Hello everyone! Today is the first day of spring! And just in time too, because Sunday is my birthday! I was really proud of how the last chapter was written. I got just a little less than a full half of the episode done, so let's see if I can get the other half done in one sit-in. Enjoy!

...

"I'm trying not to love you,

I'm trying not to care,

I'm trying not to live my life,

Wishing you were there,

I'm trying no to wonder,

Where you are or what you do,

I'm sorry, I can't help myself,

I fell in love with you."

...

Scarlett was in a frenzy.

"...My ribbon...did I drop it somewhere...?" Scarlett asked no one but the mirror.

She started to look everywhere in her room, leaving a mess in her trace.

"...That's weird..." She said, whilst searching. "I could've sworn I had it on."

Suddenly, something changed in the air.

I thought I could smell Mutagen.

Maybe I was just being paranoid, but it's true I had been around enough Mutagen tests in Donnie's lab to know what Mutagen smelled like.

Tokei was in the den, watching T.V. with Yoshi, as she normally did on days when we knew we'd be out looking for Mutagen. I would normally decide when she could go and when she couldn't go. Tonight, she couldn't.

Yet, I felt as if she could be in great danger.

I walked out of the room. I guessed Zoey had left on the mission already, since she was nowhere to be found.

I followed my nose, as silently as I could.

I tiptoed, my nose led me to Raph's room. I gently knocked on the door.

"Raph? You still there?" I asked.

But, the door swung open as I looked inside. I gasped.

The whole room was blanketed in darkness, the only light coming from the spilled Mutagen on the ground.

I walked into the room, I knew Raph liked keeping his things neat, so looking at his room now messy was surprising.

The locker where Raph kept all his weapons was swung open, not much gone, but I could tell that there was less there than before.

Raph once showed me this locker, I wanted to know just out of curiosity. He showed me the weapons, Sai, Katana, Throwing Star, Hand Claws, and...

I gasped.

The biggest weapon Raph had in his locker was missing. He hadn't allowed me to touch it.

The Morning Star. It was like a gigantic ball of spikes held by a thick stick.

Something was terribly wrong.

"I'll only ever use the Morning Star for emergencies or other reasons. But never just for fun."

That's what Raph had told me.

What had happened here? I wasn't going to wait to find out.

...

"Wow! You look awesome! Spike!" Raph said, smiling at his new mutant friend.

The new mutant had black wrappings around his fingers, arms, and legs. The black ribbon Raph had gotten from Scarlett was enough for some finger wrappings, and as a makeshift mask for Spike. There was also Spike's leather belt from Raph. And, on his arm...

Something was amiss.

It looked like Red ribbon. Probably a long one cut in half and wrapped around both of Spike's arms.

Raph noticed this, could this be Scarlett's ribbon?

He shook away the thought. Nah.

As of now, Raph and Spike were partners in crime. They'd clear the streets of criminals. They's have so much fun on their own! Spike and Raph alone. They didn't need girls, or pesky brothers. They didn't even need their sensei anymore.

Spike laughed at the mention of his name. "Heh, never liked the name 'Spike'." He confessed, plucking an 'S' bumper design off of a nearby car. "Call me Slash." He said, sticking the 'S' to his belt.

And soon, the two were off.

Standing at the top of a rooftop, Raph was left with two choices.

To leave his family and all he had ever known, or to become partners with Spi-um, Slash and have the time of his life.

Without hesitation, Raph chose a life of fighting crime.

He was fed up with the dramas of home.

Spike was left standing alone as Raph made his way across the rooftops.

"If Raph's gonna be free." Spike started. "We may need to lose some dead weight." He laughed.

The memory of the picture on Raph's locker, which Spike had stared so intently at, flashed in his mind.

Except, now the picture had a huge, gaping slash across it.

...

Everyone was running.

Scarlett was running through the streets, looking for Raph.

Leo, Donnie, Mikey, and Zoey, were running on the rooftops, following Donnie's Mutagen tracker for the canister of Mutagen.

And Raph and Spike were running in the opposite direction, looking for trouble.

