Sora felt all of his anger wash away the moment he saw tears beginning to gather at the corner of Kairi's eyes. "No, no, no, no, no. Please don't cry, Kairi." He pleaded. He'd seen her cry before, but it'd never been his fault; he felt absolutely terrible.
Kairi gave no verbal response, instead making a small sound as the tears slid down her cheeks.
"I'm sorry!" He wrapped his arms around her tightly. Kairi rested her head against his chest, her tears wetting Sora's shirt, but he didn't notice. "I'm sorry," He repeated, rubbing her back, "Honestly I don't even remember what we were arguing about. My mind went blank the second I saw you were about to start crying."
She lifted her head, a small smile on her lips, "Then I won't remind you."
He grinned before stealing a quick kiss, "That's fine with me. I'm just happy to see you smiling again."
