Sleepover

(Renesmee's POV)

It was just another boring day here on this boring weekend. Nothing much has happened since Thanksgiving. At least Christmas is coming up soon. I couldn't wait, but at the same time part of me was upset. I already spent my first Christmas worrying about the Volturi coming to kill us all off, and now this Christmas looks like we'll have another threat hanging over our heads. There was the possibility of Lorenzo coming after us, but there hasn't been a sign of him in such a long time. I'm kind of glad, it's nice to feel a sense of relief. Though it doesn't mean we've stopped being careful, you never know if he could come after us again.

So back to being bored out of my mind. It was mostly because I was pretty much stuck with myself today. Lily and Aidan are on a hunt with Aunt Rose and Uncle Em, Lizzy is napping, Jacob has something in La Push with Seth, and the rest are all about the house doing pretty much nothing.

Speaking of my sister she has grown as bit as well. Lizzy looks like she could pass off for about a month now. She still doesn't talk or walk, but Grandpa said that is not going to happen for a while now. He estimated sometime during the late winter, or maybe early spring.

I love my sister to death, and it's nice to have her in our family. She completes us. The other day I had helped Daddy write a lullaby for her. Just like me, she loves it when Daddy hums us to sleep with a lullaby or when Momma reads to us. I like both honestly, they calm me down.

I roll around on the carpet so I was facing the T.V. Aunt Alice and Uncle Jasper are behind me on the couch. I decided to watch some movie with them from back in their day. A black and white film where everyone just kind of yelled at each other. To be honest, I was not really into it and neither were my aunt and uncle. They've just been making googley eyes at each other the entire duration of the movie.

While I was sitting around on the carpet, an idea came to my mind of what I could do. A thing I've always wanted to have. Something that most girls have sometime in their lifetime. Thing is, I'm a bit scared to ask my parents.

"Ness, why do I detect fear coming off of you?" Uncle Jasper asked, bringing me out of my day dream. Oops, I forgot he was an empath...

"I wanna ask Momma and Daddy something, but I'm scared they'll say no," I muttered, turning around to look at them.

Aunt Alice frowned. I could tell she must've had a vision, "Nessie, sweetie they'll say yes...You're scared to ask them that?"

"Yeah," I confessed, blushing.

"Don't be, Angel! They want you to have every childhood experience you can have before you grow up!" Aunt Alice told me, a bright smile on her face. "Plus it does sound kind of fun? Ohhh! I'll help you prepare for it! Trust me, it'll be a ton of fun! The best one you can imagine!" She then squealed before dashing off.

"Thanks, Aunt Alice!" I called out, laughing. Meanwhile my uncle looked pretty confused. Uncle Jasper then turned to me with raised eyebrows, "What did you exactly ask for, kiddo?"

"You'll see." I grinned before dashing out of the room to get my parents.

It didn't take long. They were in Daddy's old room cuddling on the couch with some music playing in the background. I noticed Lizzy snoring away in her little moses basket.

"Hey Angel," Momma greeted me as I skip over to them. Momma pulls me over so I'm on her lap. I snuggle into her, getting hit with the sweet scent of freesias.

"Momma? Daddy? Can I ask you guys something?" I asked sweetly, looking up into Momma's bright topaz eyes and then Daddy's.

"What?" Momma raised her eyebrows at me. She shared a brief look with my daddy before turning back at me.

"Can I have a sleepover with my friends from school?" I asked in a rush, my face probably turning bright red. "I was hoping to have just to three people; Nikki, Irene, and Sarah. That's all! No one else! Promise I won't expose us!"

I've always wanted a sleepover. Ever since I went to school and made friends, it's been a dream of mine. I see friends do it all the time on T.V. It just seemed a ton of fun. I wanted to take part in one. Plus I haven't seen my friends in such a long time with all our 'extended vacations' and what not.

My parents shared looks with one another. I couldn't tell what they were going to say.

"Sure angel, I don't see why not," Momma finally answered.

Automatically I grinned. I squealed in victory, "Yes! Thank you so much!"

"Wait!" Momma called out before I could celebrate some more. "Daddy and I say it's okay, but you should also ask Grandma and Grandpa if it's okay with them. This is there house."

"Okay! Thank you again!" I give each of my parents a kiss on the cheek before running out of the room. I skipped all the way to the living room where my grandparents were. Grandpa was nose deep in the paper while my grandmother was knitting for one of us.

"Grandma?Grandpa?" I called out to them, my voice light as ever. They both turn their attention to me and smile.

"Yes, Renesmee?" Grandpa asked, placing the book down onto his lap.

"I was wondering it's okay if I could have a sleepover here with my friends?" I asked them, fiddling with my hands. "If that's okay with you guys

"Did your parents say it's okay?" Grandma questioned, raising an eyebrow.

"Yes, they told me to ask you to see if it's okay with you guys," I explained.

"I don't see why not," Grandma said, looking towards my grandpa. He nodded in agreement before she turned her attention back at me. "Why don't you call them and I'll make some cookies for you guys. You can all sleep in the family room," Grandma told me, smiling brightly.

"Thank you so much!" I exclaimed, giving both of my grandparents each a massive hug. In no time I call all of my friends. They all said yes and it wouldn't be long until they arrived here.