Raph laughed. "This is so cool! Just you and me! Raph and Slash! The crime fighting duo!"

"Yup." Slash answered. "We'll right the wrongs of the world. And wipe out whoever stands in our way."

"Hold on." Raph said. "How're we gonna find that Mutagen without a tracker?"

Slash laughed. "I have a nose for the stuff. I can smell it a mile away." He sniffed the air. "C'mon!" He said, leading the way.

Not far,

"We've got Mutagen close by!" Donnie yelled. "Just on the other side!"

"Good," Leo said. "Let's get it!"

Meanwhile, elsewhere,

I panted, "Where are those guys?" I asked. Just relying on my trust to spot them.

Mikey panted himself and dropped down.

"Found it!" Mikey said, pointing to a bottle of Mutagen on the streets.

"Great." Leo said. "Let's grab it and bag it." He smiled. "Looks like we didn't need Raph after all!"

Mikey was about to jump for it, when Leo pulled him back. "Hold up, someone's coming."

A man on a scooter picked up the canister. He was the Pizza Delivery Dude.

"Cool, free energy drink!" He said, tucking the can away.

"Nonono!" Zoey yelled in frustration. "Idiot! Stupid! Baka!"

On another rooftop, Raph looked at the man on his scooter. "Hold up, I've got this Slash." He said, pulling out a long rope with a hook attached to the end.

Raph swung down, and reached for the mutagen, when, the man started to leave.

Leo and Raph smacked into one another, apparently having the same plan.

They rubbed at their sore heads as the two fell to the ground.

"Hey, what are you doing?!" Asked Raph. "I had it!"

"You're late Raph!" Leo yelled.

"What are you talking about?!" Raph yelled in argument.

From the rooftops, Spike looked around. He could see Zoey, Mikey, and Donnie on the other side.

He, ever so sneakily went up to them.

Donnie groaned. "Are they gonna argue all night?! The Mutagen's getting away!"

"Dude!" Mikey said. "I can totally see Raph's forehead veins bulging from here!" Mikey laughed.

Zoey chuckled.

But, with one swift grab, Donnie had disappeared into the shadows without a trace.

"Check it out!" Zoey laughed."His head's gonna pop!" Unaware Donnie wasn't there anymore.

...

Down below, Raph and Leo ended their arguments with a "Fine!" and left it at that.

Raph scampered up to the roof where he left Slash, but found him no longer there.

"Slash?" He called out. "Hey, where did you go, man?"

Slash landed behind Raph, giving him the shivers.

Raph turned around. "What happened to you?"

Slash only gripped his fist. Raph thought he saw something Purple in it.

"Raph!" Mikey called out, he and Zoey ran right past Slash. "Donnie's disappeared!"

Zoey nodded. "He was right behind us, when..."

They both turned at the same time to see Slash standing there.

"Holy cow!" Zoey said.

"Another turtle!?" Asked Mikey.

"Wait, wait, no, it's Spike." Raph explained. "I mean, Slash now. He got into the Mutagen."

Mikey and Zoey both blinked once.

"Dude, this is too much to process." Mikey said. "I'm gonna...!"

Mikey's head disappeared and sparks flew out of his body.

"Woah." Zoey said. "Mind blown."

Although to Raph, this seemed like normal routine.

When it was over, Mikey dropped to the ground and his head popped out again. He stood up. "I'M FREAKING OOOOOUUUUUUTTTT!" He screamed.

"Raphael." Slash said, walking up. "You said it yourself. You don't need these clowns. We gotta hunt that Mutagen down, now."

"But, what about Donnie?" Asked Mikey. "We have to find him!"

Again, Raph had to choose between Slash, and his charming little brother, who was making puppy dog eyes at him.

"Sorry, Slash." Raph said. "My brothers come first, no matter what."

Mikey and Raph held hands, in a handshake.

Zoey smiled.

"How about I make the choice a little easier for you?" Asked Slash, and he raised his huge hand up.

"What?" Asked Zoey, realizing what was coming. "Mikey! Wai-!"

The hand came down.

Everything was in slow motion. Mikey was struck to the ground with suck force, he could've easily cracked his shell.

