Bella's POV

Making our way over to the Cullen's house seemed to pass by in a blur. I was so caught up in my own thoughts I barely noticed us pull up near their drive way. What pulled me out of my Edward induced thoughts was the high pitched squeal that erupted from Alice's mouth.

"Eeeeeeek, look at the house!"

"What?" I asked shaking my head and rubbing my ear trying to stop the loud ringing.

Esme had seriously out done herself, the house looked amazing! The trees were covered with white fairy lights that illuminated the front of the house. I assume Carlisle and the boys had shovelled all the snow to either side of the drive way, and created snow men that were dressed up in hats and scarfs.

"Well let's do this thing!" Rose clapped, as she pulled open her door and stepped out onto the pavement.

Alice and I giggled at her enthusiasm before opening our car doors and getting out. Once I shut the car door, I looked over to Charlie and nudged Alice. Charlie was tugging at his shirt collar and tie; he also looked nervous and slightly pale.

"Hey dad, are you okay?" I asked him slightly concerned.

"What? Err yes fine." He answered clearing his throat.

"Are you sure Charlie? You look kind of peaky" Rose sniggered.

"I do not! Now come on or we are going to be even later than we already are." Charlie replied sharply, before taking off down the driveway.

Rose, Alice and I burst into a fit of giggles.

"Damn, whoever this woman is has Charlie all flustered. I don't think I have ever seen him like this before?" Alice said, hooking her arms through Rose and mine as we all carefully walked down the driveway.

"I know! I hope she is nice whoever she is. Charlie deserves someone good in his life," I replied sweetly, grinning at the thought of Charlie finding him a girlfriend.

"Well she has to go through the three of us first" Rose added.

"Rose, we don't even know who she is yet, put your claws away!" Alice laughed as we finally caught up with Charlie, near the front door.

"Charlie, leave your tie alone!" Alice demanded, quickly putting his tie back in its correct spot.

Carlisle Cullen then opened up the front door, and invited us all in. I could hear music playing through the house. Rose took lead as we made our way into the living room, where we spotted Esme mingling with guests. She looked up and a bright, wide smile spread across her face. She glided over to Rose, Alice and I and pulled us all into a big, warm hug.

"I am so happy, you made it. You all look gorgeous."

"Thank you Esme." Alice grinned, loving the compliments on her dress.

"The boys should be around here somewhere, so why don't you girls go and find them and please keep them from causing trouble."

"No problem Esme." I laughed understanding her completely at how troublesome the guys could be.

"Oh and Rose, distract Emmett for as long as you can, he keeps eating all the food. At this rate it will all be gone before the night has begun."

"Of course Esme." Rose said.

As Esme departed we all took a quick scan around the room, trying to spot our significant others.

"Can you see them?" Alice asked curiously.

"No, I think I am going to head upstairs see if Edward is in his room."

"Be careful Bella, after what you did to him earlier I am betting he isn't going to be too happy with you." Rose laughed loudly.

"What?" I replied innocently.

I turned my back on my two best friends and headed off to find my boyfriend. Making my way up the stairs my heart began to beat that little faster. I wonder what Edward is going to say when he sees me?

"Hey Ballerina!" Emmett said as I made my way onto the landing.

"Hey Emmett, Rose is downstairs looking for you."

"Better rush then, can't keep Milady waiting. Oh and Bella, do you know what is up with Edward? He was ever so frustrated earlier."

Emmett wiggled his eyebrows at me suggestively, and I blushed.

"I have no Idea what you are talking about" I replied hurriedly before walking off down the hallway.

I knocked softly on Edwards's door before letting myself in. I walked into the room and began shrugging off my coat.

"Edward?" I called out.

No reply. Where the hell was he? Laying my coat on his bed I turned around...

"AAHHHHH!" I yelled as a coy looking Edward leaned against his door frame and startled me.

"Hello Bella."

"Bloody hell Edward you nearly gave me heart attack!"

