Chapter 35: The Journey's Beginning

Dumbledore nodded and asked,

"I trust you Miss Reeves and your sister."

Ginny nodded and left with Sirius. They walked back to the common room in silence. Sirius was so confused on what that was all about. As they got into the common room they heard laughter. Ginny and Sirius turned to see Hermione, James, and Remus laughing by the fire place. All three looked up and Hermione said,

"There you are. Where did you go?"

Ginny smiled and just nodded. Hermione eyes grew and did not know what to say at first. Hermione took a deep breath and asked,

"Are you sure?"

Ginny nodded and said,

"It's time. We need to do it."

Hermione nodded and the guys looked at them confused. Hermione smirked and said,

"Don't worry boys. Need to know information will be reveled in good time. You trust us right?"

"Of course we do." James said.

"If you will revel everything later then I will trust you. People have their secrets and I am someone who can respect that you are not ready to share those secrets just yet." Remus explained.

Hermione and Ginny both smiled at the boys. Hermione then looked at the clock to see what time it was. She sighed and got up to leave. Everyone looked at her confused and Sirius asked,

"What's wrong Hermione?"

"It's time for me to go to the Hospital Wing and see Madam Pomphrey to see if she had found something for me yet about my memories. It's the same every day, I go in hoping that we have made a breakthrough but then when I get there all hope is gone when she says nothing has changed and she is not closer to finding a way to get them back." Hermione explained.

"But isn't it good that you don't have your memories back about that day?" James asked.

"Yeah, it means that you don't have to relive it always." Sirius stated.

Hermione just got up and went to the door of the common room. She turned angrily and spatted,

"Maybe I want to remember because it means I know what happened to me that night to me. I need to know!"

Hermione then left and headed to the Hospital Wing. Ginny looked at the boys and saw that they looked sad and confused. Ginny sat down and sighed,

"You need to know about Hermione is that she been through a lot and it is all part of her past that she can't remember. If there is one thing I know about Hermione, she like to know everything that happens so that she can try to correct the wrong and help out her friends if it is connected to them."

The Marauders did not say anything. They did were thinking on what was best to say. Sirius sighed and spoke up,

"The thing is Ginny, you may know Hermione longer and better but there is something to Hermione that I can see. She is scared about the outcome and I can see it whenever we talk about this subject that Hermione wants to know what happens but also doesn't want to know at the same time. She is at a battle with herself."

"How do you know that?" Ginny asked surprised.

She did not see the look that Sirius was talking about. Hermione is a quiet person about herself problems. But Ginny usually knows when Hermione is upset about something. Sirius sat next to Ginny and said,

"Because I have been in a few battles of myself and I know what it's like when you are conflicted between yourself."

Ginny did not know what to say. She could see that Hermione and Sirius were meant to be together. They were a perfect match. She has never meet anyone that connected with her best friend like Harry and Ron. But this connection was a stronger connection and Sirius knew it. She smiled to Sirius and said,

"Help her then please for me."

Sirius nodded and Ginny went out of the common room to clear her head. She walked down her favorite corridor that had some great memories. Ginny was lost in thought when she bumped into someone.

"We really got to stop meeting like this." A voice said.

Ginny took the hand and saw…..