"MIKEY!" Raph screamed in horror.

But Slash wasn't done.

He struck Mikey three more times, to the ground, to the side, and in midair.

Mikey's body went limp. There was no longer any sign of the funny, charming, and silly young being who exsisited just moments earlier.

Slash reached for his Morning Star while Mikey was still in midair, ready for the final hit.

"Spike!" Raph said, shoving him away.

Slash fell to the ground.

Slash stood up. "Told ya, the name's Slash."

He raised the morning star, bringing it down and nearly finishing off Mikey, but...

Raph threw a ninja smoke bomb right in Slash's face.

As the purple smoke disappeared, so did Zoey, Raph, and Mikey.

Slash looked around.

He still had a small feeling deep inside his heart. It was growing.

It was revenge.

He needed some way to get back at Raph.

"Raph! Raph!"

There was a small yell.

Spike could hear it.

He looked over the edge of the rooftop. Scarlett was running down the street, calling for Raph.

Slash knew Scarlett well. She was very nice and sweet to him when he was still Spike. And Raph talked about Scarlett to him sometimes too.

He was well aware of Raph's crush.

Slash smiled.

Soon, Raph would learn the meaning of the word 'crush'.

...

The pizza delivery man was driving on his scooter. Followed by Leo, who was inadvertently chasing him all alone.

He swung down with his grappling hook, trying to be fast so no one would notice him.

He nearly grabbed the canister. It was literally inches away, but one small, literal bump in the road and the canister went flying.

Leo watched the green ooze fly past his face.

As he turned to see what had become of the canister, Leo smashed into a trash can.

Just his luck.

He landed on all fours, losing grip on the grappling hook line.

The canister landed behind him miraculously, and Leo turned to pick it up, but...

"Humans!" Leo said. He had landed in front of the grocery store and humans were all around.

He acted fast, hiding behind a police car.

"Can't get caught." He reminded himself, when the car came to life and the siren blared, leaving Leo alone on the street.

Just great.

The canister has been moved by the spinning wheels and now across the street by a stop sign.

Leo ran to it as fast as he could, but a pale man picked up the canister.

"Ack!" Leo said, hiding quickly.

"Hmmm." The man said. "Some kind of antique lava lamp. Bet it's worth a few bucks." The man concluded and walked away.

...

Raph, Mikey, and Zoey, now safe were scanning the rooftops for Donnie.

"There he is!" Mikey said, pointing at Donnie from afar.

"Donnie!" Zoey screamed. Donnie didn't look too good.

They ran up to him.

"...Donnie?" Mikey asked.

Donnie looked all beat up. There were scars and bruises everywhere. His mask was missing.

Donnie gave no answer.

"Here." Zoey said, pulling out a canteen. "Maybe he's just thirsty."

Raph looked to the side.

A slash had been cut through a pipe poking out of the roof, now bent and beat.

Donnie finally showed signs of life. He panted. "What hit me? It was like Raph, bigger and meaner. Angrier, but..." He looked up at Raph. "Not quite as ugly."

"It was Spike." Raph answered. "He got into the Mutagen. I was gonna tell you guys but.."

"Spike?" Asked Donnie. "Way to keep that Mutagen safe, Raph."

"C'mon," Raph said, helping Donnie to his feet. "We've got to find some cover."

Donnie groaned, using his staff as a makeshift cane while Mikey and Zoey were on the lookout for Slash.

...

Leo looked at the Mutagen through a telescope.

"If I come back empty handed, the guys will never let me live it down." Leo said. "Okay, plan. Need a plan." He looked at the canister. But his eyes quickly went to a trash can.

Hmmmm...

...

The others were walking to the lair, the only place they knew was safe at the moment, when Donnie collapsed to his knees.

Slash had definitely done a number on him.

'How did he get so strong?' Raph asked himself. He was fighting with such finesse.

Donnie panted. "I can't make it. I'm too weak. You go on without me, fellas."

Raph pushed Donnie against a wall so he could sit upright.

"No turtle left behind," Raph said. "That's our rule."

