Okay, so now Courtney's gone, let's see where we're going next. Oh yeah, and I don't own the song Haley sings. And that reminds me...Blaineley will not be joining the cast. Haley's there, so there's no need for her to do so. Sometimes Gwen will fill her role, sometimes Haley will. Just a heads up for later chapters. And oh yeah, the reason Cody builds Haley's face is because he hasn't got a crush on Gwen in this version, as you know. I know there's an extra syllable in the song, but...well, I couldn't think of a nickname for Haley that only had one syllable. "Hales" still has two, sorry. And yes, I slightly changed the lines that were originally Courtney's, but Haley and Gwen sing them, so that's why. Thanks for reviewing, pleasereadmything, Ali6132, the-new-face-in-town and the guest reviewer (Haley knows he's not a good guy, but his powers of seduction overcome her – and I do know of the fanfiction and have looked at it).

Haley hummed a Taylor Swift song as the remaining members of Team Amazon sat in Economy.

"Stop it!" snapped Heather. "You start humming around Chris, and he'll probably get the idea that we want to sing more."

"If he did, he would exclude me from singing." replied Haley. "Besides, I'm trying to remind myself of a certain resolve I made which I really didn't hang onto in Australia. The song's kind of a warning against anyone who plays people. I won't talk about it any further because someone might be spying. You know all about that, right, Heather?" she teased. The dark-haired girl huffed and turned away. Gwen raised an eyebrow, looking amused. "So what's the song?" she asked. "It sounds like pop."

"Taylor Swift, it's called I Knew You Were Trouble." Haley answered. She sang the second verse. "No apologies, he'll never see you cry, pretends he doesn't know, that he's the reason why

You're drowning, you're drowning, you're drowning.

Now I heard you moved on, from whispers on the streets, a new notch in your belt, is all I'll ever be

And now I see, now I see, now I see

He was long gone when he met me, and I realize the joke is on me.

Cause I knew you were trouble when you walked in, so shame on me now

Flew me to places I've never been, so you-"

"Shut up!" Heather snapped again. "Zip it. We get enough time to sing as it is on this show."

Sierra was looking miserable. She knew Cody used to have a crush on Gwen (although he didn't any more) and she also knew that Haley was still in love with him, so both of them there and Courtney gone was her worst case scenario.

Later on in the flight, though, Haley seemed perfectly happy when Alejandro came in and proceeded to flirt with her. She barely noticed Heather's scowl, saying "Aw, you don't have to lie to me."

"Oh, I'm not lying." Alejandro told her. "You truly are the prettiest girl in this competition. One would never think you were the youngest – you're so mature and competent."

Haley should have wondered how he knew that this was the exact kind of thing she wanted to hear, but for the moment, she just enjoyed the compliment, although her mood was dampened a little when she heard a cough mixed with the word "Naive!" coming from Heather.

"I wish we were on the same team." Haley confessed. "It's so hard when some people on my team think they're above me just because they're older."

"I wish it too." the manipulative young man answered. "I would never treat you like a child. No matter your age, you are, deep down, a beautiful and independent young woman."

Never had Haley ever heard this kind of compliment. Sure, when she and Cody were together, he had told her that she was beautiful, smart, caring, strong...but he tried to be cool but failed, and Haley just giggled at him but accepted the compliments. Alejandro worded things perfectly and they had the exact effect he intended.

"If only I could switch teams." the younger girl sighed. "Plus I could be with you in First Class. I hate being stuck in Economy. The food sucks, and the seating sucks."

"Perhaps I could bring a little of First Class to you." Alejandro offered. "Just wait here." He kissed the back of her hand, and left for a moment, Haley raising her hand and staring at it as he left.

He came back with two chocolate-chip cookies. Haley hadn't tried them before, but Cody had mentioned how nice they were, and Courtney had cared enough about them to snatch one from Gwen...although that may just have been the vendetta.

Haley bit into her cookie. "Oh, they're gorgeously sweet and tasty!" she gasped. "How did you know I would love it?"

Alejandro put an arm around her shoulders. "My mother always said 'the way to a woman's heart is a long road, but shortcuts are made of chocolate'."

Haley giggled. "Well, nearly everyone loves chocolate!"

While they were talking, Haley faintly heard Heather saying "Oh no! Did I just sit in some gum?" and Sierra reassuring her that she hadn't. She caught on that Heather was trying to get their attention when she repeated it, and resolved not to look away from Alejandro. How could she, anyway? She was getting lost in those beautiful green orbs.

"Someone look at my booty!" Heather was positively yelling now. "Is it-"

"Totally clean!" Sierra yelled at her. "Wow, obsessed much?"

The plane landed in Sweden, this time. Again, it was cold, and Chris said the coats he ordered in the Yukon would still be a couple of months. Even Duncan, who had long sleeves, was shivering.

