-You should talk to them, establish your relationship, Mira said with the lightest and kindest voice she could while drying a plate with a rag.
Her blue eyes glanced at the half asleep Sphinx who somehow managed to almost lie on top of the counter but still not, with her arm hanging limply over the edge. The position looked awkward and very uncomfortable but still somehow the female slayer had managed to doze off for a while.
First Mira had been against her sleeping but seeing her struggling to actually stay awake had her mother instincts come out and she let her doze if it would not affect her work. And surprisingly every time a costumer came in or there was someone at the counter she was already up and greeting them. It was odd because everyone knew she was a heavy sleeper.
-Mira, Sphinx sighed she didn't even open one eye but continued looking like she was asleep.
- There is nothing to establish, we're just having fun, nothing serious, and she sounded so lazy that Mira had to shake her head at her attitude.
-I don't think the guys think of it that way, you shouldn't run aw-….
-Miiirraaa, look who I found, came a loud greeting from the door interrupting her rant,
The takeover mages attention was drawn to the door and she was happily surprised as Cana walked grinningly towards the bar with the three handsome Blue Pegasus members behind her. Seen movement from the corner of her eye she turned her head to see Sphinx already poring a mug.
-Hey Cana, welcome Hibiki, Ren and Eve, isn't Ichiya with you?
Cana sat down and Sphinx put the mug in front of your friend and Cana grinned. It only took her one look to know that Cana had had a good night. It wasn't just the wide smug grin she wore, or the knowing sparkle in her eyes it was the aura of satisfaction which the card mage was radiating of.
-Tch, Sphinx shook her head in annoyance but couldn't help but smirk at the woman.
- Your just jealous, Cana laughed,

Sphinx shrugged before turning her head towards the new faces. Mira looked slightly awkward but still smiled as one of the young men kissed her hand and praised her beauty. She recognized the three from magazines and had seen a glimpse of them from time to time but never had they been introduced. Quickly she scanned each one as they threw their pick-up lines at the polite Mirajaine.
- are they always like this? Sphinx mused feeling a little mischievous
-Yeah pretty much, but they aren't as bad as Ichiya but luckily he's pretty interested in Erza so he mostly leaves other alone, Cana said while laughing as Mirajane blushed at something they said.
A wide smirk came to Sphinx face before she pushed herself away from the counter,
- Oh I have got to play; this is too fun to pass, with a wink to Cana, Sphinx made her way towards the visitors.
-And so goes the switch, Cana mumbled to herself while watching the seductive swing in her friend hip,
Mira turned in relief as Sphinx appeared next to her with a kind looking smile. That relief quickly turned into suspicion, that smile had warning bells rigging in her head. The female slayer could look almost shy and innocent when she did that kind of expression. Mira was just about to say something when the three womanizers turned their interest in Sphinx.
-And who might you be beautiful? Instantly Hibiki reached over the counter to her hand, bringing it slowly to his lips while looking up at her from behind thick lashes.
- No need to be shy, I'm Hibiki from Blue Pegasus,
- Sphinx, Fairy tail, she said softly,
- Your eyes seem like the deepest of ocean, I could stare at them forever; his voice had a pleasant softness as he rubber her hand with his thumb.
-Forever is a long time, Sphinx said with her velvet voice looking at him with a flash of heat.
Her lips parted as she looked shyly down while pushing her hip a little out fiving them that innocent but still available approach.
Hibiki had scanned her over the second she appeared, her body had curves, her full lips and she had an exotic look to her. Giving her a dashing smile he leaned in more over the counter to reassure her.
- Are you sure you wouldn't get tired of me? Her full lip pouted a little as she looked away.
Hibiki had to blink at her respond, she didn't giggle or deny him; also the way she spoke was had a way of putting images in his mind, and contrary to her expression, they definitely were not innocent. Not to mention the pure smoothness of her voice.

