Chapter 33

Sirius looked at Astrana shocked of her what she said then Harumi cruelly laughed. "Well you may think that he doesn't Sirius doesn't trust you at all", she smirked.

"What"? Darka said shocked.

"Look we didn't want to tell you Darka", Manami said.

"But why"-

"I know he doesn't trust me".

They gasped and looked at Astrana shocked Sirius was the most shocked as Astrana softly smiled. "I've always know it wasn't that hard to see it yet I didn't speak about it to Darka because we had more important things to worry about yet it didn't matter to me for I trust Sirius with my life and I know for a fact he would never betray us cause like I said".

Astrana smiled at Sirius her eyes giving a soft gleam. "He is family and that will never change", she said.

Sirius was shocked of her words couldn't believe it. "I thought I couldn't trust her yet she... She could", he thought.

"Well it doesn't matter cause your going to die here and now", Blackmist smirked.

"I don't think so. Darka! Manami! Hotaru"!

Then shadows appeared around Blackmist and Harumi they gasped in shock. "What is this"? Blackmist questioned shocked.

"FLAME SLASH"!

"AQUATIC STAB"!

Hotaru and Manami strike the tentacle causing Blackmist to scream in pain Astrana winced in pain falling but Sirius caught her as the darkness circled closer around Blackmist and Harumi.

"Its over Blackmist".

Blackmist turned and gasped to see Darka coming out of the shadows in her hybrid form her sword in her hands. "And now to put you out for good! DARK SLASH"!

Blackmist screamed as she slashed him then she quickly stabbed him he screamed as darkness swirled around him.

"Astrana now"! Darka yelled out.

Astrana winced as she lifted her hand her hand glowed and then Blackmist yelled as he and his card was absorbed by Astrana she panted and then fainted on the spot then Darka quickly turned to Harumi and quickly grabbed her shoulders. "Sorry girl. SHADOW RELIVER"! she yelled.

Then Harumi screamed in pain as all the darkness from Blackmist was shot out of her and went in the key she then fainted in Darka's arms she carried her and teleported out of the field and to her sister's side who were with Sirius and Astrana. "Will she be ok"? Darka asked worried.

"I don't know the wound is pretty deep I need to check it out", Hotaru said.

"Then lets get going", Manami said.

"I'll carry her", Sirius said.

They nodded and they hurried off to the infirmary Hotaru instructed Sirius to place Astrana on the bed while Darka placed Harumi to the bed next to her then pushed them out so she could get to work they waited outside worried then the others rushed to them. "Hows Astrana"? Astral asked urgently.

"We don't know Hotaru is checking the wound now", Darka said worried.

"Whats happening back there"? Manami questioned.

"Well the audience is going crazy but Heartland is trying to calm them all and to go on with the match with Koru against Misael", Yuma said.

Darka nodded and turned to see Sirius sitting down looking distraught. "Um you guys check on the duel me and Sirius will wait here", she said.

They nodded and hurried off Darka then walked to Sirius she sat down both of them silent until Darka spoke up. "Why didn't you told me you didn't trust Astrana"? she asked.

Sirius didn't say a word and sighed. "I didn't want to get you mad since you trusted her I couldn't say I didn't but... I didn't know she had that much trust on me she even took that hit for me... I feel like a big jerk", he said.

Darka looked at him about to say something then she heard footsteps they looked up and were surprised to see Durbe walking to them. "Durbe-nii what are you doing here"? Sirius asked.

"I came to see Astrana I wanted to thank her", Durbe said.

"Thank her"? Darka questioned.

"For protecting Sirius I owe her", Durbe said.

Then Hotaru came back out exhausted they rushed to her she looked up at them and smiled. "Don't worry Astrana and Harumi are ok they both just need rest and they'll be alright", she said.

Darka let out a breath of relieve same with Sirius. "Can we see her"? Darka asked.

"Yeah but one at a-? Why is he here"? Hotaru asked pointing at Durbe.

"I would like to speak with Astrana", Durbe said.

Hotaru looked at Darka who nodded and she sighed. "Alright if you want to see her first you can go ahead", Hotaru said.

Durbe faced the other two who nodded he then walked in the room to see Astrana on the bed her chest bandaged and her eyes closed he walked forward to her as she then opened her eyes and looked. "You are one of the Barians right"? she asked getting up wincing.

"Yes and you can relax I only wish to thank you", Durbe said walking to her bedside.

