"What are we going to do with this room?" Elliot asked looking at the spare bedroom that had previously held all their unpacked boxes. "I think we should turn it into a game room or a man cave. That way, you don't have to watch all of the football game. You can just come in when you want to."
Olivia rolled her eyes. "I can do that now with our bedroom TV. We should just keep it a bedroom. That way, the kids have a place to stay when they come over."
Elliot groaned, whining from the back of his throat. "But, they won't stay over! The kids still can't look me in the eye since I announced we were having sex. They will not stay in this apartment when they know we are in the next room." He stated before stepping further into the room. "I can see it all now. The TV can go there-"
"No, Elliot. We are not turning this into another TV room. We already have the living room and our bedroom. Putting in another TV is pointless. We could put one in here, but it's going to be for a guest bedroom." Olivia said matter of factly before going into the other room and pushing in a large mattress. "The kids brought this over from your apartment and it would be perfect for a guest bed."
Elliot rolled his eyes before turning to his girlfriend. "Liv, I'd really rather make this a room for us, not other people."
"You just said you wanted to turn this into a man cave so I didn't have to watch football. This would be a room for you." Olivia crossed her arms over her chest, leaning her weight on one hip. "Either we turn it into a guest bedroom or we have to come up with something else."
"How about a sex room?" Elliot suggested with a smirk.
Olivia chuckled shaking her head. "We have sex everywhere. What would make this room special?"
Elliot nodded his head knowing she was right. There were only a few places they hadn't had sex and he was planning on changing that at some point. "Can't we just turn it into a man cave. I could set up a whole movie system. We could put the Wii in here so it wouldn't be out there in the main living room."
"Elliot, I said no." Olivia argued shaking her head. "We need to think about who might come to visit us, and your kids are just a few of them. Our couch is not that comfortable. Plus, we've had sex on it. I wouldn't feel comfortable making one of your kids or John sleep on it after that."
"We could put a different couch in here, a new one!" Elliot bargained gesturing around the room.
Olivia groaned running her hands through her hair. "We'd just have sex on it anyway because we'd be in here. You know how you get after winning at Wii bowling. This is going to be for someone other than us."
Elliot nearly growled. "So, you get to decide everything?"
"Elliot, I am thinking about how to make people feel welcome here. We do not need to put them up on our couch. They should have a nice bed waiting for them." Olivia gritted out through clenched teeth. She saw Elliot's eyes darken, making her even angrier for some reason she couldn't exactly pinpoint. Right now, she just wanted to be angry with the man and she was going to be.
"My kids have slept on the floors of frat houses before. I don't think they are going to mind a perfectly fine couch." Elliot stated bluntly as he took a step towards her.
Olivia met him halfway, her nose an inch from his. Her voice lowered to a point that Elliot had only heard while they were doing one other thing. "I don't have to tell you how bad that argument is."
Elliot's eyes narrowed at her before he put his hand on her hip, bringing her flush against him. She could feel his erection against her thigh, both turning her on and pissing her off more. "And, I don't have to explain how this should go again."
"You son of a-" Olivia hissed before Elliot's lips crashed onto hers. She moaned into his mouth, winding her arms around his head. His hands went straight to her ass and pulled her against him harder, almost making her feet leave the floor. Olivia pushed him back against the wall, her body never leaving his. He grunted when his back collided with the wall.
Olivia pulled on his ratty old work shirt, breaking the buttons off with one swift tug. Elliot groaned before bringing her t-shirt over her head. She shoved her hands over his shoulders, pushing the his shirt down his arms. "Just... picture it, Liv." He moaned when she started undoing his pants. Their lips continued to mash together, their argument not settling down even for their antics. "TV... huge couch...mmmmm baby."
"That's right, baby. This... will be... a guest... bedroom." Olivia purred as she stroked his member. She gasped when Elliot turned them around, slamming her into the wall. His pelvis ground against hers.
"No fucking way." Elliot whispered into her ear before biting her earlobe lightly. Olivia went for his pants again, but he grabbed both of her wrists, holding them up above her head with one hand. His other hand started wandering, his index finger making a path down her sternum, between her breasts, across her stomach. His finger traced circles around her belly button before dipping his finger in. "You said that we shouldn't turn this room into a second living room because we'd end up having sex in it. If we turn this into another bedroom, we'd just have another bed to have sex in."
