As the boys enterd the hidden walled garden to their shock it was summer again all the snow had gone and the cold biting winds to be replaced by lush bright green grass the trees had their leaves flowers were everywhere filling the air with perfume birds singing bees buzzing from flower to flower and the sun shone warming the boys skin it was a beautiful summers day
What the hell dude so now we've ended up back in our own time whats going on asked Stan confussed looking around him at the summer garden
Yeah theirs something really weird going on about this place I'm not sure what it is though and I still don't remeber this part of the garden and I'm sure we explored it all from top to bottom but I don't know about you Stan but I'm getting the feeling this place is really creepy Kenny said
Yeah I know what you mean and it's not a nice feeling you get when your around Tom or Sarah or the other kids maybe we should just get out of here and get back to Sarah's time even if it means going back to winter and freezing our asses off it will be worth it to save her said Stan as they got ready to leave but then something caught Kennys eye

Kenny was. Very confident that he'd reach the middle first as he'd done virtul mazes lots of times in video games but somehow this one was a little harder and though everything looked the same in ways it didn't and also Kenny felt if the statues were all watching him and whispering
Stan. Are you near the middle yet Kenny yelled loudly hoping to get an awnser but he didn't get a reply and this made the blond feel a bit uneasy and he lost some of his confidence
As Kenny wanderd around looking for the middle and Stan he now got slightly. Scared as the Sky darkened and then suddenly a crow flew overhead swooping low missing Kenny by inches Kenny gave a scream and yelled for Stan again but got no awnser and then a loud crack of thunder was heard and to Kennys horror the flowers that had been in the hedges the colours drained off them leaving them grey same as the green in the hedges and trees everything turned grey and also a statue got off its pedestal walked past Kenny staried at him for a few miniutes and then walked through the grey hedges terrifying him
Kenny felt his heart race in fear but he knew he couldn't really be scared not at this he was a tough boy Kenny get a grip of yourself nothing can harm you your a tough kid streetwise dont show your fear he told himself so he swallowed his fear and took a deep breath and set off to find Stan to hell with the race to the middle he just wanted out of their fast
Stan Stan where are you it's gonna rain soon let's get outta here and it's getting kinda creepy too Kenny yelled but got no awnser it was as if Kenny was all alone
Kenny Kenny he suddenly heard a voice yell coming from round the next hedge and it sounded like Stan as if he was hurt and in pain
Stan stay their it's okay I'm coming Kenny yelled running. towards the voice worried for Stan but Stan wasent their instead it was a huge full length mirror propped up against the hedge and it looked very very old
What the fuck is going on Kenny mutterd confused and looking at the mirror and seeing himself first as he was in the maze in his. bright Cotten summer clothes white blond hair sparkling blue eyes framed by long pale blond eyelashes and sun kissed skin then suddenly the reflection changed to an older adult Kenny as a scruffy down and put bum his hair was to his shoulders unwashed and more of a dark dishwater blond he had stubble on his face and a nasty black eye and dressed as a homeless tramp and in his hand was a bottle of alcahole and a cigarette and he looked drunk
What the fuck dude he gasped in horror not believing at what he was seeing

Stan gasped Kenny in horror as Kyle apeard next to Stan in the mirror and looked rather snobby
Ha look at him a pathetic no user such a sponge living on handouts you know what they say Stan like father like son why don't you just throw yourself under a train Kenny we won't miss you and also I take it you still have that tag on too said Kyle as Stan took a stick and lifted up Kennys pants leg to reveal a grey electronic tag on his skinny dirty ankle and at that both boys laughed nastily at Kenny in a crule way whist wrapping their arms around each other

Kenny screamed loudly and managed to break free of Ravens grip. Got up and took to his heels and ran as fast as his legs would carry him his heart thudding in his chest as if it burst and the ringing of Ravens evil laugh was in his ears
Run all you can you silly little boy you are no match for me Raven said suddenly appearing from nowhere in front of Kenny making the boy scream and the colour drain from his face
As I said you can't out run me child she said getting close to Kenny again and touching his face digging her nail into his soft flesh scoring it and Kenny felt the mark sting he was sure it was bleeding but too terrified to respond Kenny screamed and then fainted onto the wet grass
Pathetic Raven said placing her foot on Kennys back as she looked down at the unconcious Kenny soaking wet and filthy lying in the wet grass as the rain lashed down on him and her evil laughter filled the air
Kenny Kenny yelled Stan running over towards Kenny lying on the warm grass and also the secret walled garden and maze and mirror was gone and so was the storm and Kenny was clean and dry and the scratch on his face was gone so more time tricks
Kenny are you okay asked Stan as Kenny began to come round only to find himself sitting the sofa with a blanket over his legs in the lounge back at the lodge and with Stan Kyle aunt Mary and a guid all standing over him looking worried
Wh what happend where. Am I asked Kenny in a daze touching his hair

Upstairs as ushal she's researching again for that silly book of her she's been up their nearly all day why do you want her asked aunt Mary
Oh no reason really just wonderd that's all but dosent matter now said Kenny sighing and relaxing on the sofa next to his freinds as Mary and Mark left to go into another room
