Flying over Sanuas connecting Vale to Vacuo Ruby looked out the window, and saw the forests green and rich. Ruby sighed, when studdenly her belt vibrated as Ruby pulled out her scroll and Scarlet David appered, " Ah Headmaster David." Ruby smiled " Headmistress Rose, I have to say you gave a wonderful speech out there even for a foreign culture repensatitive." He said, "well I tried my best." Ruby shrugged, "well your best is apparently enough, I've gotten the paper work here agreeing to give a set of buildings for you to bring a garrison of the Rose Army for recruitment as well as a Combat operations outpost, we will see if we can't expand into the other cities another time." Scarlet said "another time yes, well the unfortunate downside to this was I was not aware of such papers so it is impossible for me to sign it to make it official." She said,
"That's fine I'm sure. I can..."work something out" he said with a wink, As he hung up, Ruby huffed, contently, as she sent a message to Cardin.
[Cardin W]
C: "Cardin here."
R: "Pack your stuff your being Transeferd to Vacuo to become there new Garrison."
C: "Understood."

as Cardin hung up Ruby sighed, as she could relax as she entered Vale's borders as the ship descended to Beacon's Landing platform,
( Beacon Tatical Room)
Glynda Goodwitch was in the Tatical room micromanaging the armies and sending out small teams to secure border towns from threats being sent in. All at the same time looking wearily at the Mistral Missle Crisis and Ash Greys escape. Glynda got a alert from her scroll saying Ruby has landed. Glynda sighed as she sat back, and pointed to an officer, "take over I will lead Ms Rose back on the grounds." She said as she walked off.
[Menganserie]
Blake Belladonna held a rally as the Fanuas of Menganserie prepares to go to war. Blake watched as people scrambled to clean up the mess of the Blown up Aircraft of Headmaster River Tan. Suddenly a Crow flew over the town square and fell into a bush as Qrow walked out, Yang crossed her arms and shook her head, "you always know how to make an entrance." She said, "eh it was the fastest way to join you." Qrow Said as he took out his flask, "can we head inside I've got news on Mistral's missle situation." He said
(Blake's office)
Blake sat down on her chair as Yang sat on the desk, while Uncle Qrow finished his flask. "After an entire 5 minutes Yang has enough, "Qrow enough stalling what do you have!?" Yang said Qrow capped the flask and put it away. "Nothing." He shrugged as he pulled up a chair throwing both Yang and Blake for a loop, "what do you mean...nothing?" Blake asked, "I mean the missles in Mistral, are just duds, empty shells." He said "are you-!?" Yang yelled as she stood up. She took a deep breath "why?" Yang asked, "my best guess Headmistress Tan wanted to test our resolve, possibly a way to exploit a weakness." Qrow Said as he thumbed a mug, "but why threaten us with empty missles, no there's something else going on here, Qrow can you contact Ruby, and inform her of this development." Blake said
"Oh I wouldn't do that Ms Belladonna." A voice on the intercom of the office said as Blake looked over to see The connection to Shade acadmy, but sitting at its head was Ash Grey. "Grey." Blake hissed. "Greetings the three of you. It's quite the pleasant reunion." Ash Grey Said "hey where's River Tan?" Yang asked, Ash shrugged looking off. "She's...indisposed...getting what she deserves." Ash said. Qrow stepped forward, "and by that you mean punished for not following instructions." Qrow Said, as he also tapped the record buttion on his Scroll recording the conversation. "Yes...quite sad seeing as I have the solum duties of taking over where she left off. But that's no problem. I've now rebuild the entire missles and pointed them right at the Belladonna estate." Ash said, as he showed them a map revealing the targeting retinal on the building "here's the deal, You promise to support the council of Mistral, and renounce Ms. Rose's Alliance, or I Dust over the entire island." He said. Blake growled. "You bastard!" She hissed. As Ash held up a remote. "Oh yea another thing, no assaults on the island, I want no one to come and make a landing or else." Ash said, "You do know Ruby will never agree to this." Qrow Said making Ash Grey moan, "oh...to bad she will never know..." he said as he hung up.