Sphinx turned to look at him, while leaning her hand on the bar counter and pushing her upper body towards him. Her blue eyes looked at his brown once with unexpected need. It was like his words meant the world to her and she doubted herself.
A woman like her had insecurities? That was just cruel, who could ever make her doubt herself,
He felt his stomach drop a little as her blue lids fell and she lightly bite her lip. The need to serenade about her looks came to mind. It was almost like he absolutely had to make her smile, had to reassure her that she truly was stunning. He had to be her knight in shiny armor.
- On my honor, he breathed out while lifting a hand towards her face.
Before he made contact her soft finger halted his hand and she gave him a small innocent smile while her fingers glided over his hand. She let out a small hum and looked down. Her hand brought his hand to her face but she kept guiding his palm past.
Sphinx quickly dominated his small gesture of caressing and turned it up a notch. She aimed her attention to the inside of his wrist, were the skin was thin and it was a very sensitive spot.
Hibiki watched in amazement as those captivating blue suddenly changed into something bold and seductive, she gave him a look that had a shiver of excitement go down his spine.
-Tell me, why do they call you the hundred nights? She purred while her lips fluttered teasingly lightly over his wrist, her blue eyes luring him in.
Heat started to build as her lips brushed again over his skin. Her lips so soft and so warm, making him swallow with difficulties. Sphinx felt his pulse pick up and knew she was affecting him.
She took great pleasure to rattle him like this; the handsome womanizer was used to be the one who would make the female population week in the knees. Sphinx was planning on letting them have a little taste of their own medicine.
- Hibiki? She whispered against his skin, her voice low and sensual.
-Um, gathering his composer again he gave her that dashing smile again,
Sphinx gashed her teeth over his skin sending a new and stronger wave of shivers straight towards his loin. The sensation had his mind work overtime as the gesture gave a little naughtier fantasies surface. His lower stomach muscles automatically tensed, as a swirl of lust in him initiated.

Sphinx slowly let go of Hibiki's hand and looked at the shortest of them. He looked young and almost innocent. He was the same height as her which had her curious. With a smoot movement Sphinx put her hand on the counter and flung her leg over counter sideways landing right next to the three visitors.
- Sphinx, she said looking at him curiously.
She turned her eyes again towards the blond one and looked intrigued. In some ways he looked almost delicate, fragile and she could even say a little cute,

- Sphinx are you new in fairy tali? I haven't seen you before,
-You could say that,
Like a magnet was drawn her eyes suddenly looked towards the door. A strange kind of restlessness had her legs tingle. It had her momentarily forget about the men around her. Ever since the seal had broken, Sphinx had started to feel all kinds of impulses and restlessness. She assumed it was only because her instincts and body was trying to get used to the all the new magic.
Laxus had said she had gone feral which made scenes but still the worry and overprotectiveness of Master, Bixlow and Laxus was all unnecessary. But she was all twisted inside. She could suddenly feel like running and at the same time sleepy. Her nerves were itching for something but somehow she never seemed to know what.
It was frustrating but she kept a lid on it, Cana was the only one who knew. Well Lucy knew some but the nerve-racking feeling that she was walking on a sharp edge had her losing a little sleep.
- Sphinx!
Mira said a little louder and finally she managed to snap the Devil slayer out of her zooning out. The dark hared female turned and without a word jumped back over the counter and walked straight to the kitchen.
Frustration eats at her. She had lost focused again. With a tired sight she grabbed the knife and started chopping vegetables.
- So want to share? Sphinx looked over her shoulder at the Cana who leaned against the wall by the door.
-Not really, Sphinx sighed,
- Alright, just letting you know I'm here if you need me. Cana said while sitting down and snatching a piece of carrot from her.
There was a moment of silence Sphinx nodded and continued to chop. The brunet had seen the changes and really hoped her friend would open up a little. She didn't have to go through all of this alone.
- Laxus said it was territorial behaviors, and that I took him as a threat, Sphinx said quickly her expression lazy but Cana knew she was anything but lazy,
- Yeah I heard,
- I thought about it, and I think he was partially right,
-Partially? Cana said her attention fully on her now,
- I think I was kind of guarding as well,

