About 5 minutes later Sheila and Gerald arrived home in shock too fearing what they'd see and also at that moment Stan desided to visit and he seen all the camotion and Mrs Edith being now led out to a waiting ambulance that had pulled up and she had a large dressing on her face and Kyle in another ambulance with bandages round his wrists and his parents were talking to the police with Ike as Ike had raised the alarm

At the hospital Kyle sat in the treatment room with his parents as Ike had been dropped off at a family freind and police wanted to talk to him later but Ike had already spoke to the police about everything he'd seen and why Kyle may have done it and all the trauma Kyle had sufferd in the past

Meanwhile Kyle now needed Stiches to part of his wrists but luckily the cuts weren't too deep even though what Kyle did was totally wrong and Mrs Edith needed surgery to repair her face but luckily she didn't press charges she said that Kyle was emotionally stressed and normally he was a sweet kind caring boy but he'd been through so much and almost died himself and really it's pity and help he should get so once again after being treated Kyle was again transferred back to the mentle hospital for his own safety and to get help

Also in that hospital they would try and get Kyle to talk again and eating normaly as he still wasent eating right and very painfully thin and thise time he'd be staying for a very long time by the looks of it

Dr what is wrong with poor Kyle thise is so unlike him Gerald said the next day at the hospital

Well what is obvious he is still in very deep trauma from what happend to him only he knows what went on we will never really know the horrors of what he sufferd the dr said but something has changed again to make him snap like that I don't know what has caused it now you both said that Kyle was a normal boy before all thise happend the Dr added

Yes of course he was he was a kind caring gentle boy very popular at school hard worker top A+ studiant with hopes of going onto university and also he loved Mrs Edith like a grandmother she's known him since he was about a year old she moved here with her Husband he sadly died about 7 years ago but she treated kyle like a grandson she loved him to bits shed knit him sweaters make him candy he could eat as one of her kids is diabetic like Kyle and she babysat Kyle hundreds of times in the past Kyle loved her he'd climb onto her knee for a story and a hug he loved her reading stories to him. Well iv read up on Kyles medical notes from his past and thise seems very unlike him but trauma can do a lot of things to a person and that is what Kyle is suffering from shure we can fix the scars on his face but can we fix the emotional ones that's a different story but acting like thise seems to be his way of coping he's gone into his own world I'm afraid where no one can reach him the dr added Yes we know all that but attacking a freind like that that's not my little Bubba at all Sheila said

Well thise might sound strange but maybe Kyle thought she was a threat to him for some reason Out to hurt him but as I said no one knows what's going on in Kyles mind but Kyle and I'm guessing the poor child's mind will be pretty messed up just now the dr said sighing

So will he ever get over it and return to his old self that's all we want Gerald asked

Well again it's hard to say he may in time return to normal or iam afraid he may be lost to us forever but I promise we will help him the best way we can and we will also give him counciling therapy and also we can arrange for him to have more surgery to remove the bad scarring from his face so maybe if he sees if he has a close to normal appearance that will maybe help heal him but im afraid it will be a very long prosesse the dr said sighing

Well one were prepared to take we will do anything. To get Kyle back wept Sheila as Gerald rubbed her back

In a side room Kyle had been sedated again and he sat quietly on a bed with a hospital gown on and still not speaking and staring into space somehow he let a nurse change his clothes and put a name band on him

Hi their Kyle how are you doing sweetheart are you okay a chubby nurse said coming into the room shed seen Kyle before and got used to the scars and ignored them and she apeard jolly and freindly to him Oh your parents are outside in another room also I think they brought you presents seen them with some gift bags lucky you also isn't your birthday not soon how old will you be 11 wow long time since I was 11 the nurse laughed even my kids are older than you she laughed

Er we brought you some things from home and a few new things too we have a little freind to keep you company said Sheila putting a grey me to you bear on his night stand holding a heart saying Son on it also we brought you your new fleecy blanket and slippers plus some games and your DS and a few board games you can play with the nurses also I got some cookies you can eat and some comics Sheilla said placing everything on. The bottom of Kyles bed so he could see it but he didn't look at it Well their their when your ready in your own time hon said Sheila smilling

Hey maybe when your better son we will take you to see the new Adventures movie that's ment to be out later in the year think that's coming out in July you like the Adventures Sheila said now touching Kyles foot but he pulled it quickly out the way Sheila noticed thise but carried on talking to the boy er remeber the time at Halloweem you dressed as Thor Stan was Captin America Kenny was Ironman and Eric was the hulk but pepole called him a green Honey Boo Boo Gerald laughed
