I was thinking about making Eva stay a bit longer, but then I don't know who would have gone in the previous bonfire ceremony. (Other than Heather)

She doesn't really play a major role in this story anyway so she had to go.

Sorry if that made the chapter seem exactly like the episode. There will be some differences in the upcoming chapters. I can assure you of that.

Now for some fanon.

Total Drama Redemption

Day Thirty Four (34)

Today started off really dark and gloomy. It was raining.

Voting confessionals were aired last night. Our first post-merge elimination went like this:

Bridgette – Eva

Duncan - Eva

Eva – Heather

Geoff - Eva

Gwen - Eva

Heather – Eva

Izzy - Eva

Leshawna - Eva

Lindsay - Eva

Noah – Heather

Trent - Eva

Tyler – Eva

Total: Eva (10); Heather (2)

Eliminated: Eva

The others were sleeping. My guess was that they woke up, noticed that it was raining and went back to bed.

I still remembered Heather's words from yesterday. That bitch was going to pay for all that she had done.

The girl was the personification of evil. I don't know why the others couldn't see that.

The sooner she left, the better.

I heard Chris yelling through his megaphone outside.

"Good morning campers!"

The boys in the cabin woke up with a jolt.

"Wonderful weather we're having, isn't it?"

"Yes. It's great." I said, even though Chris couldn't hear me.

"I would have loved to have a challenge in the rain, but I decided against it. So enjoy your free day!"

"At least there's no challenge." Tyler said.

"Have any of you seen Geoff's hat?" Trent asked.

"And this is where it would be." Geoff said, pointing to a place on a cupboard. "IF I HAD ONE!"

"But you do have one." I said. "You're wearing it."

"Not this one. My other one."

"No clue." I said.

"Since we're all stuck here until the rain clears, let's play cards!" Tyler said.

He took out a deck and started dealing.

"What should we play?" Geoff asked.

"ERS?" Trent suggested.

We all nodded.

"Okay. But I'm warning you. My slaps hurt." Duncan said.

I placed down a Jack.

Geoff put down a Three.

"Lucky me." I said, picking up the cards.

I put down a Ten.

Geoff put a Four.

Duncan put another Ten and slapped it.

The game continued.

I got out fourth, after Geoff. My hands were so sore that I didn't even attempt to slap in again.

But in the end, Tyler prevailed against Trent.

We saw that the rain had cleared.

"I can see clearly now, the rain is gone."

"Shut up Tyler. That song sucks." Duncan said.

"Okay."

The rain may have cleared, but the ground was still wet and damp. I stepped through small puddles to get to the Mess Hall.

I got my food and sat down with the other guys.

"Damnit you guys! Why did you vote for Eva?"

"That chick was freaking me out, man." Geoff said.

"If she even is a chick." Duncan scoffed.

"Bridgette looks so much happier now that she's gone." Geoff said.

Bridgette did seem to be getting along well with the others. Except for Heather and Lindsay. Those two were sitting far away from her.

Heather was glaring at me the whole time, so I decided to flip her off.

She was shocked for a bit but regained her composure.

I just turned away and started eating my food.

"So what challenge are we having today?" Tyler asked.

"Tyler, Chris told us a while ago that there was no challenge today." Trent said.

"Oh yeah. I forgot about that."

I swear Lindsay and Tyler are made for each other. They're both so unfathomably stupid.

We choked down a few more bites.

"So what challenge are we having tomorrow?" Tyler asked.

"I've had enough crap for one day." Duncan said, getting up and leaving the Cafeteria.

"Wait for me!" Tyler yelled, quickly gobbling his food and running after Duncan.

I'm pretty sure that Duncan left so he could get away from you.

"Wouldn't it be cool if it rained again so we could all dance in it?" Geoff said.

"Totally!" Why was Izzy here?

"It's time to go." Izzy said, cartwheeling out of the Mess Hall.

Bridgette also left, so Geoff ran after her.

"Weird crowd." Trent said.

"Tell me about it." I replied.

The people that had left were coming back in.

"Chris said he has to tell us something." Geoff said, sitting back down.

Chris entered the Mess Hall. He was wearing a raincoat and carrying an umbrella.