"Damn it!" Yang cursed as she paced back and forth, " Yang that pacing isn't helping anyone." Blake said. Yang stopped and sighed, "I know but I don't know what to do." She said, "then do what I'm doing...absolutely nothing." Qrow Said. Making the two look over, "Are you insane!? He has targeted missles at us." Blake said, "yes but remember I was there the entire facility was cleaned out, only the shells were there, meaning Ash has to transport the actual missles across Mistral and they have to be set up. That alone will take by itself a week." Qrow Said. "Amd what if he's already had that week to prepare?" Yang asked, "pfff doubtful Ash Grey was a recent arrival, to Mistral or else I would've known about him when I was flying back, besides while Ash was talking I recorded the conversation and sent it to Ruby, she is aware of the situation." He said
[Vale Tatical room]
"She's probably planning an offensive now." Qrow Said
In the Tatical room people were panicking relizing that now they were in major danger, however fortunately Ruby was able to calm them down, "SHUT UP!" She yelled. Making everyone pause, Ruby sighed, "Alright now then one thing at a time. Glynda how goes the Battle Mech's situation going?" She asked. The situation is slow, but Weiss is certain productive will encores once they take over Atlas again and get the factories running." She said Ruby nodded. "Good I leave her to do that then. What of the models themselves?" Ruby asked "the final test has been completed they feel the new versions are ready for a field test." Glynda said, "tell them there about to get a field test, how long will it take to ship. Every model to there rightful owner?" Ruby asked, Glynda paused, "are you serious?" She asked "yes. I'm not letting this threat loom over our heads." Ruby said. "Full shipment across seas and then reassembled, about 2 months." Glynda said 'that's enough time to have the Missles up and running.' She thought, "what about by Air?" Ruby asked, "air travel doesn't affect it any more." Glynda said, Ruby sighed. "Alright Tell Weiss to start production, of the General Models. How goes Vale's production of the AP-295's?" She asked, as a Fanuas staff member stood up, "with the factory working here we are cranking out 2 models daily." He said,
Ruby nodded "Alright double the shifts, I want the factories working overtime to make the 295's." Ruby said. As Glynda looked up "Weiss says she can stop the production of the AK-200's and order the factories to produce the A11-1 & A-1a." Glynda said Ruby nodded, "tell her to do so, as well if possible, the Type-14 BA-25 Dust bolter. And the possible if not I'm sure Vacuo's can make it." Ruby said, as Glynda looked up, "she says she able to make the BA-25 however the AX-1 is impossible." She said. "Alright send a word to Vacuo to start construction on the AX-1." Ruby said "Mistress Rose." One said, Ruby looked over, "yes what is it?" She asked, "the factories of Vacuo have shut down the mines are still not cleared yet." The staff member said. "Tell Headmaster David to get those mines open again We need that dust!" Ruby said. As she looked at her map, "what of the island of Patch?" Ruby asked. "The island is about 25% cleared and is able to be reinhabited." Someone said. "Silver will proceed to construct perminant Work shelters for the hazard workers, which will later be renovated into official housing." Ruby said, Glynda sent the message, "done," She said.
" How goes training of The new Huntsmen?" She asked, "there doesn't seem to be a problem." Some one said, Ruby nodded, "Alright then, she said as she looked to the problem of the Mistral Missle Crisis once again, and thought, "Glynda see if you can't get into contact with Hazel Reinheart." She said, Professor Goodwitch tried to connect the thought and nodded going to work. As Ruby sighed, "there we go I think that's everything, Jaune is on his way back to Vale with Nora. Cardin is garrisoning Vacuo for a new recruitment center, until a stable number is met. Qrow Blake amd Yang are unfortunate stuck in Menganserie, as Weiss heads to regain Atlas. We work on the war effort. All and all quite productive, okay, right so then-." Ruby was cut off when a red flashing light appered, "PROXIMITY ALARM!" Glynda yelled "VISUAL!" Ruby snapped as a man typed a keystroke in as the cameras revealed what set off the alarm. What looked to be a meteor heading for Vale, but not big enough to actually cause damage, "Zoom and enhance." Ruby said as the image zoomed everyone gasped as the cause of the actual flames wasn't actually a stone, it was a person. "Give me the flight path of that objective NOW!" Ruby said "Done Sending corrdnates to your scroll," Glynda said, as she looked up to see the room covered in Rose petals.
[ Beacon: Air Dock]
Ruby ran out of the main building down main street as fast as she could, as she looked up to see the object falling more and more, she looked to her scroll and found that it was planned to land in the square of the city, "oh son of a bitch!" As Ruby ran off the Edge and used her semblance to run to the square,
(Vale square)
The city folk were enjoying a nice sunny day, talking in coffee shops, laughing, when suddenly Ruby broke the sound barrier and appered on the Vale Square stage, making people look over, "what is going on?" Someone asked "is that Ruby?" Another asked as people started to ask about what was going on and why Ruby was panting, as she looked up to see the person falling. Everyone started to panic thinking a meteor was going to crash into Vale and kill them all. However Ruby suddenly, exploded into petals violently, all of which smacked into the ground propelling her upwards shattering the stone, as she reached Escape volesity.
Ruby grit her teeth as she grabbed the person, slowing them down enough, before falling and hitting the ground, being low enough to not die on impact. However the lad did shatter Ruby's aura, how she remained concounces is a mystery. As Ruby looked down at the body, a roar of engines was heard as Ruby looked up to see the Royal Guards in a Bullhead as they landed, Ruby stood up and carried the body onboard, as they flew off, as the citizens were left in the dark as to what just happened.
