever you make will be great. Or we can order out if you need to rest."

"I'm not incapable." I was worried when I would get closer to my due date just how much I will be able to work but right now I could still do things. I leaned into his chest; He smelled nice. He kissed the top of my head. "We should cancel."

I rolled my eyes. "You wanted this dinner."

"But now I want you more."

"No, you can socialize more."

"Then let me get your fill."

"I have to cook in an hour!"

"Then I will finish in an hour."

"Usagi-sa-." He kissed me, pulling me into his nap. His hand made its way in my skirt, squeezing my butt. "Usagi."

"I love you Misaki." Those words. I have yet to say it to him, properly. I do feel it but just those words coming out of my mouth was hard to imagine. I could not think as he reached further, rubbing my entrance. "I read somewhere that pregnant woman have an increased sex drive."

"Where the hell did you read that?" I moaned out as he stuck a finger in.

"It was right. You are soaked."

"Shut..up.." He stuck another finger in. "We only have...an hour."

"That's all I need." A third finger went in.

"Thank you for having us over! " Kusama said as he and sensei walked in. He still looked as cheery as ever while sensei trailed behind with a skeptical look on her face. Kusama handed me some flowers.

"Thank you!"

"Wow Takahashi, I think I can see a small bump."

"Don't tell me that!" I don't want to hear I am getting fat!

"Nowaki! You don't tell a girl she is getting fat!" Kamijou said as if reading my mind.

"I did not mean it like that though!"

"Don't yell. You will scare the baby." Usagi scolded them. Kamijou rolled her eyes. "I don't think the baby is scared."

The four of us walked to the dining table. I went to grab the food from the kitchen; Kamijou came to help. It was a bit strange having a teacher from my college here, especially since she is the "demon" teacher. But it was interesting to see her outside of school with Kusama. She still seemed scary but not to a "demon" level. "Usami-san, you are going to be that doting parent who does not let their child out of sight when they are born."

"I can see that. Akihiko is psychotic."

"Shut up Hiroki." We set the plates down, Usagi looking at his plate with disgust. "Misaki, there are green onions."

Oh crap I forgot he hated those. "I'm sorry, they just smelt so good." And when I ate one raw it was like heaven. "I can make something else."

"No, it's fine. I was just asking."

"Have you had any other cravings?"

I thought about it. "Nothing unusual but I did throw up after eating tuna for lunch."

"You threw up? Why did you not text me?!"

I glared at Usagi. "I don't need to let you know every single time I have morning sickness! And sensei gave me some medicine so I was fine."

"That better have been medicine that will not harm the baby."

"Take a chill pill Bakahiko. I am not stupid enough to hurt a child. Shit."

"You also was supposed to let me know if something happened to you." WHAT? He roped her into spying on me too?

"And I told you I am no one's babysitter you psycho."

"OK!" Nowaki put his hands up. "Let's eat before the food gets cold!" Thankfully the two stopped arguing to eat. They reminded me of Hidori and Shinobu. How do people stay friends with those they fight with constantly?

I did feel bad that Usagi had to pick out the green onions but they were so delicious. Each bite made my mouth water for another one. We talked about their wedding; they had set a date for June 5th next year. That apparently was the day sensei confessed her love to him, much to her embarrassment. Sensei even picked out her dressed and showed me a picture. It was so pretty! And she looked pretty in it; she was blushing in her photo. Kusama was jealous he could not see but as a tradition in America the groom does not see the dress until the wedding.

I was excited to go; I saw how amazing American weddings were and my brother only had a small wedding with just Usagi and I present. Hearing about sensei's parents this wedding is expected to be big.

"Are you going to have bridesmaids and groomsmen?"

"We are still talking about that."

"I say no."

"No one asked you Bakahiko!"

"Well if you are desperate than maybe Misaki and her friends will step in."

"I am not a charity case asshole! Shut your damn trap!" These two were giving me a headache.

"Thank you again for having us." Kusama said as he helped sensei into her jacket. "Next time we can host you guys."

"If there is a next time." Sensei added.

"It was no trouble!" I did have fun; it was interesting to see a different side of sensei and Kusama was like a big brother. There was a different feeling hanging out with them that I do not feel with Hidori and Shinobu. Not that I don't like hanging out with my best friend but dare I say, there was a level of maturity different with Hidori.