Alejandro put his arm around Haley again, offering warmth. Haley welcomed it eagerly, although she tried hard not to seem too keen. But it was a double temptation, met with no strength to resist.

The first part of the challenge involved a pile of building materials, that the group had to make into something. They didn't know what...they'd have to find out when they assembled the materials, and the instructions were "accidentally" shredded. The team that got it first would earn an advantage.

Gwen and Heather got into an argument about how to build, as usual. Haley stayed quiet.

"What do you think, Cody?" Sierra questioned.

It took some time before Cody started building on his own. The girls stopped arguing, Haley stared and Sierra squealed "He's got it!"

"Watcha got, Amazons?" Chris asked.

The girls looked at what Cody has assembled. It seemed to be a giant sculpture of...Haley's face? It couldn't be right, although the pieces did shape up into the exact way Haley's face was when she was laughing.

Haley felt her heart change direction. How could she have ever thought about Alejandro? She knew perfectly well that Cody was her man. But her head held her back, reminding her that the Spanish man knew how to get around her and charm her, and not to attempt to ask Cody if he'd take her back until she stopped thinking she had feelings for another.

Heather went after Cody with an axe, but Sierra whacked her with another building material. "En garde! That means 'leave my boyfriend alone'!"

"He doesn't belong to you!" Haley suddenly cried, running at Sierra. But the purple-haired girl was more of a fighter than she looked, and one push knocked Haley back.

"Time for a song!" Chris announced.

Alejandro muttered something to Owen, and the girls heard Owen exclaim "We're building a boat?" The girls all realized what they were meant to do. Duncan facepalmed and showed the girls what they had been building.

"They're way ahead, so we've got to go." Heather sang.

"We've got to build something that sails-" Gwen began.

"Something that we'll ro-ow." Haley interrupted.

"It doesn't have to be a boat-" Sierra chipped in.

"As long as it stays afloat!" all the girls sang together, but then the other three sang the next line to Haley.

"Oh, why did we build your face?"

It was the boys' turn to sing. "It's almost ready to set sail."

"Just hammering in the final nail!" Duncan sang on his own as the girls 'oh-oh-oh'ed.

"We really did this fast-" began Owen.

"So we'll be back in First Class." the other two chorused, and then all three sang.

"Because they built Haley's face."

"We built her face!" the girls sang.

"We'll be in first place!" the boys added.

"Because we built Haley's face!"

"Oh, yeah, yeah!" Haley sang on her own.

"We built Haley's face!" Gwen and Heather sang.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah!" Sierra ended.

The boys got a bag full of rocks for their trouble. Chris told them to get their boat onto water and sail north to find Chef, who would give them their next instruction, while the girls decided to lop off the top off the Haley sculpture, since it was hollow. Then they could still sail in it.

Haley didn't participate in this conversation. She and Heather were both staring at Alejandro, who had started pulling the boat, and had decided to do it shirtless. He looked hot enough with one on. But he had a truly amazing body.

"Hey! Focus!" Sierra called, pulling Haley and Heather back to reality. She and Gwen were both trying to work out how to cut off the top.

However, Owen's poor digestion caused the ice to break, and everyone was soon sailing. Haley's sculpture floated, at least, so they could sail north, same as the guys.

They each got a cannon and some of Chef's Swedish meatballs. The challenge for everyone was to either capture a flag or sink the enemy's ship. The groups had to even choose captains (Owen and Cody). In fact, their team nearly got the flag, but Owen managed to sink their ship first, and the Amazons faced elimination again, while the boys got to enjoy First Class.

But there was no elimination. Chris had tricked them, again.

TOTALDRAMATOTALDRAMATOTALDRAMATOTALDRAMATOTALDRAMATOTALDRAMATOTALDRAMA

Charlotte was watching the Sweden episode of Total Drama on her own, and she didn't like what she was seeing one bit. Not only did her friend like Alejandro in that way, but she seemed to have completely forgotten that he was playing her, even when he wasn't around her. She wished she could contact Haley somehow. After all, she'd caught the moment when Heather demanded to know what Alejandro was up to. "Picking off my team mates while you totally blank me is strategy now?"

"Indeed it is. When dealing with jealousy-"

"I am not jealous, you arrogant-"

"Of course I refer to Haley. I must make her believe no one else exists for me. If she is focused on us, you can blind-side her. Believe me, Heather – the only woman I want to look at is you." The way he'd caressed Heather's face had made Charlotte feel sick to her stomach.

She quickly made a call on her cellphone. "Gem?" she said. "Yeah, it's me. Get Jodie on her home phone, then get her to call my home on her cellphone. Are you watching Total Drama? Good. We have to find out if we're able to send Haley a message."

Poor Haley – she still knows what Alejandro's really like, but she's starting to forget completely with him focusing on her. Please review!