"Campers, you have all made it to the halfway stage of this contest." Chris said. "And as such, here are your rewards!"

He threw us all scissors. We all ducked except for Izzy and Duncan, who caught theirs barehanded.

"What do we do with scissors anyway?" Gwen asked

"These scissors are broken!" Leshawna said.

Only a part of the scissors were given to each of us.

"You all get half of something that can cut things in half because you have reached the halfway mark."

"Lame." Duncan said.

"Is that why you brought us all back here?" Tyler asked.

"Wait. There's more." Chris started. "It's time for your mandatory halfway stage confessionals!"

"What does matadory mean?" Lindsay asked.

"Mandatory? It means it's compulsory." Gwen said.

"Oh. I don't get it."

I slapped my face. How some people could be this stupid was beyond me.

"First up is Bridgette. Chop chop."

One by one, we all went to the Confession Cam and spoke our minds.

I was next.

I trudged through the soggy, muddy campgrounds. I didn't know that people actually trudge.

I entered the box.

I hadn't been here in some time.

"So we've reached the halfway mark. Not sure how to feel here. We're done with half of these dumb challenges, but there are still much more to come. Life on the island sucks as always, but at least I'm friends with some of the Bass guys."

"That's about it. It rained today if anyone was wondering."

I left and went back to the cabins.

Eva had somehow made even the Gopher girls turn against her, which I wasn't expecting.

Now that I think about it, all of the team challenges had the same result as they were the first time around.

The winning team was Gopher, Gopher, Bass, Bass, Gopher, Gopher, Bass, Bass, Bass, Gopher, Gopher, Gopher.

Only the people sent home as a result of losing were different.

The girls won the reward challenge this time but I don't think it made that much of a difference.

"Hey Chris, since Eva left immediately, can't we bring someone else back?" Trent asked the host.

"Who?"

"Cody maybe? Or Owen." Trent said.

"No way. Courtney has to come back." Duncan piped.

"Izzy thinks Izzy should come back."

"But you are back Izzy." I told her.

"I know. My wish came true!"

"Silence, all of you! No one else is coming back." Chris said.

"But that's what you said before." Gwen said.

"I mean it this time. Seriously, I asked the producers if I could bring anyone else back because Eva left so early, but they told me I couldn't."

"So you wanted someone to come back?" Trent asked.

"Duh. More drama." Chris said. "Unfortunately, my hands are tied."

"No they aren't Chip. There's no rope around them." Lindsay said.

"It's just an expression Layla."

"Who's Layla? My name's Lindsay. You should try getting people's names right for a change."

Chris just slapped his face. "Whatever. No one else comes back and that's final. Now have you all made your confessions?"

"I'm next." Trent said, stepping into the Confession Booth.

I waited for him to finish. He came out and I started talking to him.

"Trent, why did you vote for Eva last night? I mean, I thought you of all people would realize how mean Heather is."

"Eva was being a big bully to Bridgette."

"Nice alliteration."

"What?"

"Nothing. Go on."

"But why are you after Heather so much, anyway? I know she's mean but why would you tell me to throw the challenge just to get her off? You're going a little too far just to get one person off this island. Something's up here."

He eyed me suspiciously.

"Ever since the dodgeball challenge, you two have been at odds. What do you have against her that pisses you off so much?"

"She's a monster. Have you ever seen how grumpy she is?"

"I think there's more to it Noah. There's something you're not telling me."

He was getting really close to finding out my secret. I thought I didn't have to worry about that for a while. I was sweating bullets.

"You better tell me right now, Noah. I'm not leaving you until you do."

"Alright." I looked around me. "But can we go somewhere else?"

We went into the forest.

"Now talk." Trent ordered.

"I'm pretty sure that Heather has caused the eliminations of some of the campers here."

"Well yeah, she could have been the swing vote."

"I mean directly."

He stopped walking.

"How?"

"Well it all started back after the trip to Boney Island. Remember after our meeting?"

"Yeah. Wasn't Lindsay supposed to leave?"

"She was. A while before the elimination, I heard Heather talking to somebody in the restroom."

"An alliance?"

