Hey readers, just letting you guys know that I'm going to be working on a project for one of my baby cousins, so I'll try my best to work on that and work on the next chapter.

Nothing could express how frenzied the servants became when Sagittarius announced that his mother, Queen Henrietta Rainier, was coming to the castle with the Archiduchesse, the Comte and Comtesse, especially Cogsworth and Brimley. Adam wasn't with his cousin when he made the announcement because Adam had to tell Belle first.

When Adam reached Belle's room, he knocked on the door...but he didn't get a reply. He was a little worried when he didn't hear anything...at first. When Adam knocked on the door again.

"What?" A tired female voice said, that's when Adam got the idea that Belle was sleeping.

"Sorry, Belle." Adam said, "I didn't mean to wake you. May I come in?"

"NO!" She quickly said, Adam was surprised on how fast she said that, "Adam," she added, "I don't want to be bothered right now."

"Okay," he said, he didn't want to push the issue. "I'll...check on you later." Adam then walked away from Belle's door, he was guessing that Belle just wanted to rest, not that he blamed her.

After being shooed away from Belle, Adam went downstairs to meet up with Sagittarius. Adam's cousin decided to school him a little more, now knowing who his mother was bringing.

According to what Adam heard from his cousin, the Archiduchesse was his aunt's best friend, so he was hoping that there won't be any problems between him and her. The Comte was the one that Sagittarius was a little worried about. When Adam asked Sagittarius why, Sagittarius asked him if he really wanted to know and Adam told him 'no'. Now Adam is wondering if there was something to worry about.

"Adam?"

Adam soon snapped out of his thoughts when Sagittarius said his name.

"Yes?" Adam said.

"You're not paying attention, are you?" Sagittarius asked, with a sly smile.

"Sorry." Adam said, knowing that he was caught.

"Something on your mind?" Sagittarius asked.

"Kind of," Adam answered, "but you said you did not want to discuss it."

"I did?" Sagittarius said, "What about?"

"You forgot that quickly?"

"No," Sagittarius sighed, "I had a feeling you were going to ask me later on."

"I tried not to let it bother me, but...why don't you like the Comte?" Adam asked, Sagittarius groaned as he raised his head.

"It's...not the Comte that I have a problem with," he said, "it's...one of their daughters."

"Why? What's wrong with them?" Adam asked, Sagittarius sighed as he crossed his arms and rapped his foot.

"The Comtesse likes to encourage their daughters to try and marry men in higher ranks, I don't know why." Sagittarius explained, "My mother, the Comte, his wife and their middle daughter, Fantina, came over to the castle a few days before the I held the party on New Year's Eve. Fantina told Sapphire, when they were alone, that she was a better match for me than she was. Sapphire felt...her heart breaking when Fantina told her that because she thought it might be true. Sapphire told me about it and I told her that I would rather be alone again rather than marry someone who thinks of themselves. I never let Sapphire be alone with Fantina ever again."

"Certainly explains your attitude towards them." Adam said.

"Exactly," Sagittarius said, "when my mother told me that Comte and his wife were coming, I wasn't expecting them to bring one of their daughters as well."

"So you're thinking that the same thing might happen again with me?"

"Yep, if not with Fantina, it will probably be with one of her sisters."

"Well, I doubt it," Adam said, "considering Belle is still in her room, healing."

"How is she doing, anyway?" Sagittarius asked.

"I think I woke her up when I checked on her, I hopefully I won't do it again when I check on her later. What about Sapphire?"

"She's back to her old self, not surprising. What about Belle's cousin...uh...?"

"Tintement?" Adam asked, "Maurice told me that she is in a lot of pain. She can't get comfortable, no matter which way she is turned."

"Poor Tintement." Sagittarius said, "I wish there was someway for their bodies to heal quickly."

"That makes two of us." Adam said, "I think...I should go and see how they're doing."

"Go, scoot, we need a break anyway."

When Adam approached Tintement's bedroom door, he knocked on the door. The doorknob rattled and the door opened, there was Maurice on the other side.

"Hello Adam." Maurice said, "What brings you over here?"

"I...I thought I would come see how Tintement is doing." Adam said.

"Let me guess, Belle asked you?"

"Yes," Adam lied, he thought it would be a good reason. "How is she?"

"See for yourself." Maurice said as he opened the door wider for Adam to come in, Adam decided to walk in. That's when he saw Tintement for the first time since she came back from the attack.

Tintement looked like she was in a lot of pain, at least that's what her face was saying, as she was lying in her bed. Both of her bandaged arms were removed from the slings and were on, at least, four pillows. Her left leg was still heavily bandaged, but not as bad as when he first saw her coming out of the foyer, and was lying on two pillows.

"Haven't seen you in a while, Adam." Tintement said, staring at the ceiling.

"How did you know it was me?" Adam said coming closer to the bed.

"Just because I can't see you," Tintement said, "does not mean that I can't hear you."

"Tintement can't move her head too much because of her bandaged shoulders." Maurice said now sitting on the left side of the bed.

"I'm fine." Tintement said, but Adam and Maurice knew better.

"I'll make sure to tell Belle that." Adam said.

"How is my daughter doing?" Maurice asked.

"I don't know," Adam sighed, "when I asked her, from behind the door, how she was doing, she yelled at me saying that she didn't want to be bothered. My guess is that I woke her up by mistake. I plan to check on her again when I'm done here."

"I'm...happy that she's, at least, letting you be close to her room." Maurice said, "When that...monster attacked her the first time, Belle wouldn't let me be anywhere close to her room."

"Uncle, let's not bring him up." Tintement said, "Just hearing about him is enough to make my blood boil."

"There is something I should let the two of you know," Adam said, "despite the situation you two and Belle are in."

"Which is?" she asked.

"My aunt, Queen Henrietta Rainier, is coming here in six or seven days with a few people from the royal ranks." Adam said, "Hopefully the two of you won't be bothered too much."

"Hmm, well, I appreciate the heads up," Maurice said, "I know you haven't seen your family in a long time."

"You're referring to that sister of yours?" Tintement asked.

"Yes," Maurice said, "Celia is still family."

"Well, I'll leave now," Adam said, "is there anything you might need?"

"Not me." Maurice said.

"What I want is lunch." Tintement said.

"You know that you can't have any food for another ten minutes, because of the medicine." Maurice said.

"I can't help it, I'm hungry!" she said.

"I'll tell the servants to at least get started with it." Adam said opening the door, "I hope you'll get well, Tintement." She just nodded her head and Adam left the room.

Adam soon approached Belle's door, he hoped that she was in a better mood than this morning. He knocked on the door, but there was no reply this time. Something was telling him not to, but he knocked on the door again, he still didn't get a reply. Adam decided to try and open the door, but when he did, the doorknob did not move! The door was locked! That's when Adam really decided to back off and leave Belle alone.

Adam decided to head to the library, since there was a chance that his cousin was there. Even though he was going to be stuck schooling a little more, Adam was really hoping that Belle won't keep herself locked away.