"Be safe on your way home."

"Of course!" Kusama grabbed sensei's hand as they walked out. They complimented each other well. "Are you okay?" Usagi looked at me.

I nodded, "I had a lot of fun!" He smiled down at me. "I'm happy."

His smile was contagious. "Me too."

I walked back to the kitchen, thankful Kusama washed them. I offered to help but he pushed me and sensei away, even got Usagi to dry them. They were still on the dish rack, I can put them away tomorrow. I stopped walking when Usagi wrapped his arms around me. "I love you." He kissed my neck.

I held my moan, I still had homework. "We can't now Usagi."

"I love you."

When he made no motion to move I pushed him off. "I still have stuff to do." If I got carried away now I would have to pull an all nighter to finish.

He frowned, walking towards the balcony with a cigarette in his hand. Crap, I made him mad. But I really did have homework! Since Usagi changed my room I had to do my homework at the kitchen table. Bad idea. I could not concentrate with him still outside, smoking his third cigarette. Was he really that upset? He was the one who told me to stay in school even after this kid. Was he regretting this?

"Usagi?" I popped my head out, the wind making me shiver.

"I'll be in in a minute." He replied. It was as cold as the night. I did not like it. "Misaki, go inside. It is not good for you to be out here."

"Then you come in too."

"I told you I wi..." "What is wrong? You were fine with at dinner. We did it before the dinner and I really have a lot of homework."

"Is that all you want to say?" I froze when he turned around. His purple eyes staring glanced over his shoulder. He was waiting, but what for? It is important to put your feelings into words and actions.

Is that what is bothering Usagi? He does say I love you a lot but I have yet to tell him. "Please go inside. The cold wind is not good for your body." He moved to gently push me towards the door. He still looked hurt. I did not like it, especiallyy if I am the reason.

Woman up Misaki! "Um, Usagi." I turned right before we got to the door. "I..."

"What is it?"

"Um, I wanted to say I...I lo..." Why can't I get it out?! "I really do lo...

"lo...

"lo..."

Misaki, you are a disgrace. "That's all I can get out!" Th tears came unexpectedly. They flooded my face and made it hard to look at him. How can I not get those three words out? He let me cry for a moment before rubbing my eyes. When I could see he had kissed me. "Usagi?"

"Thank you." I could not hold back my gasp. He was smiling; an actual smile. We were outside, at night, but it was so bright. "I understand your feelings."

I still felt it was not enough. I needed to do something more. Without thinking, I grabbed his hand and placed it on my stomach. "I never knew I could have these feelings before you and I am scared. But I made a choice and its growing inside of me now. My feelings are right here."

He smiled down, rubbing my stomach. "I'm never letting you go Misaki. No one is going to take you away."

"There's nowhere I want to go." The meeting with his father still was in the back of my mind. I did not want to but I know I would have to see him again. What will happen when he knows about his grandchild? "I love you Misaki."

"I..." Before I could continue he kissed me, lifting me into his arms.

I vaguely remembered I still had homework as we walked up the stairs.

"I'm jealous of those two." Usagi said after a moment of silence. I was changing into a nightgown while he pulled his sweatpants back on. I turned to him. "Kusama and sensei?"

He grabbed my shoulder to pull me down into his arms. He grabbed the covers to tuck us in. "I want to plan a marriage."

"WHAT?" What is going through his head now?

"We might as well. We are having a child."

Yeah but...I'm still 19! "We still have a lot to figure out before any talk of that. We still have to deal with our families and this baby. And I still have to finish school and get a job and..." He put his hand over my mouth.

"Alright, we won't get married anytime soon. But so you know, I'm not waiting ten years like that pessimist." Ten years did not sound that bad. Our child would be nine.

"I need to sleep." Problem solved. He laughed in my ear, kissing my cheek. "Goodnight Misaki."

"Night." I fell asleep, smelling Usagi's cigarettes.

"You are torturing sensei aren't you?"

"What do you mean?"

"Didn't you complain that sensei does not eat green onions?"

"Yeah, so?"

