Area-J(Undisclosed): Aile's Hidden Beach
Aile hummed to herself as she carefully molded a mound of sand into a castle turret. When that task was completed she scooted to a side and began creating a wall for the turret to connect to. She didn't know how long she had been at the beach, crafting little fortresses for the crab Mechaniloids.
But, judging by the sheer amount of castles around her, it would have been safe to assume she had been there for quite a while.
Looking up from her work Aile looked out to the sea, her red eyes sparkling as they reflected the waters shifting back and forth. Her expression then became determined as she jumped jumped to her feet. She wanted to swim, and even though her brother had never really taught her how, she guessed it wouldn't be too hard.
Dusting sand off of the cloth around her waist, and quickly kicking off her sneakers, she took off running towards the water.
"Yes Ohms, I am at the coordinates you gave me. It's a beach."
Prairie sighed as she pulled her hand away from her communicator, ignoring the Repliroid's snickering. She didn't know why Omega sent her here, only getting a 'you'll see', as a response.
Walking towards the water, she began scanning the area in an attempt at finding anything out of the ordinary. And when she turned towards the water, she discovered almost a hundred sand castles. Confusion building she began walking towards them, ready to call on X if need be.
As she walked past each, she noted that every single one was unique. Giving a low whistle she stoppped at one that was unfinished, but even with that, it was already larger than most of the other sand castles.
Taking a step away from the castle, she kicked something that caused her to stop and once again look down. In front of her were a pair of blue sneakers with a spider insignia on the side, ones she knew for a fact that she had custom ordered for Aile.
Looking around to the castles again, Prairie spotted one using a bikini top as a flag. And while she became a bit flustered at that fact, she smiled. Shaking her head she quickly moved to the castle and retrieved the article of clothing.
"Silly girl, how many times have I-"
"Hi Prairie!"
Spinning around Prairie easily spotted Aile waving at her from the water. She waved back and watched with increasing enthusiasm as Aile hurriedly swam towards shore. Deciding to meet the girl half way, Prairie began walking towards the water's edge.
And when she stopped, it didn't take long for Aile to jump out of the water and grab her into a hug.
"I'm happy you're here."
"Yeah," Prairie smiled as she ruffled Aile's hair; "someone told me coming here would be fun, and now I see why."
Aile giggled as she nuzzled Prairie, the girl's cheeks becoming increasingly warm as the contact continued. And when she looked down to the article of clothing in her hand, they got warmer.
"Um Aile, why aren't you wearing your bikini top?"
"My scar...it started getting really itchy."
Sighing Prairie gently pushed Aile off of her and handed the top to her.
"Why do I have to? This is my beach."
Prairie didn't respond, as she simply continued trying to hand Aile the top. Aile puffed out her cheeks, but took the clothing without complaint. As the girl proceeded to put it on, Prairie looked down to Aile's scar.
The circular injury sat in the center of Aile's chest, right behind the knot for the bikini. Quickly looking up and noticing Aile's look of discomfort, Prairie almost slapped herself when she realized why she wasn't wearing it.
"Oh I'm so sorry Aile, I didn't realize that's where the knot was."
"Does that mean I don't have to wear it?"
Prairie locked eyes with Aile, about to tell the girl no, but the girl's expression quickly changed her mind.
"Fine, I'll just have to take you to the store so you can pick out one you can wear."
Aile smiled as she quickly pulled off the fabric, causing Prairie to cough as she tried to compose herself. However, that was cut short when Aile excitedly grabbed her hand.
"I have an idea! Let's go play in the ocean together!"
"I can't Aile, I don't have a swimsuit."
"What about your bodysuit?"
"It isn't designed for that."
"What about your undies?"
"Aile, you don't wear underwear with a bodysuit on."
Aile's expression quickly changed from excited to sad as she turned to the ocean behind them. Prairie watched the girl and slowly her eyes widened at the sight before her.
The way Aile looked with the glittering waters behind her, and the breeze moving her hair, caused Prairie to quickly get caught up in the moment. Putting a hand to her face to hide her reddened cheeks she pulled Aile towards her.
"Okay, just give me a sec to undo my uniform."
Aile, not knowing what changed Prairie's mind, giggled as she quickly pulled Prairie into a kiss. When they separated, a bit too quickly for Prairie's liking, she began moving towards the water.
"Hurry! I saw a starfish earlier and I want you to see it!"
Prairie simply smiled as she followed the giggling Aile, undoing the buttons to her collar as she did.
Several hours passed and the sun was slowly lowering towards the horizon. Aile and Prairie were currently sitting on the beach, Prairie leaning against a tree while Aile used her lap as a pillow. Aile then let out a quiet yawn, causing Prairie to stop running her hand through Aile's hair and look down to the girl with a smile.
"Did you have fun today?"
"Yeah..."
"Do you want to head back?"
"No..."
When Aile gave her response she tucked herself closer to Prairie, causing the girl to laugh.
"Alright, we can stay a while longer, on one condition."
Aile turned her face to look up to the smiling Prairie with clear confusion. Prairie didn't answer, only leaning down towards the girl with half lidded eyes. Aile quickly caught on and lifted herself to meet Prairie's lips.
Only the stars were audience to their loving embrace.
Another chapter complete. I hope you enjoyed!
World: Trials of the Chosen
Contributor: N/A
Plot: Prairie is sent to a secluded beach and soon meets Aile there.
Okay, I apologize for the gap between chapters. I know I said one a day, but something came up and I had to deal with it.
Hopefully that won't happen again.
So, to reiterate Aile's seeming aversion to shirts and the like. Her scar is very easily agitated, so to avoid this she doesn't wear anything that could agitate it.
At least when Prairie says its okay. She doesn't go around the Guardian Base topless. However, wether this also leads to this version of Aile never wearing bodysuits is up to you.
My friend made a joke similar to where Prairie explains why she can't use her bodysuit for swimming. And seeing as I had a beach themed Topic planned, I thought it would fit.
Also, I apologize if my ending almost every chapter with the two kissing bothers you. I understand how one can feel, but in my eyes that is adorable and I can't stop myself most of the time.
So again I apologize.
Anyway, I hope you enjoyed.
Have a nice day!