Zoey walked up to Raph and tapped his shoulder, showing him the first aid kit she always brought along. There were enough bandages, surgical tape, and wrappings to make many arm slings.

"I'm gonna tie up your sprained arm. It might hurt, okay?" Raph said, getting the hint. "Bite down on this." He shoved one of his Sai's into Donnie's mouth. Donnie bit the handle. "Tastes like leather and sweat." He said.

"Mikey! Mikey!" Leo called.

"huh?" Mikey asked, walking towards the voice.

"Mikey, I need your help!" Leo said.

"Leo?" Asked Mikey.

He walked towards an apartment building.

"I'm over here, hurry!" Leo said.

Zoey noticed Mikey's absence, following him. Anything could happen tonight.

"Boy am I glad you're back!" Mikey cheered. "You wouldn't believe it, dude. There's another turtle!"

"Mikey!" Zoey called.

Mikey turned around.

"That's funny." Leo said. "I actually-"

"Believed it!" Said Slash, grabbing hold of Mikey.

"Mikey!" Zoey screamed. She ran into battle, a dagger as her only weapon.

Slash swung Mikey over his back, and avoided Zoey's attempts to hurt him.

"Let him go!" Zoey yelled, she swung her dagger directly at the beast, who jumped over her and landed.

"You're a good fighter." Slash commented, and pulled out his morning star, raising it over his head.

Zoey dropped her dagger.

"But you're weak." Slash said, and brought down the weapon.

...

A small trash can was walking towards the pale man, and his table of weird things.

There, was a Mutagen canister Leo just had to get his hands on.

The trash can stank, but it was the perfect cover.

Leo raised the lid just a bit and flicked a quarter at the man, who bent down to pick it up.

Leo then reached out his hand, trying to get the canister when,

"Daddy, daddy! Look at all the cool stuff!" A girl said.

Leo hid again in the can. What a day.

He started to roll his eyes as the girl spoke.

"Daddy, look at the neat lamp!" The girl said.

Leo's eyes widened. He couldn't let a small child, and girl get the Mutagen. That stuff was dangerous!

Leo groaned and peeked through the small opening he made for himself with the lid. "Isn't it past her bedtime?" He complained.

A small, cute, smiling girl looked at the glowing green "lava lamp".

"I want it!" She smiled.

Her father, took out some money and bought the lamp for his daughter, and she hugged it as they walked away.

Leo sighed. "Maybe it's better that the guys aren't here to see this. Definitely not my night." He said, and closed the lid.

...

I ran far and wide, but there was no sign of Raph. I had gotten so worried.

"Raph!" I yelled. "Raph!"

Nothing.

Not the smallest answer.

I was so worried I could cry. I just wished this was all over already.

I looked around, skin pale and feeling like throwing up.

Bumping into a small girl, who kept raving on about a lamp. I didn't see the lamp of course.

That's when, I covered my mouth, keeping from screaming.

Mikey and Zoey were hanging from the side of a building. Both knocked out.

I tried to calm myself, looking around for a way to get to them.

I ran into the alley and climbed up the fire escape, heart racing.

I got to them, from where I was, I could see the damage.

Looked like bruises, scars everywhere, and ripped clothing.

Mikey no longer had his mask on.

"Mikey!" I screamed. "Zoey!"

I started running to them.

But then, HE stood in my way.

I fell to the ground and shuffled away as soon as I saw his huge shadow blanket me in dark.

I stared in horror.

He was twice as tall as I was.

Blue skin, dark nails and a shell. It was a turtle. A Mutant.

He was sporting off an array of things. Black wrappings. The ribbon I had given Raph. My red ribbon, that he now wore. And a purple and orange mask on his right arm.

I nearly screamed.

But, one look in his eyes, his green and black spotted eyes, and I knew clearly who he was.

"Spike?" I asked.

Spike laughed before me. "That's right, baby." He chuckled. "But it's Slash now."

I couldn't stand up. I was utterly mortified.

"Spike, why are you doing this?" I asked, holding back the tears. This wasn't the cute tortoise Spike I knew.

