Author's Note: Hey guys just to tell you sorry for this terrible inconvenience but great news! I have a new iPod touch and I am back in business, so bear with me here because I'm not dead! Chapter 37

The Factory/Manor Skirmish

Previously in the last 2 chapters:

VALE infiltrated Ginny's games and had put her in the hospital with a tampered bludger, but not before Harry, Kingsley, and their team of wizards and detectives making some arrests. While Harry almost lost it in the hospital after finding out that Lucius Malfoy may be the leader of VALE, Ron stepped in and took point of this operation leaving Harry to tend to Ginny. Upon finding Draco, they learned that his father wasn't the one who attacked Ginny. And after saving his girlfriend and his family, Ron and Hermione found out from Kingsley's head auror Jason and three of Lio's buddies that they found out VALE's secret base and are there waiting for the entire auror/detective department to regroup and infiltrate. Back at the hospital, Harry was about to go home with Ginny who was all cleared and fully healed until Timothy showed up telling Harry that Salemir Greyback, Fenrir's long lost brother was the leader of the group and had taken over because he had his sights set on Hermione for revenge. While Ginny was hearing all of this, she apparated out of the hospital leaving Harry and Timothy wondering where Ginny could have gone to.

Outside VALE base

Kingsley and Jason along with everybody who was tracking the whereabouts of either a VALE member or the Malfoys were there as Aurors tried to take down the protective enchantments, Kingsley was adressing the situation.

"Listen up Aurors, Detectives, the people in there will try to kill you. it is in your best interest not to get killed. You are our finest group of peace keepers who have been trained to serve justice to those who dare to interrupt it. Once we get in, keep your instincts sharp and your weapons at the ready. And to our volunteers: it is with great honor for those who been an Auror before to come back to help us put an end to this monstrosity. And for those who weren't, you know you are doing our Country proud as well as yours."

The Aurors had finally finished clearing the spells and luckily they had put the no escape spell on the factory and the entire ministry had went in carefully unbeknownst to the group there was a lone VALE member who saw them enter but instead of warning VALE, he left out leaving the fate of VALE unknown to that person.

Meanwhile inside, Wade was still carrying a bloodied Raymond to the group and Salemir who closely resembled Fenrir but has black hair instead of grey. Other Vale Members stared at Raymond like he's a lost soul and on Salemir's face he could tell he wasn't pleased. Raymond was placed in the middle of the main floor before Wade took his place near Salemir as his right hand man.

"Well?" Salemir asked.

"I've been thwarted. By Muggles and Aurors." Raymond said.

"And all 4 of them survived too. You failed again, miserably. And I do not tolerate failures!"

"Sir."

"You said enough. Since you are already bleeding in both arms I should find it soothing to help the bleeding."

"How?"

After Raymond asked that, Salemir did a slashing movement with his wand and 2 seconds after that Raymond had a huge slash on his body with the blood coming out and in a good 30 seconds after he was dead.

"Let this be a lesson to all of you if ever you dare defy me or fail. Before I came along you were training to be better by attacking the weak. But when I took over you guys were stronger than ever! And as for Harry Potter? So we heard he took out Voldemort, even though he did that, he's not invincible. If he could take down a Dark Lord, we together can take him. Even if it has to take all of us to die to do that."

As Salemir kept on with his speech to the VALE members Kingsley, Ron, Hermione, and the group were prepared to enter and Infiltrate.

Meanwhile back at the Hospital, Harry and Timothy were still searching for Ginny to see if she was still around but she still was nowhere to be found.

"Ginny, where could you be?" Harry asked which was more to himself than Timothy.

"Harry, you wouldn't think she'd be at home would you?"

"Could be, I mean I left her wand there. Or maybe she could be at our parents."

"Okay so what should we do?"

"Timothy, you warn my family about Ginny if she's not there I'll go check on my Manor."

"All right. And Harry?"

"Yes?"

"I hope you find your wife."

"Thanks."

