"What if he dies? What if he gets torn apart out there? And what about my little darling Zoran? Oh my god she's not gonna survi-"

"Z!"

Z looked to Tenma, biting her nails. Widget and Sluch looked to each other and rolled their eyes. Mothers...

"But honey! Our kids are out there in danger!" Tenma sighed, long and deep.

"Z, I understand your concern, but don't worry! I'm sure they'll be fine. Besides, it won't be long before Zane and Cora and the others will be back..."

Ahh, Dr Tenma. Always jinxing things.

"Conner? Can...*gulp* could you help us up?" Cora stuttered, hanging off of Bruss' sneaker as much as possible. Conner winced and adjusted his shoulders.

"Right now I'm the only one KEEPING you up!" everyone gasped and groaned. Stacy, clinging on at the end, shrieked.

"I'M GOING TO DIE!" she gasped. Lisa moped with her.

"We can't die!"

"You're not going to die!" Zane yelled down.

CREEAAAAKK...

The thin metal of the vent was slowly drooping lower at the edge of the drop, causing them all to lower down that much further...

All everyone could do was whimper. Bruss dug his nail into Zane's leg. He flinched, causing the line of people to wobble.

"OW! Hey, what was that for?"

"You are always saying something's not gonna happen, and then (Ooo, guess what?), IT HAPPENS." Bruss grumbled.

"You really think I'M the one making us fall?"

"Stop it alright? We're NOT gonna fall!" Cora reasoned.

CREEEAAAKK...

*Glaring at Cora*

"...Oh com'on!"

"I suggest everyone just STOPS TALKING!" Zibby screeched. They all fell silent. Conner groaned and tried to pull himself up, only to slide back. The string of desperate teens wobbled and dropped.

"AHHH!" they all screamed. Ember looked up to Conner, gripping his legs.

"Conner!" she accused.

"Sorry!" he replied. With a small grunt his eyes then lit up. "Hey, guys!"

"WHAT?"

"I know how to get us all up! Just get each person to climb up each other like a human rope! Stacy, you go first!" Stacy turned white.

"C-climb?"

"Yeah!" she looked up to all the people, staring back. She shook her head.

"I-I can't!"

"Yes you can!" Cora encouraged. Bruss smirked.

"Nah, she won't! You're talking to a BLONDIE here!" Cora scowled at him. No wonder they're Blondies- just look how much encouragement they get. She looked down back to Stacy.

"Stacy, you can climb! Just pull yourself up!"

"N-no! I can't do that! I can't do anything!" if she had her hand free, she would have slapped it over her mouth from insulting her beautiful self. But the more she thought about it, the more she thought of it as the truth. She was just a Barbie doll. Made to look pretty, and not do much else. She hadn't done anything risky in her life.

She looked around frantically. "Err, I'll get my make up smeared!"

"No more excuses, Stacy." Cora looked to Lisa as well. "Look, you guys are more then what you think you are. You can do more then what you think you're capable of! Under that make up if tough skin!" Stacy looked down, concluding her thoughts. Everyone waited anxiously for her decision. After a while, she frowned in determination. Using her sleeve she wiped off her makeup from her face, and looked up.

"Lets climb."

Miss Harris walked around the small space, sometimes stopping and tapping her foot on the ground.

"Hmmm," she hummed in thought, "We could- AHEM, I could maybe use some of this debris to smash through the wall!" Orrin, standing near the wall, flinched.

"I'm afraid that most of this ruble would be far too heavy-"

"Nonsense!" she said sternly, walking over to one of the slabs of concrete, leaning against a wall. Orrin went to say something, but held his tongue. This human obviously didn't concern robot's opinions. He rolled slightly over as Miss Harris steadied herself, ready to lift the heavy ruin. With a groan she lifted it from the ground and walked slightly over to the opposite wall, aiming to chuck it.

SCREEECHHH...GROOANNNNN...

Orrin gasped as the wall behind her started to wobble...Miss Harris hadn't noticed yet, hauling the large slab onto her shoulder in a shot-put position.

GROOOOAANNNN...

"Miss Harris! Behind-" Orrin started to warn, but it was too late. Miss Harris slowly turned around and saw the wall coming down on her.

"AHHHHHH!"

"Oh dear..." Orrin zoomed over to her, faster then he had ever gone before. Miss Harris didn't even think to jump out of the way, or do anything. Letting the slab slip from her grasp, she shut her eyes closed and awaited to pain.

THUNK!

"Oomph!" suddenly, she was...safe? She looked around from the ground. Something had knocked her over to her back. The room was filled with dust, but soon it cleared and she saw the wall, fallen just centimeters from her feet. She coughed and looked beside her, eyes wide. Orrin leapt up from the ground, whole body shaking. "OH MY! You could have died! I almost didn't get there in time! Oh, I should be more cautious! I-I-I should be on time more! PHEW! Oh...oh my..." he looked over to Miss Harris, her face pale. He reached out a hand and helped her to her feet. She just stood there for a long time, staring at where she should be dead. Orrin rolled in small circles, face-palming himself. She looked to him. "Y-you...saved...m-my life..." she whimpered. The house bot stopped to face her.

"Well, yes. I'm a robot, my duty is to help humans, especially if they're in a life or death situation!"

"B-but...I thought..." Harris was clueless on what to say. She always despised robots. They got in the way, they don't shut up and bad things get caused because of them.

"Though, you shouldn't be surprised. Astro saves you every day." Orrin said. The principle took a step back, scratching her head.

"Y-yes...I guess...he does..."

And she had been so horrible to him? Why was she so blind? The down truth on why she hated robots was because she was jealous. Sooner or later, robots would be able to teach and run things, and over-power her. And power isn't something she liked to loose.

Taking a deep breath, she did something no-one would guess.

She hugged Orrin.

The house bot yelped as Miss Harris held him tight. "Thank you! Thank you so much!" she cried, pulling away. Orrin was flattered.

"Your welcome?" Harris blew the hair out of her face.

"I was going to die! If it weren't for you? Oh, how could I re-pay you?" Orrin frowned. Perhaps she is still a little shaken from the fall...

"LOOK!" she exclaimed pointing to the fallen wall. "We can get out now!" Orrin sighed of relief and made his way with Miss Harris out of the building.
