Sorry for the extended wait, I'm on my holidays now and I intend to get a lot of writing done! By the way, for imagination's sake, Bridge would be played by Matt Austin from Power Rangers SPD, he's also called Bridge Carson in that. And yes, it's a Doctor Who quote at the end and in the title!
"I'm so glad that you guys came all the way over here! It's great to have the company!", Bridge exclaimed.
"We are certainly glad to have come out,", Elliot agreed with him as he placed the stroller into the boot of the car.
"Thank you so much for inviting us Bridge!", Olivia said while she wrapped her toned arms around him.
"It was really no problem,", Bridge told them.
"Okay, all packed, we better go before we miss the check in,", Elliot warned as he closed the boot and braced for a hug from Bridge.
"Thanks again mate,", Elliot said.
"Hey, don't forget about Christmas!", Olivia shouted as she stepped into the car.
"Oh, yeah, we would love to have you over for Christmas, everyone's coming over,", Elliot announced.
"I'd love to come, thanks,", Bridge replied, a little over whelmed.
"Right, let's hit the road!", Elliot said as he clapped his hands together and walked to his side of the car, checking on the triplets as he does.
"See you guys later!", Bridge waved.
"Bye! We'll call as soon as we get home,", Olivia replied and waved back as Elliot reversed out of the drive way.
One and a half hours later...
"Hahaha!", Elliot laughed as Olivia was patted down while going through security.
"Shut up! I forgot my necklace!", Olivia replied laughing at herself.
"Looks like you'll be the parent who always get searched, there's always one!", Elliot smirked.
Four hours later...
"Home, sweet home,", Olivia whispered as the babies began to stir behind her.
Elliot jumped out of the car and opened the door to the back seats, lifting Danny and Nic.
"Oh, I have to talk to you about something when we put these guys to bed,", Elliot said to Olivia.
"Okay", Olivia replied curiously.
After gently rocking the three small babies to sleep and double checking monitors, Elliot and Olivia met in the Kitchen and placed the kettle on.
"What did you want to talk to me about?", Olivia asked him.
"Well it's been ten, nearly eleven, months since I asked you to marry me,", Elliot stated.
"What? Really? That's crazy!", Olivia said, shocked.
"I wanted to know when you might like to have this wedding of ours?"Elliot laughed.
"As soon as possible I think, what did you have in mind?", She asked.
"Well, how about a winter kind of wedding? I was thinking February because I just happened to see that there was a recent opening at Gotham Hall, it might be nice for a wedding,", Elliot grinned at her.
"Are you serious? Gotham Hall? It's so beautiful in there, we could never afford it!", Olivia jumped.
"I pulled a couple of strings, I hope you don't mind that I kind of already booked it...", Elliot paused for her reaction.
"I can't believe you! That's amazing! I love you!", Olivia jumped across the table and grabbed his face to plant an overjoyed kiss on him.
"We have to start planning things then,", Elliot said.
"Okay, we can do this, we just need quick and snappy decisions,", Olivia decided as she grabbed a note book that she written everything that was needed for a wedding.
"Venue: Gotham Hall obviously,", Elliot said to her.
"Okay, Theme or colours?", Olivia asked him.
"How about blue?", Elliot suggested.
"I can work with that. I'll do my dress, you can get the suits sorted. Food? I would like chicken and, or, beef?", Olivia said.
"I'm good with either,", Elliot nodded.
"We can ask bestmen and bridesmaids sometime within the next week. What about vows, do you want to write them ourselves?", Olivia speeding her way through the list.
"Yes, I'd love to,", Elliot smiled as he watched her get all antsy and calculating.
"Date! I almost forgot, what date is it?", Olivia questioned him.
"It may be cheesy but the date that opened up was February 14th,", Elliot told her.
"I think it's sweet,", Olivia assured him.
"So do I,", Elliot agreed.
"I think that's all we can really do for now, anything you can think of?", Olivia asked as she scribbled all over the note pad.
"Well I could think of a few things,", Elliot nuzzled at her neck and lifted her off her chair.
"Really? Planning a wedding turns you on?", Olivia taunted.
"No, seeing you all hot and bothered turns me on,", Elliot replied smugly.
He kissed her passionately and imagined their future together, a bright and happy one and 'you know what, it will be fantastic' he said to himself.