"Not as bad as what you did to me earlier" He replied smugly. Bastard.

"What?" I asked, acting as if I never heard what he said.

"You heard me" he replied moving away from the door frame and closing the door behind him.

"Shit..." I mumbled.

Edward began to make his way towards me, but every step he took towards me I took one back. His eyes were staring at me fierce and smouldering and his lips had that wicked grin. Damn why was he so sexy when mad!

"Edward..." I warned

"Isabella..."

I gasped, as he used my full name. I hate my full name. And he knows it. Suddenly the backs of my legs hit the bed. I was stuck. Edwards smirk grew as he knew I couldn't go any further. He still slowly made his way towards me. I knew he was going to torture me and make me feel like I made him feel not three hours ago. So there was only one thing for it, distract him!

I slowly sank to the bed and stretched my arms out behind me so I could lean on them. Ever so carefully I slide my right leg over my left knee. Edward paused suddenly caught by surprise at my actions. Ha! It was working.

"Isabella"

There he went again. Oh he is going to pay for that. Tilting my head to the left, I exposed my neck and shoulder slightly. Looking him in the eyes I bit my lower lip evilly. I knew my man's weakness.

"Baby..."

"Don't try and distract me Bella."

Edward began to lean over me, placing his hands on the bed either side of my waist. He ran the tip of his nose over my exposed neck before lightly leaving a kiss on my jaw. It was sending a ripple of shivers down my body.

I wanted him to kiss me again. His cologne was surrounding me he smelt so good. Snap out of it Bella!

"You okay Bella?" Edward chuckled.

My heart rate was racing having Edward this close to me. Why did he have to be so dazzling? It was so much easier to torment him over the phone... Damn!

Edward snapped me out of my thoughts by pressing his lips to mine. I reached behind him and ran my finger through the bottom of his hair, pulling him closer. Now Edward was lying on top of me, I loved having his full weight on top of me; it made me feel closer to him.

His hands creped along the length of my body, which caused me to whimper into his mouth. I could feel the corners of his mouth curl up into a smile, smug bastard. I let my left hand run the length of his spine then reached as far I could to squeeze his ass as I rolled my hips against his. Edward growled then reached at my wrists then pinned them above head.

He began trailing kisses along my jaw then my neck towards my breasts then back again. To torment me even more he licked and sucked at my exposed skin. I strained against his hold on my wrists just wanting to grab him and run my hands through his hair, but he refused to let go of my hands. Damn him.

He rolled his hips against mine again as his tongue came back into contact with my own. I was so lost in the moment with Edward it took me a few seconds to recoup when his weight was suddenly lifted from my body. What?

Shaking my head I looked up to see Edward walking out the bedroom leaving me stranded on the bed.

"Edward!" I shouted after him in disbelief.

He never turned around or acknowledged my voice.

I slammed my fists down on the firm mattress in frustration.

"That evil shit!" I muttered to myself.

I got up from the bed and walked over to his mirror and straightened myself out. My hair and eyes looked wild; my cheeks were slightly flushed both from anger and sexual frustration. Him doing this to me did make us even for what I did to him earlier but there was no way I was going to let this slide.

I took off downstairs to find Alice and Rose. The downstairs area was now full of people; I noticed quite a few faces as Forks was a small town so you got to know the locals pretty quickly.

"Bella!"

I looked to my left and saw Alice walking towards me. I smiled at her and reached out to take her hand.

"Where have you been? I was looking everywhere for you. I saw Edward a few minutes ago."

"I was upstairs with Edward; we had a little chat about what happened earlier."

"What happened?" Alice asked quickly leaning in to stop people around us butting into the conversation.

"Let's just say he got his own back. He got me all hot and bothered then took off."

"He didn't!" Alice gasped putting her hand over her mouth to stop herself from giggling.

"Alice it isn't funny!" I glared at her playfully.

"What are you going to do now?"