"Thank me? Why"? she asked.

"For saving Sirius you see he is my twin brother who I care deeply for I am in your debt for saving him so thank you", he said.

Astrana looked at him surprised yet smiled and nodded. "Its no problem but I don't even know your name", she said.

"Durbe Barian Emperor", he said.

"Well its nice to meet you then Durbe", she smiled.

Durbe nodded then left the room and motioned Sirius to walk in for his turn Sirius gulped and nodded he walked in Astrana looked up and smiled sitting up. "Good to see you Sirius. How are you feeling"? she asked.

"Im fine but what about you though"? Sirius asked.

'I'll live the wound aches from time to time but nothing serious", Astrana assured.

Sirius nodded sitting down not saying a word Astrana looked at him. "Sirius"-

"Im sorry".

Astrana looked at him surprised as he continued. "All this time I thought I couldn't trust you because your an Astral being and yet... You said all those kind things about me. Were they true"? he asked.

"Why of course they were I trust you with my life and I know for a fact you would never betray us all its not you for a fact", she smiled.

Sirius looked at her shocked yet looked down. "Im sorry I should've given you a chance", he said.

"Hey come on its ok if I was in your situation I would feel the same believe me I would so theres no need for apologies", she assured.

Sirius looked up at her and nodded she smiled and put out her hand. "So lets make a promise that we'll work together on protecting Darka ok", she said.

He looked at her surprised of her words and of her smiling face he then smiled and shook her hand. "Ok I'll agree to it", he said.

She smiled as Darka walked in the room smiling. "So looks like I wont have to worry about you guys", she said.

"Nope me and Sirius fully trust each other. Right Sirius"? Astrana asked.

Sirius nodded. "Yeah so no need for worrying Darkalicia", he said.

Darka twitched again and sighed. "Is it that hard to use my nickname"? she asked.

Before Sirius could answer Manami rushed in breathless and looking worried. "Guys we have a huge problem", she said.

"Whats wrong"? Darka asked.

"Koru lost against Misael and believe me it didn't end well anyway Astrana has to hurry and get out there for her duel against Vector", Manami said.

They all grew wide eyed then Astrana sighed. "Well it cant be helped", she said.

Then to their shock she tried to get out of bed but winced clutching her chest. "I wouldn't do that", Hotaru said walking in.

"The wound was deep you shouldn't be moving".

"But if I don't go out their Team Guardian will be disqualified and I have to make Vector pay for what he did to brother and Yuma", Astrana said wincing.

"I'll handle it".

They looked up gasping to see Harumi awake her eyes back to her regular light crimson eyes. "Since Im still a member of Team Guardian I can take Astrana's place", she said.

"But Harumi your still weak from Blackmist controlling you", Darka said.

"I don't care"!

They were shocked to see tears in Harumi's eyes she quickly wiped them away and grabbed her old deck. "Im facing against Vector no exceptions", she said then walked out.

They were all silent. "I better go make sure to this with Heartland", Hotaru said then left.

Darka was silent thinking back from when they saw Harumi's tears. "Why could she be crying there was nothing to cry about she was only controlled by Blackmist"...

"Darkalicia"? Sirius questioned a bit worried.

"Astrana can I go to the Empress's Key by myself"? Darka questioned.

Astrana looked at her surprised yet nodded. "Yes since your connected to the key you can. But why"? she asked.

"Im going in to see Blackmist", Darka said.

"WHAT"?! they yelled shocked.

"Look something happened between Harumi and Blackmist and I need to find out what so Im going in the key", Darka said.

"Then I should go with you", Astrana said.

"No your still hurt your in no condition to come", Darka said sternly.

"Then at least let Sirius come with you", Astrana insisted.

"Huh he can come with me"? Darka asked surprised.

"Yes just allow him to hold your hand and concentrate and he'll be able to come to the key with you", Astrana explained.

"Well if that's the case then Im coming its my job as your guardian to protect you", Sirius said.

Darka looked at them both and sighed. "Alright fine grab my hand then Sirius", she said.

Sirius nodded and took her hand Darka closed her eyes concentrating then they were enveloped in a great deal of light and were gone Astrana sighed hoping they would be ok.

Aurasoul: There all done.

Darka: Oh thank Crimson Astrana is alive.

Aurasoul: Yeah next time Darka and Sirius faced off against Blackmist while someone also getting hurt too.