Olivia rolled her eyes, her breathing becoming labored when he started playing with the waistband of her sweatpants. "To be honest, we have sex just about anywhere. The main reason- oh God!" She moaned when his hand shoved itself down her pants, two of its fingers plunging into her depths. "This room is going to be used for something other than our personal wants. It... needs... Jesus, how did you get so good at that?" Needing a way to gain back control, Olivia kicked down the mattress, making it thud against the floor.
Elliot looked down at the mattress before he was suddenly on it. He looked up to find Olivia standing at his feet. She grabbed each of his pants legs and pulled until they were completely off of him. "How did you-" He cut himself off when Olivia let her sweatpants drop to the floor, leaving her clad in her bra and panties.
"You may have talented fingers, but I will never give up complete control." Olivia smirked before stepping onto the mattress. She stood above him with a grin on her face. "So, give me my guest bedroom."
"That's not happening, Benson." Elliot smiled before grabbing her calves and pulling, making her fall down onto him. He grabbed her hips as she straddled him, grinning mischievously up at her. "I want the man cave. And, I know how to get it."
Olivia smirked dropping onto her hands, letting her hair fall over her shoulder so it grazed the side of his face. "And, I can withhold sex." Elliot's eyes widened. "I may be sex crazed for you, but I can go without sex a lot longer than you can."
Elliot shook his head. "Let's talk about this." He groaned when Olivia started rocking her hips against his, ignoring the digging of his nails into her flesh. "How about we just turn it into man cave? The couch can turn into a bed so that way we can have the best of both worlds for us and our guests."
"I'm listening." Olivia said crooking an eyebrow at him.
"Okay, we can get one of those sectional couches with the matching coffee table that's basically just a cushioned stool. We could plop this mattress on top of it when we have guests. That way, we get another room for guests and for us to enjoy." Elliot said laying out a deal that he knew Olivia couldn't pass up. She secretly loved sectional couches, but never told anyone verbally.
Olivia leaned down and kissed him hard. "Deal." She whispered.
"Hey Liv, where is Nick and Elliot?" Fin asked walking into her office. He kept his hand on the doorknob, leaning against the glass of the wooden door.
"I sent them out on a lead about a their case. We got a tip and it's our only one so far." Olivia explained straightening out her desk. "I feel like I keep forgetting things. Fin, my mind has not been cooperating with me at all." She brought her cell phone up to her ear. "I gotta call a couple people. Where is my phone?" She asked looking around her desk.
Fin frowned and walked over to her, grabbing her wrist gently and showing the object in her hand. "Liv, are you okay?"
Olivia sighed running a hand through her hair. "No, I feel... off." She put her phone down and sat down in her chair. "Something's wrong. I can feel it." Fin sat down in front of her desk. "Do I sound crazy right now?"
Fin shrugged. "A little, but your intuition is usually right about these kind of things. Are you getting sick? Maybe that's why you are feeling off. The flu bug has been going around."
"I don't feel like I'm getting sick." Olivia stated checking her own forehead and for any other signs of illness. "Have you called Nick or Elliot at all?"
"Yeah, but they didn't answer. I just figured they were talking to a vic or perp. That's why I came in here to find out." Fin explained leaning forward, dropping his forearms to his thighs. "Just relax, Liv. I'm sure they're fine."
Right at that moment, Olivia's phone rang. "It's Nick." She breathed before picking it up. "Hey Nick, what's up?"
Nick sounded breathless on the other side of the line. "Liv, Elliot was shot! We are at Mercy General right now. He's in surgery. I'm okay; I wasn't hurt. But, Elliot got shot in the shoulder region."
"What do you mean by shoulder region?" Olivia asked suddenly feeling sick to her stomach. She was starting break out into a sweat and she felt like she might just pass out. Her hands started to get clammy and had a hard time keeping steady.
"Well... he was shot somewhere in between the chest and shoulder. I really couldn't tell with the amount of blood." Nick sighed scratching his forehead.
Olivia felt a cotton ball start to form in her throat. It started blocking more and more of her air passage, making it hard to focus on anything else than breathing. "I'll be right there." She hung up her phone.
Fin stood up, holding onto Olivia's arm seeing her visibly pale from the phone call. "Liv, what's wrong? You don't look so good."
"Elliot... he was shot." Olivia whispered before starting to hyperventilate. She put her hands on her desk, trying to gain some control over her lungs. Fin looked around the room and found the paper bag she used for lunch before giving it to her. She put it over her nose and mouth and started taking deeper breaths, slowly getting the faint feeling to go away. "He's at Mercy."
"I'll take you." Fin nodded his head before grabbing the keys to her car.
