Or may be he will! Oh well my dreams will have to stay a dream, for now, onto the next chapter. If I mess things up, tell me.

Allison and Issac followed Chris down the hall and into his study where he walked over to the shelf and pulled down a box. Allison had seen her father look in the box many of times through out the years and she never did understand why. Issac sniffed the air as Chris opened the box only to smell a faded scent. He wasn't able to pick it out. Chris cut his eyes towards Issac and Allison as he lifted the lid and turned it around to let them see inside the box. Both teens walked over and peered inside only to see a mask that was broken into pieces. Allison gasped as she realized just what this mask was.
"Dad?" Allison looked up at her father. "Is this an Oni mask?"
Chris smirked nodding. "Yes." He looked between Issac and Allison. "You remember that as a hunters' right of passage you must make silver bullets." Allison nodded as Issac stiffened. "On my first solo mission, I went to take on a Japanese crime boss that had inherited a Dark Kitsune soul from his father and so on. While I was there, Oni appeared and everyone started to shoot. It was a blood bath as the Oni didn't decipher which of those were with the Japanese crime boss or trying to take him out. It was only when I shot an Oni through the mask with my silver bullet that I figured out just how to defeat them."
"How?" Issac frowned looking between the two hunters.
Allison thought for a moment. "The mask shattered when it was hit with the bullet, right?" Chris nodded at his daughter with a smile on his face. "What if we could make the silver stay inside the Oni?"
"Your arrows." Issac finally understood. "A bullet is going to fast but an arrow will be able to stick into what form they do have."
Chris nodded as he turned to his daughter. "I think its time for you to graduate." He turned to Issac. "I want you to go back to Derek, Scott or Bella and tell them we have a plan to destroy the Oni but be careful."
"Ok." Issac said as he turned to Allison. "You be careful too." He kissed her on the lips as he hurried out of the room.
Chris smirked as Allison blushed rather brightly as she let her dad go first. They walked down the hallway then opened the door to the basement. Walking down the stairs, Allison couldn't help but shiver at the low temperature but kept following Chris as he walked over to where he made his ammo. He looked around for the arrow head mold then walked over and spun the combination in the safe where they kept the silver they burned down to make the bullets. Allison stayed back as she watched her father gather the things she would need to make her silver arrow heads. She tried to remember if there were five or four Oni but she decided to make five just in case. If there was only four, she would have a silver arrow head left over, if not, then she would rather be safe then sorry. Not to mention that everyone would be counting on her because they needed to destroy the Dark Kitsune in order to save Stiles.
"Do you want me to stay down here with you?" Chris said after he set up the area Allison would be using to make her silver arrow heads.
"No." Allison shook her head, "I helped you more then once to know what to do." She walked over and kissed his cheek. "Just because I don't say it, I love you, dad."
Chris just smiled as he squeezed her shoulder. "I love you to Allison." His eyes were misty. "I'll be upstairs if you need me."
Allison smiled as she watched her father head up stairs to leave her to her work. Taking a very needed deep breathe, she looked around and started to go to work. She knew she needed to melt the silver down before she could place the liquid Silver in the mold. The ticking of the clock over her head helped her pace how long the silver would need to be heated until every last piece was completely melted. She sat back and pulled out the fiberglass arrow. Allison could still remember speaking with Kate about how to make sure your arrows were well made. Pulling the shaft up level with her eye, she checked the straightness of the arrow.
Allison smiled as she found it was completely straight. She checked the others and prepared the tip that would be getting the silver arrow head. Once that was done, she lined them up on another table then went over to check on the silver. Seeing it done, Allison grabbed her gloves along with the ladle to pour the silver into the moldings, she scooped some out and poured the first of five silver arrow heads. As she worked, time started to go by faster and faster while Chris was upstairs trying to find out something to defeat the Dark Kitsune with if their first plan didn't work.
(Bella's Pov – Hale/McCall House, Master Bedroom – 7:30 PM)
Rosalie, Alice and I were putting Abi and Alda to bed while the boys made sure that perimeter around the house was secure. Leah and Stiles were in their room and had been there since he was allowed to be alone with his mate. Jake said he was alright because even though Leah wasn't possessed by the Dark Kitsune, it was able to control her due to the fact of Stiles relationship with her. Devin was outside with Seth and Bree as Derek and Scott were running around the house making sure the windows and doors were sealed, all but the front door. I was still worried about Allison, Issac and Chris because of the fact no one has heard from them. I sighed as I watched Rosalie rock Alda in her arms. Abi was already asleep, thanks to Alice, but it seemed Alda had her fathers stubbornness.
"How much longer do you think?" I whispered to Alice as she sat beside Abi's side of the crib gazing down at her.
"She'll be asleep in a few minutes." Alice told me as she stood just as Alda let out a big loud yawn as her eyes slid close.
