Rachel bought some flowers from a florist, and half-ran towards the jail.

The guards had stopped asking for her name a long time ago. She didn't need to ask where his cell was, anymore, either. She, only stopped to get permission to talk to him, again.

"I missed you." Dewei told her, before he kissed her. The kiss was sloppy, and rough, but she'd take it, as long as it was Dewei's.

She pulled back, and gave Dewei the flowers.

"I figured that this place needs some brightening up." Rachel spoke, nervously; she also hated the smell of the jail. It reminded her of death.

"I'll just put it with the other ones." Dewei told her.

Rachel was the only one that visited him, and she always brought flowers.

"I do." Ling told Lan Fan, confidently.

"I do." She repeated, and then, they kissed.

They were due to be at the hospital, because their baby was due to be born any second, now. They had waited to get married, because they wanted to be married in Xing.

Xing had always been home to them both.

They would never leave eachother's side, anymore. They had, both, vowed to protect eachother by always watching out for eachother, which meant that they would never leave the other's side.

They knew about the vows, because they felt, exactly, the same. Just one look at either Lan Fan or Ling proved it, and the best at reading their expressions were eachother.