His smile vanished. "Because you're all holding him back. Raphael. He should be fighting crime, with me. But you all keep him behind. He could do so much, but you don't let him." Slash said.

"No." I said, shuffling backwards. "We're not holding him back." I said, refusing to believe a word. "Spike, you know that more than anybody."

"He's unhappy with you guys!" Slash yelled.

I shivered.

"He doesn't need anyone but me, his best friend." Slash said. "He especially doesn't need girls like you changing his mind. He should make his own choices. And he chose me."

I stopped. I had reached the edge off the rooftop. I froze.

Slash looked me up and down. "Hmm..." He said. "I can see why he talked about you so much. You're special."

I was silent.

"Spike..." I said.

Slash looked at me, stepping back. "That's not my name." He said.

"No." I said, standing up even though I wanted to sit down again so badly. I was still afraid, and struggled to walk. "You're Spike." I said.

Slash stared at me.

I extended a hand. "Spike, come home to us. Raph especially."

I nearly touched his snout, but he moved back. "Stop it!" He yelled at me. He grabbed my wrists, stopping me from touching him.

"No!" I said. "Spike! You've got to be in there!" I cried. "Spike wouldn't hurt all these people! Spike wouldn't try to keep Raph to himself! Spike wouldn't try to get revenge on his master! Spike!"

For a split second, I thought Slash's eyes were normal. Memories of the past overflowed him.

"Spike?" I asked.

But he shook his head and grunted.

I was tossed to the ground.

"The name's Slash." He said.

I let out a scream as the monster's gigantic hand came down in a punch.

...

Raph was in a hurry. Of course he had heard the scream.

"Mikey?" He called out. "Zoey?"

He stopped in his tracks.

Mikey and Zoey were hanging from the side of the building.

"Oh no." Raph said. "Mikey! Zoey!"

He instantly went to work, pulling them up and untying the two.

He let them rest a little.

Scarlett let out a small groan.

Raph turned his head to see me.

Scarlett was sitting, beat up on the roof.

After screaming, everything had become a blur for Scarlett. She could barely remember a thing. It was like for a few minutes, she was gone from this world.

"Scarlett?" Raph asked, he came to her side.

He was shocked.

The girl he had admired so much was now beat up. Scarred and broken.

His hands just hovered in midair around her, not sure what to do.

Finally, he just held her gently and felt at her back.

It was very faint, but. "Still breathing." Raph sighed.

Thank goodness.

He stood up and yelled out. "Why?" He screamed at the top of his lungs. "WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS!?"

"The others hold you back." Said the raspy voice. "Limit your potential. You don't need 'em. Just like you said!"

Raph was knocked over by some thing. Upon looking up, he saw Slash again.

Slash started grabbing Mikey by the feet and hands, dragging him along.

"No." Raph said. "They're my family, I never wanted this!"

"There's no turning back now!" Slash said. He walked over to the edge of the roof. He lifted up Mikey over the edge.

Raph gasped. "Stop!" He screamed.

Raph stood up. "I won't let you hurt them!"

Slash turned around. "I'm not here to fight you."

"But I wanna fight you!" Raph said. "You're not Spike. You're some kind of warped monster! A deranged, hideous, freak!"

There was silence as the two stared at each other. Once, they had been friends. But now, that seemed so long ago.

Scarlett moaned and struggled to cough.

She was the first of the three to wake.

"Scarlett!" Raph said, running to her side and helping her sit up.

"Raph?" Scarlett asked. At the moment, her vision wasn't so great and everything was a blur. She wheezed and grabbed her sides. "Raph, it hurts to breathe." She said.

"Don't worry." Raph said. "You're gonna be okay."

When Raph said those words, there was hope. It stirred deep within Scarlett. Maybe things would be okay.

Slash watched in silence.

His head hung. The words Raph had just said echoed in his mind.

'A deranged, hideous, freak!'

Many times Raph had gone to Spike, telling him how he hated these words. Slash never fully understood their meaning.

Until now.

Watching those two happy. He wanted Raph to shine all on his own. Raph didn't need anyone, he was too good for them. Raph didn't deserve her!