"I haven't decided yet, where is Rose anyway?"

"In the kitchen, come on I'll show you."

We menuvered through the crowd quickly making it into the less crowded kitchen. I spotted Rose leaning against the counter with a drink in her hand.

"Hey Rose, what are you staring at?" I asked her. She turned her face from the window and laughed lightly.

"Guess who Charlie's new girlfriend is..."

"Who?"

Rose pointed outside. I peeped through the window and saw Charlie talking to Sue Clearwater. I let out a little gasp and turned back to Rose and Alice who had matching expressions.

"Well I didn't see that one coming." I chuckled, glancing back outside to see Charlie blushing and Sue laughing.

"I think it is cute" Alice cooed standing between Rose and I as we all watched them through the kitchen window.

"So you approve Bella?" Rose asked me.

"Yeah, look at him. He looks happy. What about you?"

"He does look happy doesn't he, should we go outside?"

"Rose! We can't go and interrupt them." Alice laughed.

"Why?"

"Would you like it if Charlie or your dad came and butted in while you were on a date?"

"One my dad doesn't pay the slightest attention to who I date and second Charlie has! He dragged me home one night when I was out"

"Rose you were about to get on the back of a motorbike with a guy you didn't even know. And go who knows where."

"True, but he still interrupted my date."

"Rose we will grill him later, let them have their fun." I said walking over to the centre island and grabbing a drink.

"Fine" she sighed moving from the window.

"Where is Emmett and Jasper?" I asked taking a sip of my drink.

"Right here baby-bell!" Emmett boomed coming into my view carrying a plate full of food.

"Emmett! That's the fourth plate since I got here, and we've been here an hour!" Rose said in disbelief throwing her hands in the air in defeat.

"Babe I'm a growing man, I got to keep my energy up."

"No babe you're just going to get big and fat!"

Emmett's face turned into an evil grin before replying all too confidently.

"Babe we both now there is only one thing on my body that is big and fat. And I never hear you complain about that."

"Emmett!"

"Too much information!"

Alice and I yelled at the same time. I covered my ears and closed my eyes trying to erase what he just said from my mind.

"Where's Edward?" I asked Jasper, who still had a disgusted look on his face.

"I don't know I saw him a minute ago."

I looked over the few heads that were dotted around the kitchen but couldn't spot Edward. The others were caught up in a conversation so I decided to sneak off. Walking around the dining room I spotted Edward by the food, I slowly made my way up behind him then rested my hand on his waist.

"Hey, why did you run off earlier?"

"Did I run off?" Edward replied.

"Yeah you did, leave me all alone, hot and bothered."

"Not nice is it, left high and dry?"

I looked up and saw Edward staring down at me with an evil glint in his eye. I just smiled up at him sweetly and mustered up the best lie I could.

"I don't know I wasn't left high and dry for long. You know if you want a job doing properly, do it yourself."

Edwards's eyes popped and jaw dropped before spinning to face me, his eyes darkening.

"What?" He said choking a little on his food. I just raised my eyebrow at him evilly and smirked as I ran my fingers under the band of his trousers.

"Did you... In my room?"

"Did I what Edward?" I asked innocently before I walked away from him. Oh yes two can play that game mister.

As I made my way into the overly crowded living room, Charlie caught up with me.

"Bella! Bella!"

I turned around and saw a very happy Charlie pulling Sue Clearwater through the crowd.

"Hey dad, you okay?"

"Bells I want to introduce you to Sue." Charlie pushed Sue slowly in front of him so he could let us talk.

"Hello Sue, I'm Bella. It's nice to meet you. I now know why Charlie was putting in so much effort getting ready tonight." I giggled as Charlie glared at me.

"Bells..."

"Oh hush Charlie, she is only teasing and I think you look rather dashing." Sue said as she and I continued to laugh at my father's expression.

"Bella!" I heard Alice shout over the music.

I turned away from Sue slightly to see Alice and Rose making their way towards us.