(Beacon)
The Bullhead landed and A medical team came out, as Ruby landed the guy to them. "Bring him to the ward, inform me when he's up." Ruby said, as she walked off. Heading back to her office to do other things. The Royal Guard captain watched her leave. He sighed, "dismissed." He said.
[Vacuo Dust Mines]
An airship flew over a canyon as people worked to clear out the canyon to access the dust underground, in the airship a group observed the people clearing the mines. "The workers are in task they should have the mines cleared in about a week." He said,
[Atlas ruins]
The Scattered petals fleet headed to the Ruins of Atlas and started construction from the ground up,
[Mistral]
Hazel Reinheart poked the fire, and sighed, he was no closer to getting to his goal. Well he hadn't even thought of what his goal was, suddenly he felt a ring in his pocket, looking down Hazel found the contact number was one he did not know but more to the point he also never game his contact number to anyone. With his interest peaked he answered the number,
"I don't know how you got this number but I'm going to go out on a limb and trust you, don't prove me wrong." He said "Hazel Reinheart." The voice on the other line said,

"You want to fight against corruption?" Ruby asked, "I have terms..." he said "name them." Ruby said "no ones gonna die." Hazel Said "Trust me A lot of people will die if you don't." Ruby said "and why should I care Ms Rose?" Hazel asked "tell me Hazel you tried to kill Ozpin because you beleaved him to be corrupt, and evil." Ruby said, "Yes and you are now in his position." Hazel Said "true but I've rearranged the entire structure." She said
[ Mistral forest]
" However there are people holding Menganserie hostage with a dust missle, able to cleanse the population, holding the world at a stalemate." Ruby said "and why should that bother me?" Hazel asked "well it could be argued that the group responsible are in line with Ozpin's ideals and are most definitely corrupt." Ruby said "Those are?" He asked, "Headmaster Ash Grey of Shade Acadmy and the Mistral Council." Ruby said, Hazel clenched his fist's "where do I find them?" He hissed, "easy..." Ruby said,
[Beacon Tatical room]
"I'm in the middle of planning an invasion of Mistral, and the contenant of Anima seeing as Ash Gray is rallying support, however no matter how many numbers I gather those missles will be a pain in my ass, and I'd rather avoid a genocide." Ruby said,
Glynda pointed to a man behind a computer yelling at him as she saw a bar graph ease and lower in flutiation
"I'll deal with your...missle problem." Hazel Said "not just yet I'm not ready yet, however I will contact you when I'm ready."
In Atlas the first of the Huntsmen Mechs walked out this one adorned with a red Cape and a Mega Cresent Rose showing it was Ruby's.
"if you want I can send you a mech suit to protect you from the dust radiation-." Ruby said "no keep it I can't say it my operation won't go south, but in case you should have it," Hazel Said "thank you Hazel, I know you were an enemy during the Grimm War but you had morels, Morals we both share...Because of this, you will go down in this era in history as a firend." Ruby said "Just keep your head out of your ass like Ozpin," Hazel Said, "tally ho Hazel." Ruby said as she hung up,

Hazel pulled the scroll from his head and looked down before copying the contact down, as Ruby Rose, he stood up and put the fire out, he took a deep breath, 'of all things unsettling...the lack of the Grimm is my most fearful.' He thought as he ran,

Matrum sat at the end of the Table, the full 6 seats filled with Enties like here, Pure Grimm lord's able to command armies, make fleets Rise and fall at there very will, they were the epitome of Evolution,
"So...speak." Matrum Said "the Swarm has grown exponentially, the only thing holding us back, is the World of Remnant...and Earth..." The first Acended Lord Said. "What about of Earth unlike Remnant there is no shield no buffer for our forces, why don't we absorbe it hole and be done with it?" Another asked. "The planet itself is powered by the Primordial's offspring, therefore we are unable to pass through the void." The 3 One said, then how do we do this we need to pass through that barrier otherwise humanity will always have a ground point and there infection will spread." The forth guy said "I'm hearing problem's but no solution's how do we-!" Another Grimm Lord Said when a loud bang rang across the hall as they looked to see Matrum to signal the others
"Thank you." She said, "Now the problem with the incapablitys of Earth are not so bad, seeing as there are other's who have such powers, gain them and we too as a swarm will breach the fold and conquer everything!" Matrum said, "however the only problem is Like Ozpin it could be that the maidens have lost there powers, seeing as they were strictly tied to him, therefore with him on the other side, we have no key." The first grimmlord said "what about the Relics surely there powers are still felt." Another asked.
