I'm terribly sorry to all viewers for taking longer than you probably expected. I had this whole chapter written out that needed to be edited but then the dumbest thing happened. My word document froze and then my word document disappeared. I tried opening my word document but it said it could not be opened. This fight is long and that's normally a bad thing for fights, but I hope it has kept you entertained. It's drawing to its conclusion. Please read and review.

Leontess going berserk was not an unexpected occurrence in Darkon's eyes. Every Bakugan had a moment when they were so desperate to win they let their power consume their whole soul. Darkon used his wings to fly slowly away from Leontess and Neon grabbed his neck. Darkon was waiting for Leontess to fly straight into him so he could break him out of his anger and win the battle with a punch to his face.
Leontess wasn't moving. The only part of him that moved was his face and his wings. He was breathing mighty gasps of air and made ferocious animal noises. Neon glanced at Ian. Ian was safe all because he was holding onto Leontess by the nape of his neck. Ian was terrified; more terrified than Neon ever saw him. It would be amazing if he realized who he was or what he was on. Suddenly, Leontess turned to Darkon and roared as loud as Darkon when he became a berserk Bakugan. Neon cheered uproariously for the battle about to happen.
With blinding speed Leontess delivered an upward punch to Darkon's snot. The attacked fazed Darkon. Leontess tried grabbing Darkon in his claws, but Neon swung to the left and kicked wildly at Leontess's nose! Leontess staggered long enough for Neon to tell Darkon to swing his tail in Leontess's face and Darkon obliged.
" He's gotten faster," Darkon replied pulling on his broken nose. It made a loud sound but Darkon recovered very quickly.
" But he's gotten more reckless and Ian's not controlling him anymore." Neon told his Bakugan dragon friend. " This means we can outsmart him. First we will—"
In breakneck speed Leontess threw his claws in Darkon's direction. Darkon didn't feel a thing from it. He charged a ball of lightning in his mouth that he fired upon Leontess. Leontess dodged his whole attack zigzagging and then disappeared from hindsight.
Darkon didn't know where he was. He saw quick images appear and then disappear from sight. With Darkon's bad eyesight he couldn't tell if those images were real or not. He was waiting for Neon to tell him how he was going to stop these clones, but Darkon didn't hear Neon say anything. He couldn't hear Neon whisper words of encouragement in his ears. He didn't even feel Neon sitting on his back. What happened to the young dragonrider?
Darkon saw a trajectory launched in the air. He charged his electricity thinking it was Leontess with another aerial assault. It was coming straight for him. It wasn't until the trajectory was close to Leontess's face that he realized it was Neon who was fired upwards. Darkon ceased his electricity and grabbed Neon.
What Darkon saw wasn't Neon playing a practical joke on him. Leontess didn't threw his fist at him…he hit Neon. Leontess's rage took over him when Neon kicked his face. Darkon rubbed his claws through Neon's hair hoping it would wake him up, a dragon tear dripping on Neon's face. His partner and his friend…hurt because he couldn't defend him.
Suddenly, Leontess appeared to weave his claws into Darkon's face. Darkon, lost in thought, clenched his claws around Neon. His eyes created the purple electricity in his eye sockets. One hand held the unconscious Neon to keep him safe…but not for long. Darkon was short minded because of his rage. His body produced electric waves that could make the air shake, and he was going to use it on Leontess.
Ian drifted off into a dark sleep. He couldn't open his eyes for all he saw was Leontess spinning around and attacking Darkon. Ian had no idea the danger that was coming his way. He heard the sound of Leontess roar and the air shook. Ian was propelled from Leontess's back as he then felt like he was falling.
Ian wasn't wrong. He was falling to the ground. Ian hoped his Bakugan would come and rescue him, but they were busy firing at themselves. Leontess's white beam collided with Darkon's electric beam. Neither were focusing on him. In front of Ian was the traitor…the boy who put Ian in despair…Neon the Darkus Bakugan brawler. They were both falling down.
At times like this most people would feel scared. Ian too was biting his lip at the horrible events procured because one divine being had a sick sense of humor. What good came of all this? When Ian closed his eyes trying not to think about his imminent death…he opened them to have last look to see if Neon had awoken. He was greeted not by Neon's wandering eyes but from the eyes of two men. Their hands had one gold ring, one with a diamond and one without a diamond meaning they were husband and wife. The woman was fair skin and dressed like a princess. She wore a green dress with a ladybug headband and had the most beautiful purple amethyst eyes. The man was tall and well-built for someone wearing a black suit with a turtle shaped black eyepatch. He had hazel eyes and the most heartwarming smile. Ian recognized who they were. They were his parents. His mother held her hand out to Ian. Most boys would happily hold their mother's hands. Ian didn't hold out his hand. He knew that they weren't his parents. They died a long time ago.
Ian closed his eyes again. He tried to keep his body straight so his legs would cushion his fall. Ian could live with broken legs. What he could not live with was a broken sphincter or a broken cranium. Ian waited patiently for that painful fall. Ian waited for what seemed like hours. Ian knew falling should have been fast enough to hit the ground in under a minute. He didn't understand why he was still fine.
He opened his eyes expecting to still be falling in the sky, but he was only moving up and down on some kind of pump. Neon was sleeping nice and cozy in the sand. As for Ian…he was staring face to face with a new kind of Bakugan. A Bakugan who was identical to a cheetah but with a claw for a tail, sand colored fur and white eyes with black pupils. He looked at Ian, his lips now wet from his sweat.
" You have come here willingly to see our world," said the Bakugan. His accent was deep and easy to hear. Ian put up a small smile, but the Bakugan pulled Ian towards him with an arbitrary frown on his face. " If nothing changes you will put an end to it."
