Barricade's POV

I looked over my shoulder when I heard a familiar scream that sent shivers up my system. My view went read as I saw Scorponok grab my sparkling in the distance and saw him disappear back into the earth. My system overheated with rage and I transformed into my altmode, speeding to catch up to the disappearing bot, but it had already gone when I got there.

A sharp pain shot through my helm, sending me to the ground.

"Barricade!" Ratchet shouted at me through the comm. link. "Stay there, don't move! I'm on my way!"

I growled and forced myself to a stand, ignoring Ratchet's orders. I wasn't dying for Primus sake. The pain shooting through my helm had been Phoebe's, without her antenna she even has less control of the spark bond than with it.

I had to get to her!

I scanned the area to find her, but then the humans decided to drop an airstrike and I had to look for cover. I watched that annoying human boy run towards Prime with the bombs landing behind him.

I was going to regret this!

I growled and ran towards him, catching him as a blast sent us flying. I cried out in pain when my back landed right on a boulder, I could hear something in my system snap in two. I hissed as I let the boy go.

"Barricade, are you okay?!" Sam asked me panicked. "RATCHET, GET OVER HERE!"

"Just get to Prime already!" I snapped, making him scramble towards Prime. I saw him take some dust out of an old sock and lifted it into the air.

"Please let this work." I heard Sam mumble. As soon as he started to move his hand to Optimus's spark, my eyes went wide. The dust transformed and before anyone of us could really see it, Sam slammed the Matrix of leadership into Prime's spark.

"What in pits name?" My optics went wide when Prime started coughing up dust and sand. "Holy Primus!" I said as Prime started getting up, he's alive!

Of course nothing lasts for long, because an all to familiar Decepticon leader transported through the air and made everybody fall to the ground.

The Fallen stepped on Optimus's chest, making the matrix release itself from his chest armor and Prime collapse before The Fallen disappeared again. I wanted to go after the bot and tear him apart, by I couldn't do much with my back plates ruined like they were.

"Optimus, you have to get up, he's going for the machine!" Sam shouted, "Optimus!"

"W-where's the sparkling?" Prime asked weakly and turned his optics to me.

I shook my helm. "The Decepticons got her." I said with a groan and turned a little bit. Prime cursed and the soldiers started firing towards the pyramid. I closed my optics at the sight, I couldn't save my sparkling and I could feel her pain. It was probably going to be the last thing I would feel over our bond.

Primus, I cant believe how scrappy that just sounded.

"In all my decepticon life, I never did a thing worth doing until now." My optics turned to a old Decepticon fighter jet. I knew him from somewhere, vague in the back of my head, but it didn't matter. "Optimus, take my parts and you will have a power you've never known. Fulfill your destiny." With that the old bot ripped his spark out and collapsed to the dessert ground.

Oh how courteous.

I rolled my optics as Jolt and Ratchet prepped Optimus with the Decepticon parts. Why would that Decepticon do that? It was stupid, but nonetheless!

Ironhide stepped up to me and shifted me carefully so that I was more upright. "Are you alright?" He asked.

"Don't tell me you're going soft on me now." I scoffed and smirked at the look on Ironhide's face. "I'm alright." I said and rolled my optics. He helped me upright but a sharp pain shot through me back, making me cry out in pain.

"Barricade!" Ratchet shouted and hurried up to me.

"Stop!" I snapped before he could reach me. I glared at Optimus who had the Decepticon parts attached to him. "Worry about me. Take out that machine and get me my sparkling back!" I growled.

Optimus nodded his head and flew towards the pyramid.

"Your sparkling, huh?"

"SHUT UP, IRONHIDE!" If I hadn't been in so much pain than I would have punched that smirk off of his face! We all watched Optimus fly and saw the energon source explode. Ratchet placed a hand on my shoulder with a soft sigh. "Once this is all over we will go look for the sparkling." He said. "Just let me check you over first."

Third Person POV

After the battle, while Ratchet and Jolt were fixing the Autobots, NEST soldiers and scientist had a look at the machine.

"Holy mother." Hunter said as he looked down the pyramid. "That's a long way down." He climbed down a couple of feet and looked up. How in God's name were they going to hide a machine like this?

"Hunter, any trace of Phoebe?" Lennox's voice came through his earpiece. "The machine was activated with her."

"Sorry, Will." He said and sighed. "I don't see anything." He sighed and looked around. "Nothing but metal and sandy bricks…" He trailed off when he felt something dripping down his neck. He moved his hand back and looked at it with a flashlight. "What the?"

He looked up where the purple stuff was coming from above him. There was a capsule right above him. Hunter climbed up and pried the thing open, but what he found inside made his eyes go wide.

It was Phoebe in a fetal position, but she was barely recognizable. She was covered in some purple liquid, her neck as in a awkward position and Hunter knew that it was broken, but that wasn't even the scariest part, it was her legs. The bone of her lower leg had broken and gone through her knees and skin, making them stick out with purple liquid oozing out of the wound.

The purple stuff was her blood!

"I NEED A MEDIC, RIGHT NOW!" Hunter shouted over the link.

I know that this is a short chapter, but it's necessary to have a good flow or whatever, lol X3

I know I didn't post this last week, but I've been working from 9AM to 11PM most days last week, trust me when I say that setting up a game convention is A LOT of WORK.

But now we are truly out of the second movie so I can do what I want. Hopefully this week wont be as busy as last week, so I might post another one this week.

Let me know what you guys though, I know it's shitty, but it's a movie related chapter, most of those suck, lol X3

I guess I could've added this part to the last chapter, but hey, too late for that now =^^=