Slash stamped his Morning star and gave out a large roar, and he came straight for Raph.

...

If you were about to lose someone you cared about, your instinct would tell you to protect them, which is what Raph did with me.

With a battle call, he jumped into the fight.

I was shocked. How did he expect to fight something his brothers couldn't? But still, their fight commenced.

I started to crawl over to where Zoey and Mikey were, everything hurt.

Raph got hit, I stared at him in fear. "Raph are you okay?" I asked.

Raph looked at me, he just had one cut on his cheek. No blood escaped from it, but that didn't make it any less painful.

I continued eventually met up with Zoey and Mikey, and got to waking them up. We had to get out of here and get backup ASAP.

"We'd make a good team, Raphael." Slash said. "But you're a fool! Just like your brothers!" He raised his morning star, bringing it out.

"What's going on?" Zoey asked, waking up.

Then, there was the sound of my screams to remind them.

The power of the hit had thrown Raph literally all the way to the other rooftop.

I was pale and in shock. I wasn't doing so good.

Zoey put her arms around me in a hug and pat my back. "Hey, it's okay." She said. "Calm down."

"But, he's getting beat up out there!" I said.

By this time, Mikey was crawling painfully to somewhere. We followed him, and it wasn't far, but not on our rooftop.

We walked up to Donnie, who was also beat up.

"Slash is back." Mikey said. "Raph's in trouble."

Donnie got up, struggling. "Raph's fighting him?"

"Not really fighting him." Zoey said.

"More like getting stomped into green goo." I said.

"C'mon!" Mikey said.

...

Leo had followed the little girl to her apartment home, watching as the father parked their car and the small, excited girl jumped out of it with a Mutagen canister.

He pulled out his grappling hook, hoping to get the canister that way, but the father shut the door.

This was a really bad day for Leo.

...

Raph and Slash were fighting.

"I've spent years watching you train." Slash said, "Learning your moves. I know everything that you do."

Raph still threw himself back into the fight, thinking 'I need to be unpredictable. I need to beat him. He hurt so many people I cared about, he's gonna pay!'

The two ran at each other, Slash with his morning star, Raph with his Sai.

Raph jumped, and hooked his Sai onto the morning star's long handle, and kicked Slash in the face. Making the morning star fall and the one who controlled it as well. "You don't know everything." Raph said, in triumph.

But Slash was still stronger and faster, with one punch, Raph was on the next rooftop over, again and had earned scars on his shell just like his brothers.

Raph was sure he had the smallest crack on the back of his shell, and it hurt to even think of getting up. He groaned, on the ground.

Slash sported his nails, they were sharp as daggers.

Picking up Raphael, who did not move, he prepared Raph for death, raising his hand up.

'So this is it.' Raph thought. 'This is the end. I'm sorry, guys. I couldn't help you.'

That's when,

"NOOOO!"

"GET OFF OF HIM!"

Donnie and Mikey grabbed Slash's arms, holding him back as best as they could.

Zoey came running with the first aid equipment for Raph, trying to bandage as many wounds as possible.

Soon, Mikey and Donnie were too weak to hold on any longer, and they knew it too.

"Hey! Spike! Over here!" Yelled a voice.

It was Scarlett, she was holding up a huge leaf. "Come here, Spike! Come on!"

Slash had had enough of this girl, it was time to terminate her.

...

Back with Leo, he looked through the window of the little girl's room.

He was shocked to see her having a tea party, and pouring the Mutagen into her teacup!

The small girl raised the teacup up to her lips.

"No time for stealth." Leo said, climbing through the window.

He quickly kicked the cup from the girl's hands, and it shattered on the wall.

He let out a sigh of relief.

At least one thing had gone right tonight.

But, he looked at the girl next to him, nervous.

The girl stared back, and offered him the mutagen canister, "Would you care for some tea, Mr. Turtle?" She asked, very sweetly.

Leo sighed. At least she didn't freak out.

"Um, sorry little girl." He said. "I really need to grab your tea and take off."

The girl didn't like this idea. She wanted the new friend to stay. She grabbed the Mutagen canister.

