I'm back at school *sigh* how depressing, but on the bright side, I have some ideas for this story so my writing won't be affected…I hope. Review! Chi x

Patricia's POV

I spent a good ten minutes, trying to find something decent to wear…as ridiculous as it sounds. In the end, I settled with a pair of jean shorts and a purple tank top, nothing special. After I got dressed I picked up my sun glasses and made sure to put on some sun lotion before leaving my room.

"Hey" I said as I spotted Eddie in the lobby, along with all of the other boys.

"Hey" He smiled kissing my cheek "Tell me, why do girls always take so long to get ready?" He mocked raising an eyebrow. I rolled my eyes.

"Oh please, you mean why do girls like Amber, take so long to get ready" I retorted.

"That's because girls like Amber actually care about their appearance" Amber spoke suddenly, entering the room with no warning "You can't rush perfection Patricia" She continued walking up to me and patting my head.

"That's because perfection doesn't exist" A voice said from behind me, I turned around to see Chi walking down the steps.

"Of course it does! For example Patricia's hair would look perfect if she curled it" She insisted, smiling. I shook my head at the thought, there is no way I'm letting Amber touch me.

"Uh no, don't even think about it" I frowned.

"Oh come on Yacker, it couldn't hurt just to try right?" Eddie teased. I narrowed my eyes at him, which made him laugh.

"Don't worry, the time with come Patricia, You just wait!" Amber said, skipping off. I groaned. Great.

"Good luck with that" Eddie smirked.

"One more word and I'll make sure that smirk of yours, ends up, up your arse" I warned. Eddie laughed and pretended to zip his lips closed and throw away the key.

"Okay dearies are you ready to go to the beach?" Trudy asked excitedly. The room erupted with cheers.

"Where's the taxi? I really need to put this stuff down" Alfie said, struggling to carry the picnic basket and beach items he had in his hands. Everyone looked towards Trudy in question but another voice spoke.

"Who said anything about a taxi?" Chi smiled innocently, holding up a pair of keys.

Chi brought us to her garage, which was filled with rows and rows of cars. The types of cars varying from road cars, to sports cars. Not that there was much of a difference anyway.

"Whoa! Is that a Mercedes SLS?" Eddie gasped, referring to the silver car in the corner of the room. A what? I thought. I looked towards Eddie with slight surprise, I didn't really take him for a car expert, he didn't seem like the type.

"Yup, my pride and joy" She stated proudly"I have two actually, I'll drive the blue one and you can drive the silver one if you'd-"

"Yes! A thousand times yes! Where are the keys?" He was bouncing on the balls of his feet with excitement, I laughed and so did Chi.

"I'll be right back" She said walking off. I turned to Eddie.

"I didn't take you for a Car fanatic" I said.

"There's actually a lot you don't know about me" He admitted shrugging lamely.

"Well then I guess I have a lot to catch up on" I said.

"Think fast!" Chi's voice rung in the air as a set of keys came flying towards Eddie's face. He caught the keys with ease and smirked at her attempt to catch him off guard.

"Impressive" she stated, getting her own set of keys before walking towards the blue car "Girls in this car and Boys in the silver one"

"See you on the other side" Eddie winked, before heading to the silver car. I stared at him before going the opposite direction to the blue car.

"Dibs on the front seat!" I announced childishly, running to the front door.

"Damn!" Joy cursed "I wanted that seat" I smiled cheekily; opening the front door and watching it lift up in front of my eyes.

"Whoa…that's pretty cool" I murmured in awe.

"I know right, now get in" Chi said. Oops, she wasn't supposed to hear that I thought.I hopped into the car and gingerly reached out to shut the door, only to touch thin air. I frowned.

"I got it" Chi said, pressing a button and before I knew it, the doors were lifting down. Well this was different. In England the most interesting cars you will see are convertibles.

"So what beach are we going to?" Amber asked "I hope it's a beach with lots of space"

The car purred as the engine turned on.

"Miami beach, yeah it's fairly spacious it's about twenty minutes from here, but we'll be there in five to ten minutes" Chi answered, putting her sun glasses on. I gave her a dubious look.

"Very realistic, there is no way we are going to get there that quickly" I said. Chi laughed as she revved the engine, the car growled in response.

"Oh please, my middle name is speed" She scoffed, revving the engine some more "Tighten your seatbelts girlies because you're about to have the ride of your life" Before I could ask what she meant by that, the car had already sped off.

"Whoa!" I exclaimed in surprise as I felt the car travelling at an immense speed, smooth but fast. So fast that looking outside the window made me feel dizzy. Then I saw a blue car speed ahead of us, followed by a blonde haired boy sticking his tongue. Oh, so that's how Eddie wants to play?