"When Salem cracked the Shells she absorbed the powers leaving the husk behind and unfortunately while I was in control, she what the physical form so when we left her body the powers didn't carry over, however I do maintain slight control of some Magick* held within them." Matrum said as she flicked her hand out and lit a fire in her palm, before she clamped it and put the fire out. "If you have power's of Magicka and we are linked to you, does that mean it transfers over?" One asked, however Matrum Shook her head,
"No...Magick is a finite source of power, unlike all other formes which can be obtained by the reforming of other "lost energies" Magick is ancient and from the birth of reality, as the cosmic powers state something must start from somewhere amd anything that is gained another must be lost to counter balance, in simple terms Magick is the left from the ruins of before reality and once lost can never be regained. So as I have the power the form must be physically attached to be, which is easily seeing as I can change forms bu no matter what size I have I still have the same amount of Magick, and once that is done it's gone." Matrum Said, the others nodded. "Can't you use your powers to search for if there's any other sources of Magick around?" One grimmlord asked,
"oh there's plenty of it, around, Every cell and atom is creating there movements from Magick however you have to be either a really really powerful controler to even tap into such reserves, or be really sensitive, and unfortunately I am neither," Matrum Said, "But Salem was?" Another asked,
"the combination of Salem is...a special case, being a Primordial and hence a world builder she too Uses Magick to create mass and objects, however unlike the natural Magick of the universe a primordial's Magick is formed from there faith. Specifically the faith of the civilitions who worship them, it's one of the reasons I asked for you guys to take out the other planets before we focus on Remnant seeing as of now She is considerably weaker." Matrum Said, "But not so weak as after all she used the Magick of the Silver Eyes to stop an invasion group." Another Said,
"The Siver Eyes Are again another source of Magick that again disobey's natural law, by acting as both natural Magick and created Magick at the same time. It's why such powers as Maidens are easily countered by the powers of the Silver Eyes." Matrum explained, "so then this is all well and good but what is our plan?" The Grimm Lord asked impacently, "I can sense that even with the fact that Ozpin isn't on Remnant, the Magick of the maidins still exist, find the Maidins and bring them to be and I will absorb there powers. Giving us a gateway into the realm of Earth," Matrum Said, as the Grimmlords stood up, "please I must heed try to remain undetected for if humanity even remotely believe's of our plans they will do everything they can to stop us." Matrum Said as the others nodded and left. 'I've learned from your mistakes Salem...I will not be to cocky, and this time Humanity will fall."
[Unknown realm]
Looking over Remnant the two Brother gods watched, "seeing the advancement in The Grimm's plan shall we speed up our own?" He asked, "we shall however what can we do?" He asked,
"We make a new civilization..." Mater said walking through with Filius beside her, "mom!" Malum Said, "hello, my son." Mater said, "So this is how you did this... how were they produced?" Filius asked "Asexual means by use to deving my power up, evenly and giving life, I named them as if they were Primordial's. Borum: essence of Life and birth: and Malum: the essence of Death and decay" Mater Said. Filius nodded, "fitting seeing as they watch over the last world. And maintain balance in our absence." He said, Mater nodded, "Mother we need some help." Borum said, "speak my child," she said, "The final battle is coming, however humanity is yet not ready to few Warrior's." Malum Said, "in that case we must add more..."
Mater said as she looked over the world of Remnant, and pointed out to the middle land linking both Vale and Vacuo. "There what's that?" She asked "a deadland, nothing survives there, the Grimm have it heavily overrun." Borum said. "And the mountain's?" Mater asked "deep and rich however no one can reach them." Malum Said, "well then. I think a good civilianion should go there." Mater Said Filius nodded, "agreed." As Malum was thrown for a loop "But the quistion is who? An enclosed space with deep crevices. Surely a great city but how could accomplish such a task?" He asked "Only the stuff of Legend's who's stories now the faintest rembrance, yet however are, Remnant's finest." Borum gasped "The Silver Eyes." He said,
"like Flood who we sent to make contact with Ms Rose, we can also make another civilization I feel we have enough Magick for one last go." Mater said, "we should however with the excellated growth as well it will leave us drained for some time, "we can tell Flood of the new group and allow Ms Rose to make contact." She said, as the four nodded, "then we have our plan, Let us give Humanity a upper hand in this conflict," mater said as her hands became shiny, Borum, Malum and Filius also joined amd after a deep flash one of the deep caverns was filled with a civilization of rich history, scribing long texts, and peace, the last group of Silver eye warriors, hidden in plain sight.

Side note I Spelled Magic as Magick, this is not a mistake, it's how it's actually spelled the problem is Non-pagans don't spell it such ways so the way your use to see it is how you know it, enough about religion!
The plot spikes I know only Atlas and Vacuo only got a small section but there really wasn't much to tell, I will say mostly because I'm not sure that it will be written down next chapter, Whitley will get out of prison and take over the company, (yes he is good and no betrayal's...possibility I'm not bogging myself down), so that's it as I see it tell me how you liked it, review, Enjoy Keep reading-Bankerrtx01-