"I'll scream if you go, Mr. Turtle! My daddy's room is right next door!" She took a deep breath, proving she was serious.

Leo gasped, afraid.

...

Slash started walking my way. "Yeah, that's right just come over here!" I said.

Donnie and Mikey were doing their best to fight Slash along the way, but he kept dodging their attacks, throwing them to the side, where the two huddled together.

Slash was getting closer to me, I had no weapons, but I knew what I had to do.

I just had to stall.

"Come over here, turtle-face!" I yelled. "Spike!"

"The name's SLASH!" Slash yelled, ready to attack me.

"Slash!" Raph yelled, he had gotten up.

Slash turned around, looking at Raph.

"You see? That's what real friends do." Raph said. "They stand up for each other. I'd rather be like my brothers than you any day!"

Slash walked towards Raph. I lay down my leaf.

"Is that a compliment?" Mikey asked.

The battle begun again. This time, Raph was stronger and faster than before. He could totally take down Slash now, because he knew that his friends were there to give him strength.

He could feel them lending their power to him, helping him in his battle.

And that's why he couldn't fail now.

...

Leo tried to sip from the imaginary tea in his cup. He felt so out of place in the girl's room which was mostly pink and fluffy.

"Nononono." The girl said, as Leo raised his cup. "You have to hold your pinkie out." She said, in a clam tone. She was teaching the strange guest how to properly drink tea.

Leo looked at his hands. "Ummm...I don't really have a pinkie." He said. But he stuck out the last finger that made it seem like he was holding out the pinkie.

Actually, Leo was enjoying this.

The girl was amazed at this creature. "Are there other talking turtles like you?" She asked, hoping he'd say yes.

"Nope, uh uh. Heh." Leo lied. "Just me, Mr. Imaginary Turtle!" Leo smiled and held out his teacup, winking at the little girl.

Suddenly, the roof caved in.

Slash and Raph fell through and were still fighting.

"Leo!" Raph said, panting. "Having...teatime!?" Slash and Raph crashed through the wall, back to the outside.

"Um..." Leo said, not sure how to explain this. The small girl was amazingly patient and calm.

Leo grabbed the Mutagen canister. "Next time I'll bring the tea!" He smiled, waving goodbye to his newly made friend and jumping out the hole in the wall.

"Bye Mr. Turtle!" The little girl said, smiling and waving at him. She couldn't wait for their next tea party. He was much more interesting than any of her stuffed animals.

Leo wished he knew her name. She wasn't all bad.

...

Raph and Slash continued their fight, Slash had no weapons and grabbed Raph's Sai and threw them away.

Now they were even.

"Ha! It's over, Raphael." Slash said. "You lost."

But Raph knew he was wrong. He was just starting.

The battle commenced.

"A true warrior spirit!" Slash laughed. "We're the same, you and me."

"We are nothing alike!" Raph said, he grabbed at his sore shoulder. "You're pure evil!"

Slash just gave out a huge, angry roar.

He jumped back into the battle, hitting Raph here and there.

Any other person would've surely just surrendered by now, but Raphael was standing tall even after being hit so forcefully.

It was like he was made of iron.

But, Slash would prove to Raph that he was a true warrior, worthy of his friendship, that Raph didn't need anyone else.

That's when Leo jumped out to defend Raph.

"So what's with the new turtle?" Asked Leo.

"Long story." Said Raph. He gasped. "Look out!"

Leo was punched to the side by Slash.

Slash panted. "Been looking forward to that for a looooonggg time."

And for once in his life, Raph regretted having ever said anything mean about Leo to Spike.

"That's it!" Raph said. He pulled out a tiny knife. "It's over!"

"That's right Raph." Slash said. "We're not like the others. They're weak. We're powerful, unstoppable."

Raph just grabbed the masks and ribbons off of Slash's arm. He pushed Slash to the side.

And for once in his life, Slash was afraid. He was nearly directly over the edge of the rooftop.

Slash started screaming in fear.

Raph ran to him. "Spike!" He yelled.

And he was so close.

Slash had fallen over, but their hands were mere inches away.

