Chapter 36
DOCTOR POV
"Rose, what's wrong?" he said as he reached out his hand
"Why can't you leave me alone." she screamed
He stepped back and put his hands. The look she was giving him, he could almost call it complete dread. He has dreamed about seeing her again for centuries, but he did not think it was possible. Now she was a few feet away from him, scared and looked closed to tears.
How could she be scared of HIM? All their time together, she never feared him. She saved him after the time war. She brought out the best in him. She made him better. What could he have ever done to make her feel this way?"
"How did you get here?" he asked
"Like you don't know." She said "Take me back!"

He sat up. He was in his bedroom and could hear the familiar hum of the ship. It was just a dream. Rose was gone forever. He could never see her again.
He glanced at the vase of roses on the nightstand next to him, his memorial to her. Ever since the House deleted all the rooms, including hers, he kept a vase of roses to make her feel close to him. To keep in mind of all the lessons she had taught him.
It was odd. He had only dreamed of her a few times in this regeneration. Yet this dream was different than any others. Most of his dreams were just memories of the time they had together, or her simply sitting next to him talking to him. Why would he dream of her acting like that? Something had to be wrong.
He felt a pain in his chest. No, it was just his subconscious. The pain he felt for giving her up. She was happy with the med-crisis. She got her happy ending. He just had to keep moving forward like he always had to.
He got out of bed. It is time to find the Ponds. Hopefully they will distract him from his pain.

Rose woke up to find the Master snuggled next to her. She tried to sit up but the Master pulled her down. Laughing she felt him wrap his arms around tightly. She giggled. They laid there for a while without saying anything.