As they left the hospital. They had split up to see where Ginny was. Timothy had got to the burrow where Molly and Arthur was relaxing also there was Bill and Fluer and George and Angelina there as well. Timothy came to the house and knocked on the door, Arthur was there to answer it.

"Hello there, Who are you?"

"I'm Timothy Haldoway one of Harry Potter's Coworkers and friends. It's of urgency, but is your daughter Ginny here."

"No, she hasn't been here since she married Harry. Just what is going on?"

"We are putting a close to VALE and Fenrir's lost brother Salemir was the new mastermind of the entire organization. It used to be a guy named Phillip. Anyway Salemir's reason was to redirect everybody so they could leave them blind for his ultimate target of Hermione Granger."

Suddenly Fred and Bill got up and went to Timothy.

"But what does this have to do with Ginny?" Bill asked.

"I can only fear he might redirect if he fails to get Hermione. She left out of the hospital without us knowing she apparated out."

"Why?" Molly asked.

"She might have overheard me and Harry talking about Salemir."

"And she just got out of an injury!"

"Where's Harry?" Fluer asked.

"Back at his manor to find out if Ginny went there if she was not here."

"Well let us floo to Harry's manor." Angelina said. And they had left to go to Potter Manor.

Meanwhile back at the Factory, they were still waiting until somebody within the ministry made a cough which was loud enough for Salemir to do a spell.

"Factorium Revelio!"

And as suspected the Ministry was waiting.

"Let's move!" Kingsley said as they all ran in and fought the members of VALE. Other members tried escaping until they realized that the no escape spell was cast and as predicted, the VALE members did cast out killing curses not realizing that now they were tabooed but it didn't matter knowing that they were fighting for their freedom but for some their lives as well connecting it with their freedom.

"Miles, Jack, Ned! Stay close and keep sharp eyes out!" Lio said.

"Sure let's do this." Miles replied and they began to shoot at VALE members who mainly focused on the ones that were battling the others. And slowly, but one-by-one, they were stunning them. But they also had to dodge the blows of the Wizards and Witches' spells. As they were fighting, they had simply picked out VALE members one by one. Meanwhile Salemir along with 7 others got to an upper area looking down at the people who were battling. He decided to shoot a spell at Ron in which he dodged he then proceeded to look up and see Salemir who was smiling and Ron began to chase after him. While Ron was running Hermione was chasing after Ron, and 8 other Aurors followed them between corridors each Auror was being picked off. Until Ron and Hermione was left Ron went in first as Hermione waited outside. Ron looked and looked until he saw Salemir at another floor near a furnace but quickly dropped to Ron's level.

"So this is the one who would dare challenge me." Salemir said in which it was an insult.

"If I can recall, you shot at me. And just who in the hell are you?"

"Like I would tell you my name."

"Well you will be telling me where Phillip is, and you yourself will be coming as well for attacking the innocent."

Salemir began to laugh

"Well that fool Phillip is a VALE defect as I am now in charge. And suppose if I don't want to?"

"You will be going with us one way or another."

"And I suppose a weak blood-traitor like you Weasley is going to make me?"

Hermione angered at this decided to show up and shoot a spell at Salemir.

"Watch what you call my husband, freak!"

"Suddenly Ron shot a stunning spell at Salemir in which Salemir shielded, but the force knocked him off his feet. Once Salemir got up he became angry and fired at Ron and Hermione. And the duel had got underway.

Meanwhile at the Potter Manor Phillip was sneaking in and was trying to see who was around. He kept traveling around until Kreacher and Kamira. Saw Phillip and started to shoot a spell him. Phillip saw the two Elves, and shot back at them.

"Stranger! You have no business in my master and mistress' house." Kreacher shouted.

"And what do you know? You're just helpless elves."

Kreacher got angry and shot a blast that got Phillip good. To the point where Phillip apparated from one place to another out of Kreacher's view and shot a powerful spell at Kreacher. Sending him to a wall hard as he laid down.

