Following Lt. Commander Data's destruction aboard the Scimitar, an effort is begun to attempt to resurrect the android, using the memory downloads in B-4. This turns out to be easier said than done, and when all attempts have failed, Bruce Maddox turns to the one person who might be capable of bringing Data back: An accomplished holography programmer who is terminally ill.

I hope people enjoyed Data Recovery. It was an interesting experience to write it, since I'd never written any fan fiction before.

Due to requests, the story of Data, T'Mera, B-4 and Emily continues on in Wayward Son.