"Misaki." Hidori pointed to the stew I was making. I looked down, noticing how much green onions were in it. What was not in it was on a cutting board that I was currently eating. Oh man.

"Weird cravings. My sister called to talk about her love for mayonnaise on cod. Disgusting." Shinobu shook in disgust.

"I think that would taste good." Hiromi thought.

"Not at all."

The three of them came over to keep me company while Usagi was upstairs working on his manuscript. Aikawa was up there as well and we could hear her yelling. "To think the famous Usami-sensei is like this. I thought he would be a lot cooler." Hiromi sighed. She is a fan of his but was in for the shock of her life when she came over and found him on the couch, smoking, glaring up at them when they entered. I had told him about them coming over but he is in a bad mood for missing another deadline.

"As long as he writes good."

"STUPID AUTHOR!" Aikawa kicked the door open. Bags under her eyes. Her clothes were out of shape and I am sure her hair is not brushed. Poor her. Usagi really needs to keep his deadlines.

"Hello Aikawa, would you like something to drink?"

She staggered over to us, pulling me into a hug. "Oh you sweet child. No, you do not need to worry about me. I have to get back to the office."

"You can do it Aikawa!" Hidori cheered.

"You are so sweet as well! I will adopt you too!" She hugged Hidori as well who hugged back. Those two had a similar personality.

"Get out." We all turned as Usagi growled from the stairs.

"SHUT UP! I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU ANYMORE ANYWAY!"

"We have to get going too."

Shinobu looked at her phone. "Miyagi is getting home soon."

"Remember Shinobu you cannot get pregnant yet."

"SHUT UP HIDORI!"

"Bye Misaki!" Hiromi pushed the two out before they could start a fight.

"I will leave with you girls. By Misaki!" Aikawa waved as she followed them. When it was quiet Usagi made his way to sit where Hidori was. "I think you should hang out with them less."

"They are my friends."

"They are too loud."

"I think Aikawa is louder."

"We can ban her as well."

"You just don't want her to kill you when you miss a deadline." He rolled his eyes. "What's for lunch?" He looked, face distorting in disgust as he saw the onions.

"Sorry! I did it without thinking! I can make something else. It seems I developed a craving for green onions." I ate another one.

"Of course you did." It's not like I chose this! I went to the refrigerator when there was a buzz from the door. "Coming."

"Don't run."

Ignoring Usagi, I made my way to the door. It was a delivery man. I buzzed him up and waited for him to arrive. It was a medium sized box. "For Takahashi Misaki."

Me? Usagi came from behind to grab the box, setting it on the ground. I signed for it and thank the man as he left.

"Misaki." I turned, taken back by the murderous look in his eyes. What did I do?

"Usa..." I looked down at the send. Usami Fuyuhiko. An Usami? I opened the package to reveal a wooden bear carving holding two fish. Bear carving? USAGI-CHICHI!

It came with a note.

Dear Takahashi,

Thank you for your company the other day. I found this in my collection and thought you would enjoy it. I hope to see you again to talk some more.

From,

Usami Fuyuhiko

P.S. Say hello to my son for me.

I did not want to look up at Usagi. I could feel his eyes staring at the back of my head. "Um...so...the day we had dinner with Kusama and sensei...when I was out with Shinobu and Hidori...I met your father by chance on the train. I did not know it was him until we also ran into your brother. I did not talk to him though. I guess Usagi-ani told him I was staying with you." I understand Usagi-chichi asked for more details but to think Usagi-ani would tell him I was living with Usagi. What else did he tell him?

"Misaki." Oh no. He is pissed.

I turned slightly, noticing his hand held out to me. I still felt the murderous aura that made me reach out and grab it. He clamped down on my hand and pulled me away from the door and threw me on the couch. "Usagi!"

He knelt down over me. His smile was dangerous. "What else did my father tell you?"

niichan...I am in trouble..

Thank you all who has read my story! To be honest I did not expect it to get this much hype but I am happy and thankful for those who enjoy my stories. I have decided to write a continuation of this story but it will only focus on Misaki's pregnancy. The other couples will be part of the story but the POV for the majority of the story will only by Romantica. I have no set date when I will publish the first chapter.

I did see a request for Asahina and Isaka and have decided to also write a short off story for them. It will not be as long as COH though.