"Kreacher!" Kamira shouted as she ran to his aid and shielded herself between Kreacher and Phillip who has his wand pointed. But before he could conjure a spell he felt stunned as someone shot a spell at him when he turned around it was in fact Ginny. Ginny did indeed hear Harry and Timothy and apparated there to get her wand. Phillip turned around and saw the red-heated red-headed Potter female.

"They were right. You do not belong here."

"Oh look, another weakling. And it's a witch."

"Have you forgotten who I am or do you really don't know who you're dealing with?"

"Remind me... Witch."

"This is Potter Manor home of the infamous Harry James Potter. And I'm his wife... Ginevra Molly Potter!"

And suddenly she casted her signature Bat-Bogey hex on Phillip and shot the stunning spell again and again. Phillip got mad but he just stood there.

"I know who you are. I was insulting you but it seems that insult backfired. A mistake that will not stand."

And with that Ginny and Phillip began to battle pretty much destroying parts of her and Harry's home in the process with Kreacher and Kamira escaping. Elsewhere the Weasley family were just now flooing in the house and saw the debris everywhere, and Harry just now arrive inside the manor getting to the front door with Timothy seconds behind him. As they all saw the damaged house they heard faint shouts and went there. Somehow Ginny and Phillip were battling floors higher. Ginny was still okay but she was suddenly exhausted and Phillip was almost halfway exhausted. But in a fast and wild movement he shot a stunning spell at Ginny in which Ginny shielded but exhausted and the force knocked her back and over the railing and Ginny began to fall.

"Ginny!" All of them yelled but Harry was quick to shout after calling her name.

"Arresto Momentum!"

Ginny stopped in the air just before she could hit the ground but before she could hit the ground, Harry caught her.

"Harry..."

"Oh Ginny."

Harry and Ginny hugged each other quickly. Back up the upper level, Phillip had a look that knows he messed up bad, unfortunately the next thing that happened after was he got blasted by a powerful spell and it was Kamira who came back to avenge her husband. The blast has sent Phillip flying breaking the glass heading outside. Harry and the others saw Kamira but then left out to go where Phillip landed. Phillip was laying down barely moving as he had a hard landing he was hurt bad and a little bloodied Harry was about to shoot a spell at him but Phillip spoke up.

"Wait..."

"What now? You are still going to Azkaban."

"After what I'm about to tell you, I don't care what happens to me, I'm a goner anyways, and my friends will be in Azkaban or gone by now."

"And why are you a goner?"

"Because of Salemir. He took over my organization for the wrong reason."

"To go after Hermione."

"But I know where his place is."

"Where?"

"On a remote island just beyond Dumbledore's grave at Black Lake."

Suddenly Phillip was becoming white plaided.

"Phillip?"

"Like I said, I was a goner When Salemir forced me to promise him not to reveal his house to anyone. I used the reverse mind charm but he got lucky and used the reverse mind charm as well."

"Phillip..."

"Harry you shouldn't feel bad about me. Back at the manor I only wanted to duel you but only got to Ginny and the Elves. When I shot that spell I did not know it was going to blast Ginny back over the railing. Though it was not my intention to kill her."

"But she went over anyway just be lucky I was there to save her."

"Bad choice of words Harry." Salemir said as now he was almost plaided to it full extent. "But anyways they should still be at the factory that your friends and fellow workers found, you can still join in. Just let my purpose be known to Salemir as you take him down."

"And what would that purpose be?"

"That I hated Salemir, and that I wanted him dead."

And soon enough Phillip was now completely white plaided and died after a short time. Ginny came to Harry and held him close. While the rest had got close as well.

"Remind me to tell Kingsley to ban unbreakable vows from now on." Harry said.

"Harry don't even mention it I was going to do the same thing. Before what you told me about the last time you came across something like this. And before you go any further Harry, I do not want to hear the words: "stay here." As you already saw what had almost happened to me."

"At this point I couldn't agree. Especially if Salemir was to go after you after that."