"SPIKE!" Raph screamed. "No!"

And Slash fell all the way down, screaming.

But, then there was a huge 'Crack!' and the screaming stopped.

Raph couldn't bear to look. Then, everyone had gathered together.

The injured ones and Leo were all standing in front of Raph.

"You guys okay?" Asked Raph.

"Yeah." Donnie said. "Thanks to you."

"What happened to Spike?" Asked Mikey.

"That was Spike!?" Asked Leo.

"Fill you in, later dude." Zoey said.

"Is Spike okay?" Scarlett asked.

Raph hung his head.

Everyone made way to the rooftop edge.

"Um, what are we looking at?" Asked Zoey.

For, where once a turtle who was supposedly dead, was gone.

"He's gone!" Raph said. Part of him was slightly happy, the other was disappointed.

Scarlett put her hand on Raph's shoulder.

"He's still out there." Raph said. And everyone looked at the huge, full moon. "Somewhere." Raph added.

...

Back at the lair, after everyone's wounds were treated to, Mikey, Leo, and Donnie were laying their video games and were soon accompanied by Zoey and Tokei.

I was sitting by Raph, carefully swabbing his cuts clean.

Splinter came in, and put a hand on Raph's shoulder. "Raphael." He said. "Do you know what I do when I miss my loved ones from the past?"

"No." Raph said.

"I focus on the friends I am surrounded by in the present." Splinter said.

Raph looked up at them and smiled a bit.

"Thanks, Master Splinter." Raph said.

Splinter smiled and walked away.

I finished Raph's wounds and began to place bandages over them.

"You're really lucky, Raph." I said.

"What do you mean?" Raph asked me.

"You have the sweetest of brothers." I smiled.

I was cleaning up his chin. Raph looked at me, then smiled.

He stood up and walked to them, everyone was silent. "Sorry about Spike." Donnie said.

"Eh, it's okay." Raph said. "You guys aren't that bad to hang out with either."

"Group hug!" Tokei said, tackling Raph into a hug.

Everyone, including myself got into the group hug, and quickly retracted.

Going back to their game, Raph and I went back to sit down. I still wasn't completely done with his wounds.

I pulled out some surgical tape for his shell, which had a small crack in it.

"Thanks, by the way." I said.

"For what?" Asked Raph.

"For, helping us out. For saving our lives." I said.

We looked each other in the eye, my heart beat and I blushed, looking away.

I glanced at him again. "You're my hero." I smiled, and leaned forward.

Raph didn't move. I was getting closer and closer.

I bet Raph was nervous.

But, It was okay, I gave him a small kiss on his hurt cheek.

"Hey!" Mikey said, turning around. "Look at those two!"

I got red in the face, and retracted myself. I was super nervous. They saw.

Then, Zoey and Mikey started singing.

"Raph and Scarlett, sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G. First comes love, then comes marriage,"

Zoey snag the last part as a solo. "Then comes a whole lotta babies!"

"That's it!" Raph said, and attacked them in a frenzy.

I laughed.

So, things were back to normal.

But, my heart still beat.

Almost.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! That's so cute! Sometimes I surprise myself. Anyway, I was super happy making this chapter because I was working with an episode I really loved and working with the characters was so much fun. Especially the tea girl and that silly rhyme in the end. It was fun to work with Slash and Raph and Leo because those are more or less my three favorite characters in the show. And, the other day I was on Nick's website, and TMNT had been nominated for Best Cartoon at the Kids Choice Awards on the 28th. I voted for them about a hundred times, so let's hope they win! And I took a quiz and if I were any one of the turtles, I'd be Leo! Yeah! Makes sense, Leo's my favorite turtle! So, as for future chapters, I'm working on what the next chapter will contain, either an episode or an original story. but, it's all good. Tomorrow's my birthday, so I might not write tomorrow but I hope you enjoyed this little slither of fun and I hope you guys review! (Also, any typos and things, must be excused because I was so excited while making this chapter that I kept misspelling. And I may have been missing a bit of dialogue. But I blame the bad quality of the episode where I was watching it!)

Bye! ;)
