36. Precious Treasure

Universe: Yu-Gi-Oh!

"We're not that different." Bakura informed Yami as he lounged over the back of the sofa, watching Yugi and Ryou pick a movie.

"I am nothing like you." Yami glowered.

"You're just as obsessed with treasure as I am." Bakura sniggered.

"No, I'm not." Yami snapped back.

Bakura just shrugged, wiggling his fingers out of sight of the Pharaoh, manipulating the Shadows around the room, solidifying the ones by Yugi's feet and causing the teen to trip.

Yugi let out a panicked squeak as he fell and Yami darted forwards, instinctively trying to catch his light, only to hover around, worried, when he couldn't do anything to stop Yugi hitting the ground.

"Not all treasure is silver and gold."
