(Hey everyone, I'm so sorry I haven't posted in a while. The sickness that has been going around got me, but now I'm a lot better and happy to give you this chapter. Thank you for all the reads and reviews. Enjoy.)

Stiles' p.o.v

The first thing I noticed when I ran in was the large amount of blood that was on his side. The scent filled my nostrils. I walked forward and picked up Derek's hand. I looked over at Deaton.

He walked in "I had to make an incision so I could re-break his ribs. Because of his rapid healing rate I had to use an herb to keep the wound from completely healing, so I could fix his ribs in one go" he mumbled and pulled out something from a cabinet. He started wiping up some of the blood.

I looked back at Derek. He had a large gauze pad where his incision was. The gaze pad was drenched in blood.

"Stiles?"

"I'm here Derek" I mumbled and leaned closer to him.

His eyes flickered open and he looked at me. "...I see you found my gift" he mumbled and touched the necklace lightly with his finger.

I smiled and gripped it in my hand. "Cora got it for me, she said you made it for me."

He smiled and nodded slowly.

"I love it. Thank you, it means so much to me" I said.

He smiled. "I hoped it would" he whispered and closed his eyes.

"Derek?" I asked, urgently and squeezed his hand.

His eyes opened slowly and looked up at me. "I'm sorry" he mumbled. "I'm just really tired."

I nodded and pressed my hand against his forehead. "Rest" I mumbled slowly.

He smiled, full of content. He slowly shut his eyes.

I turned toward Deaton. "Is he allowed to return home?"

Deaton looked down at Derek and nodded. His eyes returned back to me. "But, he needs to rest and stay off of his feet" he mumbled.

I nodded and looked back down at Derek. "Come on" I whispered and leaned in toward his forehead. I kissed it lightly before slipping my hand under his legs. I curled my other arm around his neck and pulled him gently into my chest. I held him close and started to pass by Deaton, but I stopped. I looked over at him. "Thank you."

Deaton nodded and returned to digging around his office.

I continued walking out of the door, passed my father.

He put his hand on my shoulder "I wanted you to know that I'm sorry for what happened."

I nodded. "Thank you. I love you dad" I said and continued walking. I could see his face light up slightly as I said that.

Cora looked up at me and followed behind. "I'll drive" she stated and walked passed me. She opened the door and held it open for me.

I walked passed her and walked slowly out to the car. I held him steady, so I didn't shake him. I popped open the passenger door and got in. I have to admit, it was really crowded compared to the back seat. I sat Derek in my lap, with his head leaning against my right shoulder. His legs were draped over my left side and my arm was laying across his lap. I shut the door quickly and fixed Derek's position on my lap.

He was breathing deeply, and I could tell he was deep in slumber. His body was dead weight, if I wasn't a werewolf I would of been crushed. I didn't have the heart to wake him, I could tell he was exhausted.

Cora climbed into the front seat and shut the door. She started the car and glanced over at me quickly. "Your father said he has to go home and he will be calling later to check up on you guys. Deaton said if Derek's side starts hurting again to bring him back. The rest of the pack is following us" she stated quickly as she pressed the gas.

I nodded and looked down at Derek. "Thank you" I stated and looked up at Cora.

She smiled, but kept her eyes on the road. "Don't mention it...that's what family does."

I smiled and looked out the window. It didn't take long to get to the warehouse and as soon as soon as we reached it I scooped Derek once again in my arms. I hurried inside and laid him on his bed. I wanted to talk to him, but I didn't dare wake him. I sat down next to him on the bed and leaned my back against the bed frame.

I must of fallen asleep, because I felt something hit my leg and curl around it. I pried my eyes opened and looked around.

Derek was right up against me, his arms curled around my leg. He inhaled a deep breath and slowly opened one of his eyes. He glanced up at me and smiled.

I smiled back at him and started playing with his hair.

"How did I get here?" He asked, sleep still clogging his mind.

"I carried you" I mumbled and twirled a piece of hair between my fingers.

He yawned and then smiled. He released his grip on my leg and sat up.

My hand instinctively shot up behind him, to support his back. I pressed my palm on his lower back and sat up quickly.

"I'm okay" he stated and stretched his arms up above his head.

I removed my hand and smiled at him.

He looked down at the bandage on his side. He pinched the side of the bandage and slowly pulled it off. Blood was drenched on the bandage, but there was none on his skin and his incision was completely gone. He looked back at me and grinned. He quickly swung his legs over, but hesitated slightly.

I stood up and walked up to him. I stretched my arm out towards him, a light smile on my face.

He gripped my hand tightly and pulled himself up off the bed. His balance was a little off, I could see him sway to the side a little before he regained his posture. He walked over to the trash can and threw away the bandage.

I was so relived he was okay and becoming healthy again. I hated leaving him, but he knew I had school and my father wanted me home for school.
