Dez's POV
We all sat in our new black van eyeing the surveillance cameras. The awkward silence filled the room, and as an impulse I decided to break it: "So... the plan," I mumbled as Trish and Ally both looked up at me.
"Oh, yeah, of course! The plan..." Ally began. "Well, since it is our first mission together, I was thinking we could play it safe. We don't really know each other that well so we might as well not take any risks." We all awkwardly nodded in agreement. Suddenly, General Moon flashed on our monitor.
"Okay, here's the plan," General Moon said almost reading our minds, "knowing Dez's hopeless dancing skills-"
"I can't dance either, General!" Trish pointed out.
"Well, neither can I," Ally added.
"Anyways," General said moving on, "Austin and Ally will pose as a couple, enter the dinner party and stop the weapons from being bought."
"But, General, I can't dance," Ally tried to reason.
"But you are taller than Trish making it easier to dance with Austin. Don't worry, just follow his lead." General said as he switched off his monitor.
"I guess we should go now," Austin said jumping out of the car and straightening his suit.
"Just don't get yourselves hurt," Trish warned.
"When have I ever gotten myself hurt?" Austin sarcastically remarked.
"I don't know, it's our first mission..." Trish continued. "Anyways, just be safe."
Austin's POV
Ally jumped out of the van, following me, and clumsily smacked her head on the car door frame. I caught her in my arms, "Are you okay?" I asked observing her chocolate-fudge doe eyes that just make me want to melt.
"I'm good," she said rubbing her forehead.
"Here let me see, I can fix it," I said taking her petite hand away from her head. I gently placed my palm over the purple bruise and watched it go away. We were caught it silence; I was staring into her beautiful brown eyes until I realized that we were just co-workers with a job to do. I cleared my throat and stepped away, "Shall we?" I said offering my arm for her to hold onto.
"Let's go," she said clearing her throat and walking towards the fancy mansion.

Ally's POV
I sat next to Austin on his yellow couch as he rested his head on my lap. I ran my fingers through his soft golden locks and continued to watch Man Of Steel (1). Usually, I would refuse, but Austin insisted that I at least learn the story of Superman even if it means that I am not watching the original films.
"I'm so glad Trish and Dez know about us," he said as he calmly watched the action scenes.
"I'm glad too, it really takes away the pressure of keeping secrets."
"Oh my gosh!" Austin said jumping up at looking at me with a face of fear. "I forgot to tell my dad!"
"Oh, come on! Your dad is so cool! He'll be fine with it!" I said trying to calm him down.
"My dad isn't cool- he's awesome, but not cool. Why don't we have a calm, quiet dinner with him in a public place so nothing awkward or weird happens?" Austin said rubbing his chin like a devious little mischief maker.
"If that makes you relaxed then okay." I said nonchalantly agreeing.
That night: 7:30pm
We all sat quietly on the dinner table at Austin's favorite pancake store. "Umm, so..." Austin began.
"You want to tell us that you and Ally are dating." General Moon guessed as he took a bite of his strawberry pancakes.
"How did you know?" Austin asked quietly looking a little embarrassed.
"Isn't it obvious? I knew you two liked each other since the day you met. And there are monitors in your car and living room; I heard you call Ally your girlfriend this afternoon." General Moon said laughing at us.
"I really need to take those monitors out," Austin said running his fingers through his hair.
"I'm cool with it, Ally is a great girl and spy, and as long as you are able to continue working properly then I'm cool with it." General Moon said smiling. "Plus, she's so much cooler than your high school girlfriend- what was her name? Brenda? Brooke?"
"It was Brooke dad," Austin said rolling his eyes.
"Austin used to be too shy to talk to girls, he couldn't even admit is emotions. In high school, it was high school right?" Austin's mom, Mimi asked.
"Mom! Please, not this story..." Austin said embarrassed. Mimi raised her eyebrows and Austin glared at her, rolling his eyes,"Yes it was high school."
"Anyways, in high school, Austin had no one to go to the prom with so Dez arranged him up with the girl named Brooke in his technology class," Mimi continued, I began to laugh at Austin because his face began to turn bright red.
"It was a boring prom anyways because she just kept talking to me about computer hard drives, do we really have to continue this story?" Austin asked in complete fear.
"Wait, Austin honey, I'm getting to the funny part," Mimi said pinching his cheek. I laughed at this; Austin is so adorable.
"Austin tried to escape from his prom and get away from Brooke but then she tackled him because she didn't want him to leave. He flew straight into the punch!" Mimi and General Moon began laughing.
I giggled along with them, "Sounds like a memorable prom." I said ruffling Austin's hair.
"Please try to forget that story," Austin begged with his face still looking like a boiled lobster.
"Don't worry, it's a cute story. I like it," I said smiling at him.
