A/N: A HUGE thank you to everyone who is still following the story. I love you all! After writing three different outcomes for this chapter, I finally got the perfect one for you guys. I guess the third time is the charm! Enjoy. Review.

Roman stood next to her. One arm wrapped around her shoulders, holding her upright and the other holding onto her hand. He winced slightly as her grip on his hand tightened some. With her teeth gritted and her other hand gripping the bed rail, Ava pushed herself forward, a loud scream emanating from her.

"I need you to keep pushing, Ava." Dr. Moore coached. "I'm starting to see the top of his head."

"Keep pushing, baby." Roman whispered in her ear. "Come on, you can do this."

She glared at Roman and then turned her attention back to her doctor. Ava tightened her grip on his hand and pushed once more.

"Good, good, Ava." Dr. Moore looked up at her. "His head and shoulders are out. I need one more solid push from you."

Ava looked down at the doctor and then looked at Roman again. "You're never touching me again! You so much as ask me, I'm going to kill you!"

Roman shrugged her words off and urged her to lean forward again. He held onto her tightly as she pushed one more time. One more groan came from Ava and then the sounds of the baby crying filled the room.

"It's a boy!" Dr. Moore announced, holding the newborn baby up. "Congratulations!"

Roman's eyes widened in awe and then he turned to look at Ava, who was just as awed as he was. He leaned down and pressed his lips against hers. He broke the kiss and then pressed his forehead to hers. "I love you, baby. Thank you."

"Would you like to cut the umbilical cord?" Dr. Moore asked.

He moved away from Ava and nodded his head. He took the scissors from the nurse and within seconds had it cut. Shortly after that, they had the baby cleaned up and weighed and brought over to the new parents.

Ava took the baby in her arms and smiled down at him. "Hey, sweetie." She smiled down at her fussing baby. "Its okay. Mommy and Daddy, are here. We aren't going to let anything hurt you."

Roman looked down at his son. Only a few short minutes old and he was already in love with him. Everything about this little boy was perfect and he couldn't help but smile at the thought that he had a help in creating him.

"Only five minutes old and he's already roaring like you do in the ring." Ava laughed. "I guess it's genetic."

Roman just shook his head. "We're in trouble."

"Maybe." She leaned down and pressed a quick kiss to the baby's forehead. "He already looks exactly like you."

"Can I hold him?"

Ava nodded and slowly passed the baby into Roman's waiting arms. She watched as he cradled the baby and cooed down at him. She giggled when Roman did and started laughing when Roman made some stupid face to make the baby laugh.

"I can't get over it." Roman said walking back to Ava. "I can't believe he's finally here."

"I can't either." Ava said, taking him back into her arms. "I can't get over how much he looks like you already."

Roman laughed at her remark. The baby was going to change as his features developed.

"Mommy, Daddy, I'm sorry to interrupt." A nurse said smiling at the new family. "But we have to get the little one into the nursery. Once we have you settled into your room, we're going to bring him to you for his first feeding."

"How long until I'm moved to another room?"

"It should be just a few more minutes." The nursed said, taking the baby from Ava. "I'll bring him to your room shortly."

When she was gone, Roman turned to Ava and took her hand in his. He carefully leaned down and gently kissed her lips. "I love you."

"I love you, too."

"Roman, what are we going to name him?"Ava asked, looking at her son fast asleep in his plastic bassinet. "We can't leave him without a name."

"I thought we decided on Noah."

Ava chewed on the inside of cheek and thought about the name a little more. Sure, before he was born, she had wanted to name him Noah. But now that she had seen him and heard how loud he was, maybe Noah wasn't the best name for him.

"He needs something stronger. With the way he screams, he needs a stronger name. I know he was just born, but I already know this little guy is going to be a tough one. With that being said, we need a different name."

With a smile on his face, Roman walked over to the bed and sat down at the end of the bed. He rested a hand on her leg and absentmindedly started running his hand up and down her leg. He stared over at his newborn son as he contemplated a name for him.

"Kaden?" Roman glanced at her and laughed at her facial expression. "Okay, Kaden is a no."

"No, its not that I don't like the name." She admitted, then looked at her son again. "He doesn't look like a Kaden to me."

"Then what does he look like?" He asked, raising his eyebrow. "I don't want my son going through some identity crisis right out of your.."

"Don't you dare, finish that sentence." Ava interrupted him, her eyes wide. "We have to watch our mouths around him."

Here it was only an hour after he was born and she was already worrying about every little thing concerning him. Be it what they said or how clean the hospital bassinet was, she was concerned. Roman couldn't help but chuckle.

"Its not funny, Roman." She protested, pouting a bit. "We have to be careful around him."

"I wonder if you'll be singing this same tune when we have our next kid."

"We haven't even brought him home yet and you're already planning our next kid?" Ava laughed.

"There's always enough tequila for us to end up here again." He joked.

"What tequila?" She teased. "Your pull out game is weak!"