"Alice, Rose this is Sue, Charlie's date tonight."

"Well we finally know why Charlie got all dressed up tonight." Rose chuckled making Charlie blush once again.

"Well it is lovely to finally meet you all. I have heard a lot about you." Sue said sweetly.

"I hope it was all positive..." I laughed knowing the mischievous things Charlie could have revealed about us.

"Of course!"

"I may have to retract what I said earlier." Charlie grumbled not enjoying being embarrassed by his daughter.

"Well, I have met you all now and I think you're all wonderful." Sue finished off before Charlie began dragging her away from us.

I turned to the girls and we all began giggling.

"I like her. I think she truly likes Charlie." Alice said.

"Me too... He's happy so I'm happy."

"Do you reckon she'll be moving in Bella?" Rose asked knocking my shoulder playfully.

"Rose! He's only just begun dating her."

"How do you know that?"

"He's dressing up. If they had been together a while he would have turned up in jeans, not a suit." I pointed out.

"Where are the guys?" I asked Alice.

"I don't know. Edward came over to us and wanted to speak to his brothers so we came and found you. He looked a bit flushed; you wouldn't know what that was all about do you?" Alice raised her eyebrows suggestively.

"Err... I may have suggested I masturbated in his bedroom when he walked out on me earlier."

Rose and Alice at each other before bursting out in fit of laughter.

"Did you actually do it though?" Rose asked wiggling her eyebrows at me.

"No! Rose no"

"Okay, I was just asking."

"Oh my gosh, you don't think Edward has gone and told Jasper and Emmett do you?" I asked suddenly remembering he had gone to find his brothers.

"Bella, Edward wouldn't do that. Emmett would, but Edward wouldn't he's a private guy." Alice said reassuring me.

"This is so embarrassing, why did I wind him up in the first place?"

"Bella, Bella, Bella. You were letting your playful side out there is nothing to be embarrassed about, guys like to be surprised sometimes. It's just you've surprised Edward a lot in one day." Rose giggled giving me a small hug.

Alice, Rose and I stood chatting for another half an hour before the guys decided to make reappearance. It was close to midnight and the final countdown to the New Year had begun.

"Only two more minutes' babe and you will have the very first kiss off of Emmett Cullen to start the New Year." Emmett announced proudly pulling Rose into his arms.

"Shut up Emmett" jasper said thumping his brother in the arm before kissing Alice on the forehead.

I felt Edward right behind me as he wrapped his arms around my waist. He left a kiss on my neck causing me to shiver.

"Hey" I said.

"Hey, you okay?"

"I am now" I replied turning in his arms and resting my head on his chest.

I looked up into his green eyes and smiled.

"It'll be new year soon."

"Can't wait to start it with my girlfriend in my arms."

"Such the smooth talker Edward."

"Don't you know it?" He chuckled.

"Where did you wonder off too earlier?"

"Well after your little announcement, I needed to calm down or I would have thrown you over my shoulder and took you up to my room and had my way with you. So I went to hang out with my brothers for a bit." He growled into me ear.

"Did you tell them what I said?"

"Of course I didn't! I don't want them knowing what goes on in the bedroom."

"By the way, I didn't do what I said I did in your room." I told him sheepishly.

"Seriously?" He replied his eyebrows shooting up.

"Seriously."

"Well it would have been super hot if you did" he chuckled kissing my neck again.

"I'm just going to have to make it up to you then."

"Bella" he warned as I felt him harden against my thigh.

"What? Does me talking about touching myself turn you on?" I giggled.

"Damn right it does."

In the background the countdown started but Edward and I were too lost in each other to pay attention until the final few seconds...

"5..."

"4..."

"3..."

"2..."

"1..."

"Happy new year beautiful" Edward chuckled.

"Shut up, and kiss me"

"I've been waiting for this all day."

Edward swooped down and lifted me into his arms, and claimed my lips. Happy New Year!