"That's what I thought too. Turns out she was on the phone with the RCMP. Think about it, how else would the RCMP suddenly find out that Izzy was hiding here?"

Trent thought about it and nodded his head.

"But wait! There's more. Remember when Cody got kicked off?"

"I heard he had blueberries in his pants. That's why the bear attacked him."

"But when I asked him about it later, he said he didn't put the blueberries there. Heather hugged him earlier that day while we were doing the challenge."

"So it was Heather."

"Yep."

Trent scowled. "But how could she be so vicious?"

"She would do anything to win. And that worries me."

"Okay. Heather is our next target. For sure."

I was a bit happier.

"Trent, she could try to trick you too."

"What reason would she have for doing that?"

"She could try to get to Gwen through you."

"Gwen?"

"She despises Gwen. I mean, she despises everyone, but mostly Gwen. Just try not to get lured into her web of lies, okay?"

"What if I'm getting lured into a web of lies right now?" Trent asked suspiciously.

"Why would I lie to you?"

"You're a very intelligent person. What if you're trying to fool me using one of your elaborate schemes?"

I just stared at him blankly.

"… Okay, maybe not. I don't think I can trust anyone nowadays. Except Gwen. She's cool."

"Which is why Heather the mastermind is probably thinking of ways to separate you two."

"How would she do that?"

"I don't know. I just need you to be careful and not trust everything you hear."

"Except for this conversation, right?"

"Yes."

We began walking back to the cabins.

I knew that it would be difficult to convince Trent not to believe everything he sees. Of course, that would make him suspicious of my acts. But at least Trent knew the truth now. It was just a matter of time before Heather left.

I didn't know how much more blatantly obvious I could have been when warning Trent about Heather.

She was up to something. I know it. She was going to kiss Trent during the challenge and that would be very bad for everyone. I had to stop her somehow.

Telling Trent about it was the first step.

"Hey Noah." I heard someone say. I looked up to see Gwen.

"Oh. Hi." I said.

"Have you seen Trent anywhere?"

Wasn't Trent right here? Where did he go?

"He was just here with me. He must have gone off somewhere."

"Alright then." She turned to go look for him.

"Gwen, wait." She stopped.

"What?"

"I need to talk to you about something."

"The molecular structure of DNA?" Gwen asked.

"Whoa now. I think you've got me mixed up with Harold."

She shrugged.

"It's about Heather."

Upon hearing Heather's name, Gwen clenched her fists.

"What about her?"

I then proceeded to tell her the same thing that I told Trent.

I told her that Heather had caused the eliminations of Cody, Izzy and probably Beth as well.

"I think that's a load of bullshit." Gwen said.

I was taken aback.

"Sorry for the strong language. I hate Heather with passion, but I'm not going to spread rumors about her just to get her kicked off."

"They're not rumors, Gwen. They're assumptions."

"Spreading rumors would be stooping down to her level. I'm not going to do that."

"Please, Gwen. You have to convince the other girls that Heather's evil."

"Mean, yes. I don't know if she's evil though."

"She is. She has to go."

"I don't think even Heather can be that evil, Noah."

"Do you think that I'm trying to trick you or something? Why would I do that?"

"I don't know." She sighed. "I don't know the reason for half the stuff that happens on this show."

"I don't know either, but I do know that Heather is bad news."

"I'm sure there's a logical explanation for why Cody left. Other than Heather."

"Fine. Just don't say I didn't warn you."

"Is that a threat? Look Noah, you're a good friend and all but I don't think that you should jump to conclusions."

"You mean like how you jumped to the conclusion that Cody stole your diary?"

"That was a long time ago. Can we please not talk about that?"

"So you're not going to help me?"

"No."

"Is that your final answer?"

"Yes."

"Alright then. Thanks for listening I guess."

"No problem."

Gwen left to her cabin and I went to mine.

I climbed into bed.

If Gwen had believed me, I surely could have beaten Heather at her little game.

Ah well, it's just a minor bump in the road. At least Trent was on my side.

I still have knowledge of the future. Who knows what Heather would do with that power?

I know your plan for tomorrow Heather. There is no way you're getting away with it.

Hope you guys liked it. Making Noah talk to Gwen was an afterthought but I'm glad I put that in.
