"Ella slow down baby!" Derek called to our almost two year old daughter as she ran as fast as her little legs could carry her towards the playground. Derek and myself followed at a distance. I was moving kind of slow today, I blamed it on my already swollen ankles. I was only eleven weeks, but I was still bigger than usual. My back already hurt more often than usual, Naomi was really worried about how I would be able to hold up when I got larger and closer to my due date. Honestly I was worried too. I plopped down finally on a bench near the slide that Ella loved. Derek smiled and sat down next to me. Neither of us dared to take our eyes off Ella even if she was playing with Amelia and Mark. They were pushing her in the swing right now.

"I don't know how we're going to do this." I remarked and glanced over at Derek. He frowned and meet my gaze.

"What makes you say that?" He asked.

"I'm exhausted beyond belief and miserable already, I'm only eleven weeks. Imagine how I'll feel when I'm thirty two weeks." I told him seriously. Derek smiled and wrapped his arm around my shoulders, pulling me in closer a little. I smiled and rested my head on his shoulders.

"Everything is going to be okay Ad. I promise." Derek assured me. I sighed and closed my eyes tight, making sure to take slow deep breaths. I hated how anxious I was during this pregnancy. I knew that anxiety wasn't uncommon in pregnancies, but as an OB I never thought that it would happen to me. Derek gently rubbed my back comfortingly and I felt myself almost falling asleep. "Ad, wake up baby. Callie and Arizona are here." Derek told me quietly. I sighed and opened my eyes. Callie and Arizona were walking toward us hand in hand. I smiled and waved at them and they waved back. Before they could get any closer Ella was attacking Callie with hugs. Arizona smiled and kept walking toward us while Callie bent down to pick Ella up. Arizona sat down next to me and offered me a one arm hug. I smiled and leaned in to the hug.

"How are you holding up Addie?" Arizona asked. I shrugged.

"I'm holding on. I'm just tired and kind of miserable." I confessed. Arizona smiled sympathetically.

"You look like you're having a hard time, and you just seem so tired at work." Arizona told me concerned. I nodded.

"You've got me spot on." I told her. Arizona grinned and gave me another hug.

"Hang in there Addie. They will be worth every pain." Arizona promised and pulled out of the hug. I smiled and nodded.

"I just wish I didn't feel so tired all the time." I confessed. Callie smiled and sat down on the other side of Arizona with Ella sitting on her hip and playing with her hair.

"Aun Cawie. Pwetty hare." Ella remarked and started curling Callie's hair around her finger. Callie smiled.

"Well thank you Miss Ellabug. You have pretty red hair like your mommy." Callie told Ella and tucked a piece of hair behind Ella's ear.

"You're so good with her Callie, she just adores you." Derek remarked. Callie smiled widely.

"I love it." Callie admitted. "I want my own." She added. Arizona smiled at Callie.

"Do you want to tell them or should I?" Arizona asked. Callie smiled.

"Arizona and I are trying to have a baby." Callie announced.

"Oh wow, like who's egg?" I asked. Callie smiled.

"Arizona and I decided that I would carry the first one." Callie answered. Derek looked slightly confused.

"But, you two aren't even married." He stated, with confusion in his voice.

"Oh yeah, that's the other thing. We got engaged last night." Arizona announced and showed me her ring. I gasped and took her hand in mine to get a closer look. The ring was simple but absolutely gorgeous. It only had one diamond but it was set so beautifully on a silver band.

"Wow, that's awesome." I gushed. Callie and Arizona exchanged cheesy smiles of pure joy. Derek just smiled and shook his head. I could tell that they were truly in love. I knew they would be excellent parents and Callie would be over the moon to have a child of her own. "I really hope everything works out for you two." I told them. Callie smiled and pulled Ella in for a tight hug.

"Maybe I should just take your kid." Callie joked. I smiled and shook my head.

"No, I'm sorry Cal. But Ellabug is mine." I told her firmly. Ella smiled a toothy grin at me. I smiled and waved back. Derek grinned at the exchange and pulled me back into his side. He kissed me gently on the top of my head and then ran his fingers through my hair gently. I smiled at the gesture and closed my eyes again.

"Look Addie, you're obviously exhausted. Why don't you let us take Ella for the night so you can get some rest? You need it honey." Callie offered. I nodded slowly.

"Thank you. That would mean a lot." Derek answered for me.

"Anytime." Arizona promised. I smiled a little wider and took a long, deep breath. I opened my eyes again and sat up straighter.

"Have you guys started treatments yet?" I asked Callie and Arizona seriously. Callie smiled, no matter how bad I was feeling, she knew I loved work.

"We started yesterday. It's as awful as I thought it would be." Callie confessed. I smiled.

"Yeah, I don't like giving the shots to my patients, so I'm sure that they aren't fun to receive either." I joked lightly. Callie smiled and rolled her eyes slightly.

"It'll be worth all the needle sticks and pricks once I have my own little Ellabug." Callie decided. I smiled and nodded.

"Yeah, but please don't actually name her Ella." I joked. Callie shook her head and laughed lightly.

"Even when you feel like crap, you know a good comeback." Arizona mused. I smiled and nodded.

"That's why I love her." Derek answered and kissed me gently on the cheek.
