The next morning, the trial began. Everyone looked everywhere for the stone that their leader said was hidden in the eastern territory. The girls would use their partners to look all over the pack to find the stone. Tony and Stella looked for the stone in the forest since it was a good place to look for it. While they were looking, they managed to find the stone. They brought it back to the Golden Oaks East pack leader thus ending the trial. The leader said that they would leave to head back to Golden Oaks and she would announce her successor.
Later that night, Tony met Stella in private to talk.
Stella: I guess this is goodbye.
Tony: I guess it is. Congrats on being the leader of your pack.
Stella: Just because I...we found the stone, doesn't mean I'll be the next pack leader.
Tony: Well, it was nice working with you.
(Noticing the full moon)
Stella: Tony….could you….howl at the moon with me.
Tony:(placing his paw on hers) I'd love to.
The two began howling at the moon together. At first, Stella was a little of key. But Tony managed to help her howl from her soul. As they two were howling, the two would look into each other eyes and realized that they were in love.
The next day, Tony would see Stella off. Stella would notice him seeing her and was glad that he came to see her off.
Over the next few years, Tony would still be thinking about Stella. He would try and move on, but it was not working. Stella was all he could think about.
While he was hunting solo, he noticed a huge moose in the area. He began chasing it into the forest and it was about to get away. Luckily, a wolf jumped in and killed the moose by biting its neck. Tony was wondering who the wolf was. The wolf turned out to be Stella.
Tony: Stella, what are you doing here?
Stella: I wanted to try some of Jasper's moose for dinner. And I came to see if you had moved on from me or not.
Tony: I haven't.
Stella: Neither have I. Thats why I came back.
Tony: Then, you weren't chosen to be the next leader.
Stella: My friend Luna was choose; I came in third place, so I'm a backup leader in the event something happens to Luna or Donna. But all I want right now…(placing her paw on his) is to be with you.
Tony: Me too
Ever since that day, Tony and Stella lived in happiness. They immediately got married and became a happy couple. Over time, they would be ready to start a family. Over time, Stella would get pregnant and would have one son: Garth(who was just a pup). With Garth in their lives, their lives were complete.
Unfortunately, something happened that would require Stella to leave her family: Donna had killed Luna. It turned out that she was jealous of Luna being the leader and had her killed thanks to wolves from Golden Oaks South. Luckily, she was found out and killed by her former packmates. Sadly, Stella had to be the next leader since she is still bound by her packs law to be the next leader. While Stella did not want to leave her family, she knew that her pack needed her.
Stella: So I guess I have to say goodbye again.
Tony: I guess so. I wish it didn't have to be this way.
Garth: Mom, don't leave.
Stella: (hugging her son) Don't worry son. I'll come back one day. I promise on my life that I will come back and see you again.
The two would watch as Stella and a few wolf escorts from her pack came to take her back to Golden Oaks. While Stella was leaving, she made a vow to live through this and come back to her family no matter what.