"Go faster! Eddie can't beat us!" I exclaimed to Chi.

"What?! No don't go faster are you trying to get us killed?!" I heard Joy yell from behind. Amber screamed.

"Already two steps ahead of you Trix" Chi answered stepping on the acceleration pedal harder. The car sped ahead and flew past the blue car. Chi and I cheered victoriously and, before I knew it, we were slowing down and pulling into the beach car park. We were silent as the car came to a stop.

"That…was awesome" I said, lying back in my chair.

"I told you it would be" Chi said, smiling.

"That was the most scared I have ever been in my life, get me out of here!" Amber shouted. Chi chuckled and pressed the button again, opening all of the doors. Amber and Joy scrambled out of the car, gasping for air.

"That was actually pretty fun" Mara said, surprisingly. Nina nodded in agreement before they stepped out of the car.

"We should definitely do that again" I said. Chi nodded before we both stepped out of the car. Just as the door closed behind me, the blue car parked next to us, I smirked preparing myself for Eddie's smartass comment. He stepped out of the car, smiling. I stepped towards him.

"Pretty impressive driving out there" He nodded, admitting defeat.

"I know" Chi said. "Did you expect anything less?" She asked cockily. I have to admit, I was taken aback by her cocky behaviour, but I liked it.

"I definitely didn't" Nicholas stepped in, winking. Chi laughed, but then stopped all of a sudden, straightening out her expression. I could see Joy at the corner of my eye, watching them.

"We should probably go and find a space now, we don't want the spaces to run out" Joy spoke up, her voice sounding edgy. I frowned, I know what she's doing.

"Well let's go then" Trudy said, motioning for us to follow her.

"Are you okay?" Eddie asked me. I nodded. The feeling of the sand going into my sandals was constant but I tried to ignore it.

"So what do you want to do today?" He asked taking my hand. I shrugged.

"I don't know, what we did during the summer I guess, just hang out" I said, removing my hand from Eddie's grasp to put my sun glasses on. We continued to walk, in a comfortable silence. I looked up at Eddie as he ran his free hand through his blonde hair. It actually made me notice the slight difference in his hair colour.

"What?" He asked looking down at me. I frowned, he had caught me staring at him…that's embarrassing. Regardless of the embarrassment I felt, I voiced my thoughts.

"Have you noticed your hair is lighter when you're in Miami?" I pointed out. He looked thoughtful, running his hand through his hair again before speaking.

"Not really, it must be the sun, why…do you like it?" he wiggled his eyebrows, cheekily. I laughed, lightly hitting him on the arm.

"Don't flatter yourself slimeball"

We found a space on the beach and sat down, laying a blanket on the sand.

Chi's POV

"Whoa Nick, that track was amazing!" I gushed.

"Thanks" He smiled, taking his mp3 player from my hand. I tried not to feel anything as our hand brushed against each other.

"When did you make it?" I asked, trying to distract myself.

"When I first got to Miami, I uh...had some time to kill" He shrugged "But it's not finished yet" I raised an eyebrow.

"What do you mean it's not finished yet? Jheeze what more do you need to add?"

"Well...I kind of need a vocalist" He smiled innocently. I narrowed my eyes.

"No"

"Oh come one Chi, you have a beautiful voice, help me out" He said, nudging me playfully. I felt myself start to smile, but didn't answer.

"Please?" He continued as his warm hazel eyes melted into mine. I closed my eyes, trying not to let his eyes influence my decision, and sighed.

"I'll think about it" I murmured in defeat.

"Yes!" He rejoiced. He was about to say something else but he was interrupted by a high voice.

"Hi!" She greeted Nick. Nick looked thoroughly taken aback by the greeting, and so was I. As far as I know she didn't know him, it was a bit strange for her to approach him in such a casual way.

"Hey?" He greeted awkwardly, in the form of a question. I almost laughed at how awkward he looked, cute but funny.

"I'm Joy" She said flashing him a charming smile "Will you come with me to get ice cream?" she asked batting her eye lashes.

"Uh sure" He turned to me "Do you mind?"

"Nah I'm good, go!" I insisted pushing him towards her.

"Okay, well I'll see you later then" He said getting up. Joy squealed and pulled him away from me and towards the ice cream van. For some reason, I found myself frowning at the sight.

Patricia's POV

After playing volleyball with Alfie and Jerome-where I 'accidentally' smacked the ball into Jerome 'parts'- Eddie and I walked off to be alone.

"You have a great aim Yacker" He laughed, referring to the incident with a Jerome. I smirked.

"I've had a lot of practice" I said. Eddie put his hands in his pockets awkwardly and his smile disappeared.