Okay I just had to remember our cover story now. Basically, Momma and Daddy would be posing as my aunt and uncle while Lizzy would be my cousin. Since Lizzy is still a baby, they decided that it would be fine for Momma and Daddy to still be her parents. Plus I already mentioned to my friends my mom was pregnant. My aunts and uncles would still be my aunts and uncles while Grandpa and Grandma would still be Grandma and Grandpa. Lily and Aidan would still pass off for my cousins. They can pass off for Uncle Emmett and Aunt Rosalie's children. Lily and Aidan still look young enough to have parents as young as my aunt and uncle.

My story is that my real parents died and my 'Uncle Edward' and 'Aunt Bella' took me in to live with them while they have a baby daughter, Lizzy.

I decided to check on my aunt after getting all my stuff gathered for the sleepover. I look to see Aunt Alice set up the whole family room so we could fit our sleeping bags. Grandma even made us some cookies and a bunch of snacks. This is going to be the best sleepover ever!

"Ness they're here!" Grandma called out to me. I squealed and run to the front door to see all of my friends waiting for me. They each have their sleepover gear and bags.

"Hey Nessie!" Sarah greeted me first.

"Hey guys, come this way," I told them as I gestured my friends to the family room. Grandma Esme went to go talk to their parents and to tell them when to pick them up the next morning. Adult stuff like that.

"Your house is so pretty," Irene gushed looking around in awe.

"Thanks," I told her, smiling as we all set up in the living room. "So what do you guys wanna do?"

"Want to play a board game?" Nikki suggested, sitting down on the carpet while twirling a piece of her blonde hair.

"Sure! Girls?" I look to see that Irene and Sarah were okay with it too. They both nod so I run over to grab some of the board games Aunt Alice got out. I then set up Monopoly with my friends. It wasn't long until our laughter and cheers filled the house.

We played a few more board games until we got bored. After that we talked and played a few other games. I was really liking this sleepover. I felt like a normal kid with no worries. It was fantastic!

"Nessie!" I look to see Lily come running over. Her hair in braids and she's in her Sleeping Beauty pajamas. She was dragging her bear, Boo, along with her.

"Hey Lily." I smiled at my little cousin.

"Wait for me Lily!" Aidan cried out as he came running after her in his Buzz Lightyear Pajamas.

"Sorry girls, they want to say goodnight," Aunt Rose said, appearing right behind them.

"No it's fine," I said, smiling up at my aunt and then my cousins.

"They are so cute, they're your cousins right?" Irene asked, giving them a friendly smile.

I nod in response. "Yep! This is Lily and this is Aidan. They're three years old!"

"Aw, you guys are adorable!" Nikki remarked, causing my cousins to smile.

Lily and Aidan then turned their attention back to me. "Night, Nessie," They both tell me simultaneously.

I chuckled, giving each of them a hug. "Night guys, sleep tight."

"Well have fun girls," Aunt Rose said once the twins were done saying goodnight. Lily and Aidan both reach out to grab one of her hands. "Sweet dreams!"

"Your cousins are so cute," Nikki gushed as they walked away. "I just love little kids."

"Same! When my baby cousin was born it was so much fun picking out outfits for him," Sarah added to the conversation.

"Renesmee!" I heard my momma call out to me from the other room. I frowned, Now what?

"I'll be right back guys," I told my friends, getting up. "My m- Aunt's calling me."

"Okay!" they all tell me while I rush to the other room where Momma and Daddy are with Lizzy.

"Look baby we're going to put Lizzy to bed soon and just wanted to say goodnight," Momma told me, kneeling down so she was at my height. Daddy was right behind her with Lizzy in his arms. "We'll be in Daddy's room for tonight if you need anything."

"Alright, I love you," I replied, wrapping my arms around her neck. Momma reciprocated by wrapping hers around my body and hugging me tight.

"Love you too baby," She said, giving me a kiss on the cheek before pulling apart.

My dad then places Lizzy in Momma's arms so he can give me a hug goodnight. "Night, Daddy," I said.

"Night, Princess," Daddy told me, kissing the top of my head. "Have fun!"

Lizzy then gurgles, looking at me from Momma's arms. I chuckled, walking over to plant a kiss on her cheek.

"Goodnight, Nessie." She placed in my head with her power. I smiled at my little sister, "Night, Lizzy."

With that my parents and Lizzy head upstairs so they could put my little sister to bed. Meanwhile I head back to where my friends are to have some more fun.

"Wanna watch a movie now?" I asked them curiously.

"Sure, what movie?" Sarah asked, sitting up in her pink sleeping bag.

"How about Finding Nemo?" I suggested. "My Aunt and Uncle just bought it the other day."

"I love that movie! Let's!" Irene exclaimed jumping up in her sleeping bag. I giggled, getting up to set the movie up.

From there we all crowd around the T.V to watch it. Next thing you know my friends and I fall fast asleep to the sound of Finding Nemo in the background.

Hey Everyone! To the guest 'Love Twilight' who wrote a comment on my last chapter, you actually just gave me a really good idea for the future. Anyway you'll see, I have everything planned out.