Rosalie smiled as she gently layed her down then moved away from the girls before Abi or Alda woke up. Rosalie made herself comfortable in a chair close to the crib and shooed me out of the room with Alice.
"I'll watch the babies." She told me with a smile. "Since I was never able to have any, this will make up for it." Rosalie had the brightest smile on her face I've ever seen as she gazed at my two girls.
"Thanks, Rose." I couldn't help but thank her as Alice and I exited the room.
As Alice and I were walking down the hallway towards the stairs, Alice suddenly stopped, eyes glazing over. I was beside her in an instant holding her steady in case Jasper showed up. I knew they had some kind of connection but I didn't know how deep it was. From what I could feel, with my shield, he wasn't anywhere close by thus he must be running the perimeter with Derek and Scott. It didn't take long before Alice snapped out of her vision, grabbed my hands and raced down the hallway, down the stairs and out the doors yelling for my mates and Emmett.
"Alice, what's going on?" I asked her as we stood on the porch. I could feel something off in the air. "What did you see?" The look in her eyes were frighten to say the least.
"We need to get everyone back." Alice sounded breathless which I knew never happened to vampires. "Issac is headed back with information on how to kill the Oni's but Allison and Chris wont make it in time before the battle starts." Her eyes met mine and I saw something I never thought I'd see in her eyes, Fear. "Stick close to Allison if you can." She whispered as Jasper and the others appeared.
Derek and Scott were beside me in an instant. "What's going on?" Derek asked as he looked to Alice. "Did you have a vision?"
"Yes." Alice told him as she looked to Emmett. "Go to Rosalie and stay in the room with her no matter what you hear." Emmett frowned but went.
"Alli?" Jasper whispered as he pulled her close. "Why are ya fearful darlin'?" I could see very little whites in his eyes as he held her.
"The Dark Kitsune is on his way to destroy us." She whispered holding onto Jasper as if he was her lifeline. "Allison and Chris realized a way to destroy the Oni and sent Issac back to tell us but not long after he arrives, the Dark Kitsune appeared with the Oni. We may lose someone tonight." Alice was always a rather sweet soul, no matter what people thought about her.
Derek and Scott growled deeply. "What is Issac coming to tell us?" Scott asked her this time. "Is there something we can use here at the house?"
"Maybe..." Alice trailed off as her eyes glazed over again as she searched through the possible futures. I could also smell her fear because of the sourness in the air.
"To late." Jacob spoke up as I caught wind of Issac. "Issac is near by."
I growled as I thought of something but I didn't know anything. It wasn't a few minutes later that Issac came into the clearing around the house. Just as he made his way over to us, I spotted five Oni plus 'Stiles' appear behind Issac. I snarled as I threw my shield out but I was a little slow because the tip of the Oni's blade hit Issac's shoulder, causing him to stumble, before my shield appeared and slung the Oni backwards. I was extremely happy however I had to wait to celebrate because Issac fell to the ground clutching his shoulder, which was bleeding.
"Jasper! Get Issac into the house!" I ordered him rushed forward and I ducked when an Oni appeared and swung with his sword.
I spun around and slashed the Oni's back with my claws as I spun just in time to dive to the side as another Oni appeared behind me and thrusted his sword forward. It barely nicked me on my side but that was enough to send my rolling. I ended in a crouch as I watched Scott and Derek fight two others. I was breathing rather heavy but I didn't know if it was from fighting the two Oni or from my wounds but I didn't get to rest long when I felt a shift in the air. I ducked rolling and kicking my leg out kicking the 'kneecap' of another Oni. I saw the back of his outfit in tatters thus he was my first opponent. I was getting ready to duck when I felt a sharp pain in my side which caused me to scream out.
I heard both my mates roar as soon as I screamed but I didn't stay idle. I was on my feet and turned, ripping the mask off the Oni in front of me that had stabbed me in the side. As soon as his mask came off, the clothes fell to the ground as if he was gone, nothing but air. I smirked as I felt my blood lust rise as I noticed that the Dark Kitsune, who looked like Stiles was standing off to the side as the Oni fought against my pack and myself. Without a second thought, I rushed forward and leap towards the imitation and suck my claws into the shoulder of the Kitsune. I heard a blood curling scream from inside the house but I didn't care, because we needed to get rid of this evil creature. My mind was distracted for only a moment as I felt myself flying backwards through the air. The air was gone from my lungs as if I had hit ground already and knew that 'Stiles' had hit me rather hard in the chest.
