Here you guys go! :)

cezer139241- Yep! And I'm bad at that kind of stuff, too. Like, I used to think Monterey is in Mexico! Actually, I thought that about a week ago, but now I know it's in California. :P

icysparkle99- Glad you like it! And here's an update! :)

Shadows and Chocolate- LOL! Yeah I like strawberries too, only not as much. I really like BEAN BURRITOS! Haha no I don't. I feel sorry for your crush though if he's, like, dangling from a cliff and you chose strawberries. Yeah, that would majorly suck for him. Anyways here's an update! :)

Ally

It's the next day, and I'm still walking north. I'm about halfway through Peru, I think. Maybe I should call Austin.

There's a pay phone near, and I stick a quarter through the slot and call Austin's number.

"Austin!" I say.

"Ally!" he exclaims.

"Listen, I'm on a pay phone. I don't have much time, where are you?"

"Trujillo. I was dropped off here yesterday. What about you?"

"About halfway through Peru. And Trujillo's right above Peru, so keep walking south. Stop on the border of the two countries."

"How long do you think we're going to be walking?"

"Who knows? Heck, who cares! As long as I get to see you."

"Okay, Ally, I guess I-"

I run out of time on the pay phone, and I sigh.

I gotta keep on walking, no matter what.

After an hour, my clothes are soaked with sweat and crusted with dirt. I'm not sure how long I can walk. Maybe, just maybe, I can hitchhike.

I find a silver Toyota and the person driving it spots me. It's a thirty-year-old blond who looks a lot like Austin's mom... wait, it is Austin's mom!

Mrs. Moon parks her car and gestures for me to get in. I hop inside the car and buckle myself into the seat.

"Thank you," I tell her. "Uh, Austin should be meeting us on the border of Trujillo, and... how did you get here?"

"Well, I would've gotten a ticket for speeding if there were police officers around," she replies, and chuckles.

I smile. Austin must've gotten his sense of humor from his mom, then.

Before I know it, it's lunch time. Mrs. Moon and I have been speeding past the hills and streams, striving to get to the border of Trujillo to find Austin.

"KFC?" she suggests. I shrug, because I honestly don't care where we eat, as long as we find Austin.

A few minutes later, we're settled in the car, munching on bags of friend chicken. I look out the window and see all the scenery whizzing past. I feel a bit nauseous, and I have a wicked headache. I can barely think, it hurts too much. I wonder how Mrs. Moon can stand this.

It's five o'clock when we get to the border of Trujillo. Austin probably should be around the border, so I tell Austin's mom to drive a bit further.

About 30 miles later, I spot Austin.

He's right in front of the car, and the next things hat happen are a blur. Austin's mom steps on the brakes, making a loud screeching sound. I can see Austin, screaming. Then, blood, and the car comes to a stop.

"No!" I scream, hurling myself out of the car. "Austin!"

He's a bloodied mess. His hair is soaked with blood and sweat, and there are deep cuts across his chest. Blood is leaking from his forehead, and I think his arm is broken.

"Austin! Can you hear me?" I scream. "Austin, wake up!"

I feel awful. Austin walked across Trujillo to find me, but now I don't think we can bring him back alive. He risked everything for me, he risked his life.

He just wanted me to get back safely.

My heart feels empty. I feel so alone.

Austin's the person I can't live without. He's the reason I haven't gone completely mad. He's the reason I'm still alive right now.

I feel like I owe him, but I don't know how to give him stuff, now that he's gone.

I stare at the lifeless-looking body in my arms and begin to think: I can always give him me.

I notice a knife laying on the ground. I lean forward and pick it up, then arrange it so it's right in front of my heart.

I'm ready to plunge it right in.

Next chapter coming soon! :)

Also. Ally, commiting suicide? NOT GONNA HAPPEN!