Sphinx looked away and a slightly embarrassed expression came,
- Bixlow, she mused lowly not making eye contact,
Cana looked at her but couldn't keep the seriousness in her face but broke into a grin. She could just imagine how her ears would flatten and tail swing shyly, if she didn't cloak them at the time.
-So you were guarding Bixlow? Cana asked,
- yeah,
- You were guarding him like treasure? Cana tried to get a little more details but was fully expecting the glare she got from Sphinx,
-Or like a jealous girlfriend? A familiar voice hade their head turn towards the door where Lucy and Levi started to enter.
An agitated groan came from Sphinx, it was clear the blond and blunett had heard her confession. They exchanged their greetings with Cana and also sat down around the table.
-So which one is it? Levi said fully ignoring the piercing look Sphinx gave her,
What is this group therapy session?
Sphinx arch an eyebrow at them clearly not thrilled about their meddling in her affairs. Cana waved her hand urging her on and the slayer sighed before crossing her arms over her chest, but for some reason decided to indulge them.
- More like a treasure, I don't do jealous girlfriend,
- So you were guarding your treasure, Bixlow, from Laxus? Cana spelled out,
-Yes, Sphinx said sighing yet again.
- Wouldn't, Levi paused thoughtfully searching her words carefully.
-Wouldn't that mean that in some primitive way, the script mage spoke slowly trying to use the words that wouldn't have the slayer so defensive. -That you see Bixlow as yours,
Levi kept a straight face remarkably well considering Sphinx narrowing those threating blue eyes at her. There was a silence but Sphinx. It they only knew how much she wanted to grin and fawn with Lucy at the their current topic,

Her answer was short and quick and Sphinx already regretted that she had answered them in the first place. However it seemed that she was quickly ignored as the three started to analyze her situation.
- I can almost see her hissing and growling at Laxus while crouching over the helpless Bixlow,
Lucy said making Levi laugh while she also snatched a piece of carrot.
- Ooh I bet he was shirtless? Cana said getting that naughty grin.
-Then I really don't blame her for putting up a little tantrum about it,

Sphinx glared at the three women but before she had time to open her mouth Lucy cut her off,
- Which one?
Are they really doing this? Again? Sphinx felt her annoyance grow but the women in front of her gave her no thought.
-Bixlow obviously, Levi said with a wave of her hand,
- Well who know maybe she had them both there shirtless? We have only heard the part she went all beast-mode, Cana said nodding,
-Maybe there are some hot encounters that they left out, Lucy said lifting her hand to her chin thoughtfully,
Suddenly they all looked up at her suspiciously, their eyes almost assessing her like they would find the answer by looking at her. Sphinx didn't know what to say,

- Maybe she was guarding Bixlow more because she subconsciously likes him better?