I did hit the ground only for my lungs to fill back up with the air I needed slightly. I heard Derek growl as I felt Scott next to me. I opened my eyes to see his red alpha eyes staring back at me. I smiled weakly as I tried to stand. Scott was helping only for his eyes suddenly widen. Both of us looked down only to see another blade sticking out of his stomach. I whimpered as Scott dropped to his knees in front of me, blood dripping from the corner of his mouth. Even with little strength, I was able to catch him and help him sit down that way he didn't hurt himself. With Scott's head in my lap, I brought my wrist up to my mouth and bit down hard enough to cause the blood to flow freely. I didn't know what would happen to Scott but I knew my healing abilities were faster then Derek's or Scott's. When Scott opened his mouth to say something, I placed my wrist against his lips allowing my blood to trickle into his mouth and down his throat.
I could hear the fighting going on around the two of us but I put faith in Derek to keep the both of us safe while Scott healed. The look in Scott's eyes caused my throat to clog with emotions. I could see fear, worry, happiness, love and hope flashing through his Alpha red eyes. Hearing a twang of a string then a hiss in the air, I cut my eyes towards the closest Oni just in time to see an arrow lodge into its chest. It then did the same thing as the one I removed it's mask. Looking around, I didn't see Allison but when I looked towards Chris' truck, I spotted her, Chris and Issac on top of the truck as Allison lined up another shot. I could hear everyone hold their breathe as Allison pulled the string back but then I heard someone scream and turned only to see the Oni flipped his sword around and was getting ready to toss it at Allison like a spear. As if time caught up with what was happening, the sword went flying through the air as I heard Allison release the arrow. I watched as the two weapons passed each other and hit their targets. Issac roared as Allison grabbed the sword that had went through her.
"ALLISON!" Issac screamed causing Scott to transform back into his human form and try to stand.
I pulled him back down growling at him as Derek came walking over. I looked around to see that 'Stiles' and Lydia were gone. I turned to look for Aiden yet I couldn't find him. Turning my head, I spotted Ethan kneeling beside Aiden as Kira stood a little further back with her katana still out and ready.
"The Dark Kitsune is gone along with Lydia." Derek whispered as he looked down at Scott. "Allison..." He closed his eyes as his jaw twitched as he clenched his teeth together.
"I heard." Scott's voice was soft and I could already hear his heart beat in a steady rhythm. "Is she... Can she...?" Anyone could see the question in his eyes.
Derek just shook his head as he picked up Scott and headed into the house. ~I'll check on everyone inside and take care of Scott.~Derek whispered through our link. ~Make sure that Allison is taken care of. Also have Ethan bring Aiden inside.~
"Hm." I hummed as I stood on shaky legs, knowing that Derek could hear me.
Once on my feet, I moved towards Ethan and Kira as they huddled over Aiden. I felt a pang in my chest at the thought of Lydia in the hands of that evil creature that looked like our Stiles. A shiver ran down my spine as I grew closer but pushed it away as I cleared my throat causing Kira to turn towards me as she slid her katana into its sheath.
"Derek wants you to bring Aiden inside." I whispered as I glanced towards the twins. "How's Ethan?" Knowing that Kira could hear me.
Kira sighed as she shook her head. "We didn't notice when Aiden went down until Scott was injured." She looked at her mate. "I don't know what to do."
"Just be with him." I told her as I gave her a gentle push. "Also I think you and Ethan may try to talk to Issac. He was close with Allison." I smiled sadly at the thought of my packs loss.
When I turned I spotted Alice shaking like a leaf in the wind, in Jasper's arms. I knew something was wrong when Jasper's eyes met mine and there was no white to them at all. I walked slowly towards them with my eyes a deep purple and posture straight. Jasper stiffened but just narrowed his eyes at me as I grew closer. Jake was gone thus I could only think he was inside with the others. I stopped not far from Alice and Jasper as I cocked my head to the side.
"How is she?" I asked in a gruff tone as I looked at Jasper.
"Scared." Jasper's voice was rather rough as his black eyes stared into mine.
I just nodded as I looked to Alice. "Take her inside." I saw his eyes narrow. "You can smell the room you two were using. Lock the door until you can calm down and Jasper comes back, Major."
Jasper didn't say anything but nodded as I watched him scoop up Alice and dart into the house like a bullet. I then closed my eyes as I fell to my knees. The images of Allison holding onto the sword was like a hot branding iron on my heart. Alice had told me to watch over Allison but I didn't realize she had showed up until Scott was hurt. I whimpered as I felt my body start to shake at the thought of losing Scott or Derek. I didn't realize someone came outside until I felt warm arms wrap around me and pick me up off the ground. I whimpered as I nuzzled into a warm chest. The scent of Derek wafted up to my nose which told me Derek had come for me. I just closed my eyes letting my mate take me into the house.
