I'm back with another chapter!

and what's up with the laser?

and will Momoko survive to see brick one last time?

Momoko open her mouth to speak but no words came out.

" This is what I need," Scot explained," this has all the answers."

" Oh my god," was all that came out of Momoko's mouth. Was Scot being for real, was he actually going to use a laser?

" Tie her up," Scot said as he walked over to the laser. The guards pulled Momoko towards the back and tied her hands up hard, Momoko could swear that she would get a really bad burn from it.

" Scot, you're not serious about this? A laser, that's just going to far!"

Scot ignored her and started pressing buttons on the side, than he pulled out something from his pocket. Momoko held her breath as he took out the ring. How did you get his hands on that?

Momoko could feel the nervousness build up in her throat, was Scot actually going through with this plan.

" Why do you need a laser?" Momoko asked.

" The laser will show me the way to what your ancestors have been looking for, I will find it."

" Why do even care about it?" Momoko asked," why do you want to find this 'treasure' so bad?"

The question must have caught Scot off guard, but he turned towards Momoko and walked towards her.

" Because then I can be with you, than we can be together with no one pulling us apart."

momoko took steps back," You're crazy."

" With this power I can make you love me!" Scot laughed, Momoko didn't say anything. It was obvious that Scot had already lost his mind.

Scot turned toward the laser and began to continue pressing buttons, he placed the ring into a small hole on the side and pressed another button. While he did that, Momoko worked on a way to escape.

She looked around. They were on a roof top building, so Scot could do all he wanted without getting caught. Momoko looked up and noticed that clouds were starting to form and that it was getting darker. Momoko placed her hand on the back of her foot and struggled to take off her shoe. She finally did and flipped it over and her knife called out. Looked up she noticed Scot wasn't caring about what she was doing. Momoko grabbed the knife and began to caught the ropes on her hands.

"Hey! What are you doing?'' one of the guards yelled walking over to Momoko.

" i'm just-'' finally, the ropes fell off.

The guards looked startled, he reached slowly for his gun but Momoko pulled out her knife and through it at him it missed him by a mile.

" Ha! What was-'' Momoko ran towards him and punched him hard on the face, he fell down hard. knocked out.

Momoko ran for her knife, but before she could do anything Scot was in front of her.

" We don't have to do this, you can just surrender,'' Momoko explained.

Scot grabbed her knife and held it in his hands,'' Momoko, you need to let me do this,'' His voice turned cold, ''and if you don't then i'll dig your grave.''

Scot charged at her.

With Brick

Brick was led into a room, he had no idea where momoko was or what Scot had in mind. but he knew he was going to find momoko and they were both going to make it out alive.

The guard stopped at the door, Bricks hands were tied at his back. Brick was led into a dark room. He knew he was somewhere in the big building just didn't know where. He had already send a signal call to Kaoru and Miyako and they would knew he was just going to be held in a room, until Scot was done whatever he wanted to do.

Brick fell onto the floor hard, and began twitching on the floor. The guards were obviously shocked that they didn't move a muscle until foam started coming out of Brick's mouth. One of the guards ran out of the room, another just stared at Brick wide eyed.

'' Is.. is he infected?'' The man asked.

He took a couple of steps closer then more, and kicked Bricks stomach. Thats when Brick got up and the man screamed from shock and passed out. Brick couldn't move, he could not believe how stupid these guards could be.

Before Brick could say anything two guards entered the room. They stared at Brick then the passed out guard in front of them. Brick got ready for a fight, but then the guards fell to the ground. Behind them stood his friends with tasers.

'' Well that was quite easy,'' Brick smiled.

" Where's Momoko?'' Miyako asked, the fear seeping out in every word said.

'' On the roof, if we do it fast we can make it before he does anything to her,'' Brick explained. They made their way out of the room, and into the buildings corridors.

'' Where do we go from here?'' Brick asked,'' We need to get to the roof."

" Follow me, I'll lead the way,'' Butch began walking in front of them. Any guards they saw they would taser them or give them a nice painful sleep.

They made their way to a door and when they were about to open it, they heard a chuckle. They all turned to face Tj.

Bricks hands turned into fists, '' Guy's go ahead, I'll take him.''

Brick heard the door slam behind him as he faced Tj,'' Well, well, well, look who we have here?''

Bricks glare deepend,'' Why are you still here? You don't even care what happens to scot.''

'' But we both have something we want to happen, and that is for scot to fall,'' Tjs eyes filled with fake sympathy as he said,'' But, sdly, I can't work with you. You need to be out of the way so my plan can work."

Tjs hands went to his waist as he brought out two guns, thats when Brick noticed he didn't have any weapon the guards had taken them.

Tj acting fast, threw two daggers at him. Brick ducked easily and Tj was unarmed now. Brick saw his chance. Brick jumped up in the air, his legs flew up and his heels came down hard in the back of Tj head. tj got up fast, not even wincing from the impact of the blow. He pulled out a gun.

'' Oh, Brick is nice meeting you,'' he held the gun up and aimed it at Bricks head and shot. Brick acted fast, he ducked the bullet only scraping his arm. He grabbed Tj's wrist and twisted it. Tj screamed in pain and dropped the gun. Brick dived for the gun and made it to the other end of the room.