There was about to be protest but knowing that they could go on to Ginny about them losing her they forgot that they indeed have Ron and Hermione to help so the entire group headed to the factory.

Back at the factory Ron and Hermione was still fighting Salemir, stunning him until was down completely. Ron and Hermione got close ready to stun him until again to knock him out until Salemir spoke up.

"That's one sexy murderous wife you got there."

"My wife's not a murderer!" Ron yelled.

"Yes she is, she killed my brother!"

"And how can we know that?" Ron asked. "You were too high and mighty to even mention your name." Ron was about to shoot the stunning spell, he had his wand pointed at him.

"Fenrir Greyback, does that ring a bell?"

Ron and Hermione remembered then from Kingsley that he heard from Harry, to watch out for Salemir. They just now figured out that the one they were fighting was Salemir.

"So you're Salemir." Ron said. "Funny."

"I didn't know he had a brother." Hermione added in a sarcastic voice.

"Well surprise. And you will pay dearly for the life of my brother!"

"Because he killed a classmate of mine. It was an act of self defense." Hermione said

"Call it what you will, but I'll be sure to wreak my revenge."

"Where you're going, you won't have the time to."

But before Ron or Hermione could stun him Salemir Shouted a spell.

"Lumus Solem!"

The spell shot sunlight and both Ron and Hermione were both blinded but before he could do more damage he saw a few more Aurors and Kingsley.

"Bombarda Maxima!"

He shot the spells at different places especially at the entrance where Kingsley and the Aurors were. They quickly dodged out of the way. The place started to collapse and Ron and Hermione held onto each other until Ron got stunned making him fall.

"Ron? Ron!"

"Don't worry, I'm here... Just hold onto me... And stay close."

The rest were escaping in other places everybody was leaving especially the Detectives until a small piece pf but Kingsley went back for Ron. Kingsley got a hold of Ron's arm and carried him out of the flame rubbled room. But in the midst of escaping, Ron lost Kingsley and tried running to an exit. Elsewhere in other places ceilings collapsed and part of the debris got Ned on the back making him fall.

"Ned!" Jack called as he went back and got to him but Ned was still unconscious. "Miles! Lio! Help! Anybody!"

A couple of Aurors and Detectives came to Jack and Ned's aid as they carried Ned out of here. Other places were on fire and everybody were still escaping. VALE members who got out were ambushed by remaining Aurors and Detectives. The other Aurors from inside had them at wandpoint. Once they all were arrested, They were taken to Azkaban. Lio, Cho, Miles, and Jack had taken Ned to the hospital. And Harry, Ginny, and the rest of the Weasley family, finally got to the place just when Kingsley got out.

"What has happened?" Harry asked.

"Where's Ron?" Ginny asked as well. Kingsley looked back and saw an explosion in a place which was where they were when Ron, Hermione, and Salemir were.

No. Kingsley and Harry thought as they saw the place still burning.

Days later it was a relief to see Ron and Hermione okay as they escaped from the other exit but Ron and Hermione had to go to her parents' time share because as long as Salemir was still out there, he would not stop until he gets to Hermione and Noticing Salemir would do any and everything to draw Hermione to him, Ron also had to be off radar. Also whenever he would turn to human for he becomes trackable to Harry. Everything seemed normal like they were and Harry and Ginny left patronuses to keep in contact. Ron and Hermione were a bit sad to be away from family and friends, but they at least had each other. After making love in the night, They both went to sleep with smiles on their faces for they knew one day if not soon, or any day if it were for a long period that Salemir would be gone for good and they could have their old lives as well as their friends and families back.

Heeeh! Heeeh! Heeh! Heh! Heh! Heh! Heh! Heh! Heh! Heh! Heh! Haa! Ha! Ha! Ha! Haaaa! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!

Author's Note: Now what could have happened here? Not to worry guys I'm back and I'm here to stay so don't leave this story, there's more to come. In the meantime you can leave a review on what do you think has happened, no flames please on why I left this a cliffhanger but there were only 3 chapters out of 37 that I did a cliffhanger to.