"AVA!" Roman exclaimed, looking towards the baby and then at her. "Be mindful of him."

"Oh and I'm the neurotic one."Ava smirked. "We're getting off topic here. What are we going to name this little guy?"

"You shot down my pick." He sighed. "It's your turn."

Ava scooted herself up the hospital bed a bit and then hummed to herself as she thought of a name for her little guy. She thought back to all the names she had been thinking of since she and Roman had decided to keep the baby, and now she either didn't like the names or couldn't remember most of them.

"Axel?"

Roman scrunched up his face in disgust. "Did you give birth to the frontman of Guns 'N' Roses?"

The two sighed and then for the millionth time looked at their sleeping baby. Much like Ava had hoped, the baby had inherited Roman's skin tone and his black hair. He had inherited her eyes and mouth. He really was a beautiful baby with a tough grit to him already. Somehow, she felt nothing could match up to his appearance.

"Axel is out." She sighed. "I can't even think of the names we thought of before Noah."

Before Roman could respond, his parents walked in. Patricia walking in ahead of Sika with an 'Its a boy' balloon and a bouquet of red roses. Sika followed behind, grumbling for her to walk faster so that he can see his grandson.

"For someone who was in a such a hurry to get me so we can see him, you're walking mighty slow, Patricia." He grumbled, as he finally entered the room. "She called me as soon as she got word of the baby's arrival and then took her sweet time coming for me and then leaving the house."

"I wanted them to have some time alone before we started crowding them." Patricia said, undaunted by her husband's words. She set the bouquet and balloon down and then walked over to her grandson. She smiled down at him as she adjusted his blanket some. "He is a beautiful baby." Patricia said, looking at the new parents. "Congratulations."

"What did you the name the little guy?" Sika asked, moving over to the baby after Patricia moved.

"We were still deciding that before you guys walked in." Ava admitted, after Patricia broke their hug. "We're having a hard time of it."

"I thought you decided on Noah." Patricia said, sitting down in the vacant chair next to Ava's bed. "That's a beautiful name."

"Ava decided he doesn't look like a Noah." Roman got up and walked over to his dad. He smiled when he looked down and saw that he was awake. He gently picked his son up and cradled him in his arms. "I think I agree."

"His wails are too strong for him to be named Noah." Ava smiled at the sight of Roman holding the baby. "As soon as we were settled into the room, he started screaming, demanding to be fed."

Patricia couldn't help but smile. She remembered telling Ava a similar story about Roman when he was born. She couldn't help but feel like some things had a way of repeating themselves.

"Sounds like a certain someone in this room." The older woman laughed.

"Leave me out of this." Sika said, half serious.

"Not you, you idiot." Patricia shook her head. "You see this?" She nodded towards Roman and Sika. "Its genetic, honey."

"I got the feeling while I was pregnant with him." Ava laughed. "I couldn't even tell you how many times a day I ate when I was pregnant with him."

"Him, him. The baby, the baby. Little guy, little guy." Roman rattled off, a small smile on his face. "How about we get you a name, little guy?"

The baby cooed loudly, his one tiny freed fist shaking in the air, sending the adults into a small fit of laughter.

"Yeah, you tell your silly Mommy to hurry and decide."

Ava rolled her eyes. "You're an idiot."

"But I'm yours." Roman looked over at her. "So what's it going to be, Mommy?"

She tilted her head to the side and stared intently at Roman and the baby. It seemed she couldn't stop staring at them two of them, noting how tiny the baby looked in his arms. The baby by no stretch was small. He weighed in at a little over nine pounds and was eighteen inches long.

"Ava?"

"I have the perfect name." She said, adjusting herself in her bed some.

"Yeah?" Roman asked, walking over to her. "What's that?"

She took the baby into her arms and gently placed a kiss on his cheek. "Hi, sweetie." She mumbled. "There are going to be a lot of things you're going to hear about us waiting for you to get here. Some of it good and some of it bad. But let me tell you something right now, we never loved you any less. If anything, it made us love you even more. No matter how old you get and how many brothers and sisters may follow, you're always going to be my little boy and your dad's champ. Because if it weren't for you, we wouldn't be here today."

He stood in place and listened as she whispered to their son. Draping one arm across the top of her bed, he leaned forward and kissed Ava on top of her head and then gently ran his free hand across the baby's head.

"Jackson Sika Roman Reigns."

"I love it." Roman smiled.

"Really?" Sika piped up, his eyes shining with tears.

"Do you want to hold him?" Ava asked, looking over at Sika.

He nodded and moved over to the bed and took the baby from her. "Hi, buddy. I'm your grandpa."

Ava smiled through the tears she felt welling up in her eyes. If there was ever a beautiful sight, it was the one she was looking out at right that moment. Roman off to her side, his lips close to her ear, telling her how much he loved her and Jackson. Right in front of her, she took in the sight of two loving, doting grandparents. She finally had the family she had always wanted.

Yeah, she was feeling great.

A/N: We're getting closer to the end.