'' Sorry, Brick, I can't let you keep living.'' Tj smirked,'' you're starting to annoy me.''

'' Sorry if my attitude is too good for you,'' Brick smirked.

Tj charged at Brick by instinct Brick pulled the gun out and pulled the trigger. Tj landed with a thud in front of brick, the blood falling down fast. Brick quickly took in what he had just done, and kneeled down beginning to help with his wound.

'' I'm not going to let you die,'' Brick explained.

Tj let out a growl, then began to laugh,'' Its all part of Scots plan, where all going to die anyways."

Brick stared at him, Tj winced from the pain of the wound. '' What do you mean, Scots plan"

" He knew you guys where coming,''Tj winced, the blood making a puddle underneath him,'' He knew Momoko was going to be with him in the roof top. Its all part of his plan, that laser up their is going to help him destroy this building with all of us in it. He's going to die with Momoko in his arms."

Bricks eyes grew wide, Momoko? His Momoko, was going to die? All Scots plan, oh how couldn't he see it before?!

Tj closed his eyes, and his breaths began to soften,'' Hey don't die on me yet, come on!"

Tj's breathing stopped and that was the end of Tj Morgans life.

Brick got up, he had to do something about Momoko and Scot. he began walking towards the door, before turning and whispering a small prayer for Tj.

Brick made it to the main hall and ran up the stairs. He made it up to flights when he bumped into his friends.

" We couldn't leave you, we had to come back!'' Miyako explained.

'' How much flights till I get to the roof?'' Brick asked impatiently.

Butch shrugged,'' About seven, why?''

'' This building is going to collapse! You guys need to leave this building now, make sure there's nobody in here!" Brick explained, beginning to go up the stairs.

'' Wait! What about you?''

'' I need to go get Momoko, don't worry I'm pretty sure we'll make it back alive.'' Brick smirked.

'' You better,'' kaoru said. and they began down the stairs as brick went up.

Oh Momoko! You better not die!

On the roof

Momoko dodged another one of scots attacks, her back was aching she couldn't take this no longer.

'' Scot. Please! I don't want to fight you!''

'' Then stay out of my way,'' he yelled. He grabbed onto her arm and flipped her over, Momoko fell hard on her back.

Scot took his chance for running towards the laser, he began to press another series of buttons. Momoko struggled to get to her feet.

'' Don't!''

She was going to say more when there was a loud boom, the ground began to shake and Momoko fell hard. In the middle of the roof there was a crack and the apart of it fell off. Momoko scrambled away from the whole.

What was going on?

Scot walked towards Momoko and pulled her up,'' Its okay, Momoko. This is all we've wanted. To be together, forever.''

Momoko pulled away,'' What is this Scot, you're going to far!"

'' This is how its suppose to be, where suppose to be together, forever in my arms.''

Momoko couldn't say anything, when another boom filled her ears. The building is collapsing!

'' Brick! He's in the building,'' Momoko panicked. She began walking away from the whole and to the entrance. But Scot grabbed her and pulled her towards him.

He whispered in her ear in a very chilling voice,'' You can't leave Momoko! You have to stay with me!''

'' Get off!'' Momoko screamed, but Scot held on with an iron fist. It began to rain fiercely.

There was yet another boom. But this was the biggest of all. It was large and massive and the whole floor was collapsing, they were forced to the corner of the roof for everything else was debre. And then there was another one.

It happened so fast Momoko couldn't even remember what had happened. There was another large cracking sound and she fell, she fell hard on the floor then she felt herself dangling. Momoko took in the situation to find herself holding onto ledge, and her other hand holding on to Scots hand.

" Hold on, let me pull you up!'' Momoko screamed over the rain. The rain was making her hands get slippery on the ledge.

'' Its okay Momoko,'' Scot smiled.

Momoko looked down to stare at him and she began to know what he was thinking,'' Just hold on, I can pull you up!''

'' Its ok-''

" No!'' Momoko could feel the tears," We'll get through this together, now hold on tight so I can pull you up.''

Scot let out a laugh,'' Momoko, its okay. Only one can make it up, we both know it."

The rain hit Momoko's face hard, '' Be quite Scot! Hold on tight, you're losing grip!''

'' I'm sorry Momoko, I love you."

''NO!''

Momoko's screamed were lost through the rain, as she lost his hand. his face smiled up at her as he fell.

and fell.

and fell.

and then….

Momoko vision went gray, the rain hitting her face didn't bother her. The aching pain in her heart filled her whole body.

again, someone dies again because of her.

No.

Momoko could feel her world getting dark, the pain in her heart beginning to make her chest throb. It was all over. What was the point?

She let go.

'' Momoko!''

The darkness began to fade from view, Momoko came back to reality. Brick held on to her arm. He was the light worth living for.

'' Hold on Momoko, I've got you.'' He pulled her up and into his arms.

Yet another person she loved, she knew would be the end because of her.

Her world was covered with darkness.

Don't worry its not the last chapter.

but there it is. Scot is dead. i know your feeling happy that he's dead for what he did to momoko, but said for he was an interesting character.

but yeah know, sometimes you have to let them go( sobs)