(3rd Person Pov – School Basement, Hidden Tunnel – 9:00 PM)
Lydia moaned as she came to. Her mind was fuzzy as she tried to think back on what had happened. When her eyes started to focus, Lydia noticed she was in a long tunnel she'd never seen before. Looking around, she couldn't tell which way was towards the exit but she could hear subtle whispers in the darkness. Clenching her eyes tightly together, she tried to decipher what they were trying to tell her but she couldn't tell what they were saying. Lydia shook her head as she opened her eyes and stood, holding onto the wall for suppose. As she looked around she could tell the tunnel hadn't been used in many years because of the stale air she was breathing in.
"Aiden?" Lydia called out as she picked a direction and started that way. "Hello!? Is anyone there!?" She kept her hand against the wall as she walked in case there was another way she could go and didn't see it.
Where is everyone? Lydia whispered in her mind as she stopped and came to a grate. Nothing. She sighed as she clutched her head as the whispers grew louder.
"So many died in here." She spoke to herself as she started back the way she came. "I hope Aiden and the other are..." Lydia trailed off as she remembered Allison getting hit by an Oni's sword. "Oh no..." Her knees buckled as she fell to the ground. "Allison."
Lydia sat there, on her knees, as she rocked herself back and forth. Allison had been a great friend and she would miss her terribly. Tears were streaming down her face as she tried to block out the whispers of the dead. She couldn't believe she could hear them but as Caius told her, the dead will whisper when they wish to drive a person mad. As if they are having some kind of enjoyment out of the humans' or Banshee's who can hear them. Lydia then remembered why Banshee's scream, to drowned out the other noises to hear the woods of the dead. She didn't know why but a sudden piece filled her as she felt a warm in the air. Lydia blinked as she looked around to see nothing but darkness. It was then she heard a voice she prayed she never would like this.
'You need to move Lydia.' Allison's voice sounded hollow in her mind as she rose to her feet. 'He's got you and you need to find a way to alert someone to your location.' Lydia felt as if Allison had a hand on her shoulder. 'You must hurry. I'll be with you...'
Lydia smiled sadly as she nodded and stood. She knew what she needed to do but she needed to find the exit before her plan would work. Taking a deep breathe, Lydia Martin started towards the direction she felt herself being pulled towards. Little did she know, a dark figure was following behind her with a sickening grin spread across his face. As Lydia grew closer to the exit, she felt as if someone was watching her. She kept her eyes open and alert as she moved and even glanced back a few times but she could never see anything. Patting her shirt, Lydia found that she had her phone. She didn't waste any time as she pulled it out and turned it over. The battery was completely full but there was no bars on the signal.
"Shit." Lydia growled as she looked around, holding the phone at different places. "Come on, come on..." Became her mantra as she kept walking and searching for a hint of a signal.
Just as she grew closer to the exit, someone laughed behind her causing her to drop her phone. Lydia screamed, dropped to her knees as she frantically tried to find the phone she had dropped. The laughing grew slightly closer as something skidded across the bottom of the tunnel and hit the knuckles of her right hand. Lydia snatched the phone up and hit the button for the screen flashlight only for it to illuminate the Dark Kitsune who looked like Stiles. Lydia felt a scream rising in her throat but Kitsune Stiles grabbed her around the throat and covered her mouth as he slammed her into the wall, her feet barely touching the ground. Lydia's eyes widen in fear as she looked into dark eyes.
"No, screaming." 'Stiles' said with a stern look.
Lydia nodded as he removed his hand from her mouth and throat. "What do you want?" She asked rubbing the place he held her. "Why did you take me? Is Aiden alright?"
"Aiden's fine." 'Stiles' said with an eery grin on his face. "And the reason I took you is because I can use you to feed on the pain that is soaked into these walls." His grin grew wider. "I also need you to bring those fools here that way I can destroy them once and for all."
Lydia's eyes widen as she opened her mouth but no words came out as a loud piercing scream echoed through the walls and outside into the air. Anyone within fifty miles could hear the scream if they had good enough hearing. 'Stiles' just grinned as he released Lydia and let her bring the pack to his door step. His plans were going according to plan.
(3rd person pov – Yukimura Residence - 9:25 PM)
Noshiko stood on the porch with her eyes looking around just as a loud piercing scream sounded. Her eyes snapped in the direction of the school. A sinking feeling started in her throat and lowered into her stomach. Turning into the house, Noshiko grabbed another katana she had hidden and got in the car. She knew that if the pack was going to take on the Dark Kitsune, she needed to be there. It was her fault the thing was brought into this world but it was Peter Hale's fault that it was unleashed. Yes, Lydia brought it into this world, but she only did so because of Peter having control of her. Yet no matter where the blame lay, the evil kitsune needed to be destroyed once and for all. Noshiko just wondered if there was anything left from the Nemeton.
When the tree was cut down, the power weakened that was holding it captive. If they could find something made from it's bark, then they could seal the Dark Kitsune away for as long as the object would hold.
