Hehe I felt like updating after getting an awesomevGroot shirt, which was the inspiration for this one, which has a print of little Groot pulling the reel out of Starlord's beloved mixtape while looking cute plus talking about Groot at my birthday party tonight also inspired me plus thanks to those who favourited recently
In this one, Groot has an accident involving Starlord's beloved mixtape but Rocket comes to the rescue plus he gets Groot to get into bed by telling a story
"I am Groot, I am Groot!" Rocket heard a certain little tree say.
"Groot get back here, you little tree!" Starlord yelled
"Whoa, what's going on, why mad at Groot?" Rocket told him.
Apparently littlevGroot had been listening to a certain mix tape, but had accidentally ripped some of the roll out of the tape which Starlord had just noticed, and was upset making Rocket sigh, because it was an easy fix of sorts hoping Starlord agreed with that but saw little Groot hiding which was cute.
"Hey it was an accident, just let him be!" Rocket told him annoyed at Starlord's reaction to Groot wrecking it by accident so was telling Groot thimgs were alright, plus everybody made mistake.
"You better hope it can be fixed, little tree." Starlord said seeing the others get it.
"I'll cool him off, but it was just an accident." Gamora told Rocket.
"Hey don't worry Grooty, Gammy can calm Quill down, over his taller." Rocket told the sapling seeing him relieved, that he had helped him, making Rocket get it.
"I would do anything for you, you know?" he told him, seeing him hug him.
That early evening, Rocket was trying to get a hyped up Groot into bed, as little trees needed their rest to grow big and strong into the adult he had been, hearing the sapling giggle, as they were playing making Rocket grin because it was cute chuckling at this unaware the others were watching amused by what was going on.
"C'mon Groot, you need your rest, to grow ig and stromg." Rocket told him, hearing the sap,ing yawning makijg Rocket scoop him up gently going to their room, knowing a story might help Groot fall asleep tucking him into his little bed beginning to tell a story unaware that Starlord could hear seeijg Groot enjoying the story, getting sleepy but Rocket smiled watching makimg Starlord feel gooey inside, as it reminded him of being little.
"Good boy, just sleep as you need it." Rocket said softly.
"Is a little tree finally asleep, after what was going on?" Starlord asked.
"Yeah, he fell asleep after I told him a story." Rocket replied.