"He likes you, ya know" I kicked a rock along the sand as I walked.

"Well yeah, he has known me the longest, it would be weird for him to hate me for so many years" I said.

"No I mean he likes you" Eddie said. I kicked the rock too hard, it flew across the ground and landed five feet away. My eyes widened and I looked towards Eddie. No wonder he tried to break us up.

"So that's his reason for trying to break us up" I mused.

"Yeah" Eddie frowned, as if the idea of another guy liking me annoyed him.

"You can trust me…you know that right?" I asked, slightly hurt that I had to ask the question in the first place.

"Of course, I do trust you Yacker, but that doesn't necessarily mean I like the fact that he's attracted to you" He said. I shook my head and diverted my eyes to the sea, where I spotted a Jet Ski .

"Well it shouldn't matter because, I love you" I said kissing him "Now come with me, I have an idea" I said running towards the water.

"This is kind of crazy Yacker, stealing a Jet Ski ?" Eddie raised eyebrow. I smirked, taking two life jackets.

"It's not stealing it's borrowing, besides the owner left it on display, it would be foolish not to take it" I fought back.

"I don't-"

"Don't be a wuss, are you coming or not?" I asked, holding out a life jacket. He took it and put it on.

"I'm not a wuss" He stated, childishly, hopping on the Jet Ski "Well come on then"

I sat down behind him, wrapping my arms around his waist.

"You ready?"

"Let's go!" I shouted enthusiastically. Then the Jet Ski lurched forward, moving fast.

"Woo!" I screamed happily as the Jet Ski turned, water splashing on me in the process. I held on to Eddie tighter as the Jet Ski accelerated. I felt the wind blowing through my hair and I loved the feeling, I felt so light, so free. Eddie circled around what looked like a floating cone and headed back to the beach.

Once we returned the Jet Ski to where we found it, we decided to walk back to our house mates.

"That was awesome, I wish we could do it again" I said, as we walked back.

"We should!" He agreed. There was a moment of silence and I realised there was something I hadn't told him.

"I uh-need to tell you something" I said, looking down.

Eddie's POV

"I-uh need to tell you something" She said looking down. Oh no…this can't be good.

"Go on…" I said cautiously.

"I realised I missed something out, when I told about what happened…that night" she said awkwardly. I knew what she was talking about, she was talking about the night I came to check up on her, the day she freaked out on me. She's only going to be more freaked out when she realises it wasn't a nightmare, or her imagination.

"What is it?"

"I didn't hear it at the time, but I had a dream last night and it was the same thing that happened last time, only this time he said 'He always did get the chicks' I know it's a small detail and it was all probably a nightmare but-" She continued to talk, but I didn't hear.

I was frozen. It's official…and now I have to tell her.

"Patricia, it wasn't a nightmare" I interrupted her. She looked up at me, confused.

"What do you-"

"It was real, that thing you saw wasn't your imagination reflecting your worst fears, if anything it was reflecting mine" I said, my voice beginning to show panic.

"Eddie I don't understand" Patricia, exclaimed frantically.

"Remember a while ago, when I had that nightmare that almost got me killed? Remember how I was hesitant to mention what happened in the nightmare?" I asked, stopping in my tracks. Patricia nodded her head vigorously.

"That's because, Edward was in that nightmare and what I was trying to tell you before was that, in my nightmare, Edward turned evil…" I trailed off hoping she would understand what I was trying to tell her. Her eyes widened.

"So that means…"

"Yeah, the thing you saw wasn't your imagination it was Edward...and he's evil"

Patricia's POV

During the ride home, I was silent. I was still thinking about what Eddie had said. Somehow…Edward's soul had been set free, but at a price, and I was visited by him. I had met Eddie's dead twin brother…not really a good first impression if you ask me.

"Are you okay?" Chi asked. I snapped out of my trance to answer her.

"Yeah…just tired I guess" I mumbled, looking out of the window. We weren't going as fast as before but we arrived home in a short amount of time.

As soon as the door opened, I fled straight to me room. I was in no state to be around anybody right now, I needed to think. Only I didn't know I would be met with company in my room.

"Nice to see you again Princess"

That's right, my undeniably annoying cliff hangers are back! I'm sorry I didn't update yesterday, I got stuck, so to make it up to you, I wrote a long chapter for you guys. Just a couple of shout outs:

Gummy-bears28: Glad you liked the Peddie and in JASIP they went to the beach? Remember?

Khloe(guest): Well Jerome helped frame Eddie for cheating, and that led to Eddie running off and almost dying in the process so he didn't directly do anything to Eddie but because Jerome caused him to run off, Patricia blames him x
