Hey everyone, time for a little status update.
First of all, I'm not dead, so at least that's good, right? Y'know, I would usually pin it all on school, but really, I've just been suffering from writer's block, procrastination, etc. School has been taking up a significant chunk of my time, but I've, uh... Also been hooked on Tumblr, Tomodachi Life and Pokémon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire. And my friends got me hooked on the TV shows Castle and Person of Interest (I can never be saved now from these shows; they've ruined my life).
Five Nights at Freddy's has also ruined my life.
Second of all, yes, I'm working on the chapter. It's just coming along very slowly. I've got, what, 16 pages now on Word? So I think I'm, uh... about over halfway done... *whimpering* (Save me)
And third, I'm seriously considering this upcoming chapter being the last actual chapter of question-answering for this entire fic. You know, it's really been a pleasure to work on this. I can't even believe I got so many reviews and love from all of you guys with regards to this fic, and it's just been... Phenomenal, to say the least. However, as of late, I've really been in a slump for writing this. I'm starting to lose interest, and I also want to work on actual story fanfictions instead of just grueling away on this for a total of about sixteen hours, posting it, and then repeating the process all over again. It gets really tiring. And then I feel extreme guilt for making you guys wait for months on end just to get an update, so... Yeah.
Once I post the final chapter, I might try doing a sort of epilogue chapter, just to wrap things up and celebrate the craziness that happened. After that... Well, I plan on having every chapter of Eyes Like Mine finished by the time I post the final chapter, so you can look forward to those chapters being posted once a week. Also, there will probably be at least five oneshots I'll post in the same week, so there's that, as well.
Anyways, thank you so much for your kindness and support. Hopefully I can get all this finished up soon (most likely sometime in March or April).