- What if she felt threated by Laxus because his so dominant? Levi continued the seriousness in her voice was back,
-You all do realize that I'm right here? Sphinx growled at them but they didn't even acknowledge her threating voice.
-But doesn't that mean she would think Laxus would take Bixlow away? Lucy wondered,
-Why would Laxus want Bixlow? Cana said not understanding.
Suddenly Lucy gasped and a faint blush came to her face.
-What if? She paused her voice going lower,
-What if Laxus and Bixlow have some kind of deeper bond, with each other?
-Oh for the love of God, Sphinx muttered but apparently she was still treated like air.
- WHAT! You mean that Laxus and Bixlow are secretly having some kind of deeper that team mate romance? That's ridiculous, Cana exclaim.
-Lucy are you doing drugs? Sphinx deadpanned
-Wouldn't that be something, Levi murmured clearly picturing the two men together as a blush crept to her face and she quickly shook her head.
-They are not gay, Cana repeated her opinion and slapped her hand to the counter,
-Maybe not fully, Lucy argued, something about having a gay couple in the guild sounded very appealing to her,
- You mean bisexual? The bluenett asked curiously,
- Seriously Lucy stop reading those gay novels and stop recommending them to Levi, Cana said while grabbing a bottle from under the table,
Still the two wanted the explode such an absurd idea, it was like a forbidden topic making the two feel a little naughty for even speaking about it, and yet making it all sweeter at the same time.
-So maybe in some primitive way Sphinx could feel that, and there for became defensive and possessive over Bixlow, Lucy almost gasped at her own realization,
-So now I officially have a gay-radar? Seriously what the hell are you on? Sphinx cocked an eyebrow at the blond who almost seemed to have sparkles in her eyes, while Cana chuckled beside them.
Sphinx ran a hand threw her hair and gathered the chopped vegetables into a box, leaving them ready for Mira to cook.
- Back to the original topic, so we can assume you have some deep inner feelings,
Cana started but lifted her hand to hush Sphinx before continuing,
-That you're hell-bent on denying,
Cana grinned at the eye-roll she got,
- Towards Bixlow,
There was a silence as they all looked at Sphinx expecting her to answer. The slayer sighed again but to her luck didn't need to answer as Mirajane decided to enter. Without a word Sphinx handed her a few glasses and helped pick up few bowls. The work was her escape and with a smug nod towards Cana, Sphinx quickly escaped the kitchen.
- I think you left quit an impression on Hibiki, his been asking about you, Mira said quietly.
Sphinx scoffed,
-Of course he has, I'm irresistible, Sphinx smirked and winked at the takeover mage.
Turning towards the guild hall Sphinx let her eyes scan the area and quickly found the three visitors talking to her guild mates. It didn't surprise as brown eyes instantly looked at her.
- Unfortunately, as much as you two would make a lovely couple, I'm not letting you fool around.
Sphinx almost felt her legs give up underneath her, did she just hear correctly?
Slowly she turned her head to look at the ever so sweet Mirajane who smiled at her beautifully. Her hands were clasped in front of her innocently.
-W-what? Sphinx asked again questioning her own mind; Mirajane wouldn't have seriously said that.
-I'm not letting you fool around with Blue Pegasus, or any other men in fact. Her voice was so friendly and nice, almost making you smile with her,
Except Sphinx, she felt like someone had thrown ice water at her. What had initiated this? Why was Mirajane saying something so dreadful and restricting?
-You'r not going to flirt fool or even play around with anyone until you talked with them.
She's serious, she's actually serious?
Sphinx looked at the takeover mage with wide eyes. Sphinx was at loss, no one ever scowled her like Mirajane, and it was unnerving because Sphinx was fully aware that the guild's mother hen was not someone to take on lightly.
The frace run to the hill's came to Sphinx mind and unintentionally her eyes went to the door.
-Why? The wariness in her voice mirrored her suspicious expression.
-How do you expect to monitor her? Half of her 'conquest' happens while she's on missions, Cana said from behind her,

Sphinx started to take slow steps away from the determent takeover mage just as Lucy and Levy appeared. Cana was perfect distraction as she stepped forwards almost as in challenging Mirajane. To say she had a bad feeling was an understatement; Sphinx had a heart stopping, rather carve my own eyes out- kind of feeling.
- Is it just me or are people making decisions for you? Lucy whispered as Sphinx back paste her,
-Well Im really starting to see a pattern, glad I'm not the only one, Sphinx said back.
-You going to bolt threw the back door? Levi asked
Sphinx nodded and to her surprise the two nodded back,
-Alright we'll cover you, Levi said winking a little,
It surprised Sphinx, the two instantly had her back. A grin spread to her face as she gave them an appreciative smile before gliding towards the back door.

The female slayer felt like she just had jumped out of her skin. Turing quickly she looked startled at the charming Hibiki.
Holy hell, he really came out of nowhere,
- Hibiki, Sphinx said a little breathlessly, quickly she glanced over her shoulder as she felt the glare of the takeover mage,

Sphinx didn't pay much attention to the womanized but at the Mira who was now literally walking towards her.

- This is Ichiya Vandalay Kotobuki, an S-class mage from Blue Pegasus,
Sphinx may have head the pride and admirations in Hibikis voice. Or even noticed when a short older man in white suite joined them. That is if she hadn't been too busy keeping an eye on the furious takeover mage that was currently been stalled by Lucy and Levi.
So when she felt something odd near her skin, she might have not reacted as violently. Unfortunately she did, with a started yelp she automatically kicked the creepy man sniffing her. Simultaneously she jumped on the nearby table and pointed at the man who landed on the other side of the guild.
-What the fuck was that thing, she exclaimed,
Cana started out laughing as the small man came to his feet and only then did Sphinx realize what she had done, sheepishly she got off the table. Lucy made her way over chuckling quietly.
- Don't worry Erza kicks him all the time, Lucy recurred her as Sphinx looked embarrassed.
-The small man wobbled up and gave a thumbs up muttering something about perfumes,
Sphinx tilted her head not quit following, still with a muffled chuckle as she turned towards Lucy,
-Oh, but I think my radar is definitely peeping with this dude,
